Abstract

This study examines the efficiency of 3D rendering methods in the development of Augmented Reality (AR) applications, which significantly impact visual quality, response speed, and device resource consumption. The main objective of this research is to analyze and compare three commonly used rendering methods in AR development: Standard Render Pipeline (SRP), Universal Render Pipeline (URP), and Light Estimation. Data collection was conducted through the implementation of an AR prototype application featuring two 3D objects (Earth and Mars), followed by testing the render latency for each method. The results showed that all three methods produced the same latency time of 0.03 seconds on a high-specification device. These findings suggest that, under the given testing conditions, the choice of rendering method has no significant impact on rendering latency. However, overall efficiency may still be influenced by other factors such as lighting conditions, hardware specifications, and marker quality.

Abstract

Good mental health is a condition when our mind is in a state of calm and calm, allowing us to enjoy everyday life and appreciate others around us. The importance of mental health for life because it can affect how a person thinks. Mental disorders can change the way a person handles stress, relates to others, makes choices, and triggers the desire to hurt oneself. In this study, the author intends to design and build an expert system to diagnose android-based mental disorders using the certainty factor method. The certainty factor method is a method used to measure something whether it is certain or uncertain in diagnosing and identifying a problem. In whitebox testing, conclusions are drawn, from the overall results of testing the applications made are free from logical errors, this can be seen from the results of calculations for the number of Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) is 12, Region = 12 and IndependentPath = 12, all values are the same. In the blackbox testing, conclusions are drawn, the overall results of the input and output testing of the application that are made are in accordance with the desired specifications. a value of 73% means the system can work well.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the guided inquiry learning model assisted by Geogebra media has a positive effect on the mathematical problem solving abilities of class VIII students at SMPN Katumbangan Lemo. This type of research is a quasi-experiment in the form of a nonequivalent control group design. This research was carried out at SMPN Katumbangan Lemo in the 2023/2024 academic year, where class VIIIC was used as the experimental class and class VIIID as the control class. Data collection techniques were carried out by giving tests of mathematical problem solving abilities and observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with the help of the SPSS 23 program. Descriptive statistical analysis results in an average posttest score for the experimental class of 78.11, while for the control class the average posttest score is 70.68. The results of the hypothesis using the Independent Sample T-Test, a significance value of 0.000 < 0,05 was obtained so it was accepted, meaning that the guided inquiry learning model assisted by Geogebra media had a positive effect on the mathematical problem-solving abilities of class VIII students at SMPN Katumbangan Lemo.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Efektivitas dana desa dalam proses pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di desa mekarsari kecamatan wasile kabupaten halmahera timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran secara jelas mengenai masalah-masalah yang diteliti serta melakukan wawancara pada beberapa informasi. Hasil penelitian prencanaan pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di desa mekarsari kecamatan. wasile kabuaten halmahera timur. Diketahui dengan menggunakan 3 pertimbangan yaitu, pengumpulan informasi permasalahan efektivitas dana desa, upaya peningkatan perencanan pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa mekarsari. Pengumpulan informasi permasalahan perencanaan pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa mekarsari dapat dilihat dari kehadiran dan keaktifan masyarakat pada pelaksanaan musrenbang dalam menyampaikan saran terhadap perencanaan pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa mekarsari. Penyaluran aspirasi masyarakat dilihat dari transparansi yang dilakukan oleh BPD sebagai penyalur aspirasi masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pembangunan desa. Sedangkan efektivitas dana desa dapat dilihat dari perbedaan dan persamaan antara usulan masyarakat dengan efektivitas dana desa yang di lakukan pemerintah dalam perencanaan pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa mekarsari.

