Abstract

Research aims: This research aims to identify research development on work stress and its impact on audit quality reduction behavior.Design/Methodology/Approach: This qualitative study used the systematics of the PRISMA protocol review to analyze relevant articles.Research findings: Some research has focused more on the causes of job stress and audit quality reduction behavior. However, recent research has begun to harness the positive potential of auditors to reduce work stress and audit quality reduction behavior.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study contributes to the literature review on work stress and audit quality reduction behavior.Practitioner/Policy implication: This review is expected to help organizations understand developments and findings related to work stress and audit quality reduction behavior, as well as support the development of effective stress management programs in the auditor's work environment.Research limitation/Implication: This literature review focuses only on the impact of job stress on audit quality reduction behavior. Nevertheless, it is still possible that work stress can also impact other aspects beyond audit quality reduction behavior, such as auditor performance and auditor judgment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in mathematics learning in class VIII even semester. The independent learning curriculum approach in Indonesia emphasizes freedom in the learning process, with the hope of producing a generation that is intellectually strong and has the enthusiasm to be a lifelong learner. The research method used was descriptive-action research, which was carried out at SNP Negeri 1 Grogol with three meetings. The research result show that the activities og teachers and students in implementing the PBL model are in accordance with the steps set out. The teacher succeeded in implementing all stages of the PBL model well, while students showed increased activity during the learning process, especially in asking questions and being avtive in group discussions. Thus, it can be concluded that the PBL learning model can be applied optimally in the context of the independent learning curriculum in Indonesia, although there are still several aspects that need to be improved, especially in student evaluation activities

Abstract

Indonesia is known as one of the world's spice-producing countries. One of the spices produced by Indonesia is cinnamon, which has many benefits and a high economic price. However, the existence of various obstacles in exporting cinnamon makes Indonesia have to select cinnamon export markets in destination countries. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential development of Indonesia's cinnamon export markets. This research uses the analysis methods of Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Export Product Dynamic (EPD), and X-model potential export product. The results of the study can be concluded that the destination countries of China and India are in the position of optimistic market. While the Netherlands and Thailand are in the position of potential market.

Abstract

SDN Ngadirejo Trisula 1 di Kabupaten Kediri memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, namun menghadapi tantangan dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Program penguatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi praktis melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi guru kelas disana. Kegiatan difokuskan pada peningkatan pemahaman Kurikulum Merdeka, dan optimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi. Pelatihan ini berhasil membekali guru dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan, serta menumbuhkan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri dalam menghadapi tantangan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Program ini direkomendasikan untuk terus dikembangkan dengan pengayaan materi, peningkatan interaksi, dan penyediaan fasilitas memadai demi keberlanjutan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran

Abstract

A destination or region with many factors taken into consideration. This research aims to determine the influence of (1) tourist attractions, (2) accessibility, and (3) facilities on visiting decisions, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative research method with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to people who have visited the Gajah Mungkur Wonogiri Reservoir tourist attraction. This research was conducted at the Gajah Mungkur Reservoir Wonogiri tourist attraction. The time this research was conducted was 10 November 2024 - 31 January 2025. This research used primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are people who have visited the Gajah Mungkur Wonogiri Reservoir tourist attraction, including all subjects who have characteristics according to the research focus. Samples were taken using an accidental sampling technique. The minimum number of respondents required in this research is 100 people. To test the quality of the data, validity and reliability tests were carried out. Data analysis was carried out using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that tourist attractions partially influence the decision to visit by 29.8%. Accessibility has an impact of 15.3%, and Facilities has an impact of 60.2%. Simultaneously these three variables have a significant impact on Visiting Decisions, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination obtained shows that 67.7% of the variation in Visiting Decisions can be explained by Tourist Attraction, Accessibility and Facilities, while 32.2% is explained by other variables not studied

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah leverage dan board commissioners size berpengaruh terhadap environmental disclosure. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor maufaktur sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2019-2021. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dari IDX. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square). Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa leverage memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap environmental disclosure. Begitu juga board commissioners size mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap environmental disclosure.

Abstract

Berdasarkan angket kesulitan guru dalam menyusun modul dan wawancara Kepala SD/KS Muhammadiyah Ambarketawang 1 Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta, diketahui bahwa 5% guru menyatakan sangat sulit, 56% merasa sulit, 37% merasa mudah, dan 3 % tidak menjawab. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka KS mengajukan permohonan pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan modul daring yang kreatif dan inovatif melalui Surat Permohonan bernomor 007/SDM.A1/XII/2020 tertanggal 3 Desember 2020. Kegiatan pendampingan dan pelatihan dilakukan pada 10 Januari 2021 dan kedua pada 20 Mei 2021. Peserta kegiatan adalah 17 guru. Sebanyak 5 guru berhasil menyusun modul hingga selesai dan sisanya tidak dapat menyelesaikan modul dengan alasan kesibukan merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran daring. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa (1) 80% modul guru memenuhi kriteria baik sekali dan 20% modul guru memenuhi kriteria baik, (2) 20% modul guru hanya melakukan penilaian kognitif saja, 40% modul guru hanya mengukur ranah kognitif dan psikomotor dan 20% modul guru mengukur ranah kognitif dan afektif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price, Online Customer Review, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions at the Pretties "Sukoharjo" Online Store. The use of the purposive sampling method so that 100 respondents were obtained. Respondent data were obtained by distributing questionnaires that had been prepared to respondents through online media. From a population of 100 people, using the probability sampling technique. The number of samples obtained was 100 people. The analysis used was multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the Influence of Price, Online Customer Review and Product Quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Pretties "Sukoharjo" Online Store. The findings indicate that Price partially influences Purchasing Decisions by 17.4%, Online Customer Reviews by 20.6%, and Product Quality by 60.6%. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly influence Purchasing Decisions, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination reveals that the independent variables in this study collectively explain 83.3% of the variance in the dependent variable, while the remaining 16.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

UPT SDN 1 Madaraya, yang terletak di daerah pedesaan berbatasan dengan kawasan konservasi, menghadapi tantangan dalam penerapan teknologi akibat keterbatasan infrastruktur dan minimnya pemahaman guru. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak Program Kampus Mengajar dalam meningkatkan literasi teknologi bagi pendidik dan siswa melalui metode observasi dengan pendekatan Narrative Research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi seperti Canva meningkatkan kreativitas guru dan motivasi belajar siswa, meskipun terdapat kendala akses internet dan adaptasi bagi guru senior. Dukungan kepala sekolah dan pendidik muda menjadi faktor keberhasilan program ini. Kesimpulannya, Program Kampus Mengajar berkontribusi positif dalam peningkatan keterampilan teknologi di sekolah dasar daerah 3T, dengan harapan keberlanjutannya didukung oleh kebijakan pemerintah dan inisiatif pendidik.

Abstract

Productivity is the ability of employees to complete tasks according to standards, costs, completeness, and speed, reflecting the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources. This study aims to analyze the impact of (1) Organizational Culture, (2) Work Discipline, and (3) Facilities on Employee Productivity at the Boyolali District Office, both partially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative in nature and uses primary data. Data quality testing was conducted through validity and reliability tests. The methods used include observation and questionnaire distribution. From a total population of 18 individuals, all were selected as samples using the saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The study's results indicate that Organizational Culture partially impacts Employee Productivity by 24.5%, Work Discipline by 28.9%, and Facilities by 28.3%. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly affect Employee Productivity, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination reveals that 73.4% of the variation in Employee Productivity can be explained by Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, and Facilities, while the remaining 26.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
