The objectives of this study were 1) to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Mitra Tani Parahyangan (MTP) in its efforts to expand its export market, 2) to formulate strategies that could be utilized by MTP, 3) to prioritize the strategies that could be applied by MTP. Methodology employed included internal and external analysis and industrial analysis, SWOT matrices, followed by determination of decision priority using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the result of external environment analysis, there were five opportunity factors and seven threat factors which became the strategic issues. Meanwhile, according to the result of internal environment analysis, there were four strength factors and five weakness factors which became the strategic issues. The result of EFE matrix showed that the company’s ability to respond to external factors was reasonably good in harnessing opportunities and avoiding threats. On the other hand, the result of IFE matrix showed that the company’s current internal position is weak. Through the matching of strategic issues within the internal and external environment, and seven alternative strategy formulations that can be applied by the company were generated. Collaborating with domestic forwarder agents is an alternative priority strategy chosen through AHP analysis tools.Keywords: AHP, SWOT, Tomato, OVOPAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman Mitra Tani Parahyangan (MTP) dalam upaya mengembangkan ekspansi pasar ekspor, 2) memformulasikan strategi-strategi yang dapat dijalankan oleh MTP, 3) menentukan prioritas strategi yang dapat dijalankan oleh MTP. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis internal eksternal dan analisis industri, matriks SWOT, dan pengambilan keputusan dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan hasil analisis lingkungan eksternal didapati lima faktor peluang dan tujuh ancaman yang merupakan isu strategis. Pada lingkungan internal didapati empat faktor kekuatan dan lima kelemahan yang merupakan isu strategis. Hasil matriks EFE menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam mersepon faktor eksternal yang cukup baik dalam memanfaatkan peluang dan menghindari ancaman. Sedangkan pada hasil analisis matriks IFE menunjukkan bahwa posisi internal perusahaan saat ini lemah. Melalui pencocokan isu-isu strategis yang terdapat pada lingkungan internal dan eksternal perusahaan, dihasilkan tujuh rumusan alternatif strategi yang dapat dijalankan perusahaan. Menjalin kerjasama dengan agen forwarder dalam negeri merupakan prioritas alternatif strategi yang terpilih melalui alat analisis AHP.Kata kunci: AHP, SWOT, Tomat, OVOP

The property industry is a highly developed industry in Indonesia. Several factors such as infrastructure development (toll roads, railroads, public transportation, etc.), the need for shelter, increasing population, etc. PT. Adhi Persada Properti (APP) is a subsidiary of PT. Adhi Karya (Adhi) which delayed the purchase of property in the industry (apartments, housing, etc.). The objectives of this study are internal, external, key success factors in the property industry and the Business Model Canvas to identify business models with the results of long-term and short-term strategies for APP to improve competitiveness in the property industry. Data analysis methods and methods used are PEST Analysis, Focus Group Discussions, and Business Model Canvas. The results show that APP's main threat as an apartment and housing developer is in terms of regulations. Opportunities that can be utilized by APP through external analysis are the level of public purchasing power, economic growth and advancement in information technology. The level of purchasing power and economic growth is more influential on the sale of APP products. The BMC results of identification of each section in APP can be clearly mapped, which parts should be developed and which are maintained as they are at present. The study’s purpose was to analyze the workload and tendency competency gaps in Faculty A of XYZ University, and to recommend HR planning of academic staff at Faculty A in XZY University. The workload analysis and competency gaps analysis used to determine the ideal number of academic staff that needed as well the competencies. The results were expected to be used in planning academic staff in Faculty A. The results showed that the released ideal number of academic staff by the Directorate of Human Resources of the University of XYZ in 2012 to 2030 was no longer relevant for use. Currently, there were 97 academic staff exist in Faculty A. It was higher than an ideal of 81 persons from the workload analysis findings. There were competency gaps in both core and managerial. The findings suggested policies to reduce academic staff, especially non-civil servants, by continuing to prioritize applicable regulations. Keywords: competency, competency gap Analysis, HR planning, workload, workload analysis Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis beban kerja dan gap kompetensi tendik pada Fakultas A Universitas XYZ, dan merekomendasikan perencanaan SDM tendik di Fakultas A Universitas XZY. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis beban kerja untuk menentukan kesesuaian jumlah ideal tendik yang dibutuhkan serta analisis gap kompetensi untuk mengetahui kesesuaian kompetensi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan landasan dalam perencanaan tendik di Fakultas A. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa jumlah tendik ideal yang dirilis Direktorat SDM Universitas XYZ tahun 2012–2030 sudah tidak relevan lagi untuk digunakan namun keberadaan tendik eksisting saat ini sebanyak 97 orang yang dimiliki oleh Fakultas A. Hal tersebut sudah terlalu banyak, bila dibandingkan dengan hasil analisis beban kerja yang sebanyak 81 orang. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan masih ada gap baik pada kompetensi inti maupun kompetensi manajerial. Berdasarkan hasil direkomendasikan kebijakan pengurangan tendik terutama non PNS tentu dengan tetap mengedepankan peraturan yang berlaku. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of wakif gen Y in waqf activities and analyze what factors influence the intention of wakif gen Y in the use of digital payment technology to encourage the digital movement of cash waqf and waqf through money in Indonesia. In general, this research is conducted qualitatively through descriptive and quantitative analysis through structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The number of samples studied was 160 wakif gen Y. The results showed that all the variables studied were performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI), facilitating condition (FC), hedonic motivation (HM), price value (PV), habit (HT), and perceived security (PS) have a significant influence on behavioral intention (BI) wakif gen Y in encouraging the use of digital payment technology for cash waqf payments. The biggest factor is habit with a value of t count 12.93, and the standardized coefficient is 0.59. The next factor that has a significant effect on priority is performance expectancy (PE). Changes in the character of skills training customers towards the era of online learning due to the COVID19 pandemic have created a gap between business planning and reality. Therefore it is necessary to do intervene through strategic planning that considering stakeholder expectations as well as managing various factors that affect business sustainability. The aims of this study: (1) To identify strategic factors of business; (2) To formulate sustainable business development strategies. This research uses a descriptive approach through a case study at GHI Training during October and November 2020. Research data processing using IE matrix and TLBMC. Based on the evaluation results obtained 17 external strategic factors with an EFE score of 3,00 and 15 internal strategic factors with an IFE score of 2,87. The company is in a strong internal position and can respond well to opportunities and threats. Through the IE matrix, the company is placed in a hold and maintain position, so it is advisable to focus on the strategy of market penetration and product development. Essentially, from a theoretical and practical point of view, the use of TLBMC can help management to see comprehensively the company's business model and its relation to business sustainability. Penelitian ini bertujuan:mendapatkan informasi yang objektif mengenaiperistiwa pemberantasan PGRS/Paraku di Kalimantan Barat, analisis teori hegemoni Gramsci terhadap peristiwa pemberantasan PGRS/Paraku, pembelajaran sejarah lokal melalui materi peristiwa pemberantasan PGRS/Paraku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk studi kasus terpancang. Sumber data adalah narasumber dari dosen dan mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung dengan panduan observasi dan komunikasi langsung dengan panduan wawancara.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: PGRS/Paraku dibentuk ketika terjadi konfrontasi Indonesia-Malaysia. Namun ketika Orde Baru, PGRS/Paraku yang menjadi garda terdepan dalam konfrontasi diperangi. Dalam penumpasan PGRS/Paraku sebagai bentuk kecil hegemoni di Kalimantan Barat, tindakan kekerasan yang bersifat memaksa dilakukan oleh militer, dalam hal ini angkatan darat. Masyarakat Dayak di perbatasan menghimpun kekuatan bersama ABRI melawan komunis yang telah memecah belah mereka dan menumpas PGRS/Paraku.Melalui kajian hegemoni Gramsci, kajian ini dapat menjadi materi pembelajaran sejarah lokal yang perlu dikembangkan untuk menambah pengetahuan serta meningkatkan nasionalisme dan patriotisme generasi mendatang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan analisis kompetensi inti pada bisnis ekowisata hutan bakau di BeeJay Bakau Resort. Analisis VRIO (Valueable, Rare, unImitability, Organize) dipakai dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kompetensi inti yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Kompetensi inti diperlukan oleh suatu perusahaan agar mempunyai daya saing dibandingkan dengan pesaingnya. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi inti dari BeeJay Bakau Resort adalah kemampuan mengelola wisata terintegrasi, luas wisata pantai, penginapan pasang surut, bahan baku fresh, teknologi, kedekatan dengan pemasok, skill membangun serta skill memasak dan show Hibaci.