Abstract

Maize is one of the main agricultural commodities in Indonesia, especially in rural areas. Most people still utilize maize only as staple food or animal feed. Therefore, innovations in corn processing are needed to increase community income through value-added products. One creative idea that can be developed is the processing of corn into chips. Corn chips are processed products that have good market potential, because in addition to being nutritious, they also have a crunchy texture and taste that can be adjusted to consumer preferences This community service program aims to: 1.Develop community skills in processing corn into chips.2.Increase the economic value of corn through product diversification.3.Open new business opportunities for village communities.4.Increase community income through marketing corn chips products.Methods used in this study, a) Socialization and Education, b) Technical training in processing corn chips, c) Packaging and marketing assistance, d) Monitoring and Evaluation. Processing corn into chips is one of the creative solutions in increasing the added value of local agricultural commodities. By providing training and assistance to the community, it is hoped that they can develop this business as an additional source of income that can sustain the village economy.

Abstract

Alih Fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi ancaman serius yang dapat menganggu ketahanan pangan dan ketersediaan gizi. Banyak peraturan perundang-undangan maupun kebijakan yang terkait dengan pemanfaatan lahan maupun upaya untuk mengendalikan konversi lahan pertanian, namun melihat dari fenomena perkembangan dari alih fungsi tanah/konversi dan menyusutya lahan pertanian yang sudah sedemikian cepat, menunjukkan bahwa peraturan tersebut kurang efektif. Berdasarkan data Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) tren alih fungsi lahan pertanian di tahun 1990-an mencapai sekitar 30.000 hektar per tahun. Namun, pengalihan fungsi lahan ini semakin meningkat menjadi sekitar 110.000 hektar di tahun 2011 dan mencapai 150.000 hektar di tahun 2019. Penyusutan lahan pertanian juga terjadi di Kabupaten Bireuen. Berdasarkan data Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Bireuen, tahun 2012 luas sawah di Kabupaten Bireuen seluas 23.121,0 Ha sedangkan pada tahun 2022 berkurang 14.944 Ha menjadi 8.177 Ha. Rata–rata penyusutan lahan pertanian yang terjadi di Kabupaten Bireuen selama periode tahun 2012 – 2021 mencapai 1.494 Ha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui laju alih fungsi lahan sawah, faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi alih fungsi lahan sawah, bagaimana pengaruh faktor-faktor alih fungsi lahan sawah terhadap alih fungsi lahan sawah, serta bagaimana pengaruh alih fungsi lahan sawah terhadap ketahanan pangan di Kabupaten Bireuen. Pendekatan penelitian mengggunakan metode Analisis Laju Alih Fungsi Lahan, Analisis Ketahanan Pangan dan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggali data yang bersumber dari petani yang telah menjual lahan pertanian yang resmi tercatat di 3 (tiga) kecamatan yang diteliti yaitu Kecamatan Peudada, Kecamatan Peusangan dan Kecamatan Gandapura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan telah terjadi alih fungsi lahan sawah sebesar 14.904 hektar dengan rata-rata luas lahan sawah yang dikonversikan adalah 1.354,91 hektar per tahun. Angka pembukaan lahan sawah mencapai angka 628 hektar selama 11 tahun atau 57,09 hektar per tahunnya dan angka laju penyusutan lahan juga cukup besar yaitu rata-rata 12,20% per tahun. Wilayah dengan alih fungsi lahan tertinggi terdapat di Kecamatan Peusangan sebesar 1.668 Ha. Alih fungsi lahan pertanian sebagian besar dipergunakan untuk pemukiman, penyediaan industri, jalan raya maupun fasilitas umum lainnya.

Abstract

PT ABC President Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in consumer goods, producing instant noodle and beverages packaged in ready-to-drink bottles with green tea and milk tea as the main ingredients. Sales promotions tailored to customer needs are expected to help achieve the company's goal of obtaining the best profits. Sales promotions such as giving rewards or discounts to customers with applicable terms and conditions. In the business process, the company has implemented information systems, one of which is the employee claim application menu advance, a system used for submitting payment claims for reward purchases. In implementation, advance submission from the user department is connected to the accounting and treasury departments. However, there are still shortcomings in the submission input process because supporting documents are still sent manually outside the system. There are no definite provisions regarding the completeness of the required documents to expedite the advance submission process, and there is no report menu that can be generated from the system. Based on this, an information system audit of the employee claim application system is needed using the COBIT 5 framework as the compatible method. Based on the results of the research, the current capability process values are as follows: DSS01 at 3.53, which is at level 4; DSS02 at 3.58, which is at level 4; MEA01 at 3.76, which is at level 4; and MEA02 at 3.40, which is at level 3. Therefore, the researcher provides recommendations for the selected processes so that the vision, mission, and objectives can be achieved according to the expected capability levels.

