Abstract

The objectives of this research were to find out and analyze early marriage in fatwas issued by the Indonesian Ulama (MUI) and al-Lajnah al-Daimah in Saudi Arabia. This research was a literature study research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by documentation study. The research process was conducted by collecting fatwa documents from the Indonesian Council of Ulama and al-Lajnah al-Daimah in Saudi Arabia. The findings of this reserach were that 1) The status of early marriage is considered legal if the prerequisite and pillar in contract have been fulfilled according to the view of (MUI) and al-Lajnah al-Daimah 2) There are differences in the fatwas studied in the substance and recommendations, al-Lajnah al-Daimah encourages young people to marry even though they have not reached the age of majority, while MUI require brides and grooms to meet the age stipulated in the Law and 3) Viewed through the maqasid sharia perspective shows that the fatwa of Indonesian Ulama Council is more suitable with the value of maqasid sharia than the fatwa of al-Lajnah al-Daimah, these found through a study of four aspects in these fatwas, namely: theoretical basis, influence on family resilience, consideration of the maslahat and mafsadat in early marriage, and Fatwa recommendations. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pernikahan dini dalam fatwa yang dikeluarkan oleh Majelis Ulama Indonesia dan al-Lajnah al-Daimah Arab Saudi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumentasi. Proses penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dokumen-dokumen fatwa dari Majelis Ulama Indonesia dan al-Lajnah al-Daimah Arab Saudi.Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Status pernikahan dini yang dihukumi sah apabila dalam akadnya telah terpenuhi syarat dan rukunnya dalam pandangan MUI dan al-Lajnah al-Daimah 2) Terdapat perbedaan dalam fatwa-fatwa yang dikaji dalam substansi dan rekomendasinya, al-Lajnah al-Daimah mendorong anak muda untuk menikah walaupun belum mencapai usia dewasa, sedangkan MUI mengharuskan pengantin untuk memenuhi usia yang ditetapkan dalam Undang-Undang dan 3) Ditinjau melalui perspektif maqasid syariah dalam pernikahan menunjukkan bahwa fatwa MUI lebih sesuai dengan nilai maqasid syariah, hasil ini ditemukan melalui kajian terhadap empat aspek dalam fatwa-fatwa tersebut, yaitu: landasan teori, pengaruh terhadap ketahanan keluarga, pertimbangan maslahat dan mafsadat pernikahan dini, dan rekomendasi fatwa.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic so schools are recommended to carry out online schools (on the network), therefore online learning media e-learning is related to student learning achievement. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the use of e-learning based learning media (website) at Riyadlul Qur'an Ngajum Vocational School, 2) to determine the effect of e-learning learning media (website) on student achievement at Riyadlul Qur'an Ngajum Vocational School. This research uses quantitative research design with survey correlation method. Data collection uses a questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation on the PTS (Middle Semester Assessment) and PAT (End of Year Assessment) scores, and uses parametric inferential descriptive statistical data analysis, while the hypothesis calculation data analysis technique uses the Person deviation formula to calculate Product Moment correlation. Based on the results of the study with the aim of knowing how to use E-learning-based Learning Media (websites) in the online learning process, namely by accessing the links that have been shared, logging in with their respective passwords, then just selecting the subjects to be studied and the student achievement of SMK Riyadlul Qur'an Ngajum there is an increase after using learning media based on E-Learning and research data with NORMAL distribution after testing the data received through the normality test and product moment correlation test with the results of the normality test results with a significance result of 0.23 > 0.05 and the results of the correlation test with the value of r count > 0.165, namely 0.172 > 0.165 on the PTS value and 0.181 > 0.165 on the PAT value.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop bilingual expressions pocketbook. This research used the type of research and development (RnD) that applied the ADDIE model, which employed five steps, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product of the research was bilingual expressions pocketbook. The contents of the pocketbook consist of a cover, vocabularies of each topic, and the expressions of each topic. This research was conducted in ALC’s Secondary Students at Assalafiyah, which contained 27 students. In collecting data, the researchers employed some techniques like interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The result of this research showed that the validation result from the material expert was an average of 3.5. It was categorized as very good. The validation result from the media expert was average, which is 3.6. It was categorized as very good. Therefore, it can be concluded that developing bilingual expressions pocketbook is appropriate to be implemented at ALC. Also, the development of a bilingual expressions pocketbook for Secondary Students at Assalafiyah Language Center (ALC) holds significant promise for enhancing language learning and communication skills. The design phase focuses on creating clear and measurable learning objectives, selecting appropriate instructional strategies, and devising assessment methods that cater to the unique bilingual context. The pocketbook provided students with a handy reference for learning and practicing common bilingual expressions. Also, it can increase students’ motivation and engagement in learning vocabularies.

Abstract

This article explores the relationship between gratitude and self-healing. Self-healing is a psychological healing process that occurs in people suffering from depression, stress, anxiety, and fear in life. This research aims to understand the practice of gratitude in self-healing in the Quran from the perspective of M. Quraish Shihab. The results of this research regarding the interpretation of M. Quraish Shihab include verses of gratitude, namely Surah al-Baqarah verse 152, Surah 'Ali Imran verse 145, Surah Luqman verse 12, and Surah az-Zumar verse 7. Tafsir al-Misbah explains the words of gratitude as follows: This includes obedience and praise that deeply acknowledges the greatness of God's blessings and mercy and evokes feelings of love for God. Gratitude is closely related to maintaining mental health and peace of mind. Practicing self-healing with gratitude degrades negative thoughts, reduces feelings of dissatisfaction, fosters positive traits within oneself, and encourages a spirit of worship that provides psychological benefits. This occurs due to the increased awareness of Allah SWT's blessings in what is given in the lives of those who are grateful.

