Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and locus of control on financial behavior within the K-pop fan community in Medan City. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of consumptive lifestyles among K-pop fans, most of whom come from the younger generation. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with 96 respondents who are members of the K-pop community in Medan. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression tests with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. The results of the study show that, partially, financial literacy has a significant influence on financial behavior (0.000 < 0.05), while locus of control does not have a significant influence on financial behavior (0.724 > 0.05). However, through simultaneous testing (F-test), it was found that financial literacy and locus of control together have a significant influence on financial behavior (0.000 < 0.05). These findings highlight the importance of improving financial literacy among the younger generation to encourage healthy financial behavior, particularly within communities with consumptive tendencies. Therefore, community-based financial education becomes an important strategy in facing the demographic bonus era

Abstract

The skincare industry has experienced rapid growth in line with increasing public awareness of the importance of skin care, particularly among younger generations. Skintific, a skincare brand based on dermatological research, faces intense competition, making it essential to understand the factors that influence consumer purchase decisions. This study aims to examine the effect of Word of Mouth (WOM), customer experience, and perceived risk on purchase decisions for Skintific products. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers who had previously used Skintific products. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that WOM, customer experience, and perceived risk have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, both individually and collectively. These findings suggest that positive WOM, satisfying customer experiences, and effective management of rerceived risk are crucial strategies to encourage consumer interest and purchasing decisions. The practical implications of this research highlight the need for Skintific to strengthen testimonial-based communication, improve the quality of customer interactions, and provide comprehensive product education to reduce consumer concerns.

Abstract

The current level of productivity of the Anadopah Group is in the low category. This is due to the low level of public understanding of the pro-climate program. Low application of knowledge in utilizing natural resources. This is one of the influences on increasing community productivity in this pro-climate program so that the Training Program becomes a solution to the problems that occur. So this research aims to determine the effect of Proklim training on the level of work productivity of the Anadopah group in Palasari hamlet. The research instrument used is a questionnaire containing statements that have been tested through validity and reliability tests. The data that has been collected has gone through a normality test, hestorescedescity test so that it can be continued to the hypothesis testing stage, including simple linear regression tests and determination tests (R square). ). The research results show that Proklim training has a positive and significant effect on increasing work productivity with a contribution of 53.7% while the remaining 46.3% is a contribution from other variables not included in this research model. Furthermore, the results of the analysis show a correlation value of 0.733. there is a strong relationship, so it can be concluded that pro-clim training has a positive and significant impact on the work productivity of the Anadopah group.

Abstract

Economic problems have occurred in society, namely the problem of climate change in the earth's temperature, causing the community's economic activities to be disrupted and threatened, so pro-climate is needed to overcome climate change. This research aims to determine the process of community empowerment through the climate village program in Sukamaju Village. The methods used are qualitative methods, interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that community empowerment through the climate village program in Sukamaju Village has an effect on the community's economic level and climate change conditions through the stages: Enabling, Strengthening, Protection, Support and Maintenance. Which means that the empowerment activities of the Climate Village Program, the use of yard land and waste management, have an impact on family income levels through planting food crops, while the income generated from waste management activities is through selling inorganic waste to waste bank partners. Conclusion of community empowerment through the climate village program in Sukamaju Village. So that the community can adapt and prevent climate change and can be a community empowerment concept that is adaptive and mitigating against climate change.

