Schools are important role in preparing students to face their future, but students often experience anxiety when deciding about their careers. This study aims to identify career problems encountered by students and see the role of Guidance and Counseling teachers in helping students overcome this anxiety. The research method used was a quantitative approach with data collection using a questionnaire given to 78 students of grade XI high school in Bogor Regency. The results showed that most students experienced a moderate level of career problems. The most prominent aspect is career choice anxiety, where students feel fear and anxiety in making decisions about the career that will be undertaken. To overcome anxiety in career selection, this study recommends using several strategies or techniques by counseling teachers. These strategies include the application of group guidance techniques, modeling techniques, and individual counseling.

Awareness related to mental health literacy can lead to issues in the form of self-diagnosis, which is when a person diagnoses himself based on literature circulating on the internet, then identifies himself as having a mental condition without confirmation from a professional. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to be able to further examine the phenomenon of self-diagnosis of mental health in the era of mental health literacy using the sytematic literature study method. The systematic literature method is used to collect, identify, and analyze literature that has been found systematically. The results obtained are a correlation between self-diagnosed and mental health literacy, as well as the potential positive impact of self-diagnosed.

The TikTok application is an application that is widely downloaded by the public. The problem in this article concerns the excessive use of TikTok media which continuously causes emotional imbalance and affects individual mental health. Emotional imbalance due to the influence of TikTok media is a problem that often occurs among teenagers and even adults. The purpose of this article is to find out how emotional balance in digitalization affects individual mental health. The research method used by the author is literature study which consists of data collection, selection and clarification of data sources, data analysis and compiling reports. The results obtained from the literature study show that digitalization has made social media a daily need for individuals. This need can cause addiction to the user. Excessive use of TikTok media causes anxiety due to social communication, negative content, and negative comments causing the individual's emotional balance to be disturbed due to changes in mood. Emotional balance that is not optimal affects mental health and can result in stress, depression and high anxiety disorders. Excessive use will also result in addiction and have a negative impact on emotional balance, mental and physical health. Every individual needs to maintain and supervise the use of social media, especially TikTok . Individuals can use time management and limit their use of TikTok media to maintain emotional balance.

Students' trust in guidance and counseling teachers is an important factor in determining their interest in participating in counseling services, especially group counseling. However, it is still often found that students lack trust in guidance and counseling teachers which results in students' lack of interest in participating in counseling services. Therefore, the principle of confidentiality needs to be implemented so as to build students' trust in the guidance and counseling teacher. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between the principle of confidentiality and students' trust in providing group counseling services. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method, data collection is obtained from data collection using instruments. This research aims to build students' trust in guidance and counseling teachers, so that students will be more open in dealing with their personal problems and can optimize benefits. The results of the analysis show that the majority of respondents strongly disagree with the view that confidentiality is not important in group counseling. Most BK teachers agree that the principle of confidentiality is very important. However, there are still many guidance counselors who consider it unimportant, giving rise to students' lack of trust in guidance counselors when providing group counseling services. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing the principle of confidentiality in group counseling practices, both between guidance counselors and students and between students and students. However, the findings also highlight that there are a number of guidance and counseling teachers who do not prioritize confidentiality aspects in group counseling practices.

Multiple relationships in counseling refers to a situation where a counselor or therapist has a professional relationship with more than one individual involved in the counseling process. The importance of managing multiple relationship boundaries for counselors is to avoid conflicts of interest, remain objective, and prevent potential exploitation or loss for clients. In this article, a systematic literature review method was used. Data was collected by processing literature from journals, books, articles and other sources.

Manusia berperan sebagai makhluk perseorangan dan makhluk kemasyarakatan. Manusia akan selalu memerlukan uluran tangan orang lain dan memerlukan perhimpunan untuk melangsungkan suatu kegiatan. Manusia juga membutuhkan orang lain untuk menghadapi masalahnya. Seseorang yang mempunyai kemahiran dalam disiplin layanan konseling sebagai profesional disebut konselor atau guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Penggarapan akomodasi Bimbingan dan Konseling diperoleh asas-asas yang semestinya dilangsungkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas program akomodasi Bimbingan dan Konseling. Arah penelitian ini adalah memafhumi pentingnya menerapkan asas kegiatan di Sekolah bagi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Metode yang diaplikasikan yaitu metode systematic literature review, dengan mengumpulkan hasil penelitian yang terkait dengan topik. Penelitian mengenai pentingnya aplikasi beberapa asas Bimbingan dan Konseling mendapat hasil bahwa asas kegiatan merupakan asas yang paling tinggi pelaksanaannya, dengan meningkatnya komunikasi pada akomodasi Bimbingan dan Konseling. Asas kegiatan pada manifestasi agenda pelayanan Bimbingan dan Konseling sangat penting. Komunikasi antara konselor dan konseli akan berjalan, dan tujuan Konseling akan tercapai, dikarenakan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling mendorong dan mengajak konseli untuk partisipasi dalam penyelesaian persoalan yang dialami oleh konseli.

