Abstract

Background: One of the digital transformation efforts in hospitals is to implement standardized electronic medical records that can have data exchange capabilities. It is important to evaluate the extent to which electronic medical records are implemented in hospitals.Methods: Mixed method research with a sequential explanatory case study was conducted at Bethesda Hospital from September to October 2023.  Primary data collection used digital maturity index instruments, variable checklists and RME meta data as well as in-depth interviews. Instrument completion involved 14 respondents, consisting of hospital management, users, IT teams and medical records. Data analysis was done descriptively.Results: In an effort to support the acceleration of digital health transformation, Bethesda Hospital has pioneered a computerized system starting in 1992, and built SIMRS starting in 2012. The digital maturity level of the Hospital Digital Maturity Assessment survey is 4 in 2023, which means managed collaboration. The depth of use of EMR has been accommodated in SIMRS, the suitability of EMR Emergency Department variables and meta data obtained a figure of 32% variables and meta data exist in accordance with KMK. 46% of variables and meta data exist but are not in accordance with KMK, and 22% of variables and meta data do not exist as in KMK guidelines. Three barriers to the implementation of RME were identified, including internal and external policies, infrastructure and human resources. Bethesda Hospital prioritizes patient care, based on regulations related to RME, for services and claims.Conclusion: Bethesda Hospital has implemented the acceleration of digital health transformation with SIMRS starting in 2012.  In the year 2023 Hospital Digital Maturity Assessment survey, the result of the maturity level is 4, which means managed collaboration, the organization has used hospital information systems according to their structure and function as well as established policies and procedures. The depth of use of EMR has been accommodated in SIMRS, however the hospital still needs to adjust to the variables and meta data standardized by the Ministry of Health. Keywords: SIMRS, EMR, Health Transformation

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of social media Instagram on microgreens’ product knowledge and purchase intention by using several components of the AISAS model.Design/Methodology- Respondents in this study were 15 to 45 years old and were followers of Instagram accounts that disseminate knowledge and market microgreens’ products. This study uses a simple random sampling method. This study employs a variance-based structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis, that is partial least squares (PLS). The data from this research were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software.Findings- The results revealed that social media significantly affected attention, Interest, and Search. Search has a significant and positive impact on increasing knowledge of microgreens products. Knowledge of microgreens products has a significant impact on purchase intentions of microgreens products. Originality- This research produces new findings regarding consumer behavior on microgreens and their influencing factors. Practical Implications- The results of this study can be used as a reference to find marketing methods and develop the most effective strategies to attract microgreens consumers.

Abstract

Rapid advances in science and technology have had a major impact on education, especially with the introduction of the Merdeka Curriculum which integrates literacy, skills and technology. One of the proposed solution is the use of audiovisual learning media that uses sight and sound to present material more interestingly and effectively. The purpose of the study is to destermine the impact of using audiovisual media on learning outcomes in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum. The method use is a literature review that collects data from various sources such as books,journal articles,and the internet. The data is analyzed descriptively to destermine the effectivitas of audiovisual media in improving mathematics learning. The research shows that audiovisual media can improve student understanding and retention by presenting material visually and audibly, so that learning becomes more interactive and interesting.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the changes in the microstructure that occur in low carbon steel due to welding using the type of electrodes E6013 and E7016 with a diameter of 2.6 with a current of 60-110. This research was carried out by several processes, namely specimen making, testing process and data analysis. In the specimen test, the microstructure of medium carbon steel was observed in the base metal region, the HAZ metal region, and the weld metal region. Microstructure testing was carried out to see the occurrence of changes in the microstructure of the specimen as a result of the welding process and the test results obtained were in the form of microstructure images with 500x magnification. The results showed that the changes in the microstructure that occurred in the HAZ region. This is found in the type of electrode E6013 indicating the higher the current used, the finer the grain size of the resulting structure. Meanwhile, for the E7016 electrode, it is the opposite where the higher the current used, the coarser the grain size of the resulting structure. Keywords: HAZ area, microstructure, type of electrode

