Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between materialism and store atmosphere on compulsive buying where fashion interest is the mediating variable. The approach used in this research is quantitative research. This research is included in descriptive research with a survey method. The type of research used in this research is causal associative research. The population in this research is consumers of Kosshe Boutique Pontianak who have made purchases at least 2 times in the last 6 months and are female, with a sample of 200 respondents. Sampling in this research used a non-probability sampling method in the form of purposive sampling. The collected data was then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model with the SmartPLS statistical application tool version 3.9.3. The results of data analysis show that materialism has a significant effect on compulsive buying, store atmosphere has a significant effect on compulsive buying, materialism has a significant effect on fashion interest, store atmosphere has a significant effect on fashion interest and fashion interest is not significant on compulsive buying. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Usia lanjut (lansia) dapat dikatakan sebagai tahap akhir dari perkembangan hidup manusia. Lansia adalah kelompok umur pada manusia yang telah memasuki tahap akhir dari proses kehidupanya. Penyakit asam urat adalah salah satu contoh penyakit degeneratif yang sangat mengganggu kualitas hidup seseorang. Penyakit asam uratadalah gangguan metabolik yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya konsentrasi asam urat (hiperuresemia). Tujuan: Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga Ibu N Tahap Perkembangan Usia Lanjut Dengan Intervensi Kompres Hangat Jahe dan Air Rebusan Jahe Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Asam Urat Di Desa Sangiang. Metode: Melakukan asuhan keperawatan dengan Intervensi Kompres Hangat Jahe dan Air Rebusan Jahe selama 4 hari Hasil: berdasarkan studi kasus kelolaandidapatkan melakukan intervensi kompres hangat jahe dan air rebusan jahe memiliki pengaruh terhadap penurunannyeri asam urat dengan pemantauan 4 hari dari skala 5 sampai 1 skala.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan lanskap pemangku kepentingan dalam konteks pemasaran berkelanjutan dan mengeksplorasi strategi untuk melibatkan mereka secara efektif. Dengan menggunakan tinjauan literatur dan analisis konseptual, studi ini mengidentifikasi berbagai kategori pemangku kepentingan yang relevan, seperti karyawan, pelanggan, mitra bisnis, komunitas lokal, regulator, media, dan lembaga non-pemerintah. Temuan penelitian menyoroti pentingnya pemetaan yang komprehensif terhadap pemangku kepentingan, memprioritaskan mereka berdasarkan kepentingan dan pengaruh, serta merancang mekanisme pelibatan yang sesuai untuk membangun autentisitas dan kepercayaan dalam pemasaran berkelanjutan

Abstract

Air laut tercemar, teknologi evaporasi, kondisi tambak garam, dan penggunaan kemasan plastik menjadi sumber pencemaran utama kontaminasi mikroplastik pada produk garam. Sumber pencemar yang beragam menyebabkan karakteristik mikroplastik yang ditemukan juga beragam. Tujuan Penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui karakteristik mikroplastik pada produk garam tradisional Kabupaten Jeneponto. Lima garam tradisional yang dibeli dari lima petani garam menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh sampel mengandung mikroplastik. Kelimpahan mikroplastik pada garam tradisional mencapai 914,67 partikel/kg garam. Bentuk mikroplastik fragmen lebih mendominasi. Terdapat 8 warna mikroplastik dengan ukuran berkisar 0,017 – 4,534 mm. Disarankan agar petani garam memberi perhatian pada penyimpanan dan pengemasan garam.

Abstract

This research, therefore, has been done to investigate the influence of budget requirements and management on procurement for goods and service performance in the Indonesian system. In this study, the focus will be on how the organizational needs are met and how effective the management of budget resources is in the procurement system. Despite the improvement made on regulations, challenges remain on compliance in relation to the needs of procurement and budgetary constraints. This research applies a document analysis and literature review to qualitative approach the assessment of these factors. Findings from this study show the importance of the need for the precise identification of need, stakeholder involvement, and strong cost control mechanisms. Overcoming these challenges can significantly enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness within organizations.