Abstract

This study explores the way the Qur’an conveys social criticism through its distinctive rhetorical style. Employing a thematic stylistic approach, the research analyzed selected verses representing criticism of social inequality (Q.S. Al-Isra’: 26–27), human and environmental exploitation (Q.S. Al-Qasas: 4; Q.S. Ar-Rum: 41), and moral deviation (Q.S. Al-Hujurat: 11; Q.S. An-Nisa’: 58). The method applied was qualitative-descriptive, using critical textual reading focusing on the thematic and stylistic features of the verses. The analysis drew on al-Sakkaki’s theory of al-Ma‘ani to identify the rhetorical forms and their social meanings. The findings indicate that in Q.S. Al-Isra’: 26–27, the Qur’an employs Uslub al-Amr as a form of ethical motivation; Uslub Khatimah Maw‘iẓiyyah to frame prohibition with theological condemnation; Uslub Siyaq wa Sibaq to balance commands and prohibitions; and Uslub Taqdīm wa Ta’khīr to emphasize social priorities in the distribution of rights. In Q.S. Al-Qasas: 4, rhetorical devices include Uslub Ta’kīd, Taqdīm wa Ta’khīr, Iṭnāb, and the use of Fiʿl Muḍāriʿ in Maqām Zamm. In Q.S. Ar-Rum: 41, the text contains Ta’kīd, causality style (‘Illah/Ta‘līl), Maqām Taḍmīn, Fiʿl Muḍāriʿ in contextual emphasis, and further Iṭnāb. In Q.S. Al-Hujurat: 11, the styles include Uslub Nidā’, Taqdīm wa Taʾkhīr, At-Tikrār, and Tahdīd. In Q.S. An-Nisa’: 58, rhetorical devices identified are Ta’kīd, Tarkīb Fiʿlī Muḍāriʿ, Kalimah Syarṭiyyah, numerical reinforcement, and Khatimah Ilahiyyah. This study introduces the concept of “Qur’anic Social Rhetoric,” a stylistic perspective that highlights the interrelation between the Qur’an’s rhetorical structures and their socio-ethical functions. It demonstrates that the Qur’anic style not only embodies aesthetic and linguistic excellence but also serves as a medium of social critique, moral guidance, and transformation, ultimately reflecting the Qur’an’s essential role in shaping public ethics and social justice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMAN 2 Merangin, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi, serta upaya yang dilakukan guru untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI berperan sebagai perencana, pelaksana, dan evaluator dalam pengembangan bahan ajar, melalui penyusunan modul ajar, penyesuaian materi sesuai kebutuhan siswa, dan penerapan metode pembelajaran bervariasi. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka, kurangnya pelatihan, serta minimnya inovasi dalam penyajian materi. Upaya yangdilakukan antara lain belajar mandiri, mengikuti pelatihan, dan memanfaatkan teknologi sesuai kebijakan sekolah.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pemberian MP-ASI pada balita merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak. Pemberian MP-ASI harus diikuti dengan pengetahuan ibu dan Pendidikan ibu. Jika ibu tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan pendidikan yang baik tentang pemberian MP-ASI, makanakan mempengaruhi pemberian MP-ASI yang dapat berdampak pada status gizi balita. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan pendidikan ibu terhadap pemberian MP- ASI pada balita 6-24 bulan. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 responden ibu yang memiliki balita usia 6-24 bulan yang teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil: Hasil uji statistic uji chy square diperoleh p value = 0,037, dengan nilai coefficient contingency 0,364, yang artinya ada hubungan signifikan pengetahuan dan pendidikan ibu dengan pemberian MP-ASI pada balita 6-24 bulan, dengan keeratan hubungan pada kategori rendah. Kesimpulan: adanya factor lain yang berhubungan dengan pemberian MP-ASI. Saran penulis, tenaga kesehatan perlu melakukan penelitian lanjutan yang berkaitan dengan pemberian MP-ASI.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to investigate the zakat distribution strategies in the fields of education and entrepreneurship at LAZISMU (Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq, dan Sadaqah Muhammadiyah) in Medan City, along with the obstacles encountered. The data analysis technique employed in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis using the Miles and Huberman analysis model. The primary data collection techniques and instruments consist of structured interviews, supplemented by secondary data sources such as financial reports, books, journals, and others. The findings reveal that LAZISMU in Medan City does not implement specific strategies for zakat distribution. Thus, it can be concluded that LAZISMU distributes zakat using similar strategies as other LAZs (Lembaga Amil Zakat) or BAZs (Badan Amil Zakat) focusing on efficient financial management and human resource management strategies. The obstacles encountered in zakat distribution in the fields of education and entrepreneurship at LAZISMU in Medan City generally fall into two clusters: (1) internal cluster with obstacles related to human resources and governance aspects, and (2) external cluster with obstacles related to location and mustahik (zakat recipients) decision-making aspects.

Abstract

One of the financing products offered by Bank Sumut Syariah Karya Sub-Branch Office is a KPR product. In 2020 most customers took mortgage products, but customers who experienced financing had problems paying installments, especially in 2020 when a pandemic occurred which impacted various sectors including the financial sector. Bank Sumut KCPSy This work has a lot of problematic financing from KPR (Home Ownership Credit) products. In overcoming this, Bank Sumut KCPSy Karya offers financing restructuring to make it easier for customers to pay their obligations. Therefore, this research examines the implementation of non-performing financing restructuring policies on mortgage products (home ownership loans). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study show that the implementation of restructuring at the Bank Sumut KCPSy Karya is going well. In implementing the restructuring carried out by Bank Sumut KCPSy it is in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 13/9/PBI/2011. The restructuring is carried out by means of reconditioning, namely by reducing the number of installments that must be paid each month for a certain period, without increasing the margin and time period, so that in the period after the restructuring, you have to pay installments that are larger than before. Abstract

The sharia insurance industry is growing rapidly in Indonesia, but the management of insurance claims still faces challenges related to the effectiveness of accounting information systems. The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of accounting information systems in the management of sharia insurance claims. The research method used is a case study at one of the leading Shariah insurance companies. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the accounting information system used has been quite effective in supporting the process of sharia insurance claims. However, there are some aspects that need to be improved, such as system integration, data quality, and compliance with Sharia principles. Recommendations to improve the effectiveness of accounting information systems include improving the functionality of systems, improving procedures, as well as enhancing the competence of human resources. Implementation of these recommendations is expected to improve the performance of sharia insurance companies and customer satisfaction.
