Abstract

Supervisors always improve their competence through either self-taught or continue studies S-2 or S-3 to be more professional in carrying out their duties as superintendent of education, namely from control to help teacher or school’s Headmaster. Supervisors in terms of supervision of the teachers need to understand the teachers prototype so that it can carry out supervision with the approach of the directive, non-directive and collaborative.Supervisors must have a strong personality in performing their duties so that teachers and principals respect him.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemandirian terhadap prestasi belajar sejarah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan sejarah FKIP UPY. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan Sejarah FKIP UPY. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket untuk mengumpulkan data tentang kemandirian dan prestasi belajar menggunakan dokumentasi berupa transkrip nilai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kemandirian terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan sejarah FKIP UPY dibuktikan dengan Fhitung = 41.101 dengan p = 0,000. Ada pengaruh positif kemandirian terhadap prestasi belajar sejarah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan sejarah FKIP UPY, dibuktikan dengan thitung = 6.411 dengan p = 0,000. Semakin tinggi kemandirian maka akan diikuti pencapaian prestasi belajar yang baik pula. Kata kunci: Pengaruh, Kemandirian, Prestasi Belajar, Sejarah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pola asuh orang tua terhadap perkembangan interaksi sosial anak dalam penggunaan gadget. Penggunaan gadget yang semakin meningkat pada anak-anak sering kali memengaruhi kemampuan mereka dalam berinteraksi secara sosial, terutama dalam lingkungan keluarga dan teman sebaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari sejumlah orang tua dengan anak-anak yang menggunakan gadget dalam keseharian mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh orang tua memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap bagaimana anak menggunakan gadget dan dampaknya terhadap interaksi sosial mereka. Pola asuh yang permisif cenderung meningkatkan penggunaan gadget secara berlebihan, yang berdampak negatif pada kemampuan anak dalam berinteraksi secara langsung. Sebaliknya, pola asuh yang lebih kontrolatif dan suportif membantu anak mengatur waktu penggunaan gadget dan meningkatkan keterampilan interaksi sosial mereka. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengawasi penggunaan gadget dan membentuk pola asuh yang mendukung perkembangan sosial anak.

Abstract

the contest and political struggle for a political position, strategy plays a decisive role. This research aims to 1) identify the winning strategies of legislative members. 2) determine the differences in winning strategies between incumbents and newcomers. 3) analyze the factors that contribute to winning and successfully qualifying in Electoral District I of Aimas District to become a member of the Sorong Regency Regional Representative Council in the province of South West Papua. Without a solid strategic plan, victory may not be achieved. Political strategy is essential and must be possessed by every participant in the political contest in order to win the election. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method, examining the strategies played by both incumbent legislative members (those re-elected) and new candidates. The incumbent candidate supported by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) is Nurtina Lakasa, and the incumbent candidate Tarmuji, supported by the National Mandate Party (PAN), so that they can be elected again as legislative members. Similarly, the strategy used by the new entrants, namely Markus Matana supported by the Golkar Party and Lukas Hermawan supported by the National Awakening Party (PKB), successfully passed the election in Electoral District I Aimas to become members of the Regional House of Representatives of Sorong Regency, West Papua Province in the 2024 elections. This political strategy will be examined using the approach proposed by Peter Shroder (2004) regarding strategic planning. The research findings that 1) There are several winning strategies implemented by both incumbents and newcomers, namely organizational strategies, including preparing all the necessities for victory through the formation of success teams, setting campaign targets, choosing campaign messages, and selecting media in each electoral district to support all activities. (2) There are significant differences in winning strategies between incumbent candidates and newcomers. 3) Both incumbent candidates and newcomers engage in personal branding in an effort to garner votes in the legislative elections in Electoral District I, Aimas District, Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua Province in the 2024 legislative elections. Researchers use the self-concept theory to analyze the personal branding of each candidate who successfully passed through observation of campaign props. The self-concept theory is related to personal branding because it explains the self-assessment that is psychological, social, and physical regarding appearance, behavior, feelings, attitudes, abilities, and resources possessed by the candidates. There are 5 external factors that are general and 3 internal factors that play a role in the personal branding of each candidate, both incumbent candidates and newcomers.

Abstract

The problems in this research is licensing services, the process is quite long and has become a problem in the community. To carry out permits, it must go through requests and recommendations from related agencies, such as the building permit process (IMB) in Bojonegoro Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe and know DPMPTSP in implementing Regent Regulation No. 59 of 202. The theory in this study uses Edward III (1980) namely a) communication, b) resources, c) attitudes/dispositions, d) bureaucratic structure. This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze the extent to which Perbub No 59  year 2021 can be implemented. This research method includes a type of qualitative research. Collecting data in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is the interactive analysis model of Miles & Huberman (2014). The results of this study indicate that the Regent's Regulation No. 59 year 2021 has not fully implemented optimally, seen from: 1) in communication to coordinate between the offices of the Investment Service and Public Service Malls with the SKPD, staff at the DPMPTSP office are not given full authority by the SKPD head, 2) The existing resources are inadequate and competent, 3) attitudes/dispositions, namely the lack of collaboration between institutions, 4) The lack of coordination principles, therefore the principles of harmonious coordination are needed which is the key to unifying culture from each agency.

