Abstract

Abstract

Addicts or users of narcotics are both victims and criminal perpetrators of crimes. All narcotics abusers utilizing criminal provisions are governed by the Article 127 of Law No. 35 of 2009 pertaining to narcotics According to Article 127, those who abuse drugs face jail time, while those who are addicted to drugs or who have been abused by them are sent to facilities for social and medical rehabilitation. However, it is often found that addicts experience a relapse after carrying out medical and social rehabilitation. When it comes to keeping drugs users from relapsing, religious rehabilitation is superior to medical and social rehabilitation. This study was carried out with a sociological juridical methodology. Purposive nonrandom sampling was the method employed for sampling. The data collection was carried out by library and field studies (through observation, questionnaires and interviews) of the authors and book users. Data analysis was performed using qualitative descriptive analysis. There is a gap in the motivation to resume drug use to shortcomings in medical and social recovery. Additionally, treating addicts with a religious approach that touches their hearts makes them less likely to hesitate to take drugs in the future.

Abstract

Fiduciary is a transfer of ownership of a certain object by juridical levering from the original owner (debtor) to complete a debt agreement to the new owner based on trust alone (creditor), which is essentially a guarantee for the debtor's debt. On the other hand, the object remains under the debtor's control. The problem that occurs in a bankruptcy case is that in the settlement of bankruptcy assets, creditors holding fiduciary guarantees have the authority to execute their rights, as if bankruptcy had not occurred. The aim of writing this article is to analyze the settlement of bankruptcy assets to avoid regulatory conflicts between the Curator and Separatist Creditors. This type of research is normative legal research, namely legal research carried out by solving legal issues and at the same time providing prescriptions. It is prescriptive in nature, where it is legal research. That the position of separatist creditors in the bankruptcy process will take priority even if a bankruptcy occurs. This is stated in Article 27 paragraph (3) of the Fiduciary Guarantee Law which clearly states that priority rights are not extinguished even if bankruptcy occurs and Article 21 of the Mortgage Rights Law which states that the rights of separatist creditors are not lost in the event of bankruptcy and one of the rights Separatist creditors have the right to precede other creditors as stated in Article 20 paragraph (1) of the Mortgage Rights Law.

Abstract

Students’ lack of learning awareness influences science learning loss in elementary schools due to poor metacognitive skills. Therefore, teachers need to facilitate the development of students’ metacognitive abilities, for example, by utilizing metacognition-based modules to provide an independent and engaging science education experience. The present study sought to develop a science module founded on metacognition principles, to facilitate autonomous and pleasurable learning for pupils in elementary school. We followed the research and development procedure to generate the module. A needs analysis was conducted to determine the demand for the metacognition-based module and identify student characteristics and learning challenges. The needs analysis data were collected via interviews and observation. The module was assessed by experts and tested for effectiveness through a one-group pretest-posttest experiment. The expert evaluation instrument and metacognition awareness inventory (MAI) were developed and validated. The expert validity score was determined using the Delphi technique. The qualitative data on expert judgment were analyzed descriptively, while the quantitative data on expert judgment were determined using the Aiken-V coefficient. Metacognition data were analyzed using the paired sample t-test. The expert validation score was high, indicating that the module was valid. The effectiveness test result using the t-test showed a significant difference in the study participants’ metacognitive skills before and after learning (sig = 0.000 or sig < 0.05). This study’s findings suggested that a metacognition-integrated module could facilitate the development of elementary school students’ metacognitive skills. Teachers as facilitators play a crucial role in providing instruction and assisting students in the classroom.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation in education encourages schools to optimize quality management systems through technology. Responding to this, SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin implemented a Digital-Based Quality Management Information System (QMIS) in 2021 to support its vision of becoming an excellent school. This study aims to explore the implementation of digital-based QMIS through four management functions Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) and to analyze its role in improving educational quality and academic achievement. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected from ten informants and analyzed with the Miles-Huberman interactive model, including data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing, with triangulation ensuring data validity. The results show that planning involved assessing digital needs, setting goals, and aligning instruments with school policy. Organizing was carried out through collaborative teamwork, adaptive stakeholder training, and performance-based rewards. Actuating emphasized discipline incentives, real-time data transparency, and technical support, while controlling involved periodic data verification and continuous system evaluation. QMIS has made a significant contribution to enhancing school accountability, administrative efficiency, religious culture, and digital collaboration between parents and the school. The research concludes that digital-based QMIS serves as a catalyst for achieving an excellent school when implemented through participative and adaptive POAC integration. This success is supported by visionary leadership, adequate infrastructure, and active stakeholder involvement. However, challenges remain, including improving senior teachers’ digital literacy and strengthening cloud security. Strategic recommendations include enhancing human resource capacity and continuing system innovation.

Abstract

Teaching methods are very important in every learning so that students do not get bored while learning. SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Karang Tengah implements an independent curriculum for two years, which is only implemented in class VII and not all. Therefore, the method used must be versatile and stimulate students well. This type of research is qualitative with a field research type. This study uses direct observation, interviews, documentary research and field notes as well as various book and journal references as data collection methods. When implementing an independent learning plan, especially using differentiated learning, most teachers do not yet have an understanding of the planning and implementation of differentiated learning. Teachers still do not know how to manage classes with different types of student characteristics because they have different learning readiness, interests, abilities and styles and learning needs. This certainly requires flexible, versatile, and innovative learning services by paying attention to the characteristics of students so that they can optimally understand the skills developed and learning materials.