Abstract

This study presents the evaluation and testing of a logistic regression model for predicting earthquake-related features, including earthquake depth, magnitude, and tsunami potential. The model achieved high accuracy in predicting earthquake depth categories (99.82%) and earthquake magnitude (99.84%), but faced challenges with low recall for tsunami prediction (50%) due to class imbalance. Evaluation results showed that the model struggled to predict tsunami occurrence accurately, as the dataset contained a disproportionate number of 'no tsunami' instances. Despite these limitations, the model displayed high accuracy for earthquake depth and magnitude predictions. The testing phase revealed a series of prediction errors, particularly for the tsunami category, influenced by the imbalance in training data. The results emphasize the need for improved handling of imbalanced datasets and the potential for exploring other machine learning algorithms and techniques for better performance in multiclass classification problems. Future research could further refine these models by incorporating additional criteria and exploring other earthquake and tsunami prediction methodologies.

Abstract

Abstract : Bukateja Village has great potential in traditional food production, one of which is jintul. However, the competitiveness of this product is still low due to the lack of innovation in processing, marketing, and sustainability of its production. This study aims to develop sustainability-based jintul food innovations to improve the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the village. The methods used include qualitative and quantitative approaches through surveys, interviews, and experiments in processing jintul with local raw materials that have more added value. In addition, digital-based marketing strategies and the application of circular economic principles in managing production waste are also applied. The results of the study show that innovation in materials, production techniques, and marketing can increase the attractiveness and selling value of jintul, thereby expanding the market and improving the welfare of MSME actors. With a sustainability-based approach, jintul products not only become more competitive, but also contribute to the preservation of local culinary culture and the economic empowerment of the Bukateja Village community. Keywords: innovation, jintul, sustainability, competitiveness Abstrak : Desa Bukateja memiliki potensi besar dalam produksi makanan tradisional, salah satunya adalah jintul. Namun, daya saing produk ini masih rendah akibat kurangnya inovasi dalam pengolahan, pemasaran, dan keberlanjutan produksinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan inovasi makanan jintul berbasis keberlanjutan guna meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di desa tersebut. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif melalui survei, wawancara, serta eksperimen dalam pengolahan jintul dengan bahan baku lokal yang lebih bernilai tambah. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran berbasis digital serta penerapan prinsip ekonomi sirkular dalam pengelolaan limbah produksi turut diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dalam bahan, teknik produksi, dan pemasaran mampu meningkatkan daya tarik dan nilai jual jintul, sehingga memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM. Dengan pendekatan berbasis keberlanjutan, produk jintul tidak hanya menjadi lebih kompetitif, tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap pelestarian budaya kuliner lokal serta pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Bukateja. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi tenaga tata usaha di SMA Negeri 3 Takalar yang mencakup aspek kepribadian, sosial, dan teknis, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan administrasi sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, tenaga tata usaha, guru, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tenaga tata usaha memiliki kompetensi kepribadian dan sosial yang baik, seperti integritas, disiplin, serta kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak di sekolah. Dari sisi teknis, tenaga tata usaha telah menguasai pengelolaan dokumen dan penggunaan teknologi informasi, meskipun masih terdapat perbedaan kemampuan dalam penggunaan aplikasi digital. Faktor pendukung utama mencakup latar belakang pendidikan, pelatihan rutin, fasilitas yang memadai, serta lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Sementara itu, hambatan utama adalah keterbatasan sarana teknologi, pelatihan yang belum merata, dan jaringan internet yang belum stabil. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar sekolah dan Dinas Pendidikan meningkatkan pelatihan teknis, pengadaan perangkat teknologi, serta sistem informasi terintegrasi guna mendukung kinerja tenaga tata usaha dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan administrasi secara signifikan.
