Abstract

This study develops a return model for Sharia-compliant stocks listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) from 2012 to 2022 examining the influence of macroeconomic and corporate governance factors. Specifically, it investigates the roles of Inflation, the Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate Rate (SBIS), Islamic Corporate Governance (ICG), and Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) on firm profitability and Sharia stock returns. It also analyzes the mediating effect of profitability on stock returns. This research addresses a global concern regarding sustainable and ethical investment in Islamic capital markets, offering insights into how Sharia-compliant companies perform under financial and social governance standards. Employing a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS, the study examines eight consistently listed companies in the JII over 11 years using purposive sampling. Results reveal that ICG and ICSR significantly enhance both profitability and stock returns, affirming their strategic value in Islamic equity markets. Inflation and SBIS, however, show no significant direct or indirect effect on profitability or returns. This model contributes novel empirical evidence on return behavior in Islamic equities, supporting global efforts toward ethical finance. Future research should expand the dataset and explore cross-country comparisons within Islamic stock indices.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a qualitative analysis of the impact of management information systems on employee performance at CV Gudang Madu Sumatera, Jambi City. Management information systems provide a framework that involves hardware, software, and human resources in collecting, managing, and disseminating relevant information within the organization. Employee performance reflects individual efforts to achieve company goals. This study employs a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research participants consist of employees from various departments and levels within the company. The collected data is analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns, themes, and relationships emerging from the interviews, observations, and documents analyzed. The results of the analysis indicate that this qualitative analysis provides deep insights into the influence of management information systems on employee performance at CV Gudang Madu Sumatera. Management information systems have a significant impact on employee performance at CV Gudang Madu Sumatera, Jambi City. These findings highlight several important factors, such as the ease of information access, the speed of decision-making, data integration, and management support for the use of management information systems. These factors contribute to improved employee performance in terms of efficiency, productivity, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Foreign currencies hold significant importance in the realm of international business. Cross-border transactions, which frequently involve the use of foreign currencies, are conducted by companies as a result of rapid globalization and the increasing pace of global trade activities. Utilizing foreign currencies provides benefits such as market expansion, risk diversification, and the optimization of business opportunities. The type of research employed in this study is descriptive qualitative. The findings indicate that the policy regarding the recording of foreign currency transactions in the financial statements of PT Mayora Indah Tbk is as follows: transactions conducted in foreign currencies are converted into Rupiah using the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Monetary assets and liabilities denominated in foreign currencies at the end of the period are reported based on the average buying and selling exchange rates published by Bank Indonesia for the latest banking transactions in the given period. Additionally, exchange rate differences, whether gains or losses, are recognized in the income statement for the current period. The foreign currency accounting policy implemented by PT Mayora Indah Tbk complies with PSAK 10, although exchange rate fluctuations continue to have a significant impact on the financial statements. The practical implications of compliance with this standard and its influence on financial decision-making will be analyzed. It is expected that an understanding of foreign currency accounting will enhance the quality and credibility of corporate financial statements in the global market.

Abstract

Pardomuan Village is located in South Angkola District, South Tapanuli Regency. This service program aims to improve clean and healthy living behavior. Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in the school environment is a set of behaviors that are practiced by students, teachers and the school community as a result of learning problems that arise in elementary schools showing that students do not practice Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) such as rarely wash their hands with running water and soap, rarely use healthy latrines, rarely throw rubbish in the right place, resulting in several cases of diseases such as diarrhea, worms, typhoid, ulcers. The method used is to provide direct education and practice directly to elementary school students in the Pardomuan Garonggang sub-district. The results of the observations and counseling that have been carried out can increase knowledge and healthy living behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melakukan eskperimen untuk mendemontrasikan akuntansi sumber daya manusia kedalam laporan keuangan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui laporan keuangan yang menghasilkan kinerja lebih baik dengan cara melakukan perbandingan pada kinerja keuangan yang mendemontrasikan ASDM dan tidak mendemontrasikan ASDM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan yang bersumber dari https://holding-perkebunan.com/laporan-tahunan/. Hasil dari penelitian ini setelah menerapkan ASDM menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan, dan Equity Multiplier (EM), dan Asset Utilization (AU) mengalami penurunan setelah penerapan akuntansi sumber daya manusia, namun semakin kecil EM dan AU semakin baik untuk perusahaan. Dalam hal ini dapat diambil kesimpulkan bahwa setelah menerapkan akuntansi sumber daya manusia menjadi pengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Powtoon-based animated video media on interest and learning outcomes in PPKn in class IV students at SD Negeri 77 Bengkulu. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used are tests, questionnaires and documentation. The instruments used in this research were pretest and posttest sheets, questionnaire sheets. The collected data was then analyzed quantitatively using SPSS. The results of the research show that through cartoon-based animated video media it can have an influence on interest and learning outcomes. The conclusion of this research is that the Ho hypothesis is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of Powtoon-based animated video media on interest and learning outcomes.

Abstract

With technological developments in various fields that influence human life, one of which is the culinary field. However, when showing the food and drink menu from a foodcourt, there aro no props available to display the menu. Currently, when showing food and drink menus to customers, only 2D images are used. By utilizing augmented reality technology, it is hoped that it can help foodcourt in presenting food and drink menus to make them more attractive because augmented reality can be a tool to display menus in 3D form. By using 3D visuals, it is also hoped that it can help customers to know more about the menus available at the foodcourt. With augmented reality supported by the markerless method, the foodcourt can display the available menus in 3D as well as details of each menu. In modelling 3D objects about the menus, software in the form of Blender will be used. For system development, the prototype method will be used so that the steps of development are known.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, leverage and profitability on dividend policy on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and obtained 66 samples of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership, leverage and profitability simultaneously have positive and significant effects on dividend policy. While partially only profitability variables that have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy and for managerial ownership and leverage variables do not have a significant effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of premium materials and design innovation on the competitiveness of the Erigo brand in the global market. The method used is descriptive quantitative, with a sample of 100 students from the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UINSU. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression through SPSS. The results indicate that premium materials and design innovation have a positive and significant effect on Erigo's competitiveness. These findings highlight the importance of material quality and product innovation in enhancing the position of local brands in the international market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of multicultural values in order to build attitudes and behaviors that respect variety or diversity of X grade students at SMK YAPIS Santong, to know the inhibiting factors and supporting factors of the implementation of multicultural values in X grade. This study is a qualitative study that is descriptive model, by trying to describe the results of research obtained in fact. The data types used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data sources used consisting of the Head Master, vice head master for public relations and curriculum, vice head master for infrastructure and student affairs, BK teachers, parents, heads of boarding schools and X grade students with Observation data collection techniques, Interviews and Documentation. Analysis  data used in this study is deductive and Inductive. The results of this study are the implementation of multicultural values to X grade students is able to change student behavior to appreciate diversity more, and the application of multicultural values will be realized because of the routine of the school and teachers in providing an understanding of the implementation of multicultural values. The inhibiting factor in the implementation of multicultural values is the lack of student awareness, while the supporting factor is because the school is not under the affiliated of a community organization so that it will decrease the racism between one and another.
