Abstract

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to conduct a comprehensive study of the rules in criminalization which is one of the last alternatives in the law enforcement process. The Law on the Formation of Legislation in Indonesia provides Limitations of norms for violations of each legal norm formed does not violate human rights. The method used in this study was a sociological legal approach. The results of the study indicate that the norms contained in the Electronic Transaction Law in Indonesia should be a tool for law enforcers to carry out social engineering which is not a means to legalize the interests of power in Indonesia. This finding highlights the need to change the law as a constructive social engineering tool, and not as a mechanism to serve personal interests. Strengthening general provisions and clarifying norms is essential to prevent and prioritize the protection of freedoms interpreted as fundamental human rights. This study underlines the importance of aligning law enforcement with democratic values in the digital era.

Abstract

Based on the idea of fiduciary obligation, this paper investigates the vagueness of the requirements of good faith and caution in the accountability of directors under Article 97 of the Limited Liability Company Law, which causes limited liability firms to go bankrupt. As the company's governing body, the board of directors has a duty to run the business responsibly, professionally, and in good faith. However, in practice, there is often ambiguity regarding the limits of responsibility, criteria for negligence, and the definition of conflict of interest. A normative legal analysis indicates a legal vacuum in Article 97, particularly regarding objective standards of good faith, mechanisms for proving negligence, and loss prevention procedures, allowing directors to avoid liability even though their actions are detrimental to the company. Using a comparative legal approach and interpretation of the fiduciary duty doctrine, this study emphasizes the need for legal reform through the formulation of clearer criteria regarding the fiduciary obligations of directors, standards of prudence, loss prevention mechanisms, and regulations regarding conflicts of interest.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has become a strategic priority in higher education institutions in response to rapid economic transformation and the growing demand for innovative human resources. This study aims to synthesize and categorize contemporary models of entrepreneurship learning to identify dominant pedagogical patterns and strategic directions for implementation. Using a qualitative literature review approach, thirty empirical and conceptual studies were analyzed to examine their learning models, findings, and recommendations. The analysis reveals four major thematic clusters. First, experiential and practice-based models (such as Teaching Factory, project-based learning, production-based training, and experiential-reflective frameworks) emphasize authentic engagement and real-world business simulation to develop entrepreneurial competence and mindset. Second, curriculum integration and institutional ecosystem support highlight the importance of structured learning pathways, policy alignment, and industry collaboration. Third, social and collaborative approaches underscore entrepreneurship as a socially constructed process shaped by teamwork, mentorship, community engagement, and networks. Fourth, innovation-driven and context-responsive models integrate digital technologies, game-based learning, and culturally grounded approaches to enhance relevance and adaptability. The findings indicate that effective entrepreneurship education requires a holistic ecosystem that integrates experiential pedagogy, institutional commitment, collaborative processes, and technological innovation. Successful implementation depends on curriculum coherence, qualified educators, adequate infrastructure, and continuous evaluation mechanisms. This study contributes to the theoretical and practical development of entrepreneurship education by offering an integrated framework that supports the cultivation of an entrepreneurial mindset, competence, and sustainable societal impact.

Abstract

The protection of victims of domestic and sexual violence in Indonesia still faces serious problems due to the fragmentation of norms and procedures between the Domestic Violence Law and the Women's and Children's Protection Law, which reflect the dominance of a perpetrator-oriented criminal law paradigm and legalistic formalism. This leaves victims unpositioned as subjects who must be fully restored. The purpose of this study is to analyze a convergence model for holistic protection of victims of sexual violence. This research utilizes normative legal research with legislative, conceptual, analytical, and comparative approaches. The novelty of this research lies in the formulation of a convergence model for victim protection that conceptually integrates victim-centered justice, strengthens procedural convergence through the SPPT-PKKTP (Regional Criminal Procedure Code), adopts the principle of trauma-informed justice in criminal procedure law, and affirms the principle of non-regression in the harmonization of the National Criminal Code. victim protection stops at the substance (victim's rights) or institutional (service units), but does not lock the procedural points that make victims safe and not repeatedly injured.

