The implementation of the Electronic Performance System (E-Kinerja) in the working units in Denpasar City is a primary concern in efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of employee performance management. E-Kinerja is an obligatory electronic system based on a website that is used by civil servants in Denpasar City. During its implementation, the E-Kinerja system encounters several common issues such as server disruptions (server downtime), login errors, employee data inconsistencies, and employees' low understanding in operating the E-Kinerja system. This study aims to measure and analyze the level of success in implementing the E-Performance system using the Enhanced Information System Success Model, which is an improvement of the SI DeLone and McLean (2003) success model. The model incorporates five measurement variables: information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and net benefits. This study employed the technique of proportional stratified random sampling with a sample size of 100 civil servants. The method of data collection involves distributing questionnaires to the government employees in the Denpasar area who are users of the E-Performance system. The obtained data was analyzed using the statistical method of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of the SmartPLS 3.3 application. The hypothesis testing results reveal that the influence of information quality on user satisfaction is positively valued at 0.300. The impact of system quality on user satisfaction is positively valued at 0.288. The influence of service quality on user satisfaction is positively valued at 0.280. The influence of user satisfaction on user interest is positively valued at 0.824. Thus, it can be concluded that the influence of all research variables is significant and all hypotheses in this study can be accepted. This research is expected to serve as input and evaluation for policymakers regarding the factors that influence the success of the E-Performance system in Denpasar City, in order to enhance and develop the system sustainably. Additionally, it can also serve as a reference for future research in the field of information system success analysis.

Since the construction of the main website of West Manggarai Regency Government, it has never been evaluated and the level of user satisfaction is unknown. In addition, problems were found related to website functions and interfaces, which indicate that website services have not met expectations, so it needs to be evaluated by measuring the level of user satisfaction. The evaluation combines the E-GovQual method to measure gaps, Importance Performance Analysis to measure the fit between perceptions and expectations and find attributes that need to be improved, and Heuristic Evaluation to analyze the severity of usability problems. The research respondents were 395 website users, calculated using the Slovin formula based on the total population of website visitors. The results of the Gap Analysis obtained an average value of -0.080, which means that the website services did not meet the user expectations. Suitability analysis results obtained an average value of 97.77%, which means that website services have not met user expectations. The quadrant analysis obtained 12 attributes that need to be improved. The results of heuristic analysis through severity assessment found 8 attributes that have usability problems > 0 and 5 new problem findings by evaluators. The results of FGD for these 13 attributes all get improvement solutions implemented in the form of prototypes. The results of the prototype create a better user experience and can increase the effectiveness of the program. The resulting prototype creates a better user experience and can improve government effectiveness and efficiency.

Purpose – Covid-19 has had a negative impact on the education sector. Students' understanding of the lesson material becomes less in-depth. As a result, learning outcomes do not match expectations. However, students' diverse learning styles pose a challenge in increasing students' understanding of a lesson material. For this reason, innovation is needed that can accommodate various student learning styles. The solution is to develop digital-based teaching materials that are integrated with various media variants in them.Methods – This research and development aims to determine the design, validity, practicality and effectiveness of digital-based science and science teaching materials on cognitive learning outcomes for Class IV elementary school students. The development model used is the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation" in English.Findings – Material validation received a score of 4.8 with a very high validity category, while media validation received a score of 4.5 with a very high validity category. For the practicality test, this digital science teaching material received a score of 1.75 with an excellent classification. The effectiveness test was seen based on the average normality gain which obtained a value of 0.80 in the high effectiveness category.Research Implications – From the results recorded in this research, digital-based science and science teaching materials are suitable for implementation in the learning of fourth-grade elementary school students. The validity, practicality and effectiveness proven through various trials and tests provide strong support for the educational value that can be obtained through the use of these teaching materials. Further implementation of these teaching materials can make a positive contribution to improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes.

