Abstract

The population in Indonesia is very dense and large, which is a very promising or potential market for companies to market the products created by these companies. With so many different product choices and types of products on the market, consumers will first choose according to their needs by considering quality and price, as well as the satisfaction they receive. The subject of this research was Converse products, data was obtained from 135 consumers collected through questionnaires. Meanwhile, the objects are product quality, product price and consumer satisfaction. This data will be analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that product quality and price had a positive and significant impact on satisfaction and intention to repurchase Converse. Apart from that, satisfaction is also able to mediate the influence of product quality and price on repurchase intentions

Abstract

The relatively high poverty rate in Banyumas Regency is partly influenced by the high unemployment rate. The existence of MSMEs is one sector that has the potential to provide a solution to this problem. However, many MSME players still face obstacles, especially in terms of access to capital. This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the characteristics of MSMEs that receive productive zakat and analyzing the influence of productive zakat, business capital, production costs, and labor on the income of agribusiness-based MSMEs under the guidance of LAZISMU Banyumas Regency. The research method used was a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. The data collected consisted of primary and secondary data through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The research population included 167 owners of agribusiness-based MSMEs who had received benefits from the productive zakat program, with a research sample of 63 MSMEs selected using a simple random sampling method. Data analysis was conducted through descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression using SPSS software version 26. The results of the study indicate that productive zakat, business capital, production costs, and labor simultaneously have a significant effect on increasing MSME income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of social media use and service quality on repurchase interest in UMKM in Surakarta with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumers who have shopped at MSMEs in Surakarta. The sample used in this study were 105 respondents. The results of this study are Social Media has a negative and significant effect on Repurchase Interest. Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Interest. Social Media has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Interest. Social Media has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Interest through Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify how the news of "Former Chicken Cage Becomes School" represents the inequality of access to education with the framework of Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative method using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis (AWK) as the main framework. Data is collected through documentation and recording of news texts from relevant online media. Data analysis was carried out sequentially covering Fairclough's three dimensions: microstructural analysis (word choice, sentence structure, rhetorical strategy), mesostructural analysis (the practice of production and distribution of news texts), and macrostructural analysis (social and ideological relationships that underlie discourse). The results of this study reveal the complex representation of inequality in access to education through critical discourse analysis (AWK) on the news "Former Chicken Cage Becomes School" with the Norman Fairclough approach. Microstructurally, word choice and sentence structure build a narrative of struggle and implicit criticism of the system. At the mesostructural level, local MATAMAROS.COM strategic media frame this issue as an urgent social issue, including publication during National Education Day 2025 to maximize impact. Macrostructurally, the news reflects structural inequality due to geographical/economic marginalization, reinforces the ideology of "unsung heroes," and highlights the power imbalance. This descriptive qualitative research concludes that the news is a strong linguistic construct, aiming to mobilize public opinion on inequality in access to education, while reflecting the issue of unequal development and the role of actors in social justice

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Toapaya Asri Village face challenges in utilizing digital technology for product marketing. The main issue is low digital literacy, which causes MSMEs to rely solely on conventional marketing. This community service aims to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs through education and digital marketing assistance. The method used is the Community Empowerment System (Sisdamas) through socialization and practical assistance. As a result, 34 MSME actors gained an understanding of digital marketing strategies, product packaging, and labeling. MSME actors also successfully created Google Maps accounts and added their business locations, increasing visibility and market reach. This community service contributed significantly to strengthening the local economy through increased digital literacy and the sustainable competitiveness of MSMEs.

