Abstract

Indonesia sedang mengalami transisi epidemiologi dibuktikan dengan terjadinya peningkatan angka kematian akibat penyakit non infeksi. Salah satu penyakit non infeksi yang saat ini cenderung menunjukkan peningkatan angka kesakitan yang cukup tinggi adalah Penyakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah (PJPD). Langkah awal untuk pengendalian dan pencegahan adalah melaksanakan Program Surveilens PJPD melalui deteksi dini. Surveilens aktif di lakukan di Kabupaten Kampar. Hasil Surveilans PPJPD dari faktor risiko adalah obesitas umum 11,2%, obesitas sentral 41,4%, hiperkolesterol 65,4%, Diabetes Melitus 5,6%, dan kelainan jantung 46,2%. Prevalensi faktor risiko dan gaya hidup adalah kebiasaan merokok 24,3%, kebiasaan mengkonsumsi alkohol 11,9%, kebiasaan mengkonsumsi asin 41,2%, kebiasaan mengkonsumsi lemak tinggi 72,5%, kurang mengkonsumsi sayur dan buah 53,3%, kurang aktivitas 59,3%, dan stress tinggi 35%. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan survei deteksi dini secara berkala dan berkesinambungan, mengintensifkan penyuluhan kesehatan dan melibatkan peran serta aktif masyarakat.

Abstract

Malaria occurences in Indragiri Hulu Regency (INHU) are increasing each year. The increasing of malaria cases may be caused by the weakness of malaria surveillance system in all levels. The aims of this reasearch are determining the implementation of the malaria surveillance system and evaluating malaria program in Department of Health in District INHU from 2008 until 2010. The research was quantitative descriptive designed as a case study conducted by interviewing and document searching Quantitave descriptive as case study was designed to investigate the implementation of malaria surveillance system and to evaluate malaria program in Health Office of INHU District 2008-2010. Data obtained from interview and documents review.. The research subjects were official engaged in malaria surveillance system who were chosen by non random technique using purposive sampling. The result of this study shows This study showed that the implementation of malaria surveillance system was generally considered less. Most of Malaria’s patients in the years 2008-2010 at Indragiri Hulu more was in males is 55.3%, with the largest mostly in the age group 15-54 years is (50.7%), and 76.1 % the most in Kulim Jaya subdistrict. is 76.1 ‰ In generally, malaria case occured at September. Most commonly the case in September. This study suggests improvement of malaria surveillance activities and malaria program implementation, human reasources and budget from health office of INHU District. Department of Health in District INHU is expected to improve malaria surveillance activities and malaria program implementation, improve the quality and quantity of human resources and budget more funds for this activities.

Abstract

AKREDITASI JURNAL Jurnal Kesehatan Komunitas sudah terindeks di Portal Garuda, SINTA, Direktory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) dan beberapa pengindeks lainnya. Tahun 2019 Jurnal Kesehatan Komunitas merencanakan mengajukan akreditasi berkala ilmiah elektronik ke Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi. Menurut Permenristekdikti No. 20 Tahun 2017 dinyatakan bahwa Jurnal Ilmiah Nasional terakreditasi B dari Kemristekdikti yang diterbitkan dalam salah satu bahasa PBB, terindeks di DOAJ dengan indikator green thick (centang dalam lingkaran hijau) disetarakan/diakui sebagai jurnal internasional; dan Jurnal Ilmiah Nasional terakreditasi A dari Kemristekdikti yang diterbitkan dalam salah satu bahasa PBB, terindeks di DOAJ dengan indikator green thick (centang dalam lingkaran hijau) disetarakan/diakui sebagai jurnal internasional bereputasi. Untuk mencapai Jurnal Kesehatan Komunitas terakreditasi minimal B, salah satu usaha yang dilakukan adalah dengan manajemen jurnal yang baik dengan mengikuti kaidah atau ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kemenristekdikti diantaranya melewati proses peer review. Adapun persyaratan akreditasi untuk berkala ilmiah elektronik berdasarkan surat edaran kemenristekdikti No 101/E5.2/SE/2018 tentang akreditasi berkala ilmiah elektronik adalah memiliki ISSN dalam versi elektronik (e-ISSN) dan atau cetak (p-ISSN) bila terbitan terbit dalam dua versi, sesuai data di laman http://issn.pdii.lipi.go.id; mencantumkan persyaratan etika publikasi (publication ethics statement) dalam laman website jurnal; terbitan berkala ilmiah harus bersifat ilmiah, artinya memuat artikel yang secara nyata mengandung data dan informasi yang memajukan pengetahuan, ilmu, dan teknologi serta seni; terbitan berkala ilmiah telah terbit paling sedikit 2 tahun berurutan, terhitung mundur mulai tanggal atau bulan pengajuan akreditasi; frekuensi penerbitan berkala ilmiah paling sedikit 2 kali dalam satu tahun secara teratur; jumlah artikel setiap terbit sekurang-kurangnya 5 artikel, kecuali jika berbentuk monograf; dan tercantum dalam salah satu lembaga pengindeks nasional (Indonesian Scientific Journal Database (ISJD), Portal Garuda, Pustaka Iptek dan/atau yang setara). Jurnal Kesehatan Komunitas telah memenuhi semua persyaratan tersebut di atas dan penilaian di Science and Technology Index (Sinta), Jurnal Kesehatan Komunitas berada di klaster S4. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tim redaksi Jurnal Kesehatan Komunitas yakin bahwa akreditasi berkala ilmiah elektronik tersebut bisa dicapai tentunya dengan team work yang solid, baik antara tim redaksi, reviewer, penulis (author), maupun pihak STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru yang mendukung penerbitan Jurnal Kesehatan Komunitas.

