Abstract

This study to determine whether Quality The Work Life and empowerment have an effect in Organizational Citizenship and Job Satisfaction as mediating variables for supporting staff for Perda and Perkada enforcement activities in the Satpol PP Agency of Pekalongan City. The method used is a quantitative method with 120 members of the Satpol PP research subject. Linear regression in Software version 19 was used as a data analysis method. From this research, it shows that there is a positive and significant effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Job Satisfaction in the Satpol PP Agencies of Pekalongan City. There is a positive and significant effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Satpol PP Agency of Pekalongan City, there is a positive and insignificant effect of Empowerment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). From the results of the Sobel test, Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of Quality The Work Life (QWL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). And for the Empowerment of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediated by job satisfaction, because empowerment is not significant to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), job satisfaction mediates the total effect of Empowerment on OCB with Job Satisfaction results being able to mediate the relationship between the two effects

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between anxiety, self-confidence, and motivation to the performance of the referees of volleyball associations throughout Indonesia, West Nusa Tenggara province. This study uses a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The population is 45 referees, sampling using total sampling. The research variable was the performance of the volleyball referee as the dependent variable and anxiety, self-confidence, and motivation as the independent variables. The data analysis technique used a linearity test and product-moment correlation. The results of this study are 1) a low relationship between anxiety and the performance of volleyball referees. 2) moderate relationship between confidence and the performance of volleyball referees. 3) a strong relationship between motivation and the performance of volleyball referees. 4) moderate relationship between anxiety and self-confidence with the performance of volleyball referees. 5) a strong relationship between self-confidence and motivation with the performance of volleyball referees. 6) a strong relationship between anxiety and motivation with the performance of volleyball referees. 7) a strong relationship between anxiety, self-confidence and motivation with the performance of volleyball referees. The conclusion of this study is to increase the confidence of referees through training programs in the psychological (mental) realm that are integrated into the training program with an understanding of the rules of the game regularly. This effort is made to improve the quality of the performance of volleyball referees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the differences in the effects of the Pgri bedincak gymnastic exercises for gross motor development, to analyze the differences in the impact of male and female gross motor skills, analyze the interactions of gymnastics and gross motor development between the sexes, and the Bedincak and PGRI exercises on gross motor development for male, female students. This study used an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The data analysis technique used analysis of variance (ANOVA) at the significance level (> 0.05). The population is in grade 6 elementary school aged 11-16 years in Simpang Rimba District as many as 472 people. The sampling technique was a purposive sampling of 60 people. The results of this study: Based on the analysis of the study, it was found that the Bedincak Gymnastics and PGRI Gymnastics exercises are good exercises because they can affect the agility, coordination, balance and speed of both male and female students on gross motor development. So it can be concluded that there are differences in the effect of Bedincak and PGRI Gymnastics Exercises on Male and Female Gender Gross Motor Development, and there is no interaction between the Effects of Bedincak and PGRI Gymnastic Exercises on Gross Motor Development in Male and Female Students.

Abstract

Ficusataudikenal sebagai kerabat beringin merupakan salah satu genus dari keluarga Moraceae dengan jumlah 735 jenis. Di Pulau Jawa Terdapat 75 Jenis dan Setidaknya 30% dari seluruh Ficus yang ada di Jawa, tercatat di BukitGentong, salah satu bukit di Gunung Ungaran. Salah satu jenis Ficus yang ditemukan yaitu Ficus involucrata. Ficus ini memiliki perawakan pohon dan hemiefipit. Stipula berukuran1,5-3cm, dengan buah berwarna merah kekuningan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas buah dan biomassa dari Ficus involucrata. Penelitian dilakukan sebagai bentukdukungan untuk pelestarian satwa frugivora melalui melalui kajian potensi ketersediaan pakan dihabitat alaminya. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada Bulan November 2019-Februari 2020. Metode yang digunakan dengan memasangkan 3 Fruit Trap tiap pohon. Pengamatan dilakukan setiap minggu dengan menghitung jumlah buah yang terjatuh dalam 1x masa panen serta menghitung biomassa dari buah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 2 individu. Ficus involucrata dapat menghasilkan ±4.164–25.160 buah dengan curah hujan mempengaruhi produksi buah.

