Abstract

Since Indonesia removed import tarriff in 1998, the volume of soybean import rised up to 500% in 2004, which naturally become a burden to the national income and become a great hit towards national soybean production. In Februari 2005, the governmet re-enacted soybean import tariff at l0% to l5%. This study was aimed to: conduct a critical analysis towards the Government's new regulation of soybean import tarriff by analyzing its impact consumers' welfare as the producers, consumers' welfare, the Government's income, and society's welfare in general. The result was: based on the currency rate oJ'Rp.9,000/US$, tariff regulation of 10% (citeris paribus) bring impact on the increase of the producer's surplus improvement, Government's income, and society's welfare but resulted in a decrease on consumers' surplus. An increase of tariff up to 27% is still recommended, especially at the currency rate depreciation of Rp. 9,000/U58. Yet, there are risks of decline in the farmer's normal profit and trade off of soybean field with other staple crops.

Abstract

The phenomenon of low reading ability of fourth grade elementary school students is the main focus of this study. The purpose of this study is to analyze the low reading ability of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 01 Bali Agung. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach through case studies or problems. Data collection techniques in this study were through in-depth interviews with teachers, and direct observation of the learning process in the classroom. The results obtained from this study are that low reading ability can be caused by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors.

Abstract

The area of rice fields in Klaten Regency has decreased every year, this is in line with the increase in population and the non-agricultural sector that requires land so that the function of rice fields to non-rice fields is converted to meet the demand for this land. This research aims was to examine the rate of conversion of rice fields in Klaten Regency, the development of rice fields in Klaten Regency and to find out the factors that influence the conversion of rice fields in Klaten Regency. The basic method of this research is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of time series data for 1990-2019. The quantitative analysis method used is the calculation of the partial rate of land conversion, analysis of the influencing factors using multiple linear regression analysis based on OLS (Ordinary Least Square). The results showed that the rate of conversion of rice fields in Klaten Regency during 1990-2019 experienced a fluctuating conversion of rice fields, the area of decreasing rice fields was 5.5% or 2,155 ha and the average conversion rate was 0.18% with over the function of rice fields 71.3 Ha per year. Based on multiple linear regression analysis (Ordinary Least Square) with a confidence level of 95%, it is known that the factors that influence the conversion of rice fields to non- rice fields in Klaten Regency are residential, current price PDRB, and population.

Abstract

Kondisi PDB Indonesia terus membaik dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022, meskipun sempat mendapati depresiasi pada tahun 2020 karena COVID-19. Dengan angka 8,15%, Jawa Tengah berada di antara daerah yang berkontribusi paling besar terhadap PDB Indonesia secara keseluruhan, menurut BPS tahun 2022. Provinsi Jawa Tengah mendapati depresiasi ekonomi pada tahun 2020, diikuti dengan periode pertumbuhan yang cukup konstan dan peningkatan pada tahun 2021-2022. Sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan merupakan pilar ekonomi utama Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini bermaksud guna melihat tren PDRB sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan, untuk melihat keterkaitan ke depan dan belakang antara sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan dengan sektor perekonomian lainnya, dan untuk mengetahui apakah sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan termasuk sektor andalan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode dasar penelitian yakni deskriptif analitis. Analisis data yang diperlukan adalah (1) Analisis Tren PDRB Sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan; (2) Matriks Koefisien Teknologis dan Kebalikan Leontif untuk Analisis Keterkaitan ke Belakang dan ke Depan; (3) Analisis Sektor Andalan. Hasil analisis tren menunjukkan bahwa dari tahun 2013 hingga 2022, tren PDRB Sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan Jawa Tengah akan terus naik. Analisis keterkaitan ke depan menyatakan sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan memiliki angka FL dan BL sebesar 7,426 dan memiliki tingkat ketergantungan tinggi terhadap sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan dalam hal penyediaan bahan baku. Analisis sektor andalan memperlihatkan bahwa sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah termasuk sektor andalan karena bernilai FL dan BL sebesar 7,426 dan memberi sumbangan terhadap PDRB Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebesar 12,45% pada tahun 2022.

Abstract

Carang mas is a type of snack made from sweet potato. This study aims to determine the cost structure, the profitability and added value of processing sweet potatoes into carang mas by using descriptive and analytical methods. The location is chosen by applying purposive sampling, and sample is selected by census method. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and note-taking. Data analysis methods used: (1) Cost; (2) Revenue; (3) Break event Point; (4) Profitability; and (5) Added Value. The results showed that the average variable cost is IDR 32.090.664,88 production/month and the average fixed cost is IDR 436.482,42 production/month. The average total cost spent is IDR 32,527,147.30 productions/month. The average revenue of the machete industry is IDR 39.486.431,28 production/month. The amount of Break Event Point units is 627,42 packages per month, while the of Break Event Point sales is IDR 2.330.414,69 production/month. The Margin Of Safety value is 94,10% and the value of the Marginal Income Ratio is 18,73%, so the profitability value in the business of carang mas is 17,62%. Processing of potato into carang mas generates the gross added value of IDR 1.400,75 per kilogram, while the net value added amounts to IDR 1.169,80 per kilogram. The average labor used in its industry is five people.

