Abstract

Kelompok Ibu PKK di Desa Wisata Pulau Pahawang Lampung, mendapatkan manfaat dari kegiatan PKM pendampingan dan pelatihan literasi digital untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan SDM yang mereka miliki. Kurangnya pemahaman Ibu PKK dalam memanfaatkan digital sebagai alat atau media dalam mengembangkan dan mengelola SDMnya menjadi pendorong utama dalam kegiatan PKM tersebut. Tujuan dari PKM ini antara lain sebagai berikut: a) mendorong Ibu PKK lebih mahir dalam menggunakan Literasi digital; b) memberikan edukasi terutamaa bagi ibu-ibu PKK khususnya dan masyarakat desa wisata pulau pahawang pada umumnya, tentang bagaimana menggunakan literasi digital untuk mengembangkan dan mengelola SDMnya; c) Memberikan Pemahaman cara menggunakan Literasi Digital. Penyuluhan dan pelatihan merupakan sarana untuk mencapai tujuan PKM ini. Ceramah dan diskusi kelompok dimanfaatkan untuk menyajikan materi terkait pelatihan secara menyeluruh. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini sangat baik dan memuaskan. Salah satu unsur keberhasilan dilaksanakan secara efektif dalam kegiatan ini adalah tercapainya tujuan kegiatan, dan unsur lainnya adalah tercapainya tujuan materi yang dimaksud.

Abstract

McDonald's has had a huge impact on pop culture and fast food around the world. This company continues to adapt to changes in food trends and consumer demands and is committed to providing consistent and quality fast food. Implementing good management integration and good organizational structure must be prioritized by Mc Donald's. Several aspects illustrate Mc Donald's efforts in pursuing this, namely, Training and Education, Waste and Energy Management, Human Resources and Welfare, Commitment to protecting the Environment. The social responsibility aspect is very important for the McDonald's company. This research is aimed at analyzing the work and social culture that occurs at McDonald's, the method used in this research is descriptive data analysis, the conclusion that can be drawn is that McDonald's can ensure that every employee feels valued and has the same opportunity to contribute. This can also create a dynamic and innovative culture.

Abstract

The balance of the relationship between companies and society can be managed through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This is essential for the smooth operation of a company. CSR helps companies reduce the social and environmental consequences. This study aims to uncover how different variables influence CSR policies in media companies that have met the requirements to be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2017 and 2022. The observed variables include company size, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. A total of 9 companies were selected as the research sample through purposive sampling method. The researcher used multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that company size, liquidity ratio using Current Ratio (CR), and solvency ratio using Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) do not have an impact on corporate CSR disclosure. However, activity ratio using the Total Asset Turnover (TATO) indicator and profitability ratio using the Return on Asset (ROA) indicator significantly influence corporate CSR disclosure.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dialami oleh Sambal Hiyung adalah belum dikenalnya Sambal Hiyung dan masih belum tercapainya target penjualan dari Sambal Hiyung selama enam bulan terakhir, selain itu jumlah penjualannya justru menurun dan mengalami stagnasi penjualan selama tiga bulan terakhir. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh marketing mix dan perceived quality terhadap penjualan Sambal Hiyung. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan jenis metode penelitian kuantitatif dan dengan menggunakan tipe asosiatif kausal. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian Sambal Hiyung di kota Tangerang minimal satu kali dalam tiga bulan terakhir dan harus berusia 17 tahun keatas. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner.  Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi berganda.  Marketing mix dan perceived quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penjualan produk-produk Sambal Hiyung. Untuk dapat lebih dikenal lagi, Sambal Hiyung sebaiknya dapat meningkatkan promosinya yaitu dengan promosi dari mulut ke mulut dan promosi dengan beralih ke iklan media sosial yang dapat diviralkan. Sambal Hiyung perlu untuk melakukan survei kepada pelanggan terlebih dahulu mengenai preferensi rasa yang lebih disukai oleh pelanggan sehingga dapat menangkap peluang dengan lebih tepat dan memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan.

