Abstract

This study analyzes the quality of excellent service of front liner officers of Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, West Lombok, through an interpersonal communication approach. The background is public complaints about the friendliness, empathy, and responsiveness of officers who are considered weak and lower the image of the hospital. Using a qualitative method with Goffman's dramaturgy theory and interaction openness framework, data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of six officers and ten selected visitors. Results show that the success of the service is determined by openness, empathy, clarity of message, and the ability to listen actively, but consistency is still low because some officers are less skilled at communicating, using the wrong body language, or slow to respond. The family values of West Lombok shape the expectations of patients, demanding that officers understand the local culture in addition to work procedures. Training, supervision, and motivation have a significant effect on improving the quality of service. This study recommends communication standards based on local wisdom and regular training to strengthen service excellence and satisfaction. These findings are relevant for the human resources policy of regional hospitals in the future. Abstract

The problem in this research concerns women who work at the Gado-Gado Wara-Wiri stall. The main problem in this research is the life, career and role of women in the traditional culinary business Gado-gado Wara-Wiri 1962 – 2020. The aim of this research refers to the problems raised, so the aim is to explain the role and position of women who were figures/actors in a historical event and how to divide the roles into working women and housewives. The method used in this research is a historical research method which consists of several stages, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The primary source used in this research was interviews with women workers and Gado-Gado Wara-Wiri entrepreneurs in Jambi City. Meanwhile, secondary sources used are books, theses, journals and internet sources. The research results provide an explanation of the activities of women working in the Gado-Gado Wara-Wiri business in the city, for a very long time, especially since 1962, this gado-gado business has been managed by women both from the family and recruiting employees from the surrounding community who need work to meet their needs or help their husbands to earn a living. Apart from that, researchers also found that women can carry out a dual role, where apart from being workers, women are also not free from their responsibilities as housewives.

Abstract

The problem in this research concerns the tourism industry in the tourist area in Jambi City. The aim of this research refers to the problems raised, so the aim is to explain that tourism destinations can influence the tourism industry in Jambi City and describe how tourism contributes to the economy of communities around tourist destinations in Jambi City. The method used in this research is a historical research method which consists of several stages, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The primary source used in this research is interviews with traders in tourist destination areas in Jambi City. Meanwhile, secondary sources used are books and internet sources. The research results provide an explanation of how the activities of Tourism Industry traders generate a lot of profits during the holiday season. The results of this research also provide an explanation of the economic life around the tourist destination area in Jambi City. The conclusion of this research is the Tourism Industry in Jambi City 2006 -2020. Experiencing many significant changes in several sectors, one of which is the Gentala Arasy Bridge, where more and more visitors are coming to this tourist attraction to enjoy the Batanghari River, especially now that they can easily get to Jambi, Sebrang City.

Abstract

The aim of this research to explain the reasons Minang people choose to trade at the Jambi City Market and describe the activities of Minang traders in the Jambi Market area. The method used in this research is a historical research method which consists of several stages, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The main source used in this research is interviews with Minang traders at Tanah Select Market. Meanwhile, the secondary sources used are books and internet sources.The results of the research provide an explanation of the activities of Minang traders at the Tanah Select Market who have been coming to Jambi City for a long time to seek their fortune, especially at the Tanah Select Market which in the 1930s had become a very famous trading center and could generate many profits in the past. The results of this research also provide an explanation of the economic life of various Minangkabau traders at Tanah Select Market, such as Padang Sate Traders, Tailors on the Second Floor of Tanah Select Market, Gold Traders and other traders. The conclusion of this research is that the economic activities of the Minangkabau community in the Jambi City Select Land Market Area from 1930 - 2020 experienced many significant changes in several sectors, one of which is the select land tailor on the second floor which is very old but its economic activity is still running today.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk: (1) mengetahui tahapan implementasi lima layanan PAUD Holistik Integratif anak usia 4-6 tahun, (2) mengetahui hasil implementasi lima layanan PAUD HI. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian 40 ibu yang memiliki anak usia 4-6 tahun. Lokasi penelitian PAUD Buah Hati Desa Sindangsari Kecamatan Pabuaran Kab.Serang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Analisis data mengunakan deskriptif. Temuan-temuan hasil penelitian: (1) tahapan pelaksanaan penyusunan RPPH dan RPPM yang berubah sesuai layanan 5 PAUD HI, (2) hasil implementasi temuan-temuannya: layanan kesehatan dan gizi  sangat baik,  layanan perawatan sangat baik, layanan pendidikan sangat baik, layanan perlindungan cukup, layanan kesejahteraan sangat baik. Kesimpulan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini: (1) layanan perlindungan dilakukan penyuluhan melalui program kegiatan parenting sebanyak 7 kali, serta layanan kesejahteraan yaitu pengurusan Akte Kelahiran peserta didik PAUD Buah Hati sejumlah 6 anak.

