Abstract

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition commonly found in school-aged children. However, many teachers still have a limited understanding of ADHD and how to manage students with this condition effectively. Such limitations may reduce the support provided for students and hinder their academic and social development. To address this issue, a community service program was conducted in the form of psychoeducation for teachers. The program aimed to increase teachers’ knowledge of ADHD characteristics, early identification, classroom behavior management, and collaboration with parents and professionals. The activities included interactive lectures, case study discussions, and simulations of inclusive learning strategies. Participants were actively engaged throughout the sessions and showed increased awareness of ADHD and its implications for the learning process. Pre- and post-program evaluations indicated a measurable improvement in participants’ understanding, with the average pre-test score of 89.9 increasing to an average post-test score of 97.2, representing a 7.27% improvement. While most teachers were already aware of ADHD symptoms, they reported needing clearer guidance on practical steps for intervention and classroom application. This community service activity demonstrates that psychoeducational programs can effectively strengthen teachers’ capacity to create more inclusive, supportive, and conducive learning environments, providing students with ADHD greater opportunities for optimal academic and social growth.

Abstract

Generation Z’s attachement to social media affects various psychological aspects, particularly in terms of self-esteem and social anxiety. Various types of content are shared on social media, often with the aim of attracting attention and gaining validation from other users. The purpose of this literature review is to synthesize and analyze relevant studies that discuss how social media influences self-esteem and social anxiety. The literature review was conducted by analyzing 20 articles published between 2018 – 2025. The articles are related to the impact of social media on self-esteem and social anxiety among Generation Z social media users and were searched using the Google Scholar, Scopus AI, and Sciencedirect databases. The review found that social media use has a significant and complex impact on self-esteem and social anxiety among Generation Z. Key triggers may stem from social comparison, Fear of Missing Out, and demographic factors.

Abstract

Adolescents with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) often face complex challenges in their social relationships of rejection, including rejection from peers, stigma and difficulty in building meaningful friendships. However, some of them are able to show resilience in adapting positively in the midst of the social pressures they face. This study aims to explore the role of peer support as a social protective factor in building resilience of adolescents with ADHD through the perspective of Positive Psychology. This study uses a literature review method that refers to 20 selected articles in the range of 2015 – 2025, which are then analyzed thematically. The results of the review show that peer support contributes greatly to increased social acceptance, self-efficacy, emotion regulation, and minimizing the impact of stigma. Supportive peer relationships not only encourage adaptive coping strategies but also serve as a foundation for healthier psychosocial development, especially for adolescents with ADHD. The study also emphasizes the need for a shift from a deficit paradigm to a culturally sensitive strength, in order to maximize the resilience potential of adolescents with ADHD in their social contexts.

Abstract

This study critically examines research trends and gaps in digital collaboration within early childhood assessment through a PRISMA-based systematic review of 27 Scopus-indexed studies published between 2020 and 2026. The findings reveal that existing research is organised around three dominant yet largely disconnected areas: digital assessment tools, parent–educator communication platforms, and child-focused applications. While digital technologies have improved efficiency in documentation, monitoring, and information sharing, their use continues to reflect functional rather than transformative change. Most platforms facilitate one-way communication, positioning parents as recipients of information rather than active contributors to assessment processes. The review identifies several structural gaps, including the fragmentation of digital systems, the persistence of teacher-centred assessment practices, and the limited empirical validation of digital tools. In addition, child-focused applications remain weakly connected to broader assessment and collaboration frameworks. These patterns suggest that current developments are driven more by technological expansion than by pedagogical integration. This study argues for a shift toward integrated digital ecosystems that support co-assessment, shared decision-making, and meaningful parent engagement. Such an approach is essential for advancing collaborative assessment practices and realising the full potential of digital technologies in supporting holistic child development.
