Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of compensation and training on performance with motivation as an intervening variable at PT Pacifik Medan Industri. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method which is carried out through data collection using questionnaires and statistical testing data analysis. The population taken in this research were all 143 employees of PT Pacifik Industri Medan. With random sampling technique. The sampling method uses the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, so the sample is 105 people. The data analysis used is path analysis using the Sem application via Smart PLS 26. The results show that there is an influence between Compensation on Motivation, and Training has an influence on Motivation. Motivation can mediate compensation and training on employee performance, and there is an influence of motivation on performance, and there is a simultaneous relationship between compensation and training on employee performance.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology today has brought significant changes toward the era of digitalization, with many business activities now being conducted digitally. One such development is the transformation of accounting systems into digital formats, encompassing the identification, classification, and summarization of transactions through the use of digital technology. SMA Kristen YSKI Semarang, a private high school located in Semarang, has yet to implement technology-based learning that supports business activities. As a result, students are not familiar with commonly used digital applications in the business world. One widely used application in the business sector is the digital accounting application, Spreadsheet. Therefore, this Community Service activity aimed to provide training for students to introduce and teach the use of digital accounting applications for recording business activities and to enhance the skills of SMA Kristen YSKI Semarang students, enabling them to be more competitive in the job market after graduation. The training was conducted through hands-on application of Spreadsheet usage based on given case studies. Based on the students’ responses to the questionnaire, it was evident that there was an increase in their understanding of digital accounting (Spreadsheet application) before and after the training.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam kesuksesan usaha, terutama pada sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Karyawan merupakan aset utama bagi perusahaan, sehingga pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang baik akan memberikan dampak besar terhadap keberlanjutan dan kemajuan usaha. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi UMKM, terutama di kelurahan Kayumanis, adalah dalam hal pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. di era digital saat ini, penggunaan teknologi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia menjadi hal yang sangat krusial. UMKM di Kelurahan Kayu Manis seringkali kesulitan untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, baik dari segi infrastruktur maupun keterampilan sumber daya manusia dalam memanfaatkannya. Beberapa masalah yang sering dihadapi dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia karena keterbatasan dalam sistem yang dapat memonitor dan menganalisis kinerja karyawan secara objektif. Oleh karena itu, pengusaha perlu memperlakukan karyawan dengan tepat agar tetap termotivasi, produktif, dan loyal. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman terhadap peningkatan kinerja dan produktivitas sumber daya manusia UMKM dengan bantuan teknologi di UMKM di Kelurahan Kayu Manis, Tanah Sareal, Bogor. Salah satu teknologi digital yang dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia adalah sistem absensi digital. Sistem ini dapat memonitor dan menganalisis kinerja karyawan secara objektif. Sehingga dengan adanya teknologi digital, pelaku usaha UMKM dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing usaha. Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat merupakan salah satu dari Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi yang wajib dilakukan oleh dosen. Uji Kompetensi Kejuruan adalah bagian dari intervensi Pemerintah dalam menjamin mutu pendidikan pada satuan pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Pelaksanaan UKK bertujuan untuk mengukur pencapaian kompetensi siswa pada level tertentu sesuai kompetensi Keahlian yang ditempuh selama masa pembelajaran di SMK. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mendukung persiapan siswa SMK Kansai pada Ujian Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi yang setiap tahun diadakan dan meningkatkan pencapaian kompetensi siswa SMK Kansai. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan dan pembahasan dari materi Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan, Siklus Akuntansi Perusahaan Dagang dan Akuntansi di Era Digitalisasi terlihat antusias dan pemahaman siswa dari sesi diskusi dan quis singkat yang dilaksanakan setelah pelaksanaan Pelatihan Pra Uji Kompetensi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a Mediating Variable at PT Toba Pulp Lestari Sumut. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 200 people and a sample of 133 people with Random Sampling Technique with the Slovin Formula. Data collection method through questionnaire distribution. Structural modeling using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method is used for data analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance and the influence of the work environment on employee performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable is positive, thus the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

