Abstract

Latar Belakang : Abon Lele "Abay" adalah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang makanan olahan berbasis ikan lele dengan tujuan meningkatkan konsumsi protein ikan, terutama di kalangan anak-anak yang kurang menyukai ikan dalam bentuk tradisional. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan bisnis melalui inovasi produk dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha dan pelanggan Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk seperti diversifikasi rasa dan pengemasan praktis berhasil meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen. Namun, pemanfaatan platform digital seperti Shopee, TikTok, dan Facebook masih terbatas akibat kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang terampil. Kesimpulan : Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan digital marketing bagi pelaku usaha serta pengelolaan pemasaran digital yang lebih strategis untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Gaya hidup modern bisa meningkatkan tingkat stress, kebiasaan merokok, serta mengkonsumsi minuman berakohol serta kopi yang berlebihan, bisa menyebabkan berbagai penyakit, termauk hipertensi. Pravelensi hipertensi di usia lanjut masih cukup tinggi, 40% dengan angka kematian sekitar 65 tahun. Angka kejadian hipertensi lebih banyak pada wanita 37% dan laki-laki 28%. Hipertensi tidak dapaat dipulihkan sepenuhnya, namun dapat diatur dengan pengawasan Kesehatan yang teratur. Seledri adalah salah satu contoh bentuk pengobatan herbal yang digunakan dalam menangani kasus hipertensi. Tujuan: Menggambarkan manfaat pemberian rebusan daun seledri dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia yang mempunyai hipertensi. Metode:  Menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan responden yang memiliki tekanan darah sistolik 140/90mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolic 159/99mmHg dengan hipertensi Stadium I. Hasil: Terdapat penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan pemberian rebusan daun seledri sebanyak 200cc di pagi dan sore hari selama 5 hari dengan hasil pre 153/75mmHg dan nilai post 146/79mmHg. Kesimpulan: Rebusan daun seledri dapat menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia.     Kata kunci: Daun Seledri., Hipertensi., Lansia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of kopi kalean kebon jati cibitung from a marketing perspective. The research employs a descriptive method with a case study approach, gathering data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis focuses on market segmentation, marketing strategies, marketing mix (4Ps), and customer satisfaction levels. The findings reveal that kopi kalean kebon jati has significant market potential with clear segmentation, effective promotional strategies, and competitive pricing. Its strategic location and consistent product quality are key advantages in attracting customers. However, challenges exist in addressing market competition and maintaining customer loyalty. Therefore, the business is deemed feasible for further development with several recommendations for improvement in digital promotion and product innovation.

