Abstract

Abstract. Dental caries is a disease with a high prevalence of caries in Indonesia is caused by the bacterium Streptococcus mutans. The leaves of the soursop (Annona muricata Linn.) is one of the herbs that can remove dental plaque. This study aims to determine the chemical content and measure the inhibitory antibacterial soursop leaft methanol extractin inhibiting the growth of Streptococcus mutans bacteria. Phytochemical screening stated that the leaf of the soursop contains flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, steroids, glycosides and saponins. Test of inhibition were measured using paper disc diffusion method with variation concentrations of 5, 10, 15 20, and 25%, positive control is tetrasilkin 30 µg, and a negative control is methanol. Antibacterial test results showed that the methanol extract of soursop leaves have antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans at concentrations of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25% with inhibitory diameter of 9,1; 10,57; 11,53; 12,01 and 13,75 mm respectively. Keywords: Soursop leaves, Dental caries, Streptococcus mutans, Methanol.*Judul ini telah dipresentasikan pada Seminar Nasional: Indonesian Students Conference on Science and Mathematics (ISCSM) 11-12 November 2015, Banda Aceh Indonesia

Abstract

Educational organization of the director or supervisor is very important to increase the professional ability of the teacher. The purpose of this study was to investigate educational assistance programs to improve the quality of school teacher education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Azm, and this study used a qualitative approach to data collection techniques: observation, interviews and documentary studies. The subject of the research is the school principal. The results of this study show that (1) the director implements a mentoring program whose purpose is to directly see the quality of teachers in teaching, (2) the director develops teacher quality by inviting external speakers and involving teachers in teaching. and study abroad. -academic seminars, (3) the teaching program is a very important program for the principal of Madarasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Azmi School, which has a positive effect on the students and teachers of the school. It can be said that the educational program made by the principal of Madrasah Tsanawiwyah Nurul Azmi is classified as optimal, although there are still mistakes in the implementation of the principals, in addition, the principal also provides opportunities. lecturers continued their studies at the university.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to help report users make decisions and show accountability for the use of resources. The Budget Realization Report offers information about financial conditions. The aim of this research is to evaluate the financial performance of the Tanjung Pura District Office using data from the 2019–2021 budget realization report. In public sector organizations, budgeting can help achieve accountability. The budget realization report shows the difference between the budget and its realization for a reporting period by providing an overview of the source, distribution and use of financial resources supervised by the local government. Efficacy and efficiency ratios are used in qualitative descriptive techniques. Interviews and scientific presentation of data, especially reports on regional income and expenditure budget achievements, were used to collect data from field research. Research findings show that the PAD revenue performance of 94.09% in 2019, 99.04% in 2020, and 100.7% in 2021 is effective. Likewise, the expenditure budget shows efficiency with a percentage of 78.91% in 2019, 63.79% in 2020, and 58.9% in 2021, all of which are in line with the goals to be achieved. To increase effectiveness and efficiency in the future, it is hoped that the Tanjung Pura District Office can continue to operate optimally, optimize the use of the budget wisely, and further review the benefits and budget allocations.

Abstract

The development of information technology allows the use of more sophisticated media such as the internet to make it easier to access information. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) is a telecommunications company that has a product called Indihome for surfing the internet. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction of Indihome internet service users in Bireuen Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The results showed that service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction of Indihome internet service users in Bireuen Regency. This is indicated by the tcount> ttable value at the 5% level (2.051> 1.65993) and a significant value of 0.043 <0.05. The results showed that price has a partial effect on customer satisfaction of Indihome internet service users in Bireuen Regency. This is indicated by the value of tcount> ttable at the 5% level (5.203> 1.65993) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results showed that the value of service quality and price had a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Indihome internet service users in Bireuen Regency. With a value of Fhitung> Ftabel (19.511> 3.09), and a significant value (sig) = 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) merupakan kontrasepsi yang dapat dipakai dalam jangka waktu lama, lebih dari dua tahun, efektif dan efisien untuk tujuan pemakaian menjarangkan kelahiran atau mengakhiri kehamilan. Pemilihan metode KB dipengaruhi beberapa faktor yaitu tingkat pendidikan, umur, pekerjaan dan jumlah anak. Salah satu faktor yang berkaitan dengan kesadaran keluarga berencana adalah tingkat pendidikan. Tingkat pendidikan akan memengaruhi seseorang dalam menerima sebuah informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidikan akseptor KB terhadap pemilihan Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP). Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik dengan pendekaatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 108 akseptor KB. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proposional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Data hasil penelitian dianalisa menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil uji chi-square didapatkan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.001 < p value (0.05), yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan Akseptor KB dengan pemilihan Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) di Desa Bies Mulie, Kecamatan Bies, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Bagi responden diharapkan mampu meningkatkan informasi dan wawasan tentang alat kontrsepsi dengan cara bertanya pada tenaga kesehatan, membaca buku dan sebagainya sehingga ibu mengetahui apa saja alat kontrsepsi. Kata kunci: Akseptor KB, Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP), Pemilihan Kontrasepsi, Tingkat Pendidikan.