This research investigates happiness conceptualizations among lower-middle economic status families in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This study employed a qualitative phenomenological approach to explore the meaning of happiness in families in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, categorized as a poor province. Using purposive sampling, 15 IMP cadres from Bantul Regency were selected. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using phenomenological reduction techniques. Credibility was ensured through data triangulation. Low-income families in Yogyakarta continue to exhibit strong religiosity, sincerity, and psychological resilience despite economic limitations. While economic factors influence happiness, intrinsic qualities play a more decisive role. This study challenges Western perspectives by emphasizing happiness rooted in internal resources. Welfare policies should address mental and social aspects, not just economic factors. Understanding culturally based happiness can help counseling practitioners support economically disadvantaged clients. Future research should explore additional happiness factors in similar contexts. Indonesia memiliki banyak sekali keberagaman budaya, suku, agama, dan ras. Keberagaman ini tentunya akan dapat dirasakan oleh seorang konselor pada layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang akan menyebabkan terjadinya “Perjumpaan budaya” (cultural encounter) antara konselor dan klien yang memiliki perbedaan budaya dan hal itu tidak dapat dihindari. Untuk itu, seorang konselor perlu memiliki kompetensi dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan konseling lintas budaya nantinya. Agar terhindar dari pelanggaran etik, karena biasanya seorang konselor yang tidak berkompeten akan memaksakan nilai-nilai yang dianutnya untuk konseli yakini atau bisa saja menjadi malapraktik. Untuk itu seorang konselor perlu sekali memperhatikan kode etik yang mengatur seorang konselor dalam memberikan layanan, berperilaku, dan bertindak dalam proses konseling.

Konseling sebagai upaya pemberian bantuan melalui interaksi pribadi antara konselor dan konseli dengan tujuan membantu konseli memahami dirinya, lingkungannya, mengambil keputusan, dan menetapkan tujuan agar konseli merasa bahagia dan berperilaku baik. Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui pentingnya kualitas pribadi konselor dalam konseling untuk membangun hubungan antara konselor dan konseli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari artikel ini yaitu kualitas pribadi konselor berpengaruh dalam membangun hubungan antara konselor dan konseli dan diperlukan keterbaruan kualitas pribadi konselor dalam beberapa aspek, yaitu: peningkatan keterampilan digital, pengembangan diri keberlanjutan, pendekatan multikultural, peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi dan keterlibatan konselor dalam komunitas di sekolah dan masyarakat. Diharapkan seorang konselor terus meningkatkan kualitas dirinya melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta konselor perlu menyadari bahwa dirinya merupakan seorang helper.Â

Abstract. The aim of this research is to determine that supervision plays a crucial role in the effectiveness of counseling services and is used as a tool to improve the professionalism of guidance and counseling teachers/counselors. This study discusses issues regarding supervision in guidance and counseling services, including the urgency of supervision, the current state of supervision, and the expectations of guidance and counseling teachers/counselors regarding supervision. The research employs a Descriptive-Qualitative method, with high school-level guidance and counseling teachers as the participants. The objective of this study is to enhance the quality of supervision for guidance and counseling teachers/counselors in schools.Keywords: Guidance and Counseling, Guidance and Counseling Teacher Supervisor  Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa supervisi memiliki peran penting bagi efektivitas layanan konseling dan digunakan sebagai alat bantuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan profesional guru BK/Konselor. Penelitian ini membahas permasalahan mengenai supervisi dalam layanan konseling yang dilakukan oleh guru BK/Konselor. Penelitian ini mengambil fokus mengenai urgensi supervisi dalam layanan konseling guru BK/Konselor, keadaan supervisi dalam layanan konseling saat ini, dan harapan guru BK/Konselor untuk meningkatkan kualitas supervisi dalam layanan konseling. Terdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan antara konsep supervisi yang ideal untuk layanan guru BK/konselor dengan keadaan supervisi yang terjadi di lapangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Deskriptif-Kualitatif. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini merupakan guru BK/Konselor tingkat SMA/sederajat. Hasil wawancara mengungkapkan bahwa supervisi untuk layanan guru BK/Konselor belum terlaksana secara efektif. Melihat realitas yang terjadi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai urgensi supervisi dalam layanan konseling dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan konseling di sekolah.Kata kunci: Guru bimbingan dan Konseling, Layanan Konseling, Supervisi