Abstract

Democracy which is synonymous with the exercise of power from the people, by the people, and for the people is realized by electing representatives of the people through general elections for members of the DPR, DPD, President and Vice President, and Provincial and Regency/City DPRD. For political purposes, it is known that there are typologies or characteristics of voters and these typologies are important in winning election contests. This study aims to identify the typological characteristics of the Madurese Pandalungan voters in the 2019 simultaneous elections in Bondowoso Regency as well as to obtain scientific information on the factors that influence them. The method used in this research is descriptive. The results of this study found that (1) The typology of Madurese Pandalungan voters in the 2019 simultaneous elections in Bondowoso Regency consisted of (a) typology of penter voters, (b) typology of nuro’ ulama’ voters, (c) typology of focal voters, (d) typology of ta’ro’nuro’ voters, and (e) typology of pa pe’sse’an. The domination of the nuro’ulama’ typology is greater, but there is a shift in typology from the nuro’ulama’ typology to the pa pe’sse’an voter typology. (2) The typology is influenced by factors (a) voter characteristics with variables of socio-cultural conditions and value systems, educational and economic factors, and kinship or family factors, (b) mass media factors, (c) characteristics of political parties and legislative candidates, and (d) amae’n pe’sse’ factors.

Abstract

Heart rate (HR) is vital for medical and healthcare purposes. This study presents an Android-based heart rate measurement system utilizing a single-lead electrocardiogram (ECG). Three electrodes placed on the arm in lead I configuration capture the ECG signals. An AD8232 sensor amplifies the signal, which is then digitized by Arduino Nano and transmitted to an Android device via HC-05 Bluetooth. The Android application processes the ECG data using the Pan-Tompkins algorithm with an optimized threshold coefficient to extract HR information. The system displays the ECG waveform and the calculated HR on the user interface. Our evaluation demonstrates high accuracy with an error rate of only 0.042%, sensitivity of 99.84%, and positive predictive value of 97.06%. This research suggests the potential of this system for convenient and reliable HR monitoring using readily available smartphones.

Abstract

The earthquake on June 30, 2023, centered in the southwest sea of Bantul The earthquake that occurred on June 30, 2023, with its epicenter located southwest of Bantul Regency, was one of the destructive earthquakes in Yogyakarta. One of the objectives of this study is to determine the most suitable empirical formula method for Bantul Regency in calculating the Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) in the form of distribution maps and bar charts. The PGA value provides an indication of the level of building damage caused by the earthquake. This study conducted the PGA calculations using Campbell and Oliveira's empirical formula methods. Earthquake data were obtained from Shakemap released by BMKG. Based on the analysis, the Campbell method yielded PGA values with an MMI scale ranging from II to IV, while the Oliveira method resulted in an MMI scale ranging from II to III. The villages in Bantul Regency with the highest PGA values for each method are Parangtritis, Tirtohargo, Gadingsari, Gadingharjo, Srigading, and Poncosari.

Abstract

This writing describes the efforts of educators to improve the understanding of the character of Elementary School 5.0 students. For pupils, education plays a crucial function in transferring knowledge and developing character. This text employs the literary or literary analysis writing style. This writing data source was compiled using secondary literature, such as books, journals, and scientific articles that are pertinent to the chosen issue. Learning in the 5.0 era can assist students in acquiring the abilities and traits they will need in the real world by fusing technology and novel teaching strategies. Additionally, instructors can develop a holistic learning environment that promotes students' comprehension of the characters by implementing the 5.0 learning strategy. pupils through hands-on learning, teamwork, introspection, and incorporating character values into all facets of learning.

Abstract

Pendidikan berperan penting dalam menghasilkan sumber daya manusia berkualitas yang mampu menjawab tantangan nasional. Pencapaian tujuan pendidikan memerlukan pembelajaran efektif yang mencakup penerapan keterampilan abad 21 seperti berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi (4Cs). Kemampuan tersebut menjadi unsur kunci dalam pengembangan karakter dan potensi peserta didik khususnya pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan keterampilan 4C dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis (SLR) untuk mengkaji dan menafsirkan temuan penelitian yang relevan. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan 4C, khususnya berpikir kritis dan berkolaborasi,berperan penting dalam mencetak peserta didik yang mempunyai jati diri bangsa yang kuat. Dengan menerapkan keterampilan tersebut, peserta didik akan mampu berpartisipasi aktif dalam interaksi sosial dan mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir, komunikasi, dan kerjasama yang penting di era globalisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work experience, work discipline, and work environment on the work performance of employees of the Healthcare Administration Agency (BPJS) in Solo Raya. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using primary data and secondary data. Data collection using a questionnaire method. The population in this study were all BPJS employees in Solo Raya, totaling 70 respondents and the sample collection method used probability sampling; simple rondom sampling. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous (jointly) significant effect of work experience, work discipline, and work environment on work performance with an F value of 15, 325 with a sig = 0.000. For BPJS Kesehatan throughout Solo Raya, it can improve the quality of existing human resources. By improving and extending work experience, work discipline and work environment and improving it so as to improve employee performance through the indicators in this study.