Abstract

Regional economic development can not be separated from the contribution of the sector that forms GRDP. The agriculture, forestry, and fishery sector is the primary sector that made the highest contribution to the GRDP of Central Lampung Regency for the 2011-2020 period with an average was morethan 35%. The purposes of this research are to analyze the trend of contribution, basis or non basis, changing roles, and factors that cause role changes in the role of the agricultural sector. Forestry and fisheries in Central Lampung Regency in 2011-2020. The basic method of this research is descriptive analysis. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis used is (1) Contribution Trend through Simple Linear Regression, (2) Location Quotient (LQ), (3) Delta Location Quotient (∆LQ), (4) Shift Share (SS). The results of this study indicate that the trend of the contribution of the agriculture, forestry, and fishery sector tends to decrease, but that result mean a good condition of economic development where the share of a good impact because the share of the secondary and tertiary sectors is increasing. The agriculture, forestry, and fishery sector is the basic sector because the LQ value > 1 and is included in the star category with the percentage of ∆LQ being positive and LQ > 1, so it is predicted that there will be no change in role and will remain the basic sector now and in the future. The result of shift share analysis shows that the LSS value > LSS, so that the role of the agriculture, forestry, and fishery sector is more influenced by location faktors than struktural faktors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether board commissioners size and company size have an effect on social disclosure. The population of this study are companies listed on LQ45 on IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This research data uses secondary data in the form of financial reports from IDX. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square). The test results show that board commissioners size has a positive and significant effect on social disclosure. Likewise, company size has a positive and significant influence on social disclosure.

Abstract

Untuk memenuhi tuntutan sumberdaya manusia yang unggul dan kompeten di bidangnya, maka guru harus membekali dirinya dengan ilmu-ilmu yang dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan. Hal ini dimungkinkan dengan diberinya kebebasan beraktivitas dan berkreativitas selama batas-batas wajar tertentu. Guru dituntut untuk belajar banyak, bukan hanya dari proses kegiatan belajar mengajar saja, tetapi juga dari kegiatan-kegiatan di luar yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensinya. Oleh karena itu, Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah FKIP Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta mengadakan kegiatan “Diklat Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah guru MGMP Sejarah MA se-DI Yogyakarta”. Peserta pada kegiatan tersebut adalah guru-guru sejarah yang berjumlah sejumlah 53 guru. Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung selama lima hari dan dilanjutkan dengan penugasan secara mandiri terstruktur. Selain mendapatkan pengetahuan baru, peserta diklat juga berkesempatan untuk berinteraksi dan berdiskusi dengan rekan sejawat, yang dapat membuka wawasan dan menambah inspirasi dalam mengembangkan metode pengajaran. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berfokus pada teori, tetapi juga pada praktik langsung yang memungkinkan para guru untuk mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang mereka peroleh selama diklat. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan para guru dapat lebih termotivasi dalam menciptakan karya tulis ilmiah dan inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah mereka. Setelah kegiatan berakhir, para peserta mendapatkan sertifikat setara 32 JP yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan profesi. Sertifikat ini merupakan bentuk pengakuan atas komitmen dan usaha mereka dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sebagai guru. Melalui kegiatan semacam ini, MGMP Sejarah MA se-DI Yogyakarta berharap dapat terus mendukung dan mendorong para guru untuk terus berkembang dan berinovasi, sehingga dapat menciptakan generasi muda yang unggul dan kompeten di masa depan.

Abstract

DarsonoABSTRAKTujuan peneilitan ini untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam matapelajaran Sejarah dengan metode inquiri. Subjek penelitian adalah siswakelas XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 32siswa.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan duasiklus, dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan danrefleksi.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi,wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi.Analisis data menggunakan deskripsikuantitatif dan deskripsi kualitatif. Kriteria keberhasilan adalah 75% siswaaktif dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawametode inquiri dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa pada : 1.perhatian siswaterhadap penjelasan guru, siklus I sebesar 90.265% menjadi 93.75% padasiklus II 2) kerjasamanya dalam kelompok dari 62.5% pada siklus I menjadi93.75% pada siklus II 3) kemampuan siswa mengemukakan pendapatdalam kelompok meningkat dari 43.75 pada siklus I menjadi 84.375 padasiklus II 4) memberi kesempatan berpendapat kepada teman dalamkelompok meningkat dari 53.125% pada siklus I meningkat menjadi90.625% pada siklus II, 5) keputusan berdasarkan pertimbangan anggotayang lain meningkat dari 50% pada siklus I menjadi 81.25% pada siklus II.Kata Kunci : Keaktifan siswa, pelajaran sejarah, metode inquiriThe aim of this research is to increase the activity of students in the subjectof history by using inquiry method. The research subjects are 32 students ofSocial Sciences of grade XI 1 Yogyakarta. This study is a classroom actionresearch (CAR) with two cycles, with stages of planning, implementation,observation and reflection. Data collection techniques used are observationsheets, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysistechniques used are quantitative descriptions and qualitative descriptions.The success criteria are 75% of students active in learning history. Theresults show that the inquiry method can increase student activity in: 1.students' attention to teacher explanations, cycle I 90,265% become93.75% in cycle II 2) cooperation in groups, from 62.5% in cycle I to93.75% in cycle II 3) the ability of students to express opinions in groups,increases from 43.75 in cycle I to 84,375 in cycle II 4) gives an opportunityto share with friends in the group, increased from 53.125% in cycle I to90,625% in cycle II, 5) decision based on the consideration of othermembers, increased from 50% in the first cycle to 81.25% in the secondcycle.Keywords: Student liveliness, history subject, inquiry method

Abstract

This research was conducted in Gilangharjo Village, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, one of many potential areas in Yogyakarta to become a historical tourism village. The study is descriptive qualitative research that was conducted through four stages including observation, interview, data analysis, and research report. The data collection techniques included interviews, documentation, and recording. The literature study is taken to support the research. The results of this study are a design of a historical tourism village based on community empowerment that can be applied in the village of Gilangharjo through several ways of enhancing the human and natural resources. The project can be done by maximizing its potential, namely; (1) cultural tourism, (2) historical tourism, (3) entertainment tourism, (4) culinary tourism. It is necessary to improve the infrastructure that supports tourism in each place that can be visited. The empowerment of the Gilangharjo village community can be maximized by holding tourism village training.
