Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of P5 activities at SMK Negeri 1 Kramatwatu. The research method used is observation with a qualitative approach. With data obtained through observation of P5 activities and journals or scientific articles and documents or files related to the implementation of P5 activities in schools. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative to describe and explain the overall data that will be concluded at the end of the study. This study concluded the implementation of P5 activities in schools with drama performances aimed at educating students about bullying and preventing bullying from occurring in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of noncyclical company characteristics, board of director composition, and leverage on financial performance in Indonesia. The researcher uses quantitative research methodology to collect and analyze data. To investigate the impact of significant factors on each other, this study uses multiple linear regression analysis as its data analysis approach. The 66 sampled organizations all have data collected from their annual reports between 2019 and 2023. The result of the analysis shows that ROA and ROE impacted by the debt ratio. Tangible assets have an impact on ROE but not impact on ROA. Board size positively affects ROA but not affect on ROE. Board independence influences ROA but has no effect on ROE. ROA and ROE are impacted by firm size.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia’s economy but still face numerous challenges in enhancing their competitiveness in the digital era. Digital marketing serves as a key strategy in expanding market reach and improving promotional efficiency. This study aims to explore the role of digital marketing in supporting MSME growth through a case study of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program implemented in Sukamaju Village, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing observations and interviews with MSME actors who participated in digital marketing training. The activities included socialization, seminars, and direct mentoring on utilizing social media, marketplaces, and engaging promotional content creation. The findings reveal that the digital marketing training program positively impacted the understanding and skills of MSME actors in leveraging digital technology. A total of 27 seminar participants expressed high interest in implementing digital marketing strategies in their businesses. Additionally, direct mentoring helped MSME actors formulate more effective promotional strategies.

Abstract

The generosity of Indonesian society, influenced by tradition and religion, has continued to grow with the convenience of digital facilities for crowdfunding. However, there are still challenges to be addressed, such as accountability and transparency in the use of donated funds. The emergence of blockchain technology offers opportunities to enhance transparency, security, and efficiency in fundraising. This study aims to evaluate the potential and challenges of implementing blockchain-based donation crowdfunding platforms through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach following the PRISMA protocol. From the analysis of 41 articles, 37 blockchain-based crowdfunding platforms were found to have the potential to improve transparency, trust, efficiency, accountability, and reduce transaction costs. The main challenges faced include scalability, regulatory compliance, privacy concerns, user adoption, and integration with existing systems. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for nonprofit organizations and philanthropic institutions in leveraging blockchain technology for donation crowdfunding.

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven the need for digital literacy skills that include not only technical aspects, but also critical thinking skills, visual communication, and digital ethics, which are very relevant for students. This study aims to explore the use of Canva as a means to redesign digital literacy information into infographic format by students of the Islamic library and information science (IPII). The method applied is descriptive qualitative with data collection through semi-structured interviews and observations. The findings of this study show that students can combine digital literacy content with attractive and communicative visual designs using Canva. Despite facing several obstacles such as limited premium features and dependence on internet connections, students still feel that Canva is an efficient and easy-to-use tool. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening the curriculum that combines digital literacy and visual design to support students' communication skills in the digital era. The practical implications of this study encourage universities to provide training on infographic design and access to technology-based design platforms.

Abstract

Stabilitas sediaan farmasi merupakan faktor krusial dalam menjamin kualitas, efektivitas, dan keamanan produk obat, khususnya sediaan cair oral yang banyak diminati karena kemudahan penggunaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kestabilan dan kompatibilitas sediaan oral liquid melalui telaah literatur. Literatur dikumpulkan dari basis data Google Scholar dan PubMed dengan total 266 jurnal, yang setelah proses skrining menghasilkan 21 jurnal yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi serta 53 referensi yang digunakan dalam ulasan ini. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa faktor seperti suhu, pH, dan kontaminasi mikroba memiliki peran signifikan dalam menurunkan stabilitas sediaan. Oleh karena itu, formulasi sediaan harus mempertimbangkan karakteristik zat aktif, eksipien, dan bahan kemas yang digunakan. Uji stabilitas dilakukan dengan simulasi kondisi suhu dan kelembaban berdasarkan zona iklim tertentu serta pengamatan dalam rentang waktu tertentu. Evaluasi stabilitas dilakukan melalui pengamatan organoleptik dan fisikokimia seperti warna, bau, rasa, viskositas, pH, kejernihan, endapan, pemisahan fase, serta kadar zat aktif dalam sediaan

