Abstract

Indonesia is one of the world’s largest coffee-producing countries. Each region produces coffee with distinctive characteristics that serve as a form of regional branding based on its area of origin. In addition, Indonesia possesses a wide variety of unique coffee processing and serving traditions that reflect local cultural characteristics and the surrounding natural resources. The aim of this study is to analyze the diversity of traditional coffee preparations, the types of additional ingredients used, serving techniques, and the historical value of coffee in Indonesia. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature study method. Data were collected through a comprehensive review of academic journals, books, official reports, and credible online sources related to traditional Indonesian coffee, gastronomy, and cultural heritage. The collected literature was analyzed descriptively to identify patterns of diversity in preparation methods, ingredients, serving techniques, and the socio-cultural values attached to coffee traditions in various regions. The findings indicate that Indonesia has a wide range of traditional coffee preparations distributed across different regions. Each preparation and serving style is influenced by factors such as the availability of raw materials, community traditions, geographical conditions, and the social functions of coffee within society. Aceh Province is identified as the region with the greatest diversity of traditional coffee preparations. Traditional coffee products in Indonesia have significant potential to be recognized as intangible cultural heritage, to strengthen the gastronomic identity of the archipelago, and to support regional branding and coffee-based ecotourism.

Abstract

This study aims to explore in depth the understanding, challenges, and support experienced by Islamic Religious Education (IRE) lecturers during the transition to the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum, which often faces skepticism and technical challenges. This study employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design to explore the meaning of the lived experiences of four lecturers from the IRE study program. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using a framework analysis based on Kurt Lewin's Three Phases of Change Model (Unfreeze, Change, Refreeze), and enriched with Hochschild's Emotional Labor Theory. The research findings indicate that the OBE transition experienced a systemic failure in the Refreeze Phase. The Unfreeze Phase successfully created cognitive dissonance about the need for change, but immediately triggered negative emotional labor such as "anxiety," "confusion," and "burden." The Change Phase was hindered by dominant restraining forces, particularly the difficulty of designing assessments (considered "the most difficult"), increased workload, and a lack of systemic training support. Consequently, the Refreeze Phase failed; OBE is "not yet established" and is perceived as merely a "momentary trend" of administrative compliance ("discharging obligations"), not as an internalized pedagogical change.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and impact of web-based formative assessment in Fiqh learning at MAN 1 Boyolali. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving Fiqh teachers, the school principal, and nine students from grades X, XI, and XII. The findings indicate that teachers design web-based formative assessments by aligning them with learning outcomes, students’ characteristics, and the digital context of the school. The assessments are conducted continuously through a web system that facilitates evaluation, reflection, and real-time feedback. The implementation of web-based assessments has been shown to enhance students’ motivation, engagement, and conceptual understanding of Fiqh, while simultaneously fostering values of honesty and responsibility.

Abstract

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan pengabdian di MI Tarbiyatul Aulad yang memiliki tujuan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terkait area pribadi serta sentuhan baik-tidak baik. Latar belakang dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah adanya keluhan dari para guru serta siswa di MI Tarbiyatul Aulad terkait perilaku anak PDBK yang memiliki kematangan seksual melampaui usia fisiknya sehingga meresahkan warga MI. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: 1) survei dan pengumpulan data, 2) menentukan tema pengabdian, 3) persiapan materi kegiatan, 4) edukasi, dan 5) evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah 1) kegiatan survei dan pengumpulan data di lokasi pengabdian berjalan lancar, 2) menentukan tema pengabdian di MI Tarbiyatul Aulad, yaitu edukasi seksual berbasis nilai-nilai islami, 3) materi pengabdian berupa modul edukasi seksual berbasis nilai-nilai islami dan video animasi sentuhan baik-tidak baik, 4) kegiatan edukasi dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, dan 5) siswa memiliki pemahaman mendasar tentang bab seksual, khususnya batasan area pribadi serta sentuhan baik-tidak baik.

Abstract

Teaching factory merupakan model pembelajaran di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan berbasis produksi atau jasa, yang berpedoman pada standar dan prosedur yang berlaku di industri dan dilaksanakan dengan suasana seperti yang ada di industri. Dalam bentuk sederhana, konsep teaching factory merupakan pengembangan unit produksi yang sudah dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan serta pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Teaching factory yang telah terlaksana di Kota Malang sudah cukup baik, namun masih belum optimal secara keseluruhan sehingga diperlukan adanya perbaikan serta peningkatan kerja sama yang telah dilakukan sehingga mampu menghasilkan peserta didik yang kompeten di bidangnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management strategies of curriculum development based on local wisdom at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Magelang, focusing on the formulation, implementation, and evaluation mechanisms of the curriculum. Employing a post-positivist qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews with key institutional figures, and document analysis. The study found that the curriculum development at MDT Nurul Huda Magelang was formulated in alignment with national regulations and local needs through a SWOT analysis. Curriculum implementation was carried out through three approaches: strengthening core Islamic teachings within a local context, internalizing values through local traditions, and developing skills rooted in cultural practices. Curriculum evaluation was conducted comprehensively and participatively, resulting in graduates who not only master religious sciences but also embody the character of rahmatan lil ‘alamin—civilized, moderate, and nationally minded individuals. This study contributes to the development of Islamic Religious Education curricula that are more relevant to the needs of students and society. The findings of this research can serve as a reference in designing MDT curricula that instill Islamic character values.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of an IoT–PLC-based Smart-Industry learning model on students’ problem-solving and critical thinking skills in electrical engineering education. However, empirical studies investigating how IoT–PLC-based instructional models influence higher-order cognitive skills remain limited, particularly in vocational and electrical engineering education contexts. Despite the increasing integration of Industry 4.0 technologies in education, previous studies have primarily focused on technical skill development and often lack empirically validated pedagogical frameworks. The study employed a quantitative quasi-experimental design with a pretest–posttest control group, involving an experimental group taught through the IoT–PLC-based Smart-Industry learning model and a control group taught through conventional instruction. A total of 60 undergraduate students were selected through cluster sampling and assigned to experimental and control groups. Data were collected using validated instruments, with reliability confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha coefficients above 0.70. The results indicate that the experimental group achieved significantly higher improvements than the control group (p < 0.05), with large effect sizes observed for both problem-solving (d = 1.45) and critical thinking (d = 1.39). These findings suggest that an IoT–PLC-based Smart-Industry learning model may enhance higher-order cognitive skills, particularly problem-solving and critical thinking, within the specific context of electrical engineering education.