Abstract

The performance of PT. BPR Gunung Rizki Semarang branch office in 2017-2018 has decreased. This phenomenon was found in the object of research when the preliminary survey was conducted. The results of theoretical studies of factors that can explain performance show results that are still different. Departing from these empirical and theoretical phenomena, this study is aimed at analyzing the effect of Organizational Commitment and Personality on Performance by Mediating Job Satisfaction on employees of PT. BPR Mount Rizki Semarang. The study aims to examine the role of job satisfaction mediating organizational commitment against employee performance. The empirical model developed in this study consists of three research variables, namely organizational commitment and job satisfaction which are thought to explain performance. Research data was obtained through interviews using questionnaires to 124 employee respondents at PT. BPR Mount Rizki Semarang. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression tests. Statistical test results show that organizational commitment has no significant effect on job satisfaction. While on performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect while job satisfaction has a negative effect.

Abstract

The Sports Branch needs to evaluate the achievement coaching program to keep developing with maximum achievement. This study aims to find out the antecedents (input) regarding the planning of ABTI Central Java achievement development, Transaction (process) regarding the implementation of the ABTI Central Java achievement development program, Outcomes (results) regarding the effects of Central Java ABTI achievement development. The type of research used is descriptive, using a qualitative approach. The type of data used is primary and secondary. Data collection was carried out using interviews and documentation observation techniques. Respondents in this study included administrators, Central Java ABTI managers, Central Java handball coaches, and athletes. The data analysis method used is the countenance evaluation or stake model. The study results showed that the antecedents in the planning of Central Java ABTI achievement development had gone well by the background, vision, mission, and the appropriate form of the coaching program. The transaction for implementing the ABTI Central Java achievement development program has been going well. Still, several elements need improvements, such as facilities and infrastructure, and financing. The outcomes evaluation of the achievement coaching program has been going well. Still, there is a need for management improvements to improve the achievements obtained in the championships that have been participated in before. Provincial administrators need to pay attention to the welfare of outstanding athletes. KONI Central Java provides a budget for the activities that have been proposed previously. ABTI Central Java management needs to activate all administrators by work jobs based on their respective divisions to expedite the process of coaching and training Central Java handball and get results per the planned goals.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the perception of senior high school students in Indonesian in interpreting physical education teachers. This research used a mixed method and descriptive analysis. Qualitative data were collected from questionnaire by completing the statement “my physical education teacher…?”. Quantitative data were produced from the total amount of most frequently used words. The total respondents were 237 Indonesian students who were chosen randomly based on their willingness to fill in the questionnaire prepared and participants were then determined using a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed under the noticing, collecting, and thinking about interesting things phases. The results show the frequently used words were: ‘kind’, ‘cool’, ‘cheerful’, ‘friendly’, and ‘firm’. The other results show some words with negative meaning, including: 'infrequently present', 'annoying', 'difficult', and 'fierce'. The term 'ex-' shows non-professional competence. This research finds that the Physical Education teachers were kind, friendly, and patient, delivering lesson passionately and with fun and showed discipline, showing that the Physical Education teachers were reflected as the need for teacher’s competence. However, the negative words appearing limitedly in the questionnaire still require more attention.

Abstract

Traditional games are part of the culture and traditions of a society and play an important role in maintaining and preserving cultural heritage. In traditional games, there are elements of basic motion both locomotor, non-locomotor and motion manipulation. The method in this study using quantitative methods with one group Pretest-Posttest Design study design without using the control group. Data collection techniques or instruments used by researchers in the form of assessment of Psychomotor, affective and cognitive aspects of the traditional game approach.The results of traditional game approach research can be an effective alternative in improving the learning outcomes of health care providers. Traditional game approach can help improve the effectiveness of the motivation of students in learning health care, so it needs to be considered in the design of learning strategies.The conclusion of the traditional game approach can be used as learning to students with high motivation. This research is expected to be used as input for PJOK teachers in an effort to optimize physical education learning