The study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of online learning process for economic course during covid-19 pandemic. A quantitative approach was used in this study particularly in the form of evaluation using CIPP model. There were four main components; context, input, process, and product. There were 150 participants were involved in which they were three teachers who taught economic course and 147 students who took social and economic department. They were selected by using random sampling technique. The data were collected through observation, document analysis, and questionnaire distribution. The instruments used were observation sheet, and questionnaire. The obtained data were analysed by using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the online learning online learning process for economic course during covid-19 pandemic was effective with good category. The context evaluation was categorized into good category with the percentage of 72.33%. The input evaluation was also found on the percentage of 73.78% categorized into good category. The process evaluation had a good category with the percentage of 73.75%. The product evaluation was categorized into an excellent category. Those four components showed that the online learning had been conducted effectively.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan model untuk tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Bali dengan Fuzzy Times series Cheng (FTS Cheng) dan Fuzzy Times series Markov Chain (FTS Markov Chain) serta membandingkan tingkat akurasi kedua model tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Bali yang digunakan sebanyak 34 dari periode Februari 2006 sampai dengan Agustus 2021. Dari 34 data kemudian dibagi menjadi dua dengan proporsi 30% data latih dan 70% data uji. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menghitung FTS Cheng dan FTS Markov Chain pada data latih kemudian dilanjutkan pada data uji. Selanjutnya model FTS Cheng dan FTS Markov Chain dihitung akurasinya dengan MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error),RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) dan Confusion Matrix (akurasi,presisi,recall). Hasil MAPE yang didapatkan adalah FTS Cheng sebesar 18.43% dan FTS Markov Chain sebesar 31.19%. Kemudian hasil RMSE yang didapatkan dari FTS Cheng dan FTS Markov Chain secara berturut-turut adalah 0.88 dan 0.63. Pada pengujian menggunakan Confusion Matrix pada FTS Ceng didapatkan hasil akurasi, presisi, recall secara berturut-turut adalah 61.90%,41.22% dan 44.35%. Sedangkan untuk FTS Markov Chain mendapatkan hasil pengujian sebesar 61.90%,49.17% dan 48.75% untuk akurasi, presisi dan recall. Jadi Fuzzy Time Series Markov Chain lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model Fuzzy Time Series Cheng di dua metode pengujian keakuratan yaitu pada RMSE dan Confusion Matrix (presisi dan recall). Hal ini disebabkan karena perbedaan pembagian kelas serta perhitungan yang berbeda.

This study aims to 1) find out the problems that occur in the Badung Regency community complaint system (SIDUMAS) by conducting a usability evaluation using the think-aloud method, heuristic evaluation and system usability scale, 2) conduct a usability evaluation on the community complaint system can determine the level of application usability and determine recommendations for improvements needed by the Badung community complaint system (SIDUMAS). Respondents who participated in this study were Badung people consisting of 5 usability experts and 30 general public. Determination of respondents in this study based on the criteria of the method used. The data in this study were obtained through usability evaluation results on the public complaint application questionnaires and data from interviews with respondents. The method used to evaluate the public complaint system is a combination of 3 methods, namely think aloud, heuristic evaluation and system usability scale which will produce an assessment to determine the usability and recommendations for improvements to the Badung SIDUMAS system. The results showed that: (1) Using the think-aloud method, it was found that the problems experienced by users of the community complaint system application on average experienced the same problems in the test. The results of research with heuristic evaluation found that there is 1 problem that has the highest severity rating where the problem must be fixed immediately. The results of the calculation of the average system usability scale score on user satisfaction obtained a score of 78 with acceptability ranges in the acceptable category. Furthermore, for the percentile rank score, the value obtained is 78 so it is in the grade B category. (2) Making recommendations for improvement in the study focused on changing the layout on the page and navigation menu on the results of data causing errors experienced by users.

E-commerce has made transactions easier for several persons. SKI (Semadi Kwazay Indoland), a company in the real estate market, is one of the numerous organizations that develop e-commerce websites. The company wants the e-commerce website to attract a wider audience. Therefore, an evaluation is necessary to measure the usefulness of the website. Twenty responses were divided into two groups of ten: the advanced group and the novice group. The selected assessment approaches are performance measurement to evaluate the system's efficiency and error rate, first-click usability testing to evaluate the system's effectiveness, and RTA and the SUS questionnaire to evaluate user happiness. The following are the study's findings: This e-commerce website is quite efficient, as there is no significant difference in the time necessary to complete the 10 activities between the two groups of respondents. The mean participant questionnaire score for the e-commerce website was 49.75, which was much lower than the average SUS score of 68. The e-commerce website page is highly effective, as the performance measurement test results suggest a comparatively low error rate across both novice and advanced respondent groups.

