Abstract

This study aims to determine, "The Role of Civics Teachers in Developing Discipline of Taman Mulia Kuburaya High School Students in Online Learning". This study used a qualitative approach, with subjects namely, PPKn teachers, vice-students, counseling teachers, and male and female SMA Taman Mulia class XII IPS 1 students as a sample because at the time the research was conducted the students who came to school only totaling 5 people. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data collection tools used are interview guides, observation guidelines and documentation tools. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity checking technique uses source triangulation and technical triangulation, time triangulation. The results of the study show the discipline of students in online learning, namely, students often do not submit assignments, are late for class, do not attend class, and often do not fill in attendance. The role of Civics teachers in developing student discipline in online learning, namely, the teacher as a guide, the teacher as a role model, and the teacher as a motivator. The obstacles faced by PPKn teachers in developing student discipline are factors from themselves, factors from the environment where they live, and family factors. Efforts made by PPKn teachers to overcome student discipline barriers in online learning, namely: guiding and advising students and communicating well with students

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the role of the West Kalimantan National Assimilation Forum in realizing community unity and unity in West Kalimantan. The research method used is a descriptive method in the form of qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the role of the National Assimilation Forum in realizing unity and unity can be seen from the work program implemented, namely the production of short videos regarding national assimilation, socialization of national assimilation, youth dialogue, coordination and hearings of district/city FPK. With supporting factors such as coaching and coordinating with regional heads through the Kesbangpol agency, funding from the regional government to carry out work program activities, participation of cross-ethnic organizations in carrying out activities, collaboration with other community organizations in carrying out activities and obstacles to activities such as lack of funds provided by the regional government to carry out all work programs and members who are not active in carrying out activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the programs of the Segak Singkawang community organization in the community and to find out the description of the values of mutual cooperation by the Segak Singkawang Community Organization in Sungai Garam Village and to find out the obstacles faced by the Segak Singkawang Community Organization in implementing the values of mutual cooperation in Sungai Garam Village and to find out an overview of the values of mutual cooperation by the Segak Singkawang Community Organization in Sungai Garam Village. This research method is to use descriptive with a form of qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data subjects in this study are the Chairman, Members of the Segak Singkawang Community Organization, Chairman of the Rt and Society. Data analysis techniques use data reduction analysis, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of the program there is a Segak Singkawang Community Organization program which is carried out annually, monthly and is carried out according to the situation and conditions as well as programs implemented in collaboration with the community in Sungai Garam Village.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students critikal thinking skills in civics subjects by using the TANDUR learning model in class X IPS 1 SMAN 11 Pontianak, which is carried out in 2 cycles. The research method used is qualitative in the from of classroom action research. The subjects in this study were 24 students of class X IPS 1 SMAN 11 Pontianak, tataling 24 students. Data collection techniques include tests, observations, and questionnaires. Questionnaires, tes sheets, and observation sheets are the instruments used to collect data. The instruments used to collect data are in the from of tests including initial tests, first cycle tests, second cycle tests, final tests, teacher ability observation sheets, and student activity observation sheets. Data from test results and observation sheets were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the critical thinking ability of students in the first cycle was 61.97%, then in the second cycle increased to 78.12%, and in the final test increased to 87.5%. Given that students critical thinking skills grow in each cycle, it can be said that the TANDUR learning model can help students. In the vontext of applying the TANDUR learning model to learning Civics subjects and other subjects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan civic culture dalam pernikahan adat Melayu Sambas sebagai kearifan lokal di Desa Twi Mentibar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala desa, Kepala Dusun, Tokoh Agama, Tokoh Masyarakat, dan Masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data dengan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada prosesi pelaksanaan pernikahan adat Melayu Sambas di Desa Twi Mentibar terdiri dari tahapan persiapan, hari motong/hari kaccik, dan hari bassar. Terdapat gambaran civic culture dalam prosesi pelaksanaan pernikahan adat Melayu Sambas yakni keadaban, rasa saling percaya, disiplin diri, solidaritas, dan toleransi. Sedangkan nilai kearifan lokal pada prosesi pelaksanaan pernikahan adat Melayu Sambas di Desa Twi Mentibar yakni nilai religi dan nilai gotong-royong.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the role of scout coaches as mentors in implementing disciplinary character. knowing the role of coaches as role models in implementing disciplinary character, knowing scout coaches as motivators in implementing disciplinary character, and knowing the strategies used by scout coaches in implementing the disciplinary character of Scout Members at SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya. The research method used descriptive method with qualitative research form. The sources of research data are Scoutmaster, Deputy Student Affairs, and Scout Members. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are in the form of the role of the Scoutmaster at SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya as a mentor, namely providing direction and guidance to students to be disciplined in participating in mandatory scout activities. The Scoutmaster shows an exemplary attitude consistently during extracurricular activities by being present on time and completing tasks properly. As a motivator, the Scoutmaster's role in implementing disciplinary character is by providing motivation and support to scout members through mandatory activities and routine activities. Scoutmasters use strategies in an effort to implement disciplinary character through mandatory activities and routine activities by providing guidance during activities, motivation, role modeling and providing responsibility.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the values of youth nationalist character through the straw hat pirate character in the One Piece anime series. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data sources for this research are the head of the Pontianak one piece anime community, members of the Pontianak one piece anime community, and teenagers who love one piece anime aged 15-21 years. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques for data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the nationalist character contained in the main character of the One Piece anime series is unity and oneness, solidarity, independence and willingness to sacrifice. The description of the nationalistic character that teenagers emulate after watching the One Piece anime series is unity and oneness in the activities they carry out, solidarity in terms of friendship, independence shown by strong determination and desire, and willingness to make sacrifices that are applied to everyday life. There are positive impacts such as being able to provide encouragement for personal and social development, being able to form a better character with the surrounding environment, while the negative impact is that they tend to spend more time watching cellphone screens, teenagers are more consumptive by buying knick-knacks or clothes that match the animated characters. One piece, after watching the one piece anime series.

