Abstract

Keterbukaan diri menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan manusia terutama sebagai mahluk sosial. Dalam konteks tersebut, keterbukaan diri dapat dipengaruhi oleh beragam hal salah satunya adalah budaya. Untuk memahami bagaimana budaya mempengaruhi keterbukaan diri, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai hal tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasikasi dan mengkaji hubungan kebudayaan dan keterbukaan diri. Lebih lanjut, penelitian kajian literatur sistematis diterapkan menggunakan metode PRISMA untuk memenuhi tujuan penelitian tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pelacakan digital dari sumber yang terpercaya yaitu Google Scholar. Setelah proses pelacakan dan seleksi, terkumpul 12 penelitian yang membahas mengenai keterbukaan diri dan kebudayaan serta hubungan antra keduanya. Diketahui bahwa sebagian besar publikasi menunjukkan kebudayaan memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap keterbukaan diri individu.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the urgency of collaboration between school personnel in implementing guidance and counseling services at schools. The successful implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools cannot be separated from the cooperation of all school personnel. The success of counseling can support the achievement of educational goals for students at school. This research method is a literature study. Data collection is carried out through a number of library data, recording and managing research materials. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the collaboration carried out by the school principal, homeroom teacher and class teacher in implementing guidance and counseling services at school has not been optimal. One of them can be seen from the cooperation of school personnel in providing or receiving input and suggestions, openly exchanging ideas or discussing with each other.

Abstract

Accuired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) merupakan sekumpulan gejala yang timbul akibat menurunnya sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia, yang disebabkan oleh Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Peningkatan kasus terutama pada kelompok beresiko yaitu heteroseksual, homoseksual (LGBT) dan perinatal transmisi. Hasil Pemetaan Studi Pemetaan Perilaku Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual Dan Transgender (LGBT) Di Propinsi Sumatera Barat berdasarkan riwayat LGBT terdapat 10,7% akibat keluarga tidak harmonis, 5,5% selalu dididik dan diasuh oleh keluarga tidak sesuai dengan jenis kelaminnya, pernah mendapatkan pelecehan seksual 8,4 % dan pernah disodomi waktu kecil 8,2 % dan yang paling tinggi adalah riwayat disakiti dan dikecewakan lawan jenis 14%. Berdasarkan hasil FGD dengan anggota komunitas LGBT diketahui bahwa ada beberapa faktor penyebab atau munculnya perilaku LGBT, yaitu faktor keluarga, motivasi dalam diri (biologis), lingkungan dan ekonomi. Keluarga dipandang sebagai penentu utama pembentukan kepribadian anak. Alasannya adalah: (1) keluarga merupakan kelompok sosial pertama yang menjadi pusat indentifikasi anak, (2) anak banyak menghabiskan waktunya di lingkungan keluarga, dan (3) para anggota keluarga merupakan “significant people” bagi pembentukan kepribadian anak. Di samping itu keluarga juga dipandang sebagai lembaga yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan insani, terutama bagi pengembangan kepribadiannya dan pengembangan ras manusia. Melalui perlakukan dan perawatan yang baik dari orang tua, anak dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya, baik kebutuhan fisik-biologis, maupun kebutuhan sosio psikologisnya. Apabila anak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan dasarnya, maka dia cenderung berkembang menjadi seorang pribadi yang sehat. Perlakuan orang tua yang penuh kasih sayang dan pendidikan nilai-nilai kehidupan, baik nilai agama maupun nilai budaya sosial yang diberikan kepada anak merupakan faktor yang kondusif untuk mempersiapkan anak menjadi pribadi dan warga masyarakat yang sehat dan produktif. Abstract

Individual quality of life is influenced by health, both physical and psychological health. Individual psychological health is related to mental health. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on public health, especially in the world of work. Based on this, the researchers conducted research on the mental health condition of the community in the work environment in terms of gender and length of work. This study uses a comparative descriptive research method. The research sample amounted to 38 people, namely 11 male and 27 female. The research sample came from Sumatra and Java. The instrument used in this study is a mental health instrument. Data collection is done through google form. Data analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using the program JASP (Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program) version 0.12 and the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) program. The results showed that men's mental health was better in the work environment than women and there were differences in mental health in terms of length of work. Therefore, to improve the mental health of workers, it is possible to apply religiosity in the work environment.

Abstract

Kejenuhan belajar mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran Kajian Puisi merupakan permasalahan empiris yang ditandai oleh rendahnya keterlibatan belajar dan kelelahan emosional, sebagaimana teridentifikasi dalam studi pendahuluan pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan serta menguji kelayakan dan efektivitas model pembelajaran Psycho-Poetic Inquiry berbasis regulasi emosi dalam mengatasi kejenuhan belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan mengacu pada kerangka ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi, serta diuji menggunakan desain satu kelompok prates dan pascates. Instrumen kejenuhan belajar diadaptasi dari Maslach Burnout Inventory Student Survey, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran dinyatakan sangat valid oleh ahli materi dan ahli psikologi pendidikan. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat kejenuhan belajar mahasiswa secara signifikan setelah penerapan model pembelajaran dengan nilai p < 0,05. Keunikan model ini terletak pada integrasi regulasi emosi melalui teknik reframing emosi dalam proses inkuiri dan analisis teks puisi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model Psycho-Poetic Inquiry layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran Kajian Puisi di perguruan tinggi, khususnya pada lembaga pendidikan tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

Hypnosis is the art of interaction that influences someone by altering their level of awareness. Not only is hypnosis effective for resolving physical and psychological difficulties, but it can also be used in an attempt to optimize the learning process. Hypnosis is known as hypno-teaching in the learning process. Hypnosis is known as hypnoteaching in the learning process. The secret to the hypnoteaching technique is how teachers can internally and externally create a supportive learning atmosphere. They will also believe the learning process is enjoyable when relaxation is in learning, and when in a relaxed class, it is guaranteed that students will easily understand the material provided by the instructor.In essence, teachers are expected to be able to hypnotize students in this hypnoteaching process, this hypnosis attempts to put students into a calm, secure and quiet environment so that students can easily embrace any content and moral messages communicated by the instructor.

Abstract

This article discusses motor skills, which can be interpreted as movement skills of a person from the learning results they get, many motor skills are innate, the learning of motor skills has played a big role in human history. Learning motor skills (motor skill learning) refers to all activities in which the learning process requires a sequence of motor responses (body movements). Learning motor skills refers to all activities in which the learning process requires a sequence of body motor responses (motor responses) appropriately. The term perceptual motor skills is used to describe the fact that this type of learning requires coordinating stimuli that are consistent with motor responses. Learning motorskills is a learning process that uses perceptuals and processes them into motoricactions, where learning activities are a sequential process of sensing activitiesthat are then applied with skills.

Abstract

One theory that can be applied in group counseling is Reality Therapy with an emphasis on connections and interpersonal relationships, which is very suitable for various types of group counseling. Reality therapy is a system that focuses on current behavior, this counseling serves to help counselees face reality and meet basic needs without harming themselves or other individuals. Group counseling with a reality therapy approach, the most important thing is to foster responsibility (responsibility) and awareness of the client. Humans are basically creatures who are responsible for their behavior and fulfillment of their needs. The emphasis on what group members do is key to reality counseling as a counseling group.