Abstract

Work from Anywhere (WFH) is a new concept that was combined after the implementation of the Work Form Home scheme in early 2021 which aims as an effort to minimize the spread of Covid-19 globally. Employees are required to adapt the pattern of working from home that was previously done from the office. In addition, the work environment during the implementation of the WFH scheme is also taken into account for employee performance. This research aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment on employee performance at the State Wealth Service Office and Banda Aceh Auction. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach. The research sample numbered 50 respondents with Nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling approach. The method of collecting data in this study uses questionnaires collected directly by filling out the questionnaire sheet. Data analysis using simple linear regression, test t. accepted hypothesis means that there is a significant influence between Work Environment Variables and Employee Performance Variables. The results of the determination coefficient (R2) test obtained a figure of 31.6%. This means that the variation in the Employee Performance variable can be explained by the Work Environment variation of 31.6%, the remaining about 68.4% is explained by other variables not used in this regression model.

Abstract

Language is the most important means of communication for humans, since it serves as a means of conveying messages from a person to others. One of the popular languages among Indonesians is English and Arabic. Language learning in the conventional way is usually carried out in a face-to-face manner directly with teachers at school or in science assemblies. The existence of mobile-based technology that is currently popular, namely Android, can help the language learning process, so that English and Arabic learning can be poured into digital forms. Introducing objects to children from an early age is very necessary to help the growth and development of children so that they have readiness to enter further education, especially at the kindergarten level, to be more mentally prepared when entering the elementary school level. The problem that often arises is that when learning children tend to be bored due to the lack of learning media used as material delivery. This has led to a decrease in interest in learning in children. To overcome these problems, PAUD DAAR EL HASANAH Kindergarten requires learning media that can help students in learning to be more fun. So with that, researchers are interested in designing an android-based 4 language object recognition application (Indonesian, Arabic, English, Mandarin), with the hope that the application can help students in learning. The application was designed using Construct 2 and tested using the black box method. The content of this application displays material on the introduction of objects in 4 languages, namely Indonesian, Arabic and English on different menus, there is also a play menu such as a quiz to hone children's skills. With an attractive appearance, this application helps teachers in the learning process, as well as parents in the learning process of children at home. Before testing, a demo of the application was carried out first so that parents and students understood how to use the application, which then students tried the application accompanied by teachers and parents. From the results of tests and questionnaires from 40 respondents who stated that the application is suitable for use as a learning medium, especially to introduce objects.

Abstract

BUMDes Buluhnaman mengalami masalah dalam pengelolaan akibat rendahnya penguatan kelembagaan, pengetahuan tata kelola, literasi teknologi informasi dalam administrasi dan pemasaran, serta ketidakmampuan stakeholder menciptakan sistem organisasi yang efektif. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan tata kelola, manajemen, kapasitas stakeholder, dan kinerja kelembagaan BUMDes Buluhnaman. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pada teknik pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan multi sumber bukti (triangulasi) yang artinya peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang berbeda-beda untuk mendapatkan data dari sumber yang sama menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya digunakan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PAR) untuk mengedepankan partisipasi terhadap para pengelola BUMDes yang terdiri dari Perangkat Desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, Pengurus BUMDes, dan perwakilan Masyarakat yang menjadi sasaran kegiatan tata kelola dan manajemen, serta pengembangan kapasitas dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas individu, organisasi, dan sistem pengelolaan BUMDes Buluhnaman. Stakeholder kini memahami tugas dan fungsi pengelolaan, memiliki keterampilan dalam merencanakan unit usaha, dan mampu membuat dokumen pembentukan BUMDes berbadan hukum. Secara organisasi, BUMDes telah menata administrasi kelembagaan dan melakukan pengambilan keputusan melalui musyawarah desa. Disarankan agar pengelola BUMDes menggunakan dana desa dan bantuan keuangan provinsi untuk pengembangan unit usaha setelah melakukan studi kelayakan bisnis serta menjalin kerjasama antar BUMDes.

Abstract

Education is the foundation for developing high-quality human resources. Students' academic success is influenced by internal factors, such as study habits, and external factors, such as social support. Study habits include time management, reading, and structured learning strategies, while social support involves attention, recognition, and assistance from family, friends, and the academic environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of study habits and social support on the academic achievement of students at Universitas PGRI Wiranegara. A quantitative research method with a causal-comparative design was employed. A sample of 93 active students from the 2021-2023 cohorts was selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results revealed that study habits and social support simultaneously contributed significantly to academic achievement. Study habits had a greater impact compared to social support. Social support creates a conducive learning environment, strengthens motivation, and enhances students' comfort in completing academic tasks. However, structured and disciplined study habits remain the key to academic success. These findings underscore the importance of developing effective study habits, such as time management and the use of effective learning methods, alongside strengthening social support to achieve optimal academic outcomes. Collaborative efforts between individuals, families, and educational institutions are essential.
