Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, komunikasi, dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel intervening pada pegawai Kecamatan di Pulau Kundur, Kabupaten Karimun. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan di distribusikan kepada 137 responden yaitu pegawai di Kecamatan Kundur, Kundur Utara, dan Kundur Barat, analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS (structural equation modeling partial least square) dengan software pls 3.0 untuk menguji pola hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi dan Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), kemudian Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi dan Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, selanjutnya diperoleh hasil bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) memediasi hubungan secara signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi dan Karakteristik Individu terhadap Kinerja. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan dalam Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi yang efektif, dan Karakteristik Individu yang baik dapat meningkatkan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai, yang pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan Kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Pulau Kundur.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Leadership Style, Work Ethic, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of PT. Laman Mining. The subject of this study was an employee of PT. Laman mining of the sample to be taken is determined by the Slovin formula. The number of Employees of Laman Mining is 50 people. By using slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% obtained results with a presentation rate of 95%. The data was obtained by questionnaire system using likert scale. The results of this study show that leadership style, work ethic, organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive effect on the performance of employees PT. Laman Mining. (4) The direct influence of Leadership Style (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) has a parameter coefficient of -0.165 (negative), so there is a negative influence where the more Authoritarian The Leadership Style (X1) the lower the Employee Performance (Y) and the Value P Award (X1)) on Employee Performance (Y) is -0.196> 0.05 so that it can be said that the influence of Awards on Employee Performance is insignificant. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, human resource quality and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Batam Special KSOP Office. The study population consisted of 98 civil servants and 34 honorary Batam Special KSOP Office. The sample selection method used is stratified random sampling, which is sampling from a stratified random population based on a certain level of frequency of all members of the population in this study the sample is honorary employees. The distribution of the questionnaire was carried out on 34honorary employees of the Batam Special KSOP Office. The data analysis technique used to solve the problem in this resear ch is quantitative analysis technique, namely path analysis with the application of multiple linear regression models using the help of the SPSS 24.0 program. The results of this study indicate that Emotional Intelligence and Work Discipline have a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction while the Quality of Human Resources has a negative and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction. Then, Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Quality of Human Resourcessignificant negative effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, work discipline and job satisfaction have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee work performance at Engku Haji Daud Hospital, Riau Islands Province. The sample in this study were 20 employees. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The results showed that: 1) There is a positive effect of style Leadership on Employee Work Performance, There is a positive influence and motivation on Employee Work Performance and there is a positive influence on the Work Environment on Employee Work Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence, work environment, organizational commitment and state civil apparatus incentives on performance through the quality of public service. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, namely providing an explanation of the work environment description, organizational commitment and incentives of state civil servants on performance through the quality of public services. The sampling technique used in this study is the census sample method, namely the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. Because the total population in the study was 183 people, the entire population was also used as the research sample. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire as a data collection technique designed based on previous literature and research which will be distributed to all ASNs in the Riau Islands Regional Revenue Agency Office. The instrument is calibrated using item validity and reliability coefficient. Validity was tested using SEM-PLS analysis with the help of SmartPLS software. Based on the research results, there are ten conclusions that are relevant to the problems studied in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how much influence Motivation, Incentives and Competence have on the Performance of Collection Outsourced Employees (TAD) with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable at Bank BTN Bekasi Branch Office. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method that uses a survey system. Where the data collected relates to motivation, incentives, competence, organizational commitment and employee performance at the BTN Bekasi Branch Office. The type of data is quantitative with the data source to be collected from the relevant BTN Bekasi Branch Office and based on research objects that are correlated with the title of this thesis. The population in this study were collection outsourcing (TAD) employees who worked at the BTN Bekasi Branch Office. This research uses primary and secondary data obtained from respondents, where respondents will provide verbal responses and/or written responses in response to the statements given. The data collection technique uses variable measurement using a questionnaire instrument. Each employee respondent was given three questionnaire instruments to become a source of measurement for the variables studied. The results of the research show that work motivation partially has a significant and positive influence on employee organizational commitment, incentives partially have a significant and positive influence on employee organizational commitment, partial competence has a significant and positive influence on employee organizational commitment, partial organizational commitment has a significant influence and positive on employee performance, partial work motivation has a significant and positive influence on employee performance, partial incentives have a significant and positive influence on employee performance, partial competence has a significant and positive influence on employee performance, partial work motivation has a significant influence and positive towards employee performance through organizational commitment, incentives partially have a significant and positive influence on employee performance through organizational commitment, competence partially has a significant and positive influence on employee performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The research respondents were employees at the Bank Indonesia Branch Office of Riau Island Province. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Data analysis using simultaneous multiple regression techniques with two regression equations with SPSS data processor version 20. The results of the analysis show that the variables of work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction influence OCB through organizational commitment. The research results on the influence of work motivation on organizational commitment are significant. The influence of Organizational Commitment on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable is significant. The influence of the Work Environment on Organizational Commitment is significant. The influence of the Work Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is significant. The influence of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment is significant.The influence of Job Satisfaction on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable is significant. The influence of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is significant. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation, competency and infrastructure on teacher performance at Yos Anugrah and Sinar Timur Atam private schools with motivation as an intermediary variable. The methods used in this research are quantitative and qualitative research methods and also mixed research methods. The total population were 178 teachers. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed by using the SEM AMOS analysis techniques. The results of this studies show that compensation has a slight direct effect on work motivation, showing a probability value of 0.157 (p>0.05), competence has a slight direct effect on work motivation showing a probability value of 0.254 (p>0.05) and infrastructure has a direct effect on work motivation obtained at 0.038, testing the relationship between these two variables shows a probability value of 0.038 (p<0.05).

Abstract

The Karimun Regency Tourism Office is trying to increase tourist interest in visiting Karimun Regency, including by improving the quality of community services in the tourism sector. However, information data was found that there was a negative impact on the level of tourist visits to Karimun Regency, among other things, due to problems with inadequate infrastructure, inadequate attractiveness of tourist destinations, service quality and tourism development not being supported by increasingly intensive and widespread regional promotion. This quantitative research aims to examine the determinants related to these factors on the interest of visiting tourists. It was concluded that there was a significant positive determination of infrastructure, service quality directly on tourist interest and tourism promotion in Karimun Regency. There is a significant positive determination of facilities and service quality directly on tourist interest. There is a negative but not significant determination of tourist attraction directly on tourist interest and tourism promotion. There is a positive and significant direct determination of tourism promotion on tourists' interest in visiting Karimun Regency. There is a significant positive determination of infrastructure and service quality in moderating tourism promotion on tourist interest in visiting Karimun Regency. There is a negative but not significant determination of tourist attraction in the moderation of tourism promotion on tourist interest in visiting Karimun Regency. It is recommended, among other things, to maximize exploration of uniqueness, diversity, completeness of information, facilities, network accessibility, hygiene and security services, as well as optimizing community involvement in developing tourist destinations in Karimun Regency. Optimizing tourism promotion through digital advertising, print, events, community participation and offering convenience policies.
