The purpose of this study is to analyze consumers' perceptions of wedding vendors to the current marketing mix of services, reference groups, and purchase decisions. Analyze the effect of the services marketing mix and reference group on the purchase decision. Formulate an effective marketing strategy for wedding vendors in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. 208 people of samples, with purposive sampling. Analytical tools use descriptive analysis, SEM-PLS, and IPA. Consumer perception of service marketing mix and purchase decision is a good category, while the reference group is in fair category. Services marketing mix has a significant positive effect on the purchasing decisions of the wedding vendor, while the reference. group has. no significant effect on the purchasing decisions of the wedding vendor.Marketing strategies that can be improved to improve purchasing decisions so that is following the priority indicators that have a high level of importance, but have a level of performance that is still below average.

Pengembangan padi semi organik di Kecamatan Cigombong cukup berprospek. Namun, produktivitas padi semi organik di Kecamatan Cigombong masih tergolong rendah karena inefisiensi dalam penggunaan input atau faktor-faktor produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi usahatani padi semi organik di Kecamatan Cigombong; 2) menganalisis efisiensi teknis usahatani padi semi organik di Kecamatan Cigombong; dan 3) menganalisis tingkat pendapatan yang diperoleh dalam usahatani padi semi organik di Kecamatan Cigombong. Metode penelitian menggunakan fungsi produksi stochastic frontier dengan metode Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamapatan Cigombong pada Bulan Januari 2013 hingga Desember 2013. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan jenis data cross section dan diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung kepada petani sampel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel luas lahan (X1), benih (X2), kompos (X3), urea (X4). dan tenaga kerja (X5) berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi dengan nilai koefisien positif. Variabel luas lahan, kompos, dan urea berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi padi semi organik pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%, benih berpengaruh nyata pada tingkat kepercayaan 90%, dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh nyata pada tingkat kepercayaan 85%. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa usahatani padi semi organik yang dilakukan oleh petani responden di Kecamatan Cigombong tergolong efisien secara teknis (nilai mean efisiensinya sebesar 0,78). Status kepemilikan lahan merupakan sumber inefesiensi teknis yang berpengaruh nyata meningkatkan efisiensi teknis. Selain itu, usahatani padi semi organik di Kecamatan Cigombong tergolong menguntungkan (keuntungan Rp 3.233.498,09) dan layak diusahakan (nilai R/C ratio atas biaya tunai sebesar 1,42 dan nilai R/C ratio atas biaya total sebesar 1,24).

Program Magister Teknik Lingkungan Universitas Indonesia merupakan program studi baru sehingga diperlukan upaya dalam menarik peminat. Program tersebut berada dibawah Departemen Teknik Sipil dan Lingkungan yang merupakan pengembangan dari program magister teknik sipil kekhususan teknik lingkungan. Semenjak berdirinya Magister teknik sipil dengan kekhususan teknik lingkungan pada tahun 2010, mahasiswa yang berasal dari lulusan program sarjana di departemen yang sama masih sedikit jumlahnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku serta kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat mahasiswa program sarjana untuk melanjutkan studi pada Program Magister Teknik Lingkungan.Â Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS yang didasarkan pada Theory of Planned Behavior dan Service Quality (SERVQUAL). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 mahasiswa program sarjana tingkat akhir dan masih aktif di Departemen Teknik Sipil dan Lingkungan Universitas Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan norma subjektif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa program sarjana untuk melanjutkan studi program Magister Teknik Lingkungan Universitas Indonesia.

contribution of rice production in Java to the total production in the country has decreased, it has become difficult to depend on Java alone in order to achieve rice self-sufficiency. Thus, extensification program outside Java can be one of the solutions.Based on the questionnaire survey conducted in three villages in Komering Irrigation area in Sumatra, this paper clarified the technological changes in rice farming from rain-fed to irrigated rice field. The future shift of technology from rain-fed to irrigated rice farming will not face many difficulties, since farmers under the rain-fed ecosystem have adopted modern technology, commonly practiced under the irrigated ecosystem, except for direct seeding. By the development of irrigation infrastructure and technology, the productivity has increased and farmers under the newly-irrigated and well-irrigated ecosystems could earn net income double and triple than that of farmers under the rain-fed ecosystem. In addition, because of the stable water supply, farmers were able to diversify their rice fields by cultivating vegetables and raising fish. Thus, land use diversification is needed to be further investigated.

