Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of social media platforms in supporting digital marketing strategies for micro, small and medium businesses. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through literature study, direct observation, and semi-structured interviews with 6 to 12 business actors who actively use social media. Thematic analysis techniques are used to identify patterns of utilization of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, as well as the challenges faced. The research results show that social media provides a great opportunity for businesses to increase visibility, reach a wider audience, and strengthen relationships with customers. Instagram offers visual power, Facebook allows specific market segmentation, and TikTok provides high virality potential. However, business actors face obstacles such as limited technical knowledge, limited resources, and competition with big brands. This research concludes that a deep understanding of platform features, consistency in creating content, and adaptation to market trends are very important for the success of a digital marketing strategy. With the right strategy, social media can become the main pillar in supporting business growth and competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Product expansion is a strategic step often taken by companies to expand market coverage and improve competitiveness. In the culinary industry, product innovation and diversification are key to attracting the attention of consumers who are increasingly dynamic in their preferences. Bolu Amanda, as one of the cake brands that has established its position in the Indonesian market, is a clear example of how local brands can compete through product quality and effective business strategies. With an established reputation, product expansion is a logical step to respond to the growing market needs. However, product expansion is not just about adding new variants, but also about understanding market potential and consumer needs. The right strategy involves in-depth research into consumer preferences, market trends, as well as relevant innovations. In the context of Bolu Amanda, this expansion step is interesting to study, considering that competition in the food industry is getting tougher with many new players offering similar products. This requires Bolu Amanda to continue to prioritize its competitive advantages in terms of taste, quality, and branding. This article aims to explore Bolu Amanda's product expansion strategy and analyze the potential market that the brand can reach. Using a case study approach, this article will discuss how Bolu Amanda capitalizes on existing opportunities, challenges faced, and innovative steps taken to remain relevant amidst changing consumer preferences. This study is expected to provide insights not only for Bolu Amanda, but also for other industry players who want to learn successful strategies in product expansion.

Abstract

The changing lifestyle of urban communities has led to an increasing demand for practical services, including express laundry with pick-up and delivery services. This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of an express laundry service with pick-up and delivery. The analysis considers market, technical, management, legal, and financial aspects to determine whether the business is viable. The research method involves market surveys, in-depth interviews, and financial feasibility analysis using parameters such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). The results indicate that the express laundry business with pick-up and delivery services has a large market potential with high consumer interest. From a financial perspective, this business demonstrates profitability that meets investment criteria, while the main challenges lie in logistics management and the development of effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

Makanan kriuk semakin digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia karena teksturnya yang renyah dan rasa yang khas. Tren ini dipengaruhi oleh gaya hidup modern yang lebih mengutamakan kepraktisan. Sayangnya, meskipun permintaan pasar terus tumbuh, persaingan di industri makanan ringan juga semakin ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penjualan makanan kriuk dan menawarkan strategi pemasaran yang bisa membantu pelaku usaha menghadapi tantangan ini. Dengan menggunakan survei terhadap konsumen di Cikarang Utara dan analisis literatur, penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan SWOT dan TOWS untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, serta ancaman yang dihadapi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk adalah faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian, diikuti oleh harga yang kompetitif dan promosi digital melalui media sosial seperti Instagram dan TikTok. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, strategi yang disarankan meliputi pengembangan produk inovatif, memanfaatkan media sosial secara kreatif, dan memperluas distribusi melalui e-commerce. Dengan pendekatan ini, pelaku usaha dapat meningkatkan penjualan sekaligus memperkuat posisi mereka di pasar.

Abstract

The research explores the role of digital wallets and online delivery services in enhancing the competitive edge of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) amidst rapid digitalization. With the growing importance of social capital and technological adoption, MSMEs can expand their business reach and improve their performance. The study highlights the significant increase in digital wallet utilization in Indonesia, where numerous platforms like Gopay and OVO have gained traction. Challenges such as a lack of digital literacy among MSME owners hinder their ability to leverage e-commerce effectively. This project involved direct support and consultation for MSMEs, aiming to address their challenges and identify strategic solutions. Findings indicate improved customer engagement through digital marketing, which allows MSMEs to build brand awareness without the need for extensive resources. Ultimately, the study advocates for increased digital presence and adaptability among MSMEs to thrive in the evolving market landscape.

Abstract

The strategy for preventing cervical cancer includes primary prevention through the HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) vaccine, which is used to prevent cervical cancer, especially in women. The Ministry of Health has included HPV vaccination as a mandatory vaccine. This study aims to support government programs and identify the role of nurses as educators and consultants for nursing students. The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of nursing students regarding HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) vaccination in Jayapura City. The research method used is an analytical orrelational survey with a retrospective design. The sampling technique applied was accidental sampling, involving 109 respondents. The results of this study indicate a relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitudes of nursing students regarding HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) vaccination in Jayapura City.