Abstract

The development of Islamic religious education learning materials is crucial in the era of globalization and technological advancement, which indirectly demands renewal and innovation in Islamic religious education learning materials to produce high-quality, relevant, and up-to-date materials that meet the needs of students and can be applied in everyday life. In reality, the development of Islamic religious education learning materials at SDN 0723 Parmainan still faces various challenges, including a lack of integration between general knowledge and Islamic religious education, failing to address global issues, and still focusing primarily on the cognitive domain. In this condition, an in-depth evaluation of the material development is necessary by examining the effectiveness, relevance, and meaningfulness of the material. This study used a qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation model and was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analytical framework. The results showed that the evaluation of the development of Islamic religious education materials in terms of content, input, process, and product at SDN 0723 Parmainan was classified as good, but still requires several improvements, including the use of learning technology and providing adequate worship facilities so that the goals of Islamic religious education can be achieved optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a law-based country that upholds the supremacy of law and the protection of human rights, considers domestic violence a constitutional violation with widespread physical, psychological, and social consequences. The prevalence of domestic violence continues to increase, driven by power imbalances, economic vulnerability, and entrenched patriarchal culture, which demonstrates that repressive legal measures alone are insufficient to address the problem effectively. This study aims to develop a preventive criminal law policy model based on an early warning system to detect risks of domestic violence at an early stage, integrate cross-institutional data, and enable timely interventions before escalation. This research employs a normative or doctrinal legal methodology, analyzing statutory provisions, judicial decisions, doctrinal literature, and principles of Islamic and comparative criminal law. The study identifies that an effective preventive approach requires a systemic, integrated framework that combines early detection instruments with the strengthening of family functions and multi-stakeholder collaboration. Such a framework facilitates education, awareness, and coordinated interventions at institutional and community levels to protect victims and disrupt cycles of violence. The findings demonstrate that the proposed model emphasizes proactive, participatory, and risk-based strategies, integrating legal, social, and familial dimensions. Its novelty lies in the formulation of a comprehensive domestic violence prevention model that bridges early warning mechanisms with family resilience programs and collaborative stakeholder networks. This approach not only provides a preventive legal tool but also contributes to the development of holistic criminal law policies that prioritize victim protection, social empowerment, and sustainable reduction of domestic violence. Academically, this study contributes to the field of criminal law by providing a conceptual and operational framework for preventive justice, expanding the discourse on early intervention mechanisms, and bridging doctrinal legal studies with practical, multidimensional prevention strategies.

Abstract

This article focuses on the importance of implementing holistic education in Muhammadiyah schools. The essence of education is to develop the full potentials of humanity covering the potentials of cognitive, emotional, social, spiritual, creativity, and physical. The six potential humanities are a unity, which means a potential can be developed through another potential. Partial views of teachers on the potential of students have implications for non-intact practice of education in schools that make split personality on students. Muhammadiyah education as a part of the national education system is the mandate of the constitution to produce holistic man through education in Muhammadiyah schools. This article is based on research results at Muhammadyah Sleman Yogyakarta Elementary School.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive card-based pop-up media with the theme of Exemplary Morals (honesty) to increase the learning interest of second-grade students at SD Negeri Kutogiri. This research is driven by the low level of student interest in learning, which is only 56%, as well as the difficulties students experience in understanding abstract moral concepts thru conventional teaching media. This study uses the ADDIE development model with a Mixed Methods approach. The participants included two expert validators, one Islamic Religious Education teacher, and 22 students. Data were collected thru validation instruments, response questionnaires, and a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design, then analyzed using paired t-tests and N-gain scores. The results show that the developed media is categorized as very feasible (91.96%) and very practical (93.75%). The application of the media significantly increased students' learning interest (p < 0.001), with the average score rising from 66.77 to 79.77 and an N-gain of 0.40 (moderate category). The interactive simulation feature successfully crystallized the value of honesty, enhancing student attention and their active engagement in the learning process.
