Abstract

Pendidikan adalah penentu dalam perkembangan sebuah bangsa, baik dari segi ekonomi, sosial, maupun politik. Dalam proses pendidikan guru adalah komponen yang sangat penting, ia berpengaruh besar terhadap pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Guru adalah tenaga profesional yang memiliki tugas memberikan bimbingan, arahan, dan binaan kepada peserta didik. Sebagai tenaga profesional maka dibutuhkan kumpulan kecakapan dan keterampilan yang mendukung profesinya, hal tersebut disebut dengan kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan kompetensi guru pada lembaga pendidikan Islam yang memiliki kekhasan dibandingkan dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya, khususnya tingkat sekolah dasar yang menekankan pada penanaman sikap dan karakter pada peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan di SDIT Al Kawaakib, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data primer pada penilitian ini adalah hasil wawancara dengan Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kurikulum, dan Guru. Sumber data sekunder adalah dokumen sekolah dan artikel artikel jurnal yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kompetensi guru di SDIT Al Kawaakib terbagi menjadi empat kategori, yaitu kepribadian, pedagogik, profesional, dan sosial. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan kompetensi yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah dalam UU Guru dan Dosen nomor 14 tahun 2005 dan Permendiknas nomor 16 tahun 2007, hanya saja terdapat perbedaan pada detail subkompetensi dimana kompetensi guru di Al Kawaakib lebih menitikberatkan pada nilai nilai Islam di kompetensi inti guru, nilai nilai Islam menjadi landasan pada seluruh proses pendidikan, termasuk pada kompetensi guru.

Abstract

Disasters have long-term psychological impacts, both visible ones such as depression and psychosomatic as well as invisible ones such as family conflicts to divorce. On November 22, 2022, an earthquake occurred in Cianjur Regency, the worst condition was in Cugenang District. The disaster that occurred affected the stability of residents' lives due to the loss of family members, residences, closed access roads, loss of business land as well as other properties. Apart from that, the survivors witnessed their houses collapse without remains, and the people closest to them died or were injured, the frightening earthquake incidents have affected their mental health so that they become afraid, withdraw from their environment, have difficulty managing their emotions, are not calm, and worry all the time. There need to be psychological assistance services in the form of assistance for survivors of severe, moderate, and mild trauma. Intensive assistance can only be carried out by trained personnel who are ready to live close to survivors. The Padaluyu PKK mobilizing group has the potential to be trained (TOT). 35 representatives from each RT were selected to be trained in healing and art therapy materials. Then the 10 best participants were selected accompanied by 10 BKPI students to implement their abilities to assist survivors in RW 07 RT 03 Kampung Barujamas Padaluyu in three categories of survivors children, youth, and adults. Testimonials from 10 PKK activists and Barujamas residents stated that the mentoring program was very useful.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of online learning evaluation on the learning outcomes of PAI subjects at SMAN 5 Bogor. The method used in this study is ex-postfacto method with quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 22% of the population of 316 (72 respondents) with simple random sampling techniques. Then data collection techniques using observations, questionnaires and documentation. Evaluation of online learning using questionnaires with validity test results from 16 questions there are 14 questions proven valid and the results of the coefficient reliability test of 0.725 declared reliable. While the student's learning results are taken from UAS scores. Prerequisite tests are conducted with normality tests and linearity tests. Data analysis using simple linear regression with a 5% significance level. The results showed that: the effect of PAI online learning evaluation on student learning outcomes was shown with a value of Fcount = 5,811 Ftabel = 3,978 when compared to both Fcalculations of 5,795 > Ftabel = 3,978. Judging from the results of R square = 0.077 which means that the evaluation of online learning affects 7.7% of PAI learning outcomes and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Learning usingeducational media Quizizz can improve student learning outcomes, so teachers need to know the media criteria that must be used in order to achieve learning objectives. This study aims to describe the effect of the use of educational media Quizizz on student learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlak class VIII MTs Ar-Rofiqy Bogor Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, using an experimental method, with a Quasi Experimental Design. The number of samples in this study were 64 students, which were divided into the experimental class usingeducational media Quizizz and the control class using conventional media. The instruments used are in the form of teacher and student activity sheets and test sheets. Data collection techniques carried out in the form of observation, documentation and tests. The results showed that the application ofeducational media Quizizz obtained 80% - 96% percentage data with very good interpretation. Based on the learning outcomes of the experimental class and control class students after treatment with an average score of 72.81 for the control class and 80.31 for the experimental class, the research data was analyzed using a t-test with an independent simple t-test. The data obtained shows > (2,457 > 2,000) so that there is a significant effect of learning outcomes between the control and experimental classes. So that the hypothesis testing can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the use ofeducational media Quizizz on student learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlak subject matter of social media etiquette in the view of Islam.

