Abstract

Abstract : Bukateja Village has great potential in traditional food production, one of which is jintul. However, the competitiveness of this product is still low due to the lack of innovation in processing, marketing, and sustainability of its production. This study aims to develop sustainability-based jintul food innovations to improve the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the village. The methods used include qualitative and quantitative approaches through surveys, interviews, and experiments in processing jintul with local raw materials that have more added value. In addition, digital-based marketing strategies and the application of circular economic principles in managing production waste are also applied. The results of the study show that innovation in materials, production techniques, and marketing can increase the attractiveness and selling value of jintul, thereby expanding the market and improving the welfare of MSME actors. With a sustainability-based approach, jintul products not only become more competitive, but also contribute to the preservation of local culinary culture and the economic empowerment of the Bukateja Village community. Keywords: innovation, jintul, sustainability, competitiveness Abstrak : Desa Bukateja memiliki potensi besar dalam produksi makanan tradisional, salah satunya adalah jintul. Namun, daya saing produk ini masih rendah akibat kurangnya inovasi dalam pengolahan, pemasaran, dan keberlanjutan produksinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan inovasi makanan jintul berbasis keberlanjutan guna meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di desa tersebut. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif melalui survei, wawancara, serta eksperimen dalam pengolahan jintul dengan bahan baku lokal yang lebih bernilai tambah. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran berbasis digital serta penerapan prinsip ekonomi sirkular dalam pengelolaan limbah produksi turut diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dalam bahan, teknik produksi, dan pemasaran mampu meningkatkan daya tarik dan nilai jual jintul, sehingga memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM. Dengan pendekatan berbasis keberlanjutan, produk jintul tidak hanya menjadi lebih kompetitif, tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap pelestarian budaya kuliner lokal serta pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Bukateja. Kata kunci: inovasi, jintul, keberlanjutan, UMKM, daya saing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi tenaga tata usaha di SMA Negeri 3 Takalar yang mencakup aspek kepribadian, sosial, dan teknis, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan administrasi sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, tenaga tata usaha, guru, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tenaga tata usaha memiliki kompetensi kepribadian dan sosial yang baik, seperti integritas, disiplin, serta kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak di sekolah. Dari sisi teknis, tenaga tata usaha telah menguasai pengelolaan dokumen dan penggunaan teknologi informasi, meskipun masih terdapat perbedaan kemampuan dalam penggunaan aplikasi digital. Faktor pendukung utama mencakup latar belakang pendidikan, pelatihan rutin, fasilitas yang memadai, serta lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Sementara itu, hambatan utama adalah keterbatasan sarana teknologi, pelatihan yang belum merata, dan jaringan internet yang belum stabil. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar sekolah dan Dinas Pendidikan meningkatkan pelatihan teknis, pengadaan perangkat teknologi, serta sistem informasi terintegrasi guna mendukung kinerja tenaga tata usaha dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan administrasi secara signifikan.

Abstract

This study, entitled "Analysis of Farming Production Factors in Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi," was conducted in Banti Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. The aim was to determine the significant influence of production factors such as land area, seeds, labor, fertilizer, and pesticides on shallot production in Banti Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. The results showed that land area, seeds, and fertilizer had a positive but insignificant effect on production volume. The results showed that labor and specifications had a negative and insignificant effect on production, but still helped improve the standard of living of farmers. Keywords: Land, seeds, labor, fertilizer, and pesticides.

Abstract

Persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan semakin meningkat, mengakibatkan banyak lembaga pendidikan berlomba-lomba untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan adalah manajemen berbasis sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan memperoleh data dari observasi dan wawancara di Madrasah Mu'allimin Mu'allimat Tambak Beras Jombang. Setelah itu, data direduksi, dianalisis dan ditarik kesimpulan. Dalam penelitian ditemukan, bahwa manajemen berbasis sekolah di madrasah yang dapat dimplementasikan secara terintegrasi dengan baik. Hal ini dapat diafirmasi dari karakteristik kelembagaan yang menunjukkan ciri khas atau keunikan disbanding dengan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam competitor yang lain. Madrasan ini terlihat mampu menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan manajemen berbasis sekolah, madrasah ini paling dominan dalam pengembangan kurikulum dan penerimaan peserta didik baru yang signifikan

Abstract

 Watermelon plants require consistent environmental conditions throughout their growth period. Tissue culture serves as a solution in plant propagation techniques that can control the environmental conditions for watermelon growth. This study aims to determine the appropriate sterilization method and explant type for watermelon plant propagation using tissue culture techniques. The research was conducted from June to August 2022 at the Tissue Culture Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This study used a Complete Randomized Factorial Design (CRFD) with two factors: six treatments of different sterilization agent sequences for explants, including Benomyl 0.2% for 3 minutes, detergent for 3 minutes, HgCl₂ 0.03% for 10 minutes, and 70% alcohol for 45 seconds, and four types of explants: radicle, hypocotyl, plumule, and cotyledon, with two replicates of five experimental units each. The results showed that sterilization factors and explant types had a significant effect on the percentage of contaminated explants and indicated a decrease in contamination in the treatment of 0.2% benomyl for 3 minutes, detergent for 3 minutes, 0.03% HgCl2 for 10 minutes, and 70% alcohol for 45 seconds on cotyledon explants. Abstract

The population in Indonesia is very dense and large, which is a very promising or potential market for companies to market the products created by these companies. With so many different product choices and types of products on the market, consumers will first choose according to their needs by considering quality and price, as well as the satisfaction they receive. The subject of this research was Converse products, data was obtained from 135 consumers collected through questionnaires. Meanwhile, the objects are product quality, product price and consumer satisfaction. This data will be analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that product quality and price had a positive and significant impact on satisfaction and intention to repurchase Converse. Apart from that, satisfaction is also able to mediate the influence of product quality and price on repurchase intentions

Abstract

The relatively high poverty rate in Banyumas Regency is partly influenced by the high unemployment rate. The existence of MSMEs is one sector that has the potential to provide a solution to this problem. However, many MSME players still face obstacles, especially in terms of access to capital. This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the characteristics of MSMEs that receive productive zakat and analyzing the influence of productive zakat, business capital, production costs, and labor on the income of agribusiness-based MSMEs under the guidance of LAZISMU Banyumas Regency. The research method used was a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. The data collected consisted of primary and secondary data through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The research population included 167 owners of agribusiness-based MSMEs who had received benefits from the productive zakat program, with a research sample of 63 MSMEs selected using a simple random sampling method. Data analysis was conducted through descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression using SPSS software version 26. The results of the study indicate that productive zakat, business capital, production costs, and labor simultaneously have a significant effect on increasing MSME income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of social media use and service quality on repurchase interest in UMKM in Surakarta with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumers who have shopped at MSMEs in Surakarta. The sample used in this study were 105 respondents. The results of this study are Social Media has a negative and significant effect on Repurchase Interest. Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Interest. Social Media has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Interest. Social Media has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Interest through Customer Satisfaction.