Abstract

Abstrak: Temajuk marupakan salah satu wilayah Propinsi Kalimantan Barat yang berbatasan langsung dengan negara tetangga Malaysia. Karena tingginya ketergantungan masyarakat Temajuk terhadap masyarakat Malaysia terkait pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup maka menyimpan potensi lunturnya identitas nasional masyarakat termasuk generasi muda. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka memperkuat identitas nasional generasi muda yakni dengan menanamkan kesadaran menjaga dan melestarikan identitas nasional/identitas lokal. Namun disisi lain masih banyak generasi muda yang belum memahami secara komprehensif peran identitas nasional terhadap rasa nasionalisme dan patriotisme bangsa. Menyikapi hal tersebut perlu upaya nyata dari berbagai pihak termasuk perguruan tinggi untuk turut mensosialisasikan persoalan tersebut sampai pada level sekolah dan masyarakat. Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan melalui sosialisasi kepada 16 siswa-siswi daerah perbatasan Temajuk Dusun Camar Buan berupa penyampaian materi terkait identitas nasional generasi muda. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara tatap muka bertempat di SMAN 2 Paloh. Hasil dari kegiatan ini generasi muda/siswa-siswi dapat mengetahui dan memahami secara komprehensif pentingnya menjaga dan melestarikan identitas nasional di wilayah perbatasan Temajuk Kalimantan Barat dalam rangka memupuk rasa nasionalisme dan patriotisme.Abstract: Temajuk is an area of West Kalimantan Province which is directly adjacent to neighboring Malaysia. Due to the high dependence of the Temajuk community on the Malaysian community regarding meeting the necessities of life, it saves the potential for the loss of the national identity of the community, including the younger generation. One of the efforts that can be done in order to strengthen the national identity of the younger generation is by instilling awareness of maintaining and preserving national identity/local identity. But on the other hand, there are still many young people who do not comprehensively understand the role of national identity in the sense of nationalism and patriotism of the nation. Responding to this requires real efforts from various parties including universities to participate in socializing the issue to the school and community level. This PKM activity was carried out through socialization to 16 students from the Temajuk border area of Camar Buan Hamlet in the form of delivering material related to the national identity of the younger generation. The activities were carried out face-to-face at SMAN 2 Paloh. The result of this activity is that the younger generation/students can comprehensively know and understand the importance of maintaining and preserving national identity in the Temajuk border area of West Kalimantan in order to foster a sense of nationalism and patriotism.

Abstract

Penerapan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran dengan materi Berkarakter Nasionalisme pada mata pelajaran PPKn dikelas IPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Raya. Metode penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini kepala sekolah, guru PPKn, dan siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Raya. Pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berkarakter nasionalisme pada pelajaran PPKn dikelas XI IPA 1 dilakukan melalui pembelajaran oleh guru dengan menjelaskan materi yang berkaitan dengan nilai berkarakter nasionalisme. Belajar mengajar dilakukan guru seperti mengucapkan salam saat masuk keruang kelas mengecek kerapian siswa, membersihkan sampah dalam laci siswa, absen kehadiran siswa, berdoa sebelum memulai pelajaran, guru membahas materi sebelumnya dan menyampaikan materi yang akan dipelajari. Nilai yang terdapat pada indikator yaitu bangga sebagai bangsa Indonesia, Cinta Tanah air, Menerima Kemajemukan, peduli social.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran, hambatan dan solusi serta dampak dari strategi pembelajaran dalam membentuk nasionalisme melalui pembelajaran ppkn pada anak autisme di SMA LB Bina Anak Bangsa Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian bentuk kualitataif. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik, sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung dari sumbernya. Data yang diperoleh biasanya data berupa dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru dalam membentuk nasionalisme bisa dikatakan cukup baik dikarenakan pada saat kegiatan belajar mengajar terjadi komunikasi antara dua arah dimana siswanya cukup berperan aktif pada saat proses pembelajaran sehingga guru yang besangkutan bisa melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang berujuan untuk membentuk nasionalisme itu ditandai dengan mengikuti upacara bendera, memperingati hari-hari penting kenegaraan, mematuhi tata tertib sekolah dan berperilaku yang sopan terhadap guru, namun demikian dalam pelaksanaannya juga terdapat beberapa hambatan yang dihadapi seperti kepribadian anak dan juga lingkungan di sekitar anak seperti keluarga, sekolah dan juga masyarakat.
