Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 72 tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di rumah sakit menyebutkan bahwa penyelenggara pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit harus menjamin ketersediaan sediaan obat dan BMHP yang aman, bermutu, bermanfaat, dan terjangkau. Ketersediaan sediaan obat dan BMHP di RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar sudah hampir tercapai, meskipun masih ada beberapa yang mengalami stock out. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis secara mendalam Manajemen Pengelolaan Sediaan Obat dan BMHP di RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif . Hasil: Adanya kolaborasi lintas departemen dalam proses pengelolaan sediaan obat dan BMHP di RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar, yang memastikan bahwa sediaan tersebut diperiksa dari berbagai aspek. Proses pemilihan merupakan proses yang kompleks dan melibatkan berbagai pihak. Proses perencanaan harus mempertimbangkan kebutuhan pasien dengan menggunakan metode konsumsi. Proses penerimaan bukan hal yang mudah dilakukan karena tenaga kefarmasian di gudang harus memperhatikan barang yang diterima sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan fakturnya. Proses pengendalian dilakukan secara berkala. Sarana dan prasarana untuk proses administrasi sudah memenuhi. Kesimpulan: Manajemen pengelolaan sediaan obat dan BMHP di RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar menunjukkan bahwa RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar masih memerlukan peningkatan dalam beberapa aspek, terutama pada penganggaran, sarana dan prasarana, proses penyimpanan dan proses pendistribusian. Dengan menghadapi kendala, diharapkan manajemen pengelolaan sediaan obat dan BMHP dapat berjalan lebih optimal dan mendukung peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. ABSTRACT Background: Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in hospitals states that pharmaceutical service providers in hospitals must ensure the availability of safe, quality, useful and affordable drug preparations and BMHP. The availability of drug preparations and BMHP at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar has almost been achieved, although there are still some that experience stock outs. Objective: To analyze in depth the Management of Drug Supplies and BMHP at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. Method: The research method used is a qualitative research design with a descriptive approach. Results: There is cross-departmental collaboration in the process of managing drug preparations and BMHP at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar, which ensures that the preparations are examined from various aspects. The selection process is a complex process and involves various parties. The planning process must consider patient needs using the consumption method. The receiving process is not an easy thing to do because pharmaceutical personnel in the warehouse must pay attention to the goods received in accordance with the specifications and invoices. The control process is carried out regularly. The facilities and infrastructure for the administrative process are adequate. Conclusion: The management of drug and BMHP supplies at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar shows that Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar still needs improvement in several aspects, especially in budgeting, facilities and infrastructure, storage processes and distribution processes. By facing obstacles, it is hoped that the management of drug and BMHP supplies can run more optimally and support the improvement of the quality of health services in hospitals.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Antenatal Care Terpadu (ANC) adalah pelayanan kesehatan pada ibu hamil selama kehamilan yang dilakukan secara komprehensif dan berkualitas. Berdasarkan Permenkes Nomor 21 Tahun 2021, ibu hamil diharapkan mendapat pelayanan ANC minimal 6 kali (1 kali trimester 1, 2 kali di trimester 2, dan 3 kali di trimester 3). Standar pelayanan Antenatal Care (ANC) dapat dinilai berdasarkan indikator capaian K1 (kunjungan pertama ibu hamil) dan K6 (kunjungan ibu hamil minimal 6 kali). Tahun 2023 tercatat bahwa diantara 8 Puskesmas di Kota Parepare, Puskesmas Lakessi memiliki capaian K1 dan K6 tertinggi yaitu K1 sebesar 102,3% dan K6 sebesar 94,48% sedangkan Puskesmas Cempae memiliki capaian K1 dan K6 terendah yaitu K1 sebesar 75,2% dan K6 sebesar 14,75%.  Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis implementasi program pelayanan Antenatal Care Terpadu berdasarkan faktor input, proses, dan ouput di Kota Parepare dengan sampel Puskesmas Lakessi dan Puskesmas Cempae.  Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konten. Hasil: Dari segi faktor input tentang kebijakan dan SOP, SDM, sarana dan prasarana, dana sudah memadai, sedangkan faktor proses tentang pendataan, pelayanan 10T, pencatatan dan pelaporan telah dilakukan sesuai standar meskipun masih kurang maksimalnya pendataan sasaran ibu hamil terutama di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cempae akibat mobilisasi masyarakat dan rendahnya kesadaran ibu hamil untuk memeriksakan kehamilan sehingga output untuk capaian K1 dan K6 di Puskesmas Cempae belum mencapai target. Kesimpulan: Faktor input dan proses sudah memenuhi standar pada kedua puskesmas, namun masih kurang maksimalnya petugas dan mobilisasi serta kesadaran ibu hamil kurang di Puskesmas Cempae sehingga output belum tercapai.   