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel komitmen organisasi, pengawasan, dan ketepatan waktu terhadap pengelolaan anggaran berkonsep value for money pada Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Seririt. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kausal. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Seririt. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada pemerintah desa di Kecamatan Seririt yang terdiri dari 21 desa. Metode penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yakni teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 105 orang. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan uji analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 17 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa (1) variabel komitmen organisasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan anggaran berkonsep value for money. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,032, (2) variabel pengawasan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan anggaran berkonsep value for money. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,030, dan (3) variabel ketepatan waktu (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan anggaran berkonsep value for money. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,046. Kata Kunci : Komitmen organisasi, pengawasan, ketepatan waktu, pengelolaan anggaran, value for money Abstract This study aimed at examining the impact of the variables of organizational commitment, supervision and puncuality on the budget management with the concept of value for money of the village government in Seririt district. The framework adopted in this study was causal research design. This study was conducted to the village government in Seririt district. The population of this study covered the employees working for the village goverment of 21 villages in Seririt district. Purposive sampling method, which was a sampling technique taking into account certain considerations, was applied to determine the samples. The data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using double linear regression analysis test assisted by SPSS version 17 for windows. The results of the analysis showed that (1) the variable of organizational commitment (X1) had positive and significant impact on financial management with the concept of value for money. This could be seen from the significance value of 0,032, which was smaller than 0,05, (2) the variable of supervision (X2) had positive and significant impact on financial management with the concept of value for money. This could be seen from the significance value of 0,030, which was smaller than 0,05, and (3) the variable of punctuality (X3) had positiive and significant impact on financial management with the concept of value for money. Investment is an investing activity on a company of aimed to obtain the return. One of the interesting investmentsfor investors is investing in the mining sector because of large amount of return obtained in a short time.Before choosing which stocks to be invested in the mining companies, investors need to look at the companyperformance to avoid the risk. The purposes of this study are to examine the investment potential and analyze theinfluence of financial ratios (CR, DER, EPS, ROE, TATO, ROA, PER, NPM) on stock returns in the mining sector.The object of this research is mining companies who are listed on index SRI-Kehati and Jakarta Islamic Index(JII) period 2010–2013 consistently. The method used was descriptive analysis to calculate Tobin‘s Q score tolook at potential investments. Panel data regression analysis was conducted to see the effect of financial ratios tostock return. The results show that PTBA and MEDC have high investment potential from 2010–2013. Becausethe company’s Tobin‘s Q score acquired above 1 for four consecutive years, while the explanatory variables havea positive and significant effect on stock returns is CR, EPS, ROA, and PER. PTBA is the highest average score ofCR, EPS, ROA, and PER compared to the other mining companies. Therefore, PTBA is the best choice of investmentfor investors, specifically in the mining sector.

Base on regulation No.18 of 2004 on RPJP and Regulation No.9 of 2009 on RPJM, Padang is declared as Agropolitan area. The Agropolitan concept is expected to increase agriculture-based development, because the GDP share of agriculture is relatively small. This study aims are to analyze a basic food crops, 2) to choose the region which will develop as agropolitan area base on availability of facilities and infrastructure in that region and 3) to formulate development strategies of agropolitan area. The analysis of LQ indicate rice crop as the basic commodity with the LQ greater than one. Skalogram analysis and diamond porter show that Sub District Kuranji is potentially developed as a growth center in the Agropolitan Area because it has the most complete facilities and infrastructure. In this research the development strategies are to develop agricultural infrastructure (sub terminal of agribusiness) and institutional strengthening of capital institution.