The increase of milk import in Indonesia can be anticipated through the development of dairy farms based on mega-farm. Indonesia has already got dairy farms that adopt the mega-farm, one of which is the Greenfields Indonesia (GFI). GFI has become an export-oriented company, so GFI needs to pay attention to its sustainability on their business processes. This study was conducted at Dairy farm of Greenfields Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the business sustainability factors and to evaluate the factors of GFI dairy farming business based on the success factor of sustainability relation structure. The combination of delphi fuzzy and DEMATEL (Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) was used for data processing. The research results showed that the standardization of the company's management system was the first priority based on the relation structure. The priority could affect the resilience of farm models that depended on manure management impact and create animal care through the availability of management of feed and drinking water.Keywords: dairy farming, sustainable business development, fuzzy delphi method, dematel, management system

Global market provides opportunities for business owners to grow their business. However, to what extent farmers – as one of business owners – take benefits from the global markers remains unclear. This paper aims to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on farmers’ involvement in global supply chain, in turn on farm performance. The data were gathered from a survey of 320 samples of vegetable farmers in three regions in West Java, Indonesia. Using PLS analysis, our findings demonstrate that farmers with higher entrepreneurial orientation (reflected by dimensions of innovativeness, proactiveness, risk taking, competitive aggressiveness, and autonomy), involve more in global supply chain, and gain higher farm performance. Ultimately, the more farmers involve in global supply chain, the higher their farm performance. Our findings provide an empirical support for the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on enabling farmers’ ability to involve in broader supply chains beyond the domestic ones. As a consequence, farmers enjoy better farm performance.

Koperasi Peternakan Bandung Selatan (KPBS) as one of the milk cooperatives established Milk Treatment 2 (MT2) as a milk processing business unit to increase the bargaining position of distribution and marketing of milk. The purpose of the research conducted is to analysing the sustainability aspects of MT2 on Flourishing Business Canvas (FBC). The sustainability description of MT2 on FBC makes MT2 able to map sustainability problems that occur in the company. Data and information collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and literature study. The study found that Value co-creation conducted by MT2 is the production of high quality and affordable milk-derived dairy products, as well as economic welfare for KPBS members. In Indonesia, many intermediaries of agricultural products are emerging as modern actors called business aggregators who utilize information from the internet or online technologies in their business activities. This study aims to analyze the activities and roles of online aggregators (based on information technology) in the order of value chains of agricultural products, especially vegetables. Purposive sampling technique was used in selecting 12 online business aggregators of vegetable products. Data were obtained through Focus Group Discussions and in-depth interviews with the business aggregator online owner. Based on the results of the analysis show that the main activities of the aggregator business value chain that are divided into three value chains, namely input provider, processing and marketing providers. Online aggregators become important actors in the agribusiness system in the future. In conventional agribusiness systems, non-online aggregators, whose position is in the subsystem, downstream agribusiness, but in online aggregator at present with the advancement of internet, the aggregator is in the middle/middle, between upstream, cultivation, downstream and supporting institutions subsystems. Agricultural produces pass a long journey from the farms up to the end consumers. With the advancement of information technology, aggregator businesses have emerged to shorten the long distribution chain. Therefore, farmers as producers can access information both on prices received by consumers and the characteristics of products demanded by consumers. This study aims to (1) explain the distribution chain mechanism through the aggregator business, and (2) analyze the impact on farmers who join the aggregator business distribution chain. There were 12 aggregator businesses and 36 farmers were interviewed as respondents from February to April 2019 using the purposive sampling method. The analysis was conducted using a descriptive approach and a paired sample t-test was carried out to see the impact of the existence of an aggregator on farmers. The results showed that the distribution chain through the aggregator business was shorter compared to the conventional one in which farmers had specific contracts or agreements with the aggregator business. The impact on farmers who join the aggregator business distribution chain is receiving higher prices, leading to increase farmers' income, transparency in prices where farmers know the selling prices at the consumer level, and farmers know consumer preferences for the products. It is expected that farmers will be able to produce better agricultural produces according to consumer preferences as well as to increase farmers' income. The performance of fisheries processing industry could be known through the production of processed fish and income which obtained by the entrepreneurs. Fisheries processing in Sukabumi Regency as an industry certainly has various factors that influence its performance. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of MSMEs and MSME actors characteristics on the performance of MSMEs in Sukabumi Regency. The research was conducted in Sukabumi Regency with the consideration that Sukabumi has superior MSME fishery processing industry products. The data used in the research were obtained from the results of interviews using the questionnaire. The number of samples used was 99 units of MSMEs which were selected by proportional cluster random sampling technique. The research data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. The results showed that the characteristics of MSMEs had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, and the characteristics of MSME actors consisting of demographic, psychological and cultural characteristics had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Based on these results, a psychological and cultural approach is needed for each program that will be carried out related to improving the performance of MSMEs in the fisheries processing industry in Sukabumi Regency.