Abstract

Obese is a overweight as a result of plutonium body fat excessive. Based on the data from health department the city of pekanbaru 2016 the proportion of the incident obesity was highest for puskesmas simpang three of which was 2.1 % per 19.029 population. Based on preliminary survey, than 20 respondents there were as many as five people ( 25 % ) suffering from obesity. Obesity have an impact on the emergence of various degenerative diseases among others, metabolic syndrome atherosclerosis, of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, gallstones, disturbance of function pulmonic, hypertension and dislipidemia. Research objectives know determinan scene obesity in community in the work area of puskesmas simpang 3 the city of pekanbaru 2017. The research was quantitative analytic with a kind of design study cross section analitik. Variabel dependent obesity and independent variable was education, knowledge, sex, offspring, physical activity and the habit of eating. The study was done in the work area of puskesmas simpang 3 the city of pekanbaru, data collection was held in december 2017 - january 2018. Population to research it was a whole people living and settled in the work area of puskesmas simpang 3 the city of pekanbaru 2018 as many as 19.029 lives and sample were 155 responden. teknik the sample collection of sampling quota. Data analyswas univariat, bivariat and multivariate. The results of the study showed that well educated low (SMP), the offspring of obesity and the habit of eating little influence to events obesity. It was suggested that puskesmas simpang 3 the city of pekanbaru harder socialize a healthy lifestyle like how diet good to avoid from obesity especially the targets to the education low and have the acts of offspring obesity.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (pulmonary TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, which can attack the lungs and other organs. Rumbai Community Health Center in Rumbai Coastal District has experienced an increase in lung tuberculosis cases each year with the number in 2018-2019 there were 78 cases (35.8%). The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for nutritional status, behavior, contact history, and occupancy density for the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. This type of research uses obsevational quantitative methods with case control design. The location of the study was conducted in the Work Area of ​​the Rumbai Puskesmas in the Rumbai Coastal District in June-July 2019. The population of this study were some patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and non-pulmonary tuberculosis patients who were registered in the medical records of the Rumbai health center. Respondents in this study were 90 respondents conducted by interview and observation to 45 respondents of pulmonary tuberculosis cases and 45 control respondents who were not patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected using systematic random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires and cross checks. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test with a confidence level of 95%. The results showed that nutritional status (p-value = 0,000, OR = 25,107 CI 95% = 8,268 - 76,245), contact history (p-value = 0,000, OR = 13,000 CI 95% = 4,505 - 37,510) and behavior (p- value = 0.009, OR = 3.532 CI 95% = 1.440 - 8.665) is a risk factor for the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. It is recommended to health centers to increase information related to prevention of the occurrence of pulmonary tuberculosis and conduct active surveillance to break the chain of transmission of pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract

Anemia is a medical condition in which the number of red blood cells or hemoglobin is less than normalis <12 gram/100ml. Province of Riau is a region wiyh high anemia rates in Indonesia with prevalence exceed the threshold (36%). Based on the results of a survey conducted at SMAN 1 of TelukBelengkong Indragiri Hilir Regency was obtained from 10 female students and 7 people who were anemia. The purpose of this research was the knowing relationship between menstruration, phyisical activity, consumption fe tablet, breakfast, vegetable consumption, tea consumptionwith anemia in female students in the SMAN 1 of Teluk Belengkong Indragiri Hilir Regency year 2019. This research is quantitative analytic with research design a cross sectional. The study population amounted to 90 people with a sample of 90 people. Sampling technique is total sampling with chi square test. The result 60 % have anemia,P value < 0,05 show have relationship between menstruration P value = 0,003 (POR = 4,2), phyisical activity P value = 0,001 (POR = 4,8), breakfast P value = 0,001 (POR = 6,8) and tea consumption P value = 0,014 (POR = 3,2)with anemia in female students in the Sunior High School 1 of Teluk Belengkong. No have relationship between consumption fe tablet P value = 0,355 (POR = 1,7) and vegetable consumption P value = 0,093 (OR = 0,4) with anemia in female students in the Sunior High School 1 of Teluk Belengkong. the conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between menstruation, physical activity, breakfast, and tea consumption among female students to the incidence of anemia at SMAN 1 Teluk Belengkong. It is recommended that the school collaborate with the puskesmas in periodic anemia examinations and provide counseling about anemia and prevention efforts