This research aimed to analyze the User Experience analysis of the Zoom Meeting application according to the perspectives of lecturers and students during online learning in the new normal era because the Zoom application is considered to have numerous outstanding features. The population in this research were 2 lecturers and 123 students of the Bachelor of Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program in the 2021/2022 academic year in Bali. The purposive sampling technique was used along with the questionnaire and in-depth interview. As a result, the attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, and stimulation aspects scale got the average positive result from the questionnaire because the value obtained was more than 0.8. Furthermore, the average questionnaire scale was neutral for the accuracy and novelty aspects because the values obtained were from -0.8 to 0.8. Therefore, the accuracy aspect has the lowest value compared to other aspects. It was also verified from the data obtained from the in-depth interview results, which showed various problems and obstacles experienced by users in terms of the accuracy of the Zoom Meeting application when used as an online learning medium, i.e., difficulties in conducting disciplinary assessments and conducting lectures that required practical skills. Although Zoom has many benefits for online learning, it still has several limitations that must be addressed by lecturers, students, and Zoom developers.

Beragam opini masyarakat terkait kinerja POLRI terus bermunculan pada media sosial Twitter. Analisis sentimen dilakukan untuk mengetahui kecenderungan sentimen opini masyarakat dan aspek kinerja yang dibahas pada opini tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek kinerja yang dibahas pada data tweet dan sentimen data tweet berdasarkan aspek kinerja POLRI. POS Tagging digunakan sebagai klasifikasi aspek kinerja POLRI yang meliputi “penanganan kejahatan”, “kecepatan respon”, “interaksi terhadap masyarakat”, dan “tidak beraspek”, serta metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) sebagai proses klasifikasi sentimen “positif”, “negatif”, dan “netral”. Proses POS Tagging dilakukan menggunakan metode Conditional Random Field (CRF), melalui teknik Bio-Tags dengan melabelkan aspek kinerja berdasarkan koleksi kata yang mencerminkan klasifikasi aspek kinerja. Pemodelan klasifikasi sentimen berdasarkan aspek kinerja POLRI dibangun dengan metode SVM. Diperoleh 1103 tweet melalui API Twitter dalam kurun waktu Januari 2023 sampai Oktober 2023 sebagai dataset awal, yang dibagi menjadi 80% data training dan 20% data testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model klasifikasi sentimen berbasis aspek kinerja menggunakan SVM dengan pendekatan POS Tagging memperoleh akurasi sebesar 81%, presisi sebesar 83%, recall sebesar 81%, dan F1-score sebesar 81%.Penggunaan metode klasifikasi machine learning lainnya, kontinuitas penggunaan data awal, dan pengembangan aspek yang dianalisis dapat menjadi saran untuk pengembangan penelitian kedepannya.

Penerapan tes HOTS masih terbatas, dilihat dari tes yang digunakan guru masih pada ranah C1 sampai C2, sehingga kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau HOTS belum diterapkan pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan instrument tes HOTS pada Tema panas dan perpindahnya untuk siswa kelas V SD. Tes yang dikembangkan terdiri dari 35 butir soal pilihan ganda mengacu pada C4 sampai C6. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah formative research yang terdiri atas 3 tahap. Subyek uji coba adalah 40 orang siswa kelas V. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan semua butir memenuhi validitas isi, koefisien reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 0,95 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, indeks daya beda perangkat tes perangkat tes 11 butir soal cukup, 19 butir soal baik dan 5 butir soal sangat baik. Taraf kesukaran butir tes yang diperoleh yaitu 17% tergolong mudah, 42% tergolong sedang, dan 37% tergolong sukar. Analisis pengecoh berkisar 5% dengan kriteria baik Hasil probabilitas menunjukkan kemampuan peserta menjawab benar dan salah sama. Peluang butir tes yang cocok diuji meggunakan Teori Respon Butir 2 Parameter Logistik adalah 65,71% butir tes yang cocok. Instrumen Tes HOTS Teman 6 panas dan perpindahanya di kelas V SD yang dihasilkan mampu mengukur kemampuan siswa dan layak digunakan.
