Abstract

Business feasibility analysis is a planned process that aims to evaluate in depth a business or business to be run. The results of this analysis provide a decision on whether the business is feasible. In facing business challenges, tax consultants are here as a solution. They have in-depth expertise in tax law, experience in the application of tax regulations, and an understanding of various tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities and minimize unnecessary tax risks. PT Digicon Asia Kencana is a company engaged in accounting, auditing, and taxation services, with a shareholder structure that includes a main commissioner, main director, commissioners, and directors. Based on the report, PT Digicon Asia Kencana has fulfilled the legality aspect without causing environmental impacts, as well as getting support from the surrounding community. Therefore, this company is considered worthy of being a business because of its complete legality, which is an attraction for investors to invest in the company.

Abstract

The creative industry is experiencing rapid growth along with the increasing demand for unique and personalized products, one of which is bouquet. Flawra, a business that focuses on creativity and innovation, is here to fulfill consumer needs by providing a wide range of bouquets for events such as graduations, birthdays, and weddings. However, despite having promising market opportunities, Flawra faces various obstacles that hinder the optimal growth of its business. This study aims to analyze Flawra's business feasibility using the 4P marketing mix approach (Product, Price, Promotion, Place). The results of the analysis show that the main obstacles include limited product variety, challenges in procuring raw materials, fluctuations in material prices, lack of promotional activities on social media, and less strategic business locations. To overcome these obstacles, Flawra needs to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study to identify opportunities and threats, while designing a more effective marketing strategy.Through the 4P marketing mix approach, Flawra can increase product innovation, set competitive prices, optimize social media promotions, and find solutions for a more strategic location. With these strategic steps, Flawra is expected to strengthen its competitiveness in a competitive market and achieve more optimal business growth.

Abstract

Dalam era internet saat ini, media sosial telah menjadi salah satu strategi pemasaran yang paling efektif. Media sosial membantu bisnis bouquet berhubungan dengan pelanggan dan mempromosikan produk. Dengan fokus pada strategi pemasaran digital yang digunakan oleh bouquet, jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana media sosial membantu mempromosikan bisnis bouquet. Studi kualitatif ini menganalisis studi kasus dari beberapa bisnis bouquet yang berhasil menggunakan media sosial. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa visibilitas, kepercayaan, dan loyalitas pelanggan dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan media sosial dengan benar.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of the Bakso Super Semar business in Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency, which operates in the culinary sector. With the rapid growth of the culinary industry, especially in the fast food sector, Bakso Super Semar strives to meet the increasing market demand, both in terms of menu variety and dining comfort. This research employs a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with Agus Budianto, the business owner, to explore perspectives on the business feasibility from market, technical, financial, and managerial aspects. The results indicate that Bakso Super Semar has significant potential in the culinary market in Serang Baru District, supported by a strategic location, diverse menu, and a unique and comfortable concept. Although facing tight competition and challenges in terms of human resources and capital, opportunities for expansion and business development are wide open through collaborations with local entrepreneurs and service improvements. Overall, this business is deemed feasible for further development, provided it continues to adapt to changing trends and enhances service quality sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi kominikasi dan teknologi, menganalisis kelayakan bisnis, serta mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan UMKM Es Teh Wind di era digitalisasi. Memanfaatkan media sosial, seperti Instagram dan WhatsApp untuk komunikasi dua arah dan promosi digital, mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan penjualan hibgga 30% dalam satu minggu. Analisis kinerja keuangan menunjukan potensi keuntungan yang signifikan, meskipun menghadapi tantangan dalam adaptasi teknologi yang berkembang dengan pesat. Digitalisasi membuka peluang besar melalui stategi pemasaran berbasis media sosial yang mampu menjangkau target pasar yang lebih luas. Meningkatkan daya saing dengan melakukan inovasi terhadap produk yang dipasarkan, pengelolaan teknologi yang ada, dan strategi branding yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha fotografi dan videografi di era digital dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor pasar, teknis, finansial, serta pemasaran. Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat, termasuk kamera berkualitas tinggi, perangkat editing canggih, dan platform media sosial, telah membuka peluang besar bagi pelaku usaha di bidang ini. Permintaan akan konten visual semakin meningkat, baik untuk kebutuhan pribadi, promosi bisnis, maupun produksi konten digital. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa usaha fotografi dan videografi di era digital memiliki prospek yang positif, namun kompetisi yang ketat dan kebutuhan untuk terus berinovasi menjadi tantangan utama. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran yang efektif, investasi dalam teknologi terbaru, dan peningkatan kualitas layanan menjadi faktor kunci untuk keberhasilan usaha ini.

Abstract

Proposal usaha ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mengembangkan makanan khas Bali, yaitu Ayam Betutu . Dalam usaha ini, kami menawarkan Ayam Betutu berkualitas tinggi dengan harga yang terjangkau, serta komponen pendukung seperti satai lilit, kangkung plecing, dan sambal matah. Balinese Kitchen berkomitmen untuk menyediakan makanan halal, segar, dan berkualitas. Melalui strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan lokasi strategis di Jakarta Pusat, kami optimis dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan bersaing di pasar kuliner yang semakin kompetitif. Dengan memperhatikan faktor penghambat dan pendukung, serta melakukan analisis SWOT, kami yakin usaha ini akan berkembang dan mencapai kesuksesan di masa depan.

Abstract

In the context of an ever-changing digital era, companies are faced with significant challenges and opportunities that impact the way they operate and interact with consumers. This journal explores sustainable business strategies that can be adopted by companies to remain relevant and competitive in dynamic markets. By emphasizing the importance of innovation, technology and social responsibility, this research aims to provide in-depth insight into how businesses can adapt to environmental change and meet consumers' increasingly high expectations for sustainability. Through case study analysis and in-depth interviews with industry leaders, the journal identifies best practices and effective strategies in achieving sustainability goals. Research findings show that the integration of product innovation, use of digital technology, commitment to corporate social responsibility, and collaboration with various stakeholders are the keys to creating long-term value and positive impacts on society.

Abstract

This research analyzes the business feasibility of Jinji Dimsum MSMEs from market and marketing aspects. Dimsum, a popular food originating from China, has attracted the attention of Indonesians, especially young people. The research method used is qualitative with literature study and marketing strategy analysis. The results show that Jinji Dimsum successfully positioned itself as a provider of quality dimsum at affordable prices, and implemented effective marketing strategies through social media and collaboration with influencers. The 4P marketing mix (product, price, promotion, and place) applied increases brand awareness and expands market reach. In conclusion, Jinji Dimsum MSMEs are able to build strong competitiveness and create sustainable growth opportunities in the culinary industry.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the prospects of digital start-up businesses through a comprehensive feasibility analysis with a focus on three main aspects: market, technical and management. The study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies. The research informants consisted of 15 digital start-up actors, 5 investors and 3 digital industry experts who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman technique including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that from a market aspect, digital start-ups have significant growth potential supported by increasing internet penetration and changes in consumer behavior towards digital. From a technical aspect, it was found that technological infrastructure and product development capabilities are critical factors in determining the success of a start-up. Meanwhile, from a management aspect, the competence of the founding team, monetization strategy, and ability to manage funding determine business sustainability. The main challenges faced include high customer acquisition costs, limited digital talent, and intensifying competition. This research provides theoretical contributions in developing a model for evaluating the viability of digital start-up businesses as well as practical implications for entrepreneurs, investors and policy makers in developing a sustainable start-up ecosystem. The limitation of this research lies in its limited geographic focus, so further research is recommended to expand regional coverage and conduct comparative analysis between digital industry sectors.