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of non-communicable disease is a serious threat to development, because it threatens national economic growth. Public Health Center of Sungai Piring area is one of the largest Non-Communicable Disease of  Integrated Guidance Post (Posbindu PTM) distributions out of 28 Public Healh Centers in Indragiri Hilir regency, however, health screening at Non-Communicable Disease of Integrated Guidance Post (Posbindu PTM) was only 31.1% of the program target in 2019. Through it, early detection of Non-Communicable risk factors could be detected so that the incidence of it in the community could be pressed. The purpose of knowing the trends of input, process and output in implementation of Non-Communicable Disease of Integrated Guidance Post (Posbindu PTM) at Public Health Center of Sungai Piring Area, Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2019. This type of research was qualitative research that used purposive sampling technique. Research informants were the head of Public Health Center, Headman, the village head, the person in charge of the program, officers, cadres and users of Integrated Guidance Post. The Collecting data was interview, observation and documents related with a triangulation analysis of data sources and methods. The result of the research was in terms of input, the role of officers had been optimal, but the roles of cadres and policy makers had not been optimal, limited funding of Health Operational Assistance (BOK) funds and the infrastructure Public Health Center was not optimal. From the process of planning and coaching Non-Communicable Disease of Integrated Guidance Post (Posbindu PTM) had not been optimal, the types of activities were not in accordance with the Integrated Guidance Post concept, follow up the monitoring of risk factors had been carried out by Integrated Guidance Post officers and the basic Integrated Guidance Post criteria phasing. The output of evaluation in implementation of Integrated Guidance Post of Non-Communicable Disease at Public Health Center of Sungai Piring Area in 2019 was seen from the input and process there still obstacles. It should be necessary to increase socialization and support from related sectors to increase the utilization of Non- Communicable Disease of Integrated Guidance Post (Posbindu PTM).

Abstract

The number of drop-out patients of Physiotherapy services at the Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital in 2019 was 10 percent, while the target is below 5 percent of the 5,079 patients. To achieve the optimal result of physiotherapy, the patient must visit according to schedule. This research aim is to obtain in-depth information about the behavior of drop-out patients of Physiotherapy services at Arifin Achmad regional public hospital. This was a descriptive qualitative study about patients' behavior with a phenomenological design. Research data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and observations. The number of main informants was 5 people and the supporting informants were 5 people and validated by triangulation. The results showed that the patient’s knowledge about Physiotherapy services was good, the patient’s perception of physiotherapy was good, patient motivation to physiotherapy was good, and the attitude of patients who do not follow a predetermined schedule. The phenomenon that occurs as the patient’s attitudes such as calling a physiotherapist to their home, buying equipment, do-self therapy at home, and move to another hospital nearby that has physiotherapy practice until evening. Advocacy to management was needed setting one man one patient and 2 shift service hours setting, advocacy enabling factors to add Physiotherapy tools, partnerships with first-rate health facilities to improve referral systems.

Abstract

Obesity is an excessive accumulation of body fat that can pose a health risk to individuals such as type 1 or 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack, heart failure, cancer, and other diseases caused by obesity. Obesity is still a serious health problem, Indonesia has obese people as much as 31.0% while for Riau Province obese people as much as 33.5%. Pekanbaru city ranks 11th in Riau Province with 1,880 or 36.35% obese people and for STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru, students with obesity for the year 2018 as much as 170 or 24.0%. The purpose of this study is to determine the risk factors of obesity incidence in students at STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru Year 2020. This was an quantitative study with analytical design and cross-sectional approach. The research was conducted at STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru in July-August 2020. The study sample was 154 respondents. The sampling technique was used purposive sampling by the grouping of the study program. Data analysis includes uni-variate and bi-variate analysis, using chi-square tests. The results of the uni-variate analysis showed low knowledge variables (49.4%), less sleep duration (45.5%), less physical activity (55.8%), poor diet (40.3%). The results of bi-variate analysis showed variables related to obesity incidence in students namely knowledge (p-value = 0.000, POR = 19,697), sleep duration (p-value = 0.000, POR = 4,362), physical activity (p-value = 0.000, POR = 4.006), diet (p-value = 0.003, POR = 0.353).
