Abstract

This research examines the phenomenon of breast grabbing as an act of sexual harassment that threatens the dignity and well-being of the victim, as well as exposing shortcomings in the legal protection system in Indonesia. This research aims to compare the handling of breast begging/grabbing cases according to Indonesian positive law and Islamic criminal law, analyze the social impacts caused, and explore more effective prevention strategies. This research employed a qualitative method and a normative approach, incorporating a literature review. The results show that Indonesian positive law provides broader protection for the psychological impact of victims and imposes strict sanctions, including imprisonment, for perpetrators. In contrast, Islamic criminal law emphasizes moral recovery and social balance, as well as sanctions determined based on the concept of ta’zīr, which considers the benefit to society. The synergy between the two legal systems is a strategic step in formulating more effective prevention and law enforcement policies for breast grabbing, and opens up opportunities for further research to develop a legal framework that is responsive to social dynamics and the values of justice.

Abstract

What is really happening in the Arab world, despite the fact that this nation has achieved its glory for seven centuries? The problems facing the Arab nation are diverse, ranging from economic inequality to a crisis of cultural identity. Sykes-Picot In 1916, the Arab states, prone to internal conflict, were born. This agreement aimed to regulate their respective zones of influence in the Middle East and divide the Ottoman Empire. Britain also officially declared its support for the establishment of the State of Israel in the Palestinian territories. The birth of the State of Israel in 1948 marked a new chapter in the world political map, particularly in the Middle East. Therefore, deficientism led to the marginalization of the Islamic-Arab intellectual and cultural heritage. This research uses a literature review by taking several references from several journals, books, and various literature that support this research topic. The collected data was then interpreted to arrive at the research objectives. Based on the research results, it was found that deficientism had a direct impact on changes in the geopolitical constellation in the Arab region. In the geopolitical context, Arab countries were no longer active subjects in the international arena, but instead became objects of global interest. Furthermore, deficientism also impacted geoculture, where cultural values ​​experienced erosion due to the penetration of foreign cultures, global economic domination, and an identity crisis.

Abstract

This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the internalization of the Islamic religious education curriculum in shaping student character in schools. The background to this research stems from the finding that negative behaviors such as brawls, drug cases, bullying, children in trouble with the law, and other criminal acts are still common, even among students who are still in school. This study used library research methods (library research) namely collecting various literature related to curriculum, character education, and neuroscience such as books, journals and discussions relevant to the topic of discussion. Data analysis was conducted using the content analysis method, namely identifying, classifying, and interpreting the free nutritious meals that influence student intelligence. The results of the study indicate that quality education is education that is able to shape the character of its students. This can be done by internalizing the Islamic religious curriculum with neuroscience-based education. The reason is that changing character begins with changing the student's brain. This study recommends to policymakers that character education must be a top priority, and the need for synergy between schools, the government, and parents to ensure the success of this character education.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Genta Loka is an artistic research project that develops trunthung musicality through the integration of percussive sounds generated from recycled zinc sheets. Using a practice-based research framework, the study positions creative processes—sound exploration, instrument construction, choreographic development—as epistemic modes. The work investigates acoustic characteristics of metal waste, timbral expansion of trunthung, and the formation of hybrid bodily movement through interactions among Soreng dance, hip-hop, and contemporary dance vocabularies. Results indicate that metal waste introduces new timbral layers, enriches rhythmic structures, and shapes distinctive dramaturgy. The project also emphasizes cultural ecology by highlighting recycled materials as artistic and ecological agents.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan keanekaragaman yang sangat besar, baik agama, etnis, bahasa maupun budaya. Dalam konteks kehidupan bermasyarakat, keberagaman tersebut menjadi tantangan bagi bangsa. Salah satu tantangan utamanya adalah menjaga keharmonisan sosial masyarakat dan membangun toleransi antar umat beragama. Indonesia dengan berbagai pemahaman agama tersebut, cenderung menimbulkan gesekan antar kelompok, jika kelompok tersebut masih menganggap kebenaran hanya pada kelompok mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran pondok pesantren Krapyak dalam mencegah paham radikalisme dan membentuk sikap moderat atau toleran para santrinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan Kiai dan pengurus pondok pesantren Krapyak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dalam mencegah radikalisme dan membentuk perilaku moderat pondok pesantren Krapyak melakukannya dengan beberapa cara yaitu: 1) melalui Penanaman Akhlaq dengan pembelajaran kitab-kitab klasik (kitab kuning), 2) halaqah atau diskusi suatu permasalahan antar santri, 3) hafalan dalam bentuk sorogan dan bandongan, 4) pembiasaan kegiatan santri setiap hari. Pola pembiasaan ini relevan untuk membentuk sikap moderat atau toleransi.