Abstract

Café is one of the popular businesses among the public because it offers a comfortable place to relax while enjoying drinks and snacks. However, like other businesses, cafes also face risks that need to be managed well to operate efficiently and generate optimal profits. One of the risks often faced by cafes is operational risk, such as stock loss, delayed orders, and product quality issues. These risks can lead to financial losses and damage the cafe's reputation if not handled properly. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of business risk management at Biscotti Cakery and Coffee. Data will be collected through in-depth interviews with cafe owners, managers, and employees involved in risk management. Qualitative data will be analyzed using a thematic analysis approach. To ensure the validity of the data, the researcher will use data source triangulation and method triangulation. This will help ensure that the research findings are reliable and valid. The suggestions you've given regarding Biscotti Cakery are very good for improving service and managing risks. Having a strong leader and providing good service to customers are indeed key to success in the food and beverage business. Adding a warning if there is a mistake and offering attractive promotions can also increase customer interest. The use of digital promotions and expanding the menu are also good steps to reach more customers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas tenaga pendidik dalam mengajar di Sekolah Budi Utomo Medan. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian dekriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adalah teknik wawancara terstruktur. Dari hasil wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah, diperoleh informasi bahwa kualitas guru yang mengajar di sekolah tersebut masih kurang baik, penguasaan materi guru sudah cukup baik, tapi kurang dalam menguasai kelas dan cuek dalam menghadapi anak didik, serta kurangnya keinginan dari guru itu sendiri dalam meningkatkan kompetensi diri. Hal tersebut membuat kualitas guru semakin menurun.

Abstract

The authors conducted this research using a qualitative approach based on the background and issues discussed. The aim of this research is to broaden our understanding of the phenomena faced by the research subjects. This type of qualitative descriptive research is used in this study to reveal facts, symptoms, or incidents about the service effort given by a Hope Family Program officer to a recipient of aid in Mandalamukti Village, West Bandung Prefecture. The Hope Family Program (PKH) is a social protection policy created by the government to reduce poverty in Indonesia. It gives basic rights to people through the implementation of social protection centralized in the household. PKH started in Cikalong Wetan district in 2012. Initially, there were 2,138 Beneficiary Families (KPM) in 13 villages. Currently there are 617 KPM in Cikalong Wetan, indicating that the number of KPMs has decreased for some reason. Field research shows that DTKS uses data to target government aid recipients, but there are people who are jealous of feeling worthy of help. Contrary to the information obtained from interviews with the escort of the PKH, escort of PKH Village Mandalamukti stated that the circle corresponds to the results of DTKS data.

Abstract

Auditor switching is the termination of a relationship and the replacement of a public audit service relationship with a Public Accountant or Public Accounting Firm carried out by the company as a service user. This study aims to analyze the factors that led to the auditors change. These factors include restatement of financial statements, corporate governance, KAP size and CEO turnover. The sample of this research is all companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The research method that the researcher uses to examine this research is a quantitative research method to test hypotheses where the sample of data sources is carried out by purposive sampling. Testing of the research hypotheses was carried out using logistic regression analysis. The test results show that the restatement of financial statements, corporate governance, the size of the public accounting firm and CEO turnover have no significant effect on auditor turnover.

Abstract

This research discusses the dispute between the SOLARIA and SOLARIS brands in Indonesia, focusing on Decision No. 775 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2021. It aims to analyze the considerations of the Panel of Judges in resolving the trademark dispute and determine the protection of the SOLARIA brand against the SOLARIS brand in the mentioned decision. The findings reveal that the Plaintiff, as the owner of the SOLARIA brand, is the registrant and first user of the brand under the first-to-file system. Consequently, the Plaintiff is the legal owner of the SOLARIA brand, which is recognized as a well-known brand based on registrations in various countries. The Defendant's registration of the SOLARIS mark is considered to be in bad faith due to significant similarities in terms of shape, sound, and pronunciation. This suggests that the Defendant registered the mark solely for their own business interests, misleading consumers and causing harm to other parties. Accordingly, the Directorate General of Intellectual Property should reject the Defendant's SOLARIS trademark application under Article 21 paragraph (1) letter a of the MIG Law. The Plaintiff, as the owner of the SOLARIA brand, obtains legal protection through the resolution of this case via a legal process. The Panel of Judges granted the Plaintiff's lawsuit and declared the SOLARIS brand invalid according to the law. The cassation request submitted by the Defendant was also rejected, providing repressive legal protection for the Plaintiff.

Abstract

People consider rice husks as agricultural waste. In Deliserdang Regency, in one year's period, 12,600 tons of ash are collected from the burning of around 70,000 tons of rice husk. The synthesis of zeolite from ash of rice husks was carried out by starting process of forming sodium silicate and aluminate compounds through the reaction with Al2O3 and NaOH in water on the room temperature for 10 hours. The results of reaction is refluxed at 70 C for 3 hours. After being stored for around 12 hours at room temperature, the reflux process was continued at 120 C for 8 hours. Infrared spectra of zeolite show an infrared absorption band in the area of around 440; 606; 745; and 1007 cm-1 which is the typical infrared absorption of zeolite X. This is supported by the XRD diffractogram with the diffraction peaks at 2 degree of 12.34; 17.51; 21.53; 27.90; 28.50 and 33.22 degrees.