ABSTRACT Background: Integrated Antenatal Care (ANC) is a health service for pregnant women during pregnancy that is carried out comprehensively and with quality. Based on Minister of Health Regulation Number 21 of 2021, pregnant women are expected to receive ANC services at least 6 times (1 time in trimester 1, 2 times in trimester 2, and 3 times in trimester 3). Antenatal Care (ANC) service standards can be assessed based on the achievement indicators K1 (first visit of pregnant women) and K6 (minimum 6 visits of pregnant women). In 2023, it was recorded that among the 8 Health Centers in Parepare City, Lakessi Health Center had the highest K1 and K6 achievements, namely K1 of 102.3% and K6 of 94.48%, while Cempae Health Center had the lowest K1 and K6 achievements, namely K1 of 75.2% and K6 of 14.75%.  Objective: To analyze the implementation of the Integrated Antenatal Care service program based on input, process, and output factors in Parepare City with samples of Lakessi Health Center and Cempae Health Center. Method: This type of research is qualitative research with a content analysis approach. Results: In terms of input factors regarding policies and SOPs, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, funds are adequate, while process factors regarding data collection, 10T services, recording and reporting have been carried out according to standards, although the data collection of pregnant women targets is still less than optimal, especially in the Cempae Health Center work area due to community mobilization and low awareness of pregnant women to check their pregnancies so that the output for K1 and K6 achievements at the Cempae Health Center has not reached the target. Conclusion: The input and process factors have met the standards in both health centers, but the officers are still less than optimal and the mobilization and awareness of pregnant women are lacking in the Cempae Health Center so that the output has not been achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untu kmenggambarkan karakteristik individu, tingkat religiusitas dengan status kesehatan dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) serta dosen Fakultas Ilmu Perikanan dan Kelautan (FPIK) Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu tenaga kependidikan dan dosen di Fakultas Ekonomi & Bisnis Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan status Kesehatan pada dosen FEB dan dosen FPIK UMI, jumlah dosen FEB lebih banyak yang memiliki status gula darah dan tekanan darah yang tidak normal dibandingkan dengan dosen FPIK. Tingkat religuisitas dosen FEB dan FPIK semua berada pada kategori baik. Disarankan perlu adanya pemeriksaan secara berkala untuk status Kesehatan dosen dalam upaya pemeliharaan Kesehatan, serta perlunya mempertahankan kegiatan yang dapat menambah tingkat religiusitas di Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Abstract

In the 2020 Ministry of Health work report data, the Target prevalence of stunting in toddlers in 2020 was 24.1% (5,543,000 toddlers). The ePPGBM SIGIZI report as of January 20, 2021, from 34 provinces explained that out of 11,499,041 toddlers with nutritional status according to height for age (TB/A), there were 1,325,298 toddlers with TB/A <-2 SD. It can be explained that 11.6% of toddlers experienced stunting. The type of research conducted is quantitative research. The research method used is cross-sectional using observation. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique, using the Slovin formula because the initial data was known. The population was known to be 415, and the number of samples obtained was 204 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between Income, Education, Parenting Patterns, and Toddler Visits to Posyandu with Stunting Incidents, obtaining a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it is recommended that parents of toddlers learn the correct parenting patterns, routinely take toddlers to posyandu and immunization, and find out about stunting.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan elemen penting dalam mendukung mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Implementasi manajemen SDM yang optimal meliputi fungsi perencanaan, rekrutmen, pemberian kompensasi, dan penilaian kinerja. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia di RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Maluku Utara. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala SDM, Kepala Pelayanan Medis, dan Kepala Keperawatan. Informan biasa terdiri dari dokter, perawat, bidan, serta staf administrasi yang mengalami langsung pelaksanaan manajemen SDM. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil: Perencanaan SDM telah dilakukan secara partisipatif dan berbasis kebutuhan unit, meskipun masih terkendala oleh keterbatasan anggaran dan distribusi tenaga kerja yang belum merata. Rekrutmen dilaksanakan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan, namun beberapa posisi masih diisi oleh tenaga yang tidak sesuai bidangnya. Kompensasi belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan beban kerja dan peran ganda pegawai, terutama pada tenaga kontrak dan non-PNS. Penilaian kinerja belum terstruktur secara sistematis dan belum dikaitkan langsung dengan promosi, pelatihan, atau insentif. Kesimpulan: Implementasi manajemen SDM di RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Maluku Utara sudah berjalan, namun belum optimal. Diperlukan penguatan sistem perencanaan, rekrutmen berbasis kompetensi, pemberian kompensasi yang adil, serta penilaian kinerja yang terukur dan terintegrasi. ABSTRACT Background: Human resource management (HRM) is an important element in supporting the quality of service in hospitals. Optimal implementation of HR management includes planning, recruitment, compensation, and performance appraisal functions. Objective: To analyze the implementation of human resource management at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah North Maluku. Method: This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The key informants in this study were the Head of HR, Head of Medical Services, and Head of Nursing. Ordinary informants consisted of doctors, nurses, midwives, and administrative staff who directly experienced the implementation of HR management. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically. Results: HR planning has been carried out in a participatory manner and based on unit needs, although it is still constrained by budget limitations and uneven distribution of labor. Recruitment is carried out based on needs analysis, but some positions are still filled by personnel who are not in accordance with their fields. Compensation does not fully reflect the workload and multiple roles of employees, especially for contract and non-civil servants. Performance appraisals have not been systematically structured and have not been directly linked to promotions, training or incentives. Conclusion: The implementation of HR management at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah North Maluku has been running, but not yet optimal. It is necessary to strengthen the planning system, competency-based recruitment, fair compensation, and measurable and integrated performance appraisal.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas dan aman bagi pasien merupakan prioritas utama dalam sistem kesehatan. Patient safety (Keselamatan Pasien) menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai mutu pelayanan kesehatan di fasilitas kesehatan seperti Puskesmas. Perilaku kooperatif tenaga kesehatan sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, mengurangi stres dan meningkatkan kemampuan untuk bekerja sama agar memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas pada pelayanan kesehatan karena dapat meningkatkan komunikasi efektif. Aspek-aspek yang berperan penting dalam Serviscapes (lingkungan kerja fisik) menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung keselamatan pasien, mendukung komunikasi terbuka, meningkatkan kerja sama tim dan mengurangi risiko kesalahan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis antara servicescapes (lingkungan kerja fisik) terhadap patient safety dan cooperative behavior di Puskesmas. Metode: Penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan study observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Sampel sebanyak 108 responden dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil: Hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan servicescapes (lingkungan kerja fisik) terhadap patient safety dan cooperative behavior diperoleh nilai (p=0,001 < =0,05) artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara serviscapes (lingkungan kerja fisik) terhadap patient safety dan cooperative behavior. Kesimpulan: Servicescapes (lingkungan kerja fisik) aspek memiliki hubungan terhadap patien safety dan cooperative behavior. ABSTRACT Background: Quality and safe health care for patients is a top priority in the health system. Patient safety is an important indicator in assessing the quality of health services in health facilities such as health centers. Cooperative behavior of health workers is very important in increasing job satisfaction, reducing stress and increasing the ability to work together to provide quality services in health services because it can improve effective communication. The aspects that play an important role in Serviscapes (physical work environment) create a work environment that supports patient safety, supports open communication, improves teamwork and reduces the risk of errors. Objectives: This study aims to analyze between servicescapes (physical work environment) on patient safety and cooperative behavior in Puskesmas. Methods: The research used is a type of quantitative research that uses an analytical observational study with a cross sectional study design. The sample was 108 respondents using the chi square test. Results: The results of the bivariate test show that there is a relationship between servicescapes (physical work environment) to patient safety and cooperative behavior obtained a value (p = 0.001 <  = 0.05) meaning that there is a significant relationship between servicescapes (physical work environment) to patient safety and cooperative behavior. Conclusion: Servicescapes (physical work environment) aspects have a relationship with patient safety and cooperative behavior.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan derajat kesehatan masyarakat, terutama di negara berkembang. Peningkatan penggunaan layanan kesehatan menjadi target utama, yang menuntut penyedia jasa seperti puskesmas untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, baik dalam aspek penyembuhan maupun pencegahan penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Tamalate Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 97 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berusia 26–40 tahun (77,3%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (61,9%), belum menikah (70,1%), berpendidikan terakhir perguruan tinggi (64,9%), bekerja (62,9%), mengetahui layanan puskesmas (100%), memiliki penghasilan di atas UMR (74,2%), serta memiliki akses jarak ke puskesmas 1–3 km (85,6%). Sebanyak 99% responden memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan. Dari lima variabel yang diteliti, terdapat dua variabel yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan, yaitu variabel fasilitas pelayanan dengan nilai odds ratio (OR) sebesar 12,200 (p = 0,005) sebagai faktor dominan, serta variabel persepsi sehat-sakit dengan OR sebesar 8,636 (p = 0,010). Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara persepsi sehat-sakit dan ketersediaan fasilitas dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Tamalate Kota Makassar tahun 2024..

