Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan jenis implikatur dan pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama dalam percakapan gelar wicara “Indonesia Lawak Klub”. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi, yakni cara mengumpulkan data, mengolah data, menganalisis data, dan menyajikan data secara objektif mengenai jenis implikatur dan pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama dalam percakapan gelar wicara “Indonesia Lawak Klub”. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan 100 percakapan. Dari 100 percakapan tersebut terdapat 100 data yang mengandung jenis implikatur dan 120 data yang mengandung pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama. 100 data jenis implikatur terdiri atas 52 data atau 52% implikatur konvensional dan 48 data atau 48% implikatur percakapan. Sedangkan, 120 data pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama terdiri atas 23 data atau 19,2% pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama maksim kualitas, 60 data atau 50% pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama maksim kuantitas, 27 data atau 22,5% pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama maksim relevansi, dan 10 data atau 8,3 pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama maksim cara. Kata kunci: Pragmatik, Implikatur, Prinsip Kerja Sama, Gelar Wicara

Abstract

Tindak Tutur Representatif dalam acara Islam Itu Indah pada Ceramah Ustad Muhammad Nur Maulana, Suatu Kajian Pragmatik. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan modus yang melatarbelakangi penggunaan tindak tutur representatif dalam cermah Ustad Muhammad Nur Maulana. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah video ceramah Ustad Muhammad Nur Maulana dari youtube. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data tulis yaitu transkrip tuturan dari video ceramah Ustad Muhammad Nur Maulana yang mengindikasikan sebagai modus tindak tuturnya. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik dasar sadap dan teknik lanjutan Simak Bebas Libat Cakap (SBLC) dan Catat. Metode Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode padan. Selanjutnya hasil analisis data disajikan dengan menggunakan metode informal Berdasarkan analisis data, dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan dalam ceramah Ustad Muhammad Nur Maulana terdapat enam modus jenis tindak tutur, yaitu modus indikatif, modus imperatif, interogatif, obligatif, desideratif dan kondisional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam mengenai representasi ketidakadilan yang terdapat di dalam kumpulan puisi Nyanyian Akar Rumput karya Wiji Thukul serta implikasinya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan puisi yang dianalisis mempresentasikan adanya tindak ketidakadilan kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1)Representasi ketidakadilan kreatif ditemukan pada puisi berjudul “Peringatan” yang mengungkapkan tentang ketidakbebasan rakyat dalam menyuarakan kritik untuk memperjuangkan hak-haknya sebagai warga negara; (2) Implikasi representasi ketidakadilan pada puisi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru dan siswa sebagai bahan pembelajaran sastra.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tentang nilai sosial budaya dengan pendekatan antropologi yang ditinjau dari kutipan terdapat dalam novel Namaku Teweraut karya Ani Sekarningsih. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode mendeskripsikan data secara mendalam. Data dikumpulkan melalui tahapan pembacaan novel secara seksama, membuat sinopsis, mengklasifikasikan data, menafsirkan hasil analisis data, mengkonfirmasi hasil analisis dan tafsiran kepada ahli satra, dan mendeskripsikan bagian yang telah dianalisis secara terperinci. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Nilai sosial aspek pengetahuan paling mendominasi, terdapat keberagaman flora, fauna yang ada di suku Asmat. Sifat tokoh utama memberikan pesa moral agar pembaca memiliki watak hidup sederhana, gigih, sabar, berpikir maju, praktis, berpendirian teguh, rajin, cinta lingkungan, cinta tanah air, waspada, rendah hati, peka, cerdas, dan keratif. 2) Nilai sosial aspek sistem organisasi memiliki hubungan, asosiasi, dan kesatuan hidup yang baik di suku Asmat dan dengan suku yang lain. Musyawarah dilakukan sebelum mengadakan upacara, mengambil keputusan, dan menetapkan aturan. 3) nilai sosial aspek religi tidak hanya animisme tetapi suku Asmat menyakini agama kristen. 4) nilai sosial aspek kesenian suku Asmat memiliki kreativitas yang tinggi dalam kesenian,yaitu: seni ukir, seni tari, seni, menyanyi, dan seni musik. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada setiap prosesi upacara yang dilakukan.