Abstract

The fuel oil purifier is a critical auxiliary equipment on board vessels, responsible for separating sediments, water, and sludge from fuel oil to ensure clean fuel supply for the main engine and auxiliary machinery. This study investigates the causes of fuel oil purifier malfunction on board MV. Lumoso Permai, a bulk carrier operated by PT. Lumoso Pratama Line, and proposes optimized maintenance strategies to prevent recurrence. During the author's sea practice period from September 2021 to September 2022, two primary operational problems were identified on the Mitsubishi SJ20T-60T type purifier. First, excessive fuel oil waste during the purification process was caused by the accumulation of sludge and contaminants on the bowl body and disc assembly, compounded by the selection of an incorrect gravity disc size. These conditions resulted in fuel overflow through the sludge port rather than discharge through the clean oil outlet. Second, the pilot valve malfunctioned due to worn O-rings and contaminant deposits obstructing the valve passages, preventing proper operating water flow for bowl opening and closing operations. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through direct observation, interviews with the Fourth Engineer, and documentation review. Analysis revealed that both problems were fundamentally attributable to inadequate adherence to the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) schedule and insufficient compliance with the manufacturer's instruction manual. The recommended corrective measures include implementing strict periodic bowl and disc cleaning schedules in accordance with the PMS, conducting routine pilot valve inspection and O-ring replacement, and ensuring proper gravity disc selection based on fuel specific gravity and operating temperature.

Abstract

Digitalisasi layanan fasilitas kesehatan menjadi tuntutan yang tidak dapat dihindari pada era abad ke-21, termasuk pada layanan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di lingkungan Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP). Urgensi audit keamanan RME di FKTP semakin meningkat seiring dengan maraknya insiden kebocoran data kesehatan dan belum meratanya penerapan standar keamanan informasi di tingkat primer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaudit keamanan sistem informasi RME pada UPT Puskesmas Cibiuk guna mengevaluasi proses tata kelola perlindungan privasi data pasien yang masih berjalan tanpa standar keamanan baku dan rentan terhadap kebocoran akses. Metode yang digunakan adalah Audit Sistem Informasi melalui pendekatan Gap Analysis (Analisis Kesenjangan), yang dijalankan dengan mengevaluasi 8 kontrol pada Annex A.6 People Controls dan 23 kontrol internal pada Annex A.8 Technological Controls ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Subjek penelitian adalah pengelola IT dan tenaga medis pengguna sistem di UPT Puskesmas Cibiuk, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah sistem RME yang saat ini digunakan secara aktif di poli pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan (maturity level) keamanan sistem berada pada rata-rata 2.30 (Repeatable) dengan persentase kesesuaian sebesar 47,09%. Temuan risiko tertinggi ditemukan pada kontrol backup yang belum diuji restore dengan risk score 20 (Sangat Tinggi). Celah keamanan paling signifikan ditemukan pada praktik berbagi kata sandi (password sharing) antar perawat dan ketiadaan enkripsi pada proses pencadangan (backup) data. Implementasi audit terbukti efektif memetakan kerentanan sistematis pada operasional puskesmas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kerangka kerja ISO/IEC 27001:2022 sangat relevan diterapkan pada evaluasi sistem informasi berskala layanan kesehatan primer karena ketatnya standar yang mengakomodasi perlindungan data medis.     Audit of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Information System Based on ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Criteria at UPT Puskesmas Cibiuk   Abstract The digitalization of healthcare facilities has become an unavoidable demand in the 21st century, including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) services in Primary Healthcare Facilities. The urgency of auditing EMR security in primary healthcare facilities is increasing along with the rise in health data breach incidents and the uneven implementation of information security standards at the primary level. This study aims to audit the security of the EMR information system at UPT Puskesmas Cibiuk to evaluate the governance of patient data privacy protection, which is currently running without standard security protocols and is vulnerable to access breaches. The method used is Information Systems Audit through a Gap Analysis approach, conducted by evaluating 8 controls in Annex A.6 People Controls and 23 internal controls in Annex A.8 Technological Controls of ISO/IEC 27001:2022. The research subjects were IT administrators and medical personnel using the system at UPT Puskesmas Cibiuk, while the object of research was the EMR system currently actively used in outpatient clinics. The results showed that the system's security maturity level is at an average of 2.30 (Repeatable) with a compliance percentage of 47.09%. The highest risk finding was found in the backup control that had not been restore-tested, with a risk score of 20 (Very High). The most significant security vulnerabilities were found in the practice of password sharing among nurses and the lack of encryption in the data backup process. The implementation of the audit proved effective in mapping systematic vulnerabilities in the community health center's operations. This study concludes that the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 framework is highly relevant for evaluating information systems at the primary healthcare level due to its strict standards accommodating medical data protection.
