Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of content marketing, brand image and e-WOM (electronic word of mouth) on the decision to purchase skintific moisturizer. The location of this research is by distributing questionnaires on several platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, and Whatsapp. This research is quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires using Google Form to Unisma Feb students who use the Shopee application who are selected using purposive sampling. Determining the sample size used the Malhotra formula and the results obtained were 80 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research are the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, T test and coefficient of determination test with data processing using SPSS software. Keywords : Purchasing decisions, Content marketing, Brand image and E-WOM (electronic word of mouth)

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Digital Marketing, E-WOM, and Online Customer Rating on Purchasing Decisions at Culucu Babyshop Nganjuk. The population in this study were Culucu Babyshop consumers whose numbers were unknown. Then from this population a sample of 75 people was taken using the maholtra formula. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable Purchasing Decisions, independent variables Digital Marketing, E-WOM, and Online Customer Rating. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling approach which was assisted by SPSS 25 software in conducting data tests. The results showed that 1) Digital Marketing, E-WOM, and Online Customer Rating simultaneously affect Purchasing Decisions 2) Digital Marketing has no effect on Purchasing Decisions 3) E-WOM has an effect on Purchasing Decisions 4) Online Customer Rating affects Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Digital Marketing, E-WOM, Online Customer Rating, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify the influence of Customer Experience, Brand Ambassador and Store Atmosphere on Consumer Decisions among Chill Coffee Gubuklakah consumers. The sample used in this research used the Malhotra formula which had a sample size of 75 respondents who could represent consumers of Chill Coffee. The results of this research show that the influence of Customer Experience, Brand Ambassador and Store Atmosphere simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions. There is a partial influence between the Customer Experience variable on consumer decisions for Chill Coffee Gubuklakah consumers. However, the Brand Ambassador and Store Atmosphere variables do not partially influence the consumer decision variables of Chill Coffee Gubuklakah consumers.  Keywords: Customer Experience, Brand Ambassador and Store Atmosphere

Abstract

Abstract This research was also applied to analyze the influence of Lifestyle, Brand Equity and Social Media Marketing on purchasing decisions for used clothing spread across Lowokwaru Village, Malang City. This research uses quantitative techniques. The population is students in Malang City. The information collection model uses a questionnaire distribution procedure. The sample in this finding used purposive sampling with the Lemeshow formula, totaling 100 respondents among students in Malang City. The variables in this research are Lifestyle (X1), Brand Equity (X2), Social Media Marketing (X3) and Purchase Decisions (Y). The analysis methods used include instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination test with the help of SPSS. Several things were found, namely 1. Simultaneously or together, Lifestyle items (X1), Brand Equity (X2) and Social Media Marketing (X3) had a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y). 2. Lifestyle items (X1) have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). 3. Brand Equity Items (X2) have a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y). 4. Abstract

Abstract Business people are impacted by the rapid development of information technology, which helps them become famous all over the world. By using social media platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok, shops can promote and introduce the products they sell using the shop image, which is the public's view or perception of the shop's name or products in terms of value, quality and price. However, service quality is the level of excellence that is expected to fulfill consumers' desires for the services provided by the brand to them. Social media marketing, store image, and service quality related to customer satisfaction are the objectives of this research. The research method used is quantitative with a purposive sampling research method. In this research, 93 Meteor Cell Malang customers were sampled. In this research, a data collection method using a survey was used. To analyze the data, SPSS 23 was used. This includes instrument testing, normality testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear testing, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing. research show that social media, store image and service quality have a significant simultaneous effect on Meteor Cell Malang customer satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and evaluate the effect of digital marketing, online customer reviews, and discounts on purchasing decisions simultaneously and partially at Hampers_Quu Mojosari Mojokerto. this research uses a quantitative approach. A total of 80 people participated in this activity. validity and reliability tests were conducted to measure the performance of research questions as data collection tools. In addition, this study uses normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, F test, R2 test and t test. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing, online customer reviews, and discounts simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: digital marketing, online customer review, price discount and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, customer emotional factors, and customer value on purchasing decisions at Trijata Koffie. The location of this research was carried out in Malang City. This research is quantitative research. The population used in this research is consumers who have made a purchase at Trijata Koffie at least once, with a sample of 70 respondents. Respondent characteristics are consumers who have made a purchase at least once and are aged 17-35 years. This research uses non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that store atmosphere, customer emotional factors, and customer value have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decision variables. Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Customer emotional factors have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of price, product reviews, convenience and security on online purchasing decisions at Shopee (Case Study in Periuk District, Tangerang City). The type of research used is quantitative research. Based on the results of research conducted, researchers used a questionnaire given to consumers in the Kampung Periuk Jaya area, RT/RW 02/02, Periuk Jaya Village, Periuk District, Tangerang City. Researchers got 85 respondents based on age. Sampling from this research used Purposive Sampling Technique. The analysis techniques used are respondent response regression, multiple linear regression, and coefficient of determination (R2). This research uses validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests followed by hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the research results show that Price, Product Reviews, Convenience and Security have a partially significant effect on online purchasing decisions at Shopee. This is proven by the t test results showing that all variables have a significance value of <0.05. So it can be concluded that the Price variable (X1) has a significant negative effect on Purchasing Decisions, Product Reviews (X2) has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Convenience (X3) has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Security (X4) has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Price, Product Reviews, Convenience, Security, Online Purchases on Shopee

Abstract

Abstract This inquiry delves into how equilibrium between professional and personal life, inner drive, and adherence to work rules influence the effectiveness of ShopeeFood couriers in Malang. The subjects of this study are those couriers, with a selected group of 95 participants, chosen through a targeted sampling strategy. Data was gathered through a Google Form-based survey, and the analytical process was conducted using IBM SPSS. The findings reveal that, in combination, balance between work and life, motivation, and work discipline notably impact job performance. However, the individual effect of work-life balance and work discipline on performance appears negligible, whereas motivation stands out as a pivotal factor enhancing performance. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja. Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to test and analyze whether Social Media Marketing, Electronic word of mouth and Brand experience simultaneously influence the decision to purchase skincare that originates. The type of research used in this research is a survey with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is The Originote skincare consumers in Malang. Calculations show that the required sample size is 17 × 5, which is 85 respondents. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The research results show that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables Social Media Marketing (X1), E-WOM (X2) and Brand Experience (X3) on The Originote Skincare Purchase Decision (Case Study of Lowokwaru Consumers, Malang City). Keywords: Social Media Marketing, E-WOM, Brand Experience, and Purchase Decision
