Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pemasaran terhadap minat beli konsumen. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yaitu metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang berusaha untuk menuturkan pemecahan masalah yang ada sekarang berdasarkan data. Dari analisis data yang di peroleh hasil ujiregresi linier sedehana didapatkan persamaannya yaitu Y= 1,268 + 0,952X. Berdasarkan nilai R koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh dengan tabel pedoman interprestasi, maka dapat dilihat bahwa R = 0,931 berada pada posisi 0,800 - 1,000 maka dinyatakan hubungannya sangat kuat sedangkan angka r square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,867 atau 86,7%. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi semua variabel independen yaitu Strategi Pemasaran (X) adalah sebesar 86,7% terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Minat Beli (Y) dan dapat dikatakan cukup kuat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of marketing strategies on consumer buying interest. In this research, descriptive research methods are used, namely research methods using descriptive research methods, namely research that seeks to explain solutions to current problems based on data. From the data analysis obtained by the results of a simple linear regression test, the equation is obtained, namely Y= 1.268 + 0.952X. Based on the R value of the correlation coefficient obtained using the interpretation guideline table, it can be seen that R = 0.931 is in the position 0.800 - 1.000, so it is stated below that it is very strong, while the r square figure (coefficient of determination) is 0.867 or 86.7%. This value shows that the contribution of all independent variables, namely Marketing Strategy (X), is 86.7% of the dependent variable, namely Purchase Interest (Y), and can be said to be quite strong.

Abstract

In developing and increasing sales of life insurance business, it is important to know the factors that influence the decision to use life insurance. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The results of multiple linear regression indicate a positive relationship between income, age, continuity funds with the decision to use life insurance services at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Baturaja Branch Office. The correlation coefficient obtained a value of r = 0.476 that the relationship between income, age and continuity funds on the decision to use life insurance services is positive and stated to be very strong. The determination coefficient with a value of 0.227 indicates that the decision to use life insurance services is influenced by income, age and continuity funds by 22.7% while the remaining 77.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The results of the income hypothesis test obtained a t-count value of -0.163, so there is no significant influence of income on the decision to use life insurance services, while on the continuity fund the t-count value is 2.892, so there is a significant influence of continuity funds on the decision to use life insurance services and simultaneously there is a significant influence between income, age and continuity funds together on the variable decision to use services.

Abstract

A person tends to work enthusiastically if they get satisfaction from their work because job satisfaction is the key to supporting the company's goals. The assessment for job promotion specifically for subordinates is only assessed by the leader at the Tirta Ogan Regional Drinking Water Company in Baturaja. The assessment for job promotion for several employees who have worked for a long time (over 4-5 years) carried out by the board of directors is only as one of the requirements (formality) to increase job promotion. This has an impact on the declining work spirit of employees. This research method is a descriptive quantitative method. From the simple linear regression equation, the correlation between the job promotion variable (X) and work spirit (Y) is 0.693 which has a strong correlation. The R Square of 0.481, the contribution of the job promotion variable (X) to work spirit (Y) is 48.1%. While the remaining 51.9% is influenced or varied by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the calculation of the large t-test obtained a job promotion (X) of 7.138 and 2.00404, then > (2.00404) meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between job promotion and the work enthusiasm of Permanent Employees at the Tirta Ogan Regional Drinking Water Company in Baturaja.

Abstract

Legislative members are an important element for society in national life, because the people's representative council is a formal state institution as a mainstay and hope for the community. For that, they need legislative members who are always committed to the welfare of the community by improving good cooperation, building strong synergy, and carrying out tasks according to their respective fields, then responsive to input and criticism in carrying out the people's mandate. Generally, they serve for five years, and/or follow the applicable political mechanisms and policies. Because of this, the community will seek information and recognize the legislative candidates they will choose. Prospective legislative members who choose billboards to introduce themselves with the consideration of saving costs and time because without meeting the community can get to know the prospective legislative members. When associated with the function of billboards, many phenomena of destruction and neglect are found by the community. In order to obtain legislative members who are in accordance with what is desired, there are several factors that the community may consider before deciding which legislative candidates to choose. This study aims to determine the effect of installing billboards on the community's decision in choosing legislative candidates in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.

Abstract

The transfer of employee duties from one work unit to another within a company is a common occurrence, the main purpose of which is to increase company productivity by distributing human resources optimally. This research was conducted at PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. As one of the operating companies of the Semen Indonesia Group, it does the same thing by implementing employee transfers to other operating companies. The purpose of this research was to see how much impact mutations have on employee morale. This research uses a descriptive method supported by quantitative data analysis, where data was collected from respondents totaling 35 employees who were carrying out EOD (employees on duty) throughout 2024 (January-December period). The methods used to process and analyze the data are the Product Moment Correlation Test, Correlation Test, and Correlation Coefficient Significance Test (t-Test). This research arrived at results that show a real influence between mutations on work morale as seen from the magnitude of the correlation coefficient of 0.880 and the coefficient of determination value at 77.44%. This means that the mutation variable has an influence of 77.44%, while various other factors have an influence of only 22.56%. The significance test obtained a result of 10.643, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the influence of mutation on employee morale has a significant influence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalitis pengaruh pemikiran kritis dan kemampuan analitis terhadap pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden dan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variable pemikiran kritis dan kemampuan analitis berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila secara signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan hasil Uji Parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikansi dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel pemikiran kritis dan kemampuan analitis terhadap pemahaman nila-nilai Pancasila.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh genre film, kualitas film, dan ulasan film terhadap minat belajar mata kuliah Pancasila. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, studi ini menyajikan hasil berbasis data numerik dan statistik untuk menguji hipotesis secara objektif. Penelitian ini melibatkan pengukuran variabel menggunakan instrumen kuesioner pada responden, kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas, yaitu genre film “Sayap Kecil Garuda” (X1), kualitas film “Sayap Kecil Garuda” (X2), dan ulasan film “Sayap Kecil Garuda” (X3), secara simultan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 42,7% terhadap variabel terikat, yaitu minat belajar mata kuliah Pancasila (Y). Angka ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien determinasi atau R squared sebesar 0,427. Ini membuktikan bahwa film dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar. Adapun sisa 57,3% dari minat belajar dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini, yang tidak termasuk dalam analisis regresi. Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi besar media visual seperti film dalam mendukung pendidikan karakter dan pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila.