Abstract

Gastritis is a condition caused by inflammation of the stomach lining, often leading in pain and discomfort in the abdomen. Gastritis has become a growing concern, particularly in developing countries like Indonesia. Irregular eating habits, smoking, and frequent consumption of carbonated or alcoholic beverages can trigger gastritis. Additionally, the use of NSAID medications can also lead to the development of gastritis. The management of gastritis has evolved with advancements in diagnostic techniques and treatment options. An educational initiative was carried out at the Abepura Community Health Center. According to data on the top 10 diseases in 2023, gastritis was the most common non-communicable disease. This is likely due to Abepura sub-district being one of the areas with a high population density and activity level, influencing lifestyle choices. The purpose of the education was to help the community understand gastritis, its causes, prevention, and the correct use of medication. The method used was a participatory approach, targeting all visitors to the Abepura Health Center during the service activity. The conclusion of the service activity at the Abepura Health Center is that the community of Abepura now has a better understanding of proper prevention and management of gastritis.

Abstract

PT BPR Parasahabat Bekasi adalah perusahaan Bank Perekonomian Rakyat (BPR) yang bergerak di bidang keuangan dan pembiayaan. BPR merupakan satu diantara banyaknya jenis bank yang memberi layanannya pada UMKM serta berlokasi dekat dengan masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Karyawan BPR memiliki peran penting dalam membangun hubungan dengan nasabah, terutama karena BPR sering kali berinteraksi langsung dengan masyarakat setempat. Untuk itu tujuannya studi ini guna menganalisa pengaruhnya budaya organisasi pada kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT BPR Parasahabat Bekasi Cabang Karawang. Budaya organisasi yang kuat diyakini dapat membuat lingkungan kerjanya positif dan berdampaknya pada kepuasan kerja karyawan. Studi ini memakai metodologi kuantitatif dengan pendekatannya survei. Data dihimpun memakai kuesioner terstruktur yang disebarkannya pada seluruh karyawan PT BPR Parasahabat Bekasi Cabang Karawang dengan metode random sampling banyaknya 95 partisipan. Datanya terhimpun lalu dianalisa memakai SPSS v27. Temuan studi ini memperlihatkan budaya organisasi ada pengaruhnya positif signifikan pada kepuasan kerja karyawan. Implikasi dari studi yakni pentingnya bagi manajemen PT BPR Parasahabat Bekasi Cabang Karawang untuk terus membangun dan memelihara budaya organisasi yang positif guna meningkatkannya kepuasan kerja karyawan, akhirnya bisa meningkatkannya kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas dampak media sosial terhadap pola komunikasi konsumen Generasi Z, yang tumbuh dalam era digital dengan karakteristik unik sebagai Digital Natives. Media sosial tidak hanya memengaruhi cara Generasi Z berkomunikasi, tetapi juga membentuk identitas digital, preferensi konsumsi, dan pola interaksi mereka dengan merek serta sesama konsumen. Dengan pendekatan teori uses and gratifications, penelitian ini berupaya memahami motif aktif Generasi Z dalam menggunakan media sosial untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sosial dan pribadi, termasuk hiburan, pencarian informasi, dan penguatan identitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang menganalisis temuan ilmiah dari berbagai artikel akademik terkini. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa media sosial telah mengubah pola komunikasi Generasi Z dari satu arah menjadi dua arah yang bersifat dialogis dan partisipatif. Generasi Z lebih memilih komunikasi yang transparan, cepat, dan interaktif, dengan keterlibatan yang tinggi terhadap konten visual, naratif, dan berbasis komunitas. Selain itu, hubungan dengan influencer melalui konsep parasocial relationship juga memengaruhi keputusan konsumsi mereka. Namun, ketergantungan pada media sosial juga memiliki dampak negatif, seperti menurunnya kualitas komunikasi tatap muka dan munculnya tekanan sosial dari dunia maya. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya literasi digital untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara komunikasi digital dan interaksi langsung. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis pada kajian komunikasi digital serta rekomendasi praktis bagi pelaku bisnis dan pembuat kebijakan dalam memahami pola komunikasi dan perilaku konsumsi Generasi Z di era digital.

Abstract

This community service aims to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Magelang in adapting sales models from offline to online through the use of digital content. This activity is motivated by the challenges of MSMEs in expanding market reach and increasing competitiveness in the digital era. The implementation method includes socialization, training in creating attractive and effective digital content, assistance in building an online presence through various platforms, and evaluating the impact of implementing digital content strategies on increasing sales and visibility of MSMEs. The results show a significant increase in the understanding and skills of MSMEs in utilizing digital content for marketing and selling their products. In addition, there was an increase in market reach and potential sales growth for the MSMEs involved. This community service activity concluded that intensive assistance in creating and managing digital content has a crucial role in transforming the MSME sales model from offline to online, thereby increasing competitiveness and business sustainability in the digital era.
