Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence online customer reviews and affiliate marketing against impulsive buying on products in the Shopee marketplace. This type of research is qualitative research, population and sample of this study amounted to 135 people have made purchases of products on Shopee. Data analysis techniques of this study using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that Online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying on products in the Shopee Marketplace. At 0.799 this means that 79.9% of the variance in the value of impulsive buying on products in Shopee Marketplace is determined or explained by independent variables, namely online customer review and affiliate marketing, while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other variables that are not studied in this study product promo, product quality and others.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze factors that can influence tax avoidance in a company. The dependent variable used in this research is tax avoidance and the dependent variables are company age, profitability, and leverage. The population selected in this research is all companies in the pharmaceutical sector and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2022. The research method used was purposive sampling with several predetermined criteria. The type of data uses secondary data from companies that have provided financial information or gone public. Data analysis uses SPSS software by carrying out multiple regression analysis tests. The results of this research prove that the profitability and leverage variables influence corporate tax avoidance, while company age does not influence a company's tax avoidance.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku belajar dan kompetensi terhadap pemahaman akuntansi melalui minat membaca mahasiswa pada STIE Mahkota Tricom Unggul. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian asosiatif. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dan sampel yaitu mahasiswa aktif STIE Mahkota Tricom Unggul berjumlah 210 mahasiswa aktif tahun ajaran 2017-2020. Kemudian teknik penarikkan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dimana untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen serta peran dari variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Perilaku belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat membaca mahasiswa. 2) Kompetensi dosen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat membaca mahasiswa. 3) Perilaku belajar tidak signifikan terhadap pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa. 4) Kompetensi dosen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa. 5) Minat membaca berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa. 6) Perilaku belajar tidak memiliki berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa melalui minat membaca. 7) Kompetensi memiliki berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa melalui minat membaca.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the performance of Anglo Eastern Plantation Group and specifically to test and analyze the effect of supervision on employee performance at Anglo Eastern Plantation Group (Blankahan Eastern). It also aims to test and analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at Anglo Eastern Plantation Group (Blankahan Eastern) and to test and analyze the effect of supervision and organizational culture on employee performance at Anglo Eastern Plantation Group (Blankahan Eastern). The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study consists of all employees at Anglo Eastern Plantation Group, totaling 221 individuals. The determination of the sample size was carried out using the Slovin formula, resulting in 142 individuals. The validity test was conducted using 30 respondents outside of the Anglo Eastern Plantation Group sample. The test results can be concluded that the supervision variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Anglo Eastern Plantation Group. The organizational culture variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Anglo Eastern Plantation. Supervision and Organizational Culture have an F-value of 86.441, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.07. This indicates that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Supervision and Organizational Culture simultaneously and significantly affect employee performance at Anglo Eastern Plantation Group.

Abstract

Penelitian atau karya ilmiah ini dilakukan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh dari variabel work life balance, stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja, terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi. Lebih lanjut, metode penelitian yang dilakuakn pada penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian kuantitatif bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara dua variabel atau lebih dalam sebuah penelitian yang dilakukan. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah individu atau karyawan dengan instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data primer yaitu menggunakan google form dengan skala Likert (5 point) yang tersusun atas pernyataan yang dibuat berdasarkan indikator variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable work life balance, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, variabel stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan disuatu perusahaan atau organisasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of family, the influence of peers and brand image on the decision to study at Universitas Mahkota Tricom Unggul. The population in the research is all students at the Medan Budisatrya Private Vocational School in the 2022-2023 academic year, totaling 100 people, while the sampling technique uses saturated sampling results, which means the entire population can be used as a research sample of 100 people. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative research is research that aims to determine the degree of relationship and pattern/form of influence between two or more variables, where with this research a theory will be built that functions to explain, predict and control a phenomenon. From the results of this research, it can be seen that campus promotions should also attract family interest so that they can influence someone in deciding to study at a university. The influence of peers also needs to be considered. This is also related to the experience of a person or alumni who experienced studying at a campus or college. Brand image also influences individual decisions in choosing to study at a campus or college at Universitas Mahkota Tricom Unggul.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the accounting system for cash receipts on the sale of 3Kg LPG gas at the Medan branch of the purna karya pertamina cooperative. Data collection methods used in this research are observation, documentation, interviews. Cash is the most liquid asset that a company can have because cash is a type of current asset where every company transaction both inside and outside the company can affect cash. This research was conducted by obtaining qualitative data. Qualitative data in this study was obtained by conducting direct research to the leadership of Pertamina Purna Karya Cooperative Medan Branch. Purna Karya Pertamina Cooperative has several types of cash receipts, namely Cash Receipts from LPG Gas Sales and Cash Receipts from Transfer Fees. The results of this study indicate that the accounting system for cash receipts at the purna karya pertamina cooperative for the sale of LPG gas can provide accurate related information.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyse the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and leadership style on teacher performance at Yayasan Perguruan Budi Mulia. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey method involving 35 teachers as respondents. The data was analysed using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between these variables. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, this can be seen from the motivation number (0.005) which is smaller than the 5% alpha (0.05) ortcount = 3.001> ttable 2.039. The research results of the job satisfaction variable have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, judging from the number, namely the job satisfaction variable (0.014) is smaller than alpha 5% (0.05) ortcount = 2.594 > ttable 2.039, and leadership style shows a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, this can be seen from the number of leadership style variables (0.000) is smaller than alpha 5% (0.05) ortcount = 7.076 > ttable 2.039. This finding indicates that increasing motivation, job satisfaction and appropriate leadership style can improve teacher performance. Then the output results obtained from the coefficient of determination (adjusted R Square) are 0.694. So it can be seen that there is an influence of motivation variables, job satisfaction and leadership style on teacher performance by 69.4% and is influenced by other factors that affect teacher performance by 30.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how entrepreneurs and consumers in the fashion industry utilize and respond to the development of the metaverse as a digital business platform. The metaverse, as a virtual space that enables digital interactions in various forms, opens up new opportunities for entrepreneurs to expand their markets, create innovative consumer experiences, and present exclusive digital fashion products. On the other hand, consumers gain easier and more interactive access to fashion products, including the ability to try products virtually and gain access to exclusive items. This study uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews and case study analysis to explore the perspectives of entrepreneurs and consumers. The results show that despite challenges related to technological infrastructure and consumer adoption, the metaverse is able to provide significant added value for both parties, both in terms of marketing, sales, and shopping experiences. Thus, the metaverse has the potential to become a key channel in the development of digital business strategies in the fashion industry, leading to a faster and more inclusive transformation in the global fashion ecosystem.