Abstract

Website quality is a vital element for the sustainability and customer satisfaction within the digital business landscape, especially for prominent brands like Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang that rely on an online presence. This study was designed to investigate the impact of website quality, measured by WebQual 4.0 (encompassing Usability Quality, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality), on user satisfaction with the lapisbogor.co.id website. A quantitative approach was applied through the dissemination of questionnaires to 150 respondents who are users of the Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang website. Regression analysis results indicate that all three WebQual 4.0 dimensions collectively have a significant influence on user satisfaction. This finding suggests that the website quality of Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang has successfully met user expectations, with website quality variables contributing approximately 58% to the perceived satisfaction level. Therefore, this research recommends that Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang continue to invest in monitoring and improving its website quality. Continuous efforts in optimizing the WebQual 4.0 dimensions will be crucial for maintaining a positive user experience and strengthening the company's competitive position in the market.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stunting merupakan masalah kurang gizi kronis yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi dalam waktu yang cukup lama, sehingga mengakibatkan gangguan pertumbuhan pada anak yakni tinggi badan anak lebih rendah atau pendek (kerdil) dari standar usianya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pencegahan stunting pada balita di Desa Waturalele Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Induk Dolo. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study dimana data yang menyangkut data variabel independen dan variabel dependen akan dikumpulkan dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 39 orang semua ibu yang mempunyai balita berkunjung ke posyandu Desa Waturalele Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Induk Dolo. Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor independen mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan nilai p = 0.022 (p < 0.05), pola asuh dengan nilai p = 0.001 (p < 0.05), dan imunisasi dasar lengkap dengan nilai p = 0.001 (p < 0.05) terhadap pencegahan stunting di Desa Waturalele Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Induk Dolo Kabupaten Sigi. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan dari ketiga faktor independen yang diteliti (pengetahuan, pola asuh, dan imunisasi dasar lengkap) didapatkan memiliki hubungan dengan variabel dependen (pencegahan stunting).

Abstract

This study explores effective strategies for teaching English speaking skills and the factors that influence implementing these strategies. The study discussed the strategies used in speaking learning, why they are chosen, and their implications for students speaking success. The strategies referred to in this study encompass methods, resources, and media used in achieving success in learning to speak English. The research method employed is qualitative with a case study approach. The study was conducted in March 2023 at some schools and English courses, with ten teachers serving as informants. Data collection was carried out through indirect interviews via WhatsApp and GoogleForm. The main findings show that role-play and chain drill methods are the most frequently applied strategies and are considered effective in improving students speaking skills. The main factors that influence the use of these strategies include students interest and the relevance of the material. The implications of this study highlight the importance of selecting strategies that are appropriate to students characteristics and learning contexts, and this study shows the need to adapt teaching methods based on the availability of resources and environmental support. The results of this study provide insights for educators to design and implement more effective speaking learning strategies and encourage further discussion on innovation in English language learning.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Amalia (KKA) adalah program implementasi Catur Dharma Perguruan Tinggi khususnya di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah yang memberikan pengalaman belajar dan bekal bekerja bagi mahasiswa dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Winning Kecamatan Pasarwajo Kabupaten Buton. Kegiatan KKA UM-Buton ini bertujuan a) melatih kemampuan mahasiswa dalam berpikir, bekerja lintas bidang ilmu dan bermitra dalam pemecahan masalah di masyarakat; b) sebagai wadah edukasi dalam mengembangkan potensi desa, SDM dan memperkuat nilai-nilai kearifan lokal; c) sebagai wujud pelaksanaan catur dharma perguruan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam KKA UM-Buton ini berupa metode pelatihan, edukasi dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa terselengaranya kegiatan Weekend Clean-up Day (WCD), senam sehat, PHBS, pembuatan handsanitizer, pembuatan POC dan Pembuatan pot dari karpet/handuk/kain bekas; Penguatan literasi (kelas mewarnai, kelas CALISTUNG dan TPA; dan Pembuatan & pemasangan visi misi desa, plang nama jalan & plang nama perangkat desa. Program KKA UM-Buton ini tergolong berhasil karena mendapat dukungan dan apresiasi dari masyarakat Desa baik dari pemerintah desa, tokoh masyarakat, karang taruna maupun dari anak-anak sekolah dasar di Desa Winning Kec. Pasarwajo Kabupaten Buton.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of green human resource management on environmental performance mediated by organizational commitment. This research is included in quantitative research. The population of this research is employees of PT Bank Boyolali. The sample collected in this research was 73 respondents. The data used is primary data where data is obtained from respondents' answers through the questionnaire that has been given. The results of this research indicate that Green Human Resource Management does not have a significant influence on Environmental Performance. Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant influence on Environmental Performance. Organizational Commitment can mediate the relationship between Green Human Resource Management and Environmental Performance.