Abstract

The humor type and function contained in the Indonesian Lawak Klub (ILK) program are interesting to research. There are three types of humor theories in ILK that explain the reasons why someone can  laugh or smile. The three types of humor are the theory of liberation (release), the theory of excellence (superiority), and the theory of incongruity. Whereas the seven functions of humor as communication activities in the social context discussed in this paper are the functions of social control, face-searching tools, building common ground, intelligence, regulating discourse, strengthening social bonds of friendship, and improving tense situations. This research aims to describe the type of humor theory and the function of humor contained in the ILK program. This research uses the method of qualitative description with observing, note-taking, and study literature techniques. The results of this research then find out how things can arouse laughter or amusement on someone and various functions of humor that are spoken by speakers. This research also illustrates that utterances or dialogues in ILK containing implicatures can produce broader speech meanings than just ordinary utterances. With implicature and humorous discourse in dialogue, criticism and control of the government, the most dominant type of humor theory that appears in ILK is the type of peculiar theory. Whereas the most dominant function of humor appears in ILK is functioned as a tool to improve tense and rigid situations.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai jenis implikatur, sifat implikatur dan maksim kerja sama dalam Stand Up Comedy 4 Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan November 2016 hingga Januari 2017 melalui video rekaman stand up comedy 4. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada implikatur, dengan subfokus jenis implikatur, sifat implikatur, dan maksim kerja sama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan cara mengumpulkan data, mengolah data, menganalisis data, dan menyajikan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat terdapat dua jenis implikatur yaitu implikatur percakapan dan implikatur konvensional, tiga sifat implikatur, yaitu sifat daya batal, daya pisah, dan daya kalkulabilitas, serta maksim kerja sama, maksim kuantitatif, maksim kualitatif, maksim cara, dan maksim relevansi. Kategori-kategori tersebut tersebar ke dalam beberapa jenis yang memiliki fungsinya masing-masing.Kata Kunci : Jenis Implikatur, Sifat Implikatur, Maksim Kerja SamaAbstractThis study aimed to obtain understanding of the types of implicatures, implicature and maxims of cooperation in Stand Up Comedy 4 Indonesia. The study was conducted from November 2016 to January 2017 through a stand up comedy 4 video recording. The study focused on implicatures, with sub-types of implicatur, implicature, and cooperation maxims. This research is a qualitative research, by collecting data, processing data, analyzing data, and presenting data. The results of this study indicate that there are two types of implicatures: conversational implicatures and conventional implicatures, three implicature properties, namely the nature of invalidity, separation, and calculability, and maxim of cooperation, quantitative maxim, qualitative maxim, maxim of means, and maxim relevance . Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to do an in-depth study of the representation of injustice cointaned in the anthology of poetry Nyanyian Akar Rumput written by Wiji Thukul and its implication in learning Indonesian language. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive analysis method. The research concludes that the analyzed poems represent acts of injustice, such as commutative and recreative injustice. The results of this research showed: (1) Representation of commutative injustice was found in the poem entitled “Tanah” that revealed the people’s demand of justice caused by land expropriation;(2) Representation of recreative injustice was found in the poem entitled “Batas Panggung” that revealed the opposition caused by the lack of freedom in voicing their aspirations;(3) The implication of this research can be used by teachers and students as learning materials for literary study. Abstract

Abstract This research is a quantitative research that aims to describe the ability to write poetry based on the image media of students of class VIII SMP 1 PSKD JAKARTA PUSAT District. The population of this study consists of 151 students that are put into 5 classes. Sampling is done by using simple random sampling technique with total sample of 109 students. The instrument used is the test used to obtain the data of students' ability in writing poetry. The tests are given in the form of essays. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis that describes the results of Writing Poetry Ability using Picture Media. Based on the descriptive statistic descriptive statistic analysis, the highest score obtained by the students in terms of the structure of the poem builder is 96 and the lowest score is 50 with the average score of 74,09. Thus it can be concluded that the students of grade VIII SMP 1 PSKD JAKARTA PUSAT are able to write poetry based on the media images. Keywords: writing, poetry, image media.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Knowledge, attitudes, values, norms or ideology are all personal representations and social representations. Each text will never be separated from personal and social representation. Using Critical Discourse Analysis, this article aims to reveal the discourse strategies used by the dialogue writers of the film The Great Debaters. To elaborate, the writer will use several steps, namely analyzing the macro structure, micro structure including the Description of Actors and Events and Interpretation of Racism Discourse in the United States. Based on the overall strategy of composing the dialogue text it can be concluded that Harpo Production is not neutral. Discourse compilation strategy is applied consciously by the parties involved in the scenario processing. It was found that the discourse strategy reflected the alignment of certain discourse stakeholders, namely the African-American community. Abstract

Learning speaking for university students should be creative and innovative. In line with corona virus diseases- 19 most of educational institution need to implement online learning for all the subject, also for speaking class. Speaking skill had taught in collaborative and virtual model in University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang, because collaborative virtual engage student’s critical skill and speaking practice are facilitated well. This model is supported by the potential concept for teaching and learning speaking collaboratively in virtual, it called multiliteracies concept. Multiliteracies is a concept of scientific model in learning meaning , such as; linguistc meaning, gesture meaning, visual, and audio visual meaning. This research uses Class room action research with 35 sample of 2nd semester students from University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang. The result of this research shows that collaborative virtual learning is effective for teaching and learning speaking, because students are encouraged to speak and think directly while doing online discussion, as the implementation of multiliteracies concept for speaking this research also shows that students collaborative virtual learning become enjoyable and productive, because students required to design their own learning model.