Abstract

Cost analysis serves as a critical tool for hospital management in evaluating the efficiency of resource utilization. One commonly employed method is unit cost analysis, which supports the assessment of service production processes, determination of break-even points, and formulation of strategic decisions related to service volume and cost control. This study aimed to analyze fixed costs, fixed operational (semi-variable) costs, variable operational costs, total costs, and unit costs in the Inpatient Unit of a Private Hospital in Makassar in 2023. This research adopted an operational research design with a descriptive quantitative approach. The population comprised all financial transactions at the hospital in 2023, with the sample including all transactions associated with inpatient services. The findings showed that the fixed cost amounted to IDR 5,216,229,922, fixed operational cost to IDR 2,811,580,099, and variable operational cost to IDR 3,727,281,560. Total costs, calculated using three different approaches, were IDR 2,915,361,139 (Total Cost I), IDR 1,136,844,781 (Total Cost II), and IDR 650,882,586 (Total Cost III). Unit costs based on the double distribution method were identified as follows: Super VIP – IDR 1,087,677; VIP – IDR 870,775; Class 1 – IDR 654,674; Class 2 – IDR 532,583; and Class 3 – IDR 330,577. The results indicated that unit costs exceeding service tariffs posed a risk of financial loss. Therefore, the study recommends the application of the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) method, the implementation of clinical pathways, and the development of superior service units. Hospitals are encouraged to conduct periodic unit cost analyses and to establish service tariffs rationally, grounded in the outcomes of cost calculations.

Abstract

Program BPJS Kesehatan merupakan bagian dari sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional yang bertujuan memberikan akses layanan kesehatan yang adil dan merata bagi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. Namun demikian, tingkat partisipasi peserta mandiri (Pekerja Bukan Penerima Upah) dalam membayar iuran masih tergolong rendah, yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan dan kemauan peserta dalam memenuhi kewajiban finansial tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP) dalam membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan peserta mandiri di RSP Ibnu Sina. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif, untuk mengetahui faktor ATP dan WTP peserta BPJS Mandiri dalam membayar iuran di RSP Ibnu Sina berdasarkan tingkat pendapatan, tabungan kesehatan, jumlah anggota keluarga, tingkat pengetahuan, tingkat kepuasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendapatan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ATP, di mana peserta dengan pendapatan tinggi mayoritas mampu membayar iuran, sedangkan peserta berpendapatan rendah lebih banyak yang tidak mampu membayar. Tabungan kesehatan berasosiasi positif dengan ATP, di mana kepemilikan tabungan yang memadai meningkatkan ATP. Jumlah anggota keluarga memengaruhi ATP, di mana keluarga dengan jumlah anggota kecil cenderung memiliki kemampuan membayar lebih baik dibandingkan keluarga besar. Tingkat pengetahuan BPJS Kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap WTP, di mana pengetahuan yang baik mendorong kesediaan membayar. Kepuasan terhadap pelayanan juga memengaruhi WTP, dengan peserta yang merasa puas menunjukkan tingkat WTP yang lebih tinggi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor ekonomi dan persepsi terhadap program BPJS merupakan determinan penting dalam keberlanjutan pembayaran iuran BPJS Mandiri. Abstract

Supplementary Feeding (PMT) is an intervention program implemented by the government in the toddler age group, which is intended as additional intake besides daily staple foods to overcome the problem of malnutrition. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the supplementary feeding (PMT) program for malnourished toddlers with an input-process-output approach at the Tamalanrea Jaya Community Health Center. The type of research used was quantitative descriptive. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Chi-Square test. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The research sample was 50 people. The results of the study showed a relationship between human resources and the effectiveness of the PMT program (ρ = 0.000), there was a relationship between facilities and infrastructure and the effectiveness of the PMT program (ρ = 0.002), there was a relationship between program implementation and the effectiveness of the PMT program (ρ = 0.023) and there was a relationship between program achievements and the effectiveness of the PMT program (ρ = 0.001). These findings suggest that future research should focus on these areas to enhance the PMT program's effectiveness further. It is hoped that future researchers can analyze the effectiveness of the supplementary feeding program for toddlers in more depth.