Abstract

Nowadays, many Islamic boarding schools have been found as a place to pursue education in the frame of Islam like mushrooms in winter. One of them is Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School. The famous name Darul Falah to various regions certainly cannot be separated from the roles and ways of various parties, in the form of the efforts of the asatidz and the contribution of students combined with the utilization of existing resources, such as extracurricular activities. This research has the aim of knowing how much extracurricular roles and their influence on the development of Pondok Pesantrean Darul Falah. The method used in this research is qualitative method, through interviews and literature review as data collection techniques, while the data analysis used is descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that, in fact, extracurricular activities are very helpful and have a positive impact on the development of Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School. This is evidenced by several things. Although it is not a mandatory program, extracurricular activities play an important role in the development of Pesantren Darul Falah.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tinjauan yuridis mengenai legalisasi akta di bawah tangan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum studi kepustakaan. Pengkajian yang dilakukan menunjukkan Akta dibawah tangan merupakan akta yang dibuat secara langsung dan ditandatangani oleh seseorang dengan sengaja. Tanda tangan pada akta tersebut penting karena mencirikan atau mengidentifikasi akta tersebut. Namun, sebagai bukti dalam sidang pengadilan, akta di bawah tangan tidak memiliki kekuatan pembuktian yang kuat seperti akta otentik. Legalisasi akta di bawah tangan dilakukan untuk memastikan tanggal dan tanda tangan para pihak serta menjelaskan isi akta oleh seorang Notaris. Hal ini mencegah pihak yang menandatangani untuk menyangkal isi akta dan identitas mereka yang tercantum dalam pernyataan tersebut.

Abstract

Keterampilan dan kesiapan penjahit dalam mengelola usaha busana sangat dibutuhkan untuk mewujudkan suatu usaha dalam bidang busana seperti yang diharapkan. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersebut dapat diperoleh melalui pendidikan formal maupun informal. Namun, jika ditinjau dari kualitas seorang wirausaha dapat dilihat bahwa seorang alumni perguruan tinggi memiliki kualitas usaha yang lebih baik karena telah dibekali dan dipersiapkan untuk menjadi seorang tenaga kerja sekaligus konsultan yang profesional dibidang busana. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran dan kontribusi dari perguruan tinggi Program Studi PKK Tata Busana USK bagi para alumninya dalam mengelola usaha dibidang busana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripktif kualitatif, guna untuk memperoleh data secara langsung berkenaan dengan Kontribusi Hasil Belajar Jurusan Tata Busana Terhadap Usaha Menjahit Alumni PKK Universitas Syiah Kuala. Subjek ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 5 orang alumni Program Studi PKK Tata Busana yang sudah menjalankan usaha menjahit selama minimal tiga tahun. Teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data dalam penelitian melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para responden memahami dan mengaplikasikan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang didapatkannya pada saat menuntut ilmu di perguruan tinggi Program Studi PKK Konsentrasi Tata Busana. Dalam perjalanan mengelola usahanya, responden dimudahkan karena memiliki ilmu dan pemahaman baik tingkat dasar maupun tingkat terampil yang diperoleh sebagai alumni Tata Busana di universitas didukung dengan pengalaman sebelum dan sesudah menjalankan usaha menjahit. Responden mampu menghadapi dan menemukan solusi terhadap berbagai hambatan yang terjadi dalam mengelola usaha serta tidak mengalami kesulitan yang berarti.Kata kunci : Kontribusi, Jurusan Tata Busana, Usaha Menjahit, Alumni
