Abstract

One of the challenges in the implementation of JKN (National Health Insurance) in health care facilities is the possibility of fraud. So in an effort to prevent fraud and ensure the quality of claims BPJS made a new policy for the implementation of postclaim verification after the claim is paid. So if there is a discrepancy in the nominal claim, the hospital has the right to refund the difference to the BPJS. This study is a descriptive qualitative research using a case study approach. The subjects were outpatient coder, internal verifier, and head of pusjamkes as source triangulation. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of postclaim verification of outpatient JKN at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul in 2024. The results of this study are (1)the flow of settlement implementation is appropriate; (2)the percentage of 403 postclaim verification data of outpatient JKN, (65%) verified data and (35%) clarified data. The data are clarified based on each aspect, coding aspects (58%), administrative aspects(23%), and medical aspects(19%); (3)the factors that cause Postclaim verification data clarified outpatient JKN is due to high workload, lack of human resources, incompleteness and inaccuracy of service documentation, does not have SPO(standard operating procedure); (4) efforts to resolve by submitting the number of human resources, confirmation with related PPA (Professional Caregiver), conducting evaluation and monitoring, and implementation of the settlement refers to the BA(official report) agreement, PNPK, and hospital PPK. The conclusion of this study is that the coding aspect is the highest aspect of the postclaim verification data clarified outpatient JKN, the factors that cause the elements of man(human), material(material),and method(method).

Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop interactive learning materials supported by the Book Creator application. Leveraging advancements in information technology is essential for enhancing interactivity in school learning processes. Book Creator facilitates the creation of interactive digital books for classroom use or independent study by students. The research employed a development method, or R&D, utilizing the 4D model. The research instrument uses a questionnaire and test. Expert assessments in media, material, and practitioner confirmed the product's validity with scores of 85.5%, 85%, and 92,3%, signifying a very high validity level. The practicality and effectiveness of the product is proven through testing on students. Average score of 89% from students in limited testing. Subsequent broader testing showed an average score of 86.7%, underscoring the material's practicality. Effectiveness is seen based on the increase in the number of students who have scores above the KKM with an initial percentage of 40% to 84%, indicating that teaching materials have effective criteria.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan suatu masalah sosial yang sangat sulit diselesaikan. Kemiskinan bukan hanya dimiliki masyarakat desa namun masyarakat kota pun tidak luput dari masalah tersebut. Banyak teori yang membahas faktor penyebab kemiskinan dan juga usaha untuk mengatasinya, namun kemiskinan tidak bisa hilang dari kehidupan masyarakat. Demikian halnya kemiskinan yang dialami masyarakat di RW 04 Kelurahan Mulyorejo Surabaya, mereka sebelumnya pemilik lahan tetapi sekarang menjadi pengontrak dan penggarap di lahan sendiri. Lahan pertanian yang mereka miliki sebelumnya, dijual dan dikembangkan menjadi perumahan elit yang dikelola PT Galaxi Surabaya. Untuk mengurangi kemiskinan dan kebodohan yang menimpa mereka, tim pengabdi melakukan pendampingan terhadap tim Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) RW 04 Kelurahan Mulyorejo  Kota Surabaya. Melalui pengabdian, ibu-ibu PKK dibekali pengetahuan untuk membuat kue tradisional yaitu putu ayu dan lemper. Selain pengetahuan untuk membuat kue tradisional, mereka juga dibekali pengetahuan cara pengemasan serta pemasarannya. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu memberdayakan ibu-ibu PKK RW 04 Kelurahan Mulyorejo. Metode yang digunakan dimulai kordinasi dengan mitra, pelatihan serta pendampingan pemasaran kue tradisional yang diproduksi ibu-ibu PKK. Hasil dari pengabdian menunjukkan, para ibu-ibu PKK RW 04 sangat tertarik untuk membuat kue tradisional. Kue yang diproduksi dipasarkan ke warung-warung dan juga mini market di sekitar lingkungan mereka. Melalui pembuatan kue tradisional, para ibu-ibu PKK RW 04 sangat berperan untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Dynamics of Local Politics and Prabowo-Gibran Campaign Strategy in the 2024 Presidential Election in Surabaya City. Analysis of Discourse Contestation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-critical type of research, aiming to describe how the Prabowo-Gibran campaign strategy is articulated as a hegemonic practice in the public space of Surabaya city, as well as how dominant discourses are produced, circulated, and accepted by the public. The data collection technique in this study uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory strategy. This study shows that the campaign of the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka pair in the 2024 Presidential Election can not only be understood as a conventional electoral process, but as a hegemonic articulation project that successfully unites various discursive elements—including symbols, programs, figures, and political networks—in one dominant political representation block. This campaign strategy successfully constructs a chain of equivalences between demands for the welfare of the common people, youth aspirations, loyalty to Jokowi, and the logic of national development in one coherent populist and affective narrative. The main thesis of this research can be formulated that the Prabowo-Gibran campaign in the 2024 Presidential Election is a form of hegemonic articulation structured through affective, visual, and symbolic strategies, which combine Jokowi's legitimacy, digital populism symbols, and formal and informal electoral networks, in order to form a new political formation compatible with the post-Jokowi order.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by the low numeracy of students in statistics courses, which contradicts the importance of numeracy. For this reason, an integrated statistics e-module with a flipbook and augmented reality was developed with the aim that, through learning using this e-module, it can improve student numeracy. The use of flipbooks and augmented reality programs as an effort to integrate knowledge, pedagogy, and technology in an effort to improve numeracy. This research used quantitative methods, with the subjects being 58 students in statistics courses. The paired two-sample t-test technique was used to analyze the increase in numeracy through e-module learning. The data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS 21 for Windows program. The research results showed that there was an increase in student numeracy after using the e-module, with a significance value of 0.00 < 5% with t = -5.23> -t0.05, so learning using the statistics e-module integrated with flipbooks and augmented reality can improve student numeracy.