Abstract

A business feasibility study is a systematic process to assess whether a business is feasible to run and can be sustainable. This study aims to determine whether the Soleh Rice Shop is feasible to run sustainably. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type, in exploring field data the researcher uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations of business owners. The focus of the analysis includes Marketing Strategy, Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Promotion and Branding, and Financial Aspects. The results of this study indicate that the Soleh Rice Shop in Bulak Temu Market is a feasible business to run sustainably. An effective marketing strategy and large market potential make sales stable and even increase. However, there are challenges in facing market competition that will increase over time, the Soleh Rice Shop must prepare a special strategy to maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of celebrity endorsement as a marketing strategy in improving the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. In the context of an economy that is increasingly affected by the development of information and communication technology, MSMEs face the challenge of adapting to effective ways of marketing. Celebrity endorsement has become one of the popular promotional methods, especially on social media, as it can increase consumer trust and attract the attention of the target market. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with secondary data. The results showed that the use of celebrities in promotions not only increased brand awareness, but also contributed to an increase in consumer buying interest. Celebrities who have high credibility and strong appeal can influence purchasing decisions, so MSMEs are advised to choose endorsers that match the characteristics of their products and audiences. In addition, direct interaction between celebrities and consumers through social media also contributes to increased customer engagement and loyalty. This research confirms that celebrity endorsement strategies can be an effective tool for MSMEs to compete in the digital market. The impact of celebrity endorsers on consumer behavior is able to increase product sales because fans of these celebrity endorsers have high loyalty to id.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of social media platforms in supporting digital marketing strategies for micro, small and medium businesses. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through literature study, direct observation, and semi-structured interviews with 6 to 12 business actors who actively use social media. Thematic analysis techniques are used to identify patterns of utilization of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, as well as the challenges faced. The research results show that social media provides a great opportunity for businesses to increase visibility, reach a wider audience, and strengthen relationships with customers. Instagram offers visual power, Facebook allows specific market segmentation, and TikTok provides high virality potential. However, business actors face obstacles such as limited technical knowledge, limited resources, and competition with big brands. This research concludes that a deep understanding of platform features, consistency in creating content, and adaptation to market trends are very important for the success of a digital marketing strategy. With the right strategy, social media can become the main pillar in supporting business growth and competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Product expansion is a strategic step often taken by companies to expand market coverage and improve competitiveness. In the culinary industry, product innovation and diversification are key to attracting the attention of consumers who are increasingly dynamic in their preferences. Bolu Amanda, as one of the cake brands that has established its position in the Indonesian market, is a clear example of how local brands can compete through product quality and effective business strategies. With an established reputation, product expansion is a logical step to respond to the growing market needs. However, product expansion is not just about adding new variants, but also about understanding market potential and consumer needs. The right strategy involves in-depth research into consumer preferences, market trends, as well as relevant innovations. In the context of Bolu Amanda, this expansion step is interesting to study, considering that competition in the food industry is getting tougher with many new players offering similar products. This requires Bolu Amanda to continue to prioritize its competitive advantages in terms of taste, quality, and branding. This article aims to explore Bolu Amanda's product expansion strategy and analyze the potential market that the brand can reach. Using a case study approach, this article will discuss how Bolu Amanda capitalizes on existing opportunities, challenges faced, and innovative steps taken to remain relevant amidst changing consumer preferences. This study is expected to provide insights not only for Bolu Amanda, but also for other industry players who want to learn successful strategies in product expansion.

Abstract

The changing lifestyle of urban communities has led to an increasing demand for practical services, including express laundry with pick-up and delivery services. This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of an express laundry service with pick-up and delivery. The analysis considers market, technical, management, legal, and financial aspects to determine whether the business is viable. The research method involves market surveys, in-depth interviews, and financial feasibility analysis using parameters such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). The results indicate that the express laundry business with pick-up and delivery services has a large market potential with high consumer interest. From a financial perspective, this business demonstrates profitability that meets investment criteria, while the main challenges lie in logistics management and the development of effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

Makanan kriuk semakin digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia karena teksturnya yang renyah dan rasa yang khas. Tren ini dipengaruhi oleh gaya hidup modern yang lebih mengutamakan kepraktisan. Sayangnya, meskipun permintaan pasar terus tumbuh, persaingan di industri makanan ringan juga semakin ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penjualan makanan kriuk dan menawarkan strategi pemasaran yang bisa membantu pelaku usaha menghadapi tantangan ini. Dengan menggunakan survei terhadap konsumen di Cikarang Utara dan analisis literatur, penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan SWOT dan TOWS untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, serta ancaman yang dihadapi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk adalah faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian, diikuti oleh harga yang kompetitif dan promosi digital melalui media sosial seperti Instagram dan TikTok. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, strategi yang disarankan meliputi pengembangan produk inovatif, memanfaatkan media sosial secara kreatif, dan memperluas distribusi melalui e-commerce. Dengan pendekatan ini, pelaku usaha dapat meningkatkan penjualan sekaligus memperkuat posisi mereka di pasar.

Abstract

The strategy for preventing cervical cancer includes primary prevention through the HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) vaccine, which is used to prevent cervical cancer, especially in women. The Ministry of Health has included HPV vaccination as a mandatory vaccine. This study aims to support government programs and identify the role of nurses as educators and consultants for nursing students. The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of nursing students regarding HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) vaccination in Jayapura City. The research method used is an analytical orrelational survey with a retrospective design. The sampling technique applied was accidental sampling, involving 109 respondents. The results of this study indicate a relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitudes of nursing students regarding HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) vaccination in Jayapura City.