Abstract

The road network system in the Palm Oil Plantation area is centered on the Main road network that serves the transportation of palm oil production directly from the Plantation to the Processing Factory with varying distances. The road network system provides easy accessibility for transportation facilities to carry all plantation products to be produced into Crude Palm Oil (CPO). The study was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Malili Plantation Unit and PT. Bumi Maju Sawit located in Angkona District, East Luwu Regency and continued to the Malili Plantation Unit/Plantation location, East Luwu. This study aims to determine the level of accessibility of palm oil transport vehicles, the quality of the road network in existing conditions and to determine the effect of road quality on increasing CPO production results. The research method uses a survey method with a descriptive approach. percentage value of accessibility level parameters 1) Travel intensity, on average respondents travel 1-2 times a day with a percentage of 52.50%; 2) Travel time, 52.92% of respondents need more than 90 minutes to reach the palm oil processing factory; 3) Ease of travel, 66.25% of respondents stated that it was difficult to travel through the existing road access to the factory; 4) Travel comfort, 41.25% of respondents stated that it was still not comfortable through the existing road access; and 5) 71.25% of respondents stated that traffic flow accessibility was still not smooth.

Abstract

Since Indonesia removed import tarriff in 1998, the volume of soybean import rised up to 500% in 2004, which naturally become a burden to the national income and become a great hit towards national soybean production. In Februari 2005, the governmet re-enacted soybean import tariff at l0% to l5%. This study was aimed to: conduct a critical analysis towards the Government's new regulation of soybean import tarriff by analyzing its impact consumers' welfare as the producers, consumers' welfare, the Government's income, and society's welfare in general. The result was: based on the currency rate oJ'Rp.9,000/US$, tariff regulation of 10% (citeris paribus) bring impact on the increase of the producer's surplus improvement, Government's income, and society's welfare but resulted in a decrease on consumers' surplus. An increase of tariff up to 27% is still recommended, especially at the currency rate depreciation of Rp. 9,000/U58. Yet, there are risks of decline in the farmer's normal profit and trade off of soybean field with other staple crops.

Abstract

The phenomenon of low reading ability of fourth grade elementary school students is the main focus of this study. The purpose of this study is to analyze the low reading ability of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 01 Bali Agung. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach through case studies or problems. Data collection techniques in this study were through in-depth interviews with teachers, and direct observation of the learning process in the classroom. The results obtained from this study are that low reading ability can be caused by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors.

Abstract

The area of rice fields in Klaten Regency has decreased every year, this is in line with the increase in population and the non-agricultural sector that requires land so that the function of rice fields to non-rice fields is converted to meet the demand for this land. This research aims was to examine the rate of conversion of rice fields in Klaten Regency, the development of rice fields in Klaten Regency and to find out the factors that influence the conversion of rice fields in Klaten Regency. The basic method of this research is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of time series data for 1990-2019. The quantitative analysis method used is the calculation of the partial rate of land conversion, analysis of the influencing factors using multiple linear regression analysis based on OLS (Ordinary Least Square). The results showed that the rate of conversion of rice fields in Klaten Regency during 1990-2019 experienced a fluctuating conversion of rice fields, the area of decreasing rice fields was 5.5% or 2,155 ha and the average conversion rate was 0.18% with over the function of rice fields 71.3 Ha per year. Based on multiple linear regression analysis (Ordinary Least Square) with a confidence level of 95%, it is known that the factors that influence the conversion of rice fields to non- rice fields in Klaten Regency are residential, current price PDRB, and population.

Abstract

Kondisi PDB Indonesia terus membaik dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022, meskipun sempat mendapati depresiasi pada tahun 2020 karena COVID-19. Dengan angka 8,15%, Jawa Tengah berada di antara daerah yang berkontribusi paling besar terhadap PDB Indonesia secara keseluruhan, menurut BPS tahun 2022. Provinsi Jawa Tengah mendapati depresiasi ekonomi pada tahun 2020, diikuti dengan periode pertumbuhan yang cukup konstan dan peningkatan pada tahun 2021-2022. Sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan merupakan pilar ekonomi utama Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini bermaksud guna melihat tren PDRB sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan, untuk melihat keterkaitan ke depan dan belakang antara sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan dengan sektor perekonomian lainnya, dan untuk mengetahui apakah sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan termasuk sektor andalan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode dasar penelitian yakni deskriptif analitis. Analisis data yang diperlukan adalah (1) Analisis Tren PDRB Sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan; (2) Matriks Koefisien Teknologis dan Kebalikan Leontif untuk Analisis Keterkaitan ke Belakang dan ke Depan; (3) Analisis Sektor Andalan. Hasil analisis tren menunjukkan bahwa dari tahun 2013 hingga 2022, tren PDRB Sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan Jawa Tengah akan terus naik. Analisis keterkaitan ke depan menyatakan sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan memiliki angka FL dan BL sebesar 7,426 dan memiliki tingkat ketergantungan tinggi terhadap sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan dalam hal penyediaan bahan baku. Analisis sektor andalan memperlihatkan bahwa sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah termasuk sektor andalan karena bernilai FL dan BL sebesar 7,426 dan memberi sumbangan terhadap PDRB Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebesar 12,45% pada tahun 2022.