Abstract

Memanfaatkan limbah biji durian untuk membuat kerupuk merupakan langkah inovatif yang menjanjikan. Kerupuk dari biji durian bukan hanya mengubah limbah menjadi produk bernilai jual, tetapi juga menciptakan camilan unik yang bisa menarik minat pasar. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model deskriptif-eksplanatif. Tujuannya adalah memberikan gambaran terperinci tentang program pemanfaatan limbah biji durian sebagai inovasi produk UMKM selama pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Nyata. Pelaksanaan pelatihan mengelola biji durian di desa Tanjung Baru dapat menjadi inovasi yang berkelanjutan bagi usaha UMKM yang ada di desa tersebut terutama dalam bidang usaha makanan. Pelatihan pembuatan kerupuk dari biji durian adalah program edukatif yang bertujuan untuk mengajarkan teknik-teknik pengolahan biji durian menjadi kerupuk yang lezat dan bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Kata kunci: biji durian, kerupuk, UMKM.

Abstract

This community engagement activity aimed to strengthen public awareness of the right to food and promote sustainable food systems through the commemoration of World Food Day 2025 in Bogor. The program was designed using a participatory approach involving students, local government, food-related institutions, and small and medium enterprises (UMKM). The implementation methods included educational seminars on food security, exhibitions of local food products, cooking competitions, community campaigns, and direct interaction with stakeholders to encourage consumption of diverse, nutritious, and safe foods. The activities successfully attracted approximately 150 participants and demonstrated increased understanding of food rights, sustainable nutrition practices, and the importance of supporting local food-based innovation. The event also facilitated collaboration among students, policymakers, and UMKM, resulting in greater community involvement in promoting responsible food consumption and reducing food waste. The outcomes indicate that structured educational interventions and multisector collaboration can effectively enhance community literacy on food security issues. The implications of this activity highlight the need for continuous public education programs, strengthened university–community partnerships, and expanded support for local food producers to sustain long-term food resilience.

Abstract

Indonesia continues to face a high prevalence of stunting among children under five, while many women hold dual roles as workers and household food managers. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the AD-LGI approach in education and training on the use of moringa leaves for working mothers in Rowosari Village, Semarang City. A quasi-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was applied to 44 mothers who were members of the community women’s group. The intervention included needs assessment, instructional design, education sessions, guided practice in cooking moringa-based dishes, and monitoring of home implementation. Knowledge about nutrition and the use of moringa leaves was measured before and after the intervention and analyzed with the Wilcoxon test. Total knowledge scores increased significantly (Z = -2.609; p = 0.009), with significant gains in understanding causes of nutritional problems (Z = -3.162; p = 0.002) and cooking methods for moringa (Z = -2.138; p = 0.033). The AD-LGI approach is concluded to be effective in improving the practical knowledge of working mothers and is potentially adaptable to community-based nutrition education programs using local foods.

Abstract

Kebijakan Asesmen Nasional menggeser evaluasi berskala nasional dari Ujian Nasional menuju Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) yang menekankan literasi membaca dan numerasi pada semua mata pelajaran, termasuk Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK). Kondisi ini menuntut guru PJOK untuk mampu menyusun soal AKM berbasis konteks pembelajaran jasmani. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman guru PJOK SMP di Kabupaten Nganjuk tentang penyusunan soal AKM melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Peserta berjumlah 14 guru anggota MGMP PJOK SMP. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui workshop tatap muka yang meliputi pengenalan kebijakan AKM, analisis contoh soal, praktik penyusunan soal, serta klinik revisi. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan angket skala Likert (pemahaman sebelum–sesudah, penilaian terhadap materi, fasilitator, fasilitas, dan aspek penerapan) serta pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan persepsi pemahaman guru dari kategori netral (rerata B1 = 3,07) menjadi setuju (rerata B2 = 4,00). Aspek materi, fasilitator, dan fasilitas memperoleh rerata >4,20 (kategori sangat setuju), sedangkan kecukupan waktu menjadi aspek terendah (rerata 3,64) namun masih pada kategori baik. Guru menyatakan mampu dan berniat menerapkan soal AKM di kelas, serta menilai pelatihan sangat bermanfaat bagi pengembangan profesional. Temuan kualitatif menegaskan perlunya penambahan durasi, pelatihan berseri, dan pendalaman materi AKM/HOTS. Secara keseluruhan, program PKM ini efektif meningkatkan pemahaman guru PJOK terhadap penyusunan soal AKM serta menghasilkan draf soal AKM PJOK yang dapat dimanfaatkan MGMP.