Abstract

Sectio caesarea merupakan tindakan operasi yang dapat menyelamatkan jiwa ibu dan bayi dikarenakan adanya komplikasi pada saat kehamilan maupun melahirkan. Hipotensi pada pasien yang operasi Sectio caesarea dengan spinal anestesi menjadi hal yang sering terjadi. Posisi Head up 30⁰ ini lebih efektif untuk mempertahankan tingkat kesadaran pasien karena sesuai dengan posisi anatomis dari tubuh manusia yang kemudian mempengaruhi hemodinamik pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh posisi head up 30⁰ terhadap Mean arterial pressure pada pasien Sectio caesarea pasca anestesi spinal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Pre-Experimental dengan one grup pre-test and post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis Paired Sample T-test bernilai rata-rata MAP pada pretest yaitu 82.59 dengan standar deviasi 5.417 dan nilai rata-rata MAP pada posttest yaitu 88.81 dengan standar deviasi 5.850 dan diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, yang mana nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh atau perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik. Dengan demikian, hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, yang menyatakan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh pengaturan posisi head up 30⁰ terhadap Mean arterial pressure pada pasien yang menjalani Sectio caesarea pasca anestesi spinal di RSUD RAA Tjokronegoro Purworejo.

Abstract

Era 1960-an merupakan masa kebangkitan budaya muda yang sarat akan semangat kebebasan berekspresi, terutama melalui fashion. Gaya berpakaian pada periode ini mencerminkan perubahan sosial yang radikal dan terbagi ke dalam beberapa subgaya dominan, yaitu mod, bohemian, dan hippie. Gaya mod ditandai oleh mini dress, motif geometris, warna cerah, serta aksesori mencolok seperti anting besar dan go-go boots. Sementara itu, gaya bohemian menampilkan nuansa kasual dengan sentuhan etnik dan floral, sedangkan gaya hippie menonjolkan pakaian longgar, warna-warna bumi, dan simbol perdamaian. Karya ini bertujuan merepresentasikan kembali style  fashion era 60-an dalam bentuk fotografi fashion editorial yang dikembangkan secara visual dan konseptual. Proses penciptaan melibatkan studi pustaka, pemilihan wardrobe vintage, teknik pencahayaan menggunakan mix lighting, serta eksplorasi lokasi dengan nuansa retro untuk mendukung narasi visual. Sebanyak 20 karya foto diproduksi dan disajikan dalam format cetak 40x60 cm di atas photo papper laminating canvas, kemudian dipamerkan secara tematik sesuai dengan subgaya yang diangkat. Karya ini tidak hanya menjadi interpretasi gaya fashion masa lalu, tetapi juga kontribusi visual terhadap pelestarian budaya berpakaian serta inspirasi kreatif bagi dunia fotografi dan fashion saat ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manfaat e-commerce, orientasi pasar, dan orientasi wirausaha terhadap kinerja UMKM Kabupaten Dompu. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel manfaat e-commerce berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kunerja UMKM, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 12,732 ≥ t tabel yaitu 1,662, dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,284 ≥ t tabel yaitu 1,662, dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,025 ≤ 0,05. Orientasi kewiraushaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,206 ≥ t tabel yaitu 1,662, dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,030 ≤ 0,05. Sedangkan uji f menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hitung sebesar 331,218 ≥ f tabel yaitu 2,705, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 ≤ 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel manfaat e-commerce, orientasi pasar, dan orientasi kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM Kabupaten Dompu.

Abstract

The concept of wasaṭiyyah in Islam is a central issue relevant in responding to contemporary religious extremism phenomena such as radicalism, intolerance, and religion-based violence. Muḥammad ‘Abduh’s Tafsīr al-Manār, continued by Rasyīd Riḍā, presents rational-reformist thinking that emphasizes balance, justice, and openness, so that it can be positioned as a theoretical and practical framework for understanding Islamic moderation. This study aims to examine the idea of ​​wasaṭiyyah in Tafsīr al-Manār and outline its contribution to addressing contemporary religious extremism. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study approach through content analysis of the tafsir text and related literature. The results of this study indicate that the concept of wasaṭiyyah in Tafsīr al-Manār is built on three foundations: a rational understanding of the revealed text while taking into account the social context, an emphasis on social justice and human brotherhood, and a rejection of both excessive attitudes (ifrāṭ) and neglect (tafrīṭ) in religion. The relevance of this concept is evident in its ability to correct the ideology of takfir, encourage interfaith dialogue, strengthen national commitment, and affirm Islam as a religion that aligns with universal humanitarian values. This study contributes by offering a new perspective on interpretation-based counter-extremism, which makes wasaṭiyyah not only a theological idea, but also a strategic, practical paradigm in affirming Islamic moderation amidst global challenges.

Abstract

This research and development was raised from the problems that emerged in SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City, namely there are still the same learning media, the teaching materials used are still using printed books and LKS and teachers teach using lecture and PPT learning methods. This research has the aim of how to develop and feasibility of animation-based audio-visual media. The development model used is ADDIE which includes five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The developed media was then validated by media experts and material experts. In the field trial, three stages of research were carried out, namely one-to-one trials obtained a score of 74.66% in the "Feasible" Category. Small group trials obtained a score of 90.33% in the "Very Feasible" Category. Field test trials obtained a score of 69.26% in the "Feasible" Category. Therefore, it can be concluded that Animation-based Audio Visual media is "feasible" to be used for students