Abstract

Limited access to electricity in remote areas is a serious challenge in national energy distribution. This study aims to examine the use of Stirling engines as an environmentally friendly alternative energy source that can be used for small-scale power supply systems. Stirling engines were chosen because of their ability to convert heat energy from various sources into mechanical energy, which is then converted into electrical energy. The research methods include prototype design, performance testing, and interviews with experts in the field of energy conversion. The test results show that Stirling engines are capable of producing an average electrical power of 5.7 watts at an operating temperature of ? 300°C, with an energy conversion efficiency of around 15–20%. The integration of a microcontroller-based power control system has succeeded in increasing output stability and facilitating system performance monitoring. The interview results support that this technology has the potential to be further developed in areas that have not been reached by electricity. This study concludes that Stirling engines are an alternative solution that is applicable, economical, and supports the development of renewable energy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan prestasi atlet Taekwondo di NPCI Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang ditinjau dari pembinaan prestasi, perekrutan atlet, perekrutan pelatih, program latihan dan sarana prasarana. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 9 responden yaitu pengurus, pelatih dan atlet. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data penelitian ini dengan triangulasi data dan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian: 1) Pembinaan seperti SDM yang ada dapat dikatakan masih terbilang kurang. 2) Perekrutan pelatih di NPCI Sumatera Utara dapat dikatakan kurang baik karena perekrutan pelatih baru dilaksanakan sekali dan pelatih tidak semua memiliki sertifikat standar Internasional. 3) Perekrutan atlet Taekwondo di NPCI Sumatera Utara dapat di katakan baik dikarenakan perekrutan atlet melalui degradasi promosi atlet. 4) Program latihan yang diberikan mengikuti prosedur prinsip latihan yang ada, meliputi aspek fisik, teknik, ketrampilan, mental, pada frekuensi, intensitas, volume bahkan disesuaikan dengan usia dan nomor klasifikasi. 5) Sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki oleh NPCI Sumatera Utara sudah baik karena sesuai dengan standar tetapi kurang ideal dikarenakan tempat yang digunakan untuk latihan masih menyewa.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the distribution of diagnoses and physiotherapy actions based on patient medical record data at the Physiotherapy Poly at RSUD dr. H. Andi Abdurrahman Noor Tanah Bumbu for the period January 2025. This study used descriptive quantitative method with retrospective approach and total sampling technique on 614 patients' medical record data. The results showed that the majority of patients were female as much as 56.51% and were in the age range of 36-55 years as much as 43.65%. There are 45 types of diagnoses with a total of 741 cases, the three most common diagnoses found are Osteoarthritis (23.89%), Low Back Pain (9.04%) and Hemiparese Sinistra (8.23%). Physiotherapy actions provided include exercise therapy (49.24%), TENS (23.19%), Infrared (12.56%), short wave diathermy (12.06%), injection (1.85%), Ultrasound (0.76%), and massage (0.34%). The results of this study provide an overview of the pattern of physiotherapy diagnosis and intervention, so that it can be used as a data-based reference to improve the effectiveness and quality of physiotherapy services in similar facilities.

Abstract

This project aims to realize community awareness of environmental cleanliness to deal with new normal and provide direct experience to students in identifying and dealing with social problems, as well as increasing environmental awareness in the community. The methods used include observation, interviews, documentation, and deliberation with the local community. Activities consisted of environmental counseling, mutual cooperation activities to clean public facilities, and data collection of residents. The results showed that the program ran smoothly thanks to the enthusiasm and support of the local community, although there were obstacles such as time constraints and schedule adjustments. The evaluation showed success in increasing community participation.