A vegetarian consumption pattern or reducing consumption of animal meat will become a lifestyle for many people around the world during and after successfully passing the Global Covid19 Pandemic. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, although there has been no research on vegetarian food consumption patterns for the prevention of Covid-19, the impact on body stamina and the immune system has proven to be very significant. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the skills of Maitreya Buddhists at the Pekanbaru Holy Earth Education and Training Center in making vegetarian meat. Activities are carried out using the training method, which includes discussion, education, practice, and mentoring. This type of artificial vegetarian meat produced is made from gluten. The resulting vegetarian-made meat products have aroma, texture, and tastes very true to the original, and free of cholesterol and germs that are usually carried in animal flesh. This community service activity is very beneficial for the target audience because it can open up vegetarian culinary business opportunities, including during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has a very important role in shaping the character and morals of students. Improving the quality of PAI teachers is a crucial issue in the context of education in Indonesia, considering the challenges faced by PAI teachers, such as less varied teaching methods and low student motivation. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the improvement of the quality of PAI teachers, including pedagogical competence, mastery of technology, professionalism, and strengthening the character and ethics of teachers. The results of the study indicate that good pedagogical competence allows teachers to design interesting and effective learning. The use of information and communication technology (ICT) also has a positive impact, increasing the appeal of materials and student involvement. In addition, improving teacher professionalism through ongoing training and strengthening the character of PAI teachers as role models in morals is also very important. Support from schools and government policies is needed to create a conducive environment for professional development teachers. With a comprehensive approach, it is hoped that the quality of Islamic religious education can improve, thus producing a young generation that has noble and competent morals.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of a web-based car rental information system for CV. Nugroho Trans Surabaya using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. The system was designed to address issues in the previous manual rental process, such as transaction recording on paper, which was prone to errors and delays in data management. The developed system includes key features such as car booking, fleet data management, rental confirmation, and payment integration. Testing was conducted through various methods, including performance testing, usability testing, and security testing. Performance testing using PageSpeed Insights in desktop mode showed the following scores: performance 93, accessibility 84, best practices 93, and SEO 82. Meanwhile, testing with GTmetrix yielded a performance score of 96%, a structure score of 72%, a Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) time of 909 ms, and a fully interactive time of 1.3 seconds, indicating excellent speed and interface stability. In terms of security, testing with Pentest Tools indicated an overall medium risk level, with 1 medium risk finding, 5 low-risk findings, and 13 informational findings, and no high-risk vulnerabilities. The application of the XP method enabled adaptive system development tailored to user needs and iterative changes. This system has proven to increase the company’s operational efficiency by up to 40%, based on faster transaction completion times compared to the manual system. However, some limitations remain, such as user interface constraints and suboptimal integration of online payment channels. For future research, it is recommended to improve user experience, optimize the mobile interface, enhance server security protection, and expand system features to support the broader business growth of CV. Abstract

Metode pengeringan ikan menggunakan panas matahari memerlukan waktu yang lama. Bila cuaca mendung maka pengeringan akan membuthkan waktu lebih lama lagi, bahkan jika hujan pengeringan tidak dapat dilakukan. Untuk mempersingkat waktu, dibutuhkan sumber panas lain yang dapat diatur temperaturnya yaitu dengan cara pengasapan. Tujuan dari pembuatan alat ini menggantikan peran pengeringan secara alami dengan cara pengasapan menggunakan alat berbentuk oven dan mengoptimalkan waktu serta tidak memelukan lahan yang luas untuk proses pengeringan. Pembuatan alat menggunakan system otomatis dengan mengendalikan dan mempertahankan suhu di dalam oven. Pada alat ini dilakukan pengujian dengan 2 kondisi suhu, yaitu suhu rendah dengan range 40°C sampai 45°C dengan lama waktu pengasapan yaitu kurang lebih 4 sampai 5 jam, dan suhu tinggi yaitu 70°C sampai 75°C dengan lama waktu pengasapan yaitu kurang lebih 2 sampai 3 jam. Suhu dapat dipertahankan dengan cara menggerakkan katup bagian bawah oven secara otomatis berdasarkan suhu yang dibaca oleh sensor DHT22. Hasil yang didapat menjelaskan bahwa dengan suhu rendah dan suhu tinggi ikan yang dihasilkan sama-sama kering akan tetapi dengan suhu rendah daging ikan terasa lebih empuk dibandingkan pada suhu tinggi. Ikan pada suhu tinggi mampu bertahan atau tidak membusuk hingga 8 sampai 9 hari, sedangkan pada suhu rendah ikan bertahan hingga 7 hari.