Abstract

Strategic management is the science and art of planning, implementing, evaluating every decision of organization that can enable performance to meet targets and get goals. This research aims to describe strategic management which includes planning, implementation and evaluation of strategies at SDIT Citra Az-Zahra West Jakarta. The research approach and methods use descriptive qualitative using data collection through literature studies, documentation, documentation. Data analysis are carried out by collect of data, reduce of data, present of data, and draw of conclusions. Meanwhile, data validity use data and method and source triangulation. The results of research strategic management research at SDIT Citra Az-Zahra include several activities, namely planning including formulating vision, mission and goals, identifying internal and external factors, determining superior strategies, short until long-term planning. Strategic implementation is determining school policies which include government policies and the school's own policies, motivating educators and education staff by providing several awards, human resources allocated, and school culture. Strategic evaluation includes monitoring of plan and implementation, individual and school performance measured, and improvement steps taked.

Abstract

Dusun Pondok Wonolelo memiliki tujuan wisata yang beragam, yang memiliki keindahan alam ditambah dengan nilai warisan sejarah yang sangat berharga. Sejarah yang terkandung dalam tempat ini memiliki potensi luar biasa untuk dijadikan magnet wisata yang mampu diperkenalkan kepada berbagai lapisan masyarakat melalui alat bantu seperti peta cerita (story map). Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan visual yang jelas, yaitu menggambarkan secara konkret dan memberikan informasi tentang destinasi wisata bersejarah dan religi di Dusun Pondok Wonolelo kepada seluruh khalayak. Metode penelitian ini mencakup pendekatan studi literatur dan wawancara untuk menghimpun informasi tentang warisan sejarah Dusun Pondok Wonolelo. Di samping itu, dokumentasi langsung di lapangan menjadi elemen penting guna mendapatkan gambar-gambar yang mendukung penceritaan dalam bentuk story map. Peta dasar dari story map ini terdiri dari peta foto udara Dusun Pondok Wonolelo yang terintegrasi dengan citra satelit wilayah sekitarnya. Hasil dari upaya penelitian ini hadir dalam bentuk story map yang dirancang menggunakan platform StoryMap JS, menyajikan informasi rinci tentang lokasi-lokasi wisata yang memiliki nilai sejarah dan religi. Keterjangkauan story map ini dapat diakses melalui tautan bit.ly/StoryMapWonolelo. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkenalkan dengan lebih baik warisan bersejarah Dusun Pondok Wonolelo kepada masyarakat, sekaligus mempromosikan potensi wisata yang tak hanya unik tetapi juga sarat makna.

Abstract

The house for the people of Lubuk BeDrive has a broad meaning both in terms of the shape of the building and the procedure for its establishment, starting from choosing building materials to erecting it. It has meaning and significance for the people of Lubuk Bepus, all of which are hereditary traditions that have meaning both in each room and the tradition of its establishment. . The tradition of upright houses that have many life values for the Penghulu community in Lubuk BeDrive Village is unique in terms of constructing buildings or architecture. Establishing a building in this area is called the term upright house. Traditions related to building houses for the Penghulu community in Lubuk BeDrive, Limun District, Sarolangun Regency have many meanings in life, not only found in the parts of the building in the house, but also in various forms. ceremonial tradition of erecting the building from laying the first stone to erecting the building. The upright tradition of the house that needs to be preserved and maintained. This research method is descriptive qualitative which is analyzed using descriptive statistics. It can be concluded that the traditional procession of the upright house in Lubuk BeDrive begins with site selection, selection of wood pick-up poles, unloading tambun, first chisel, family gathering, tengganai gathering, upright fierce, sitting the village of the Core event, and the tintiang event. This study aims to find out how the upright tradition of the house develops in the community, what values are contained in each procession and contained in every form and part of the house building and what is its effect on the life of the Lubuk BeDrive village community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan berbicara siswa atau setelah penerapan podcast dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah preeksperimental dengan desain one grup pre-test post-test. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah siswa MTs kelas VIII yang berjumlah dua puluh dua siswa. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument tes dan kuesioner. Pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, dan kenormalan kedua instrument ini diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk memudahkan pengujiannya. Peneliti menggunakan paired sample t-test untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan podcast di dalam kelas memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan speaking siswa dilihat dari perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test siswa. Rata-rata nilai dari pre-test siswa adalah  penerapan dari podcast dapat meningkatkan kemampuan speaking siswa MTs kelas VIII.

Abstract

Abstrak—Konten pada media massa merupakan unsur penting dari prinsip komunikasi massa, yakni to inform, to educate, to entertain, to influence. Dalam menghadirkan sebuah konten media yang menarik seorang kreator konten wajib mempunyai ide-inspirasi serta strategi yang kreatif supaya menghasilkan sebuah konten yg diminati oleh audiensnya. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi kreatif content creator dalam memproduksi konten instagram dan tiktok berupa flyer dan video agar terbentuknya brand image dan sebagai menjadi media promosi di social media PT.Inspira Televisi Indonesia. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metodologi Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang merupakan metode paling sesuai dengan menekankan 6 tahap pengembangan yaitu konsep, rancangan, pengumpulan bahan, pembuatan desain dan Editing, Review dan Revisi, dan distribusi atau posting. Dengan menggunakan tools editing yang ada di PC dan HP aka dapat dikatakan aktvitas content creator merupakan sebuah media promosi sekaligus membentuk brand image dan meningkatkan awareness audiens bagi PT. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of marital status on teacher income in the city of Bandar Lampung. This type of research is quantitative research. This research uses primary data sourced from surveys and observations. The data used in this research is cross section data from 46 State Elementary Schools (SDN) in 20 sub-districts in Bandar Lampung City. The method used in this research is the multiple linear regression model data analysis method. The research results show that marital status has a significant positive effect on teacher income in Bandar Lampung City.