Abstract

Zakat itself is part of the pillars of Islam and must be carried out for every Muslim. From the point of view of benefit, zakat is worship that involves the relationship between humans and each other and the relationship between humans and God. The scope of this research is the Amil Zakat Institute Al-bunyan Bogor City, the Al-Bunyan Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ) has been active since the issuance of the Foundation Decree, dated November 1, 2001, but long before discussions and ideas from the founders had started. They are a group of youth who have a social vision and da'wah who want to contribute to the people of Bogor and its surroundings. The establishment was formally named the Al-Bunyan Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ). The type or method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques used are interview and documentation methods. The data validity test used was data triangulation, and the data analysis technique used in this study was a qualitative approach. The position of the Amil Zakat Al-bunyan Institute building in Bogor City is very strategic, making it very easy for mustahik who want to apply for assistance. The Amil Zakat Al-bunyan Institute of Bogor City functions as an institution that manages zakat, infaq, and alms funds then distributes them to mustahik who are entitled to receive zakat, infaq, and alms. Abstract

The value content of a literary work is an essential element of the work as a whole. Disclosure of the values ​​contained in a literary work, will not only provide an understanding of the socio-cultural background of the narrator, but also contain the ideas and moral values ​​in the novel Paradise that is not to be missed. The purpose of this study was to find out the values ​​of moral education, lessons and wisdom in the Unmissable Heaven novel. The method used in this study is a qualitative method or library research. Qualitative research method is research based on the philosophy of postpositivism and is used to examine the condition of natural objects (the opposite is experiment), the researcher is the key instrument, the data source is carried out purposively and snowball, and research results emphasize more on meaning than generalization. For qualitative research, the type of library research or library study, the systematic writing used is the Research Method Approach, Data and Data Sources, Data Collection Techniques and Procedures, Data Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the moral values ​​in the novel paradise that are not missed are morals, sincerity, gratitude, good deeds, and gentleness. Wisdom is a reflection and seriousness of utilizing knowledge and events. And look at the relationships or links that exist in it and discuss the source and purpose. Abstract

Arabic learning methods and innovations will be a challenge for every Arabic teacher. Therefore, learning Arabic also demands the intelligence of every teacher to understand aspects related to learning outcomes. Namely by creating new techniques in learning Arabic so that students become more active, skilled, able to master and proficient in Arabic. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the Al Hiwar method in class VII Boarding school of Fajrussalam and to find out the improvement in learning Arabic in class VII Boarding school of Fajrussalam. The research method used in this study uses a quasi-experimental method, which is a form of research that has a control group, but cannot function fully to control external variables that affect the implementation of the research. The results of the study prove that there is an influence of the Al-Hiwar Method in the learning outcomes of Arabic. The study results describe the average value of students in the cognitive aspect with the results of the experimental class average score of 83.75. Meanwhile, the average value of the control class is 65.78. So that in carrying out learning Arabic subjects are expected to be able to use various learning methods that are adapted to the material being taught, so as to create a pleasant learning atmosphere which can ultimately improve student learning outcomes. Abstract

The Covid-19 virus has had a major impact on all Indonesian people, requiring all people to keeptheir distance when meeting other people so they don't congregate, because otherwise it will produce new clusters in the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The teaching and learning process isdefinitely disrupted because it cannot be done in schools or campuses, as well as da'wah whichcannot be done in the assembly because it can collect prohibited mass. With the media as a means of communication that is quite effective for the community, it is located between two parties as intermediaries or supporters to function as a center for information retrieval. This research wasconducted to determine how effective the use of the Zoom Cloud Meeting application as a propaganda medium during the pandemic, to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the application. The type of research used is qualitative research. The type of research approach used is descriptive. The informants in this study were members of the Islamic Studies Center with 39 respondents. The data collection techniques in data collection are non-participant observation and structured interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the use of the Zoom Cloud Meeting application as a propaganda medium was effective because it had a wide range, adequate electronic devices and quite efficient time.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the Zakat Literacy Index (ILZ) of the Kuningan Regency community using the Simple Weighted Index method, which focuses on measuring a person's level of understanding and literacy on the object of zakat. Literacy and understanding of zakat is an external aspect that can determine a person in making decisions in paying zakat. The results of this study indicate that the Zakat Literacy Index (ILZ) of the Kuningan Regency community gets a value of 83.12 which is counted in the high literacy category. The highest indicator in this study is the variable knowledge of zakat in general with a score of 94.03. And the lowest indicator in this measurement lies in the variable knowledge of digital payment zakat with a score of 51.35. Keywords: Literacy, Measurement, Zakat Literacy Index

Abstract

nterpersonal communication is a basic activity and naturally, every human being must do this activity as a form of mutual understanding and understanding of the activities of exchanging ideas, ideas, and thoughts of two humans who carry out communication activities. In the world of education, of course, communication is the main tool in determining the success of delivering knowledge from teachers to students. As a student who is part of the world of education, the thesis is a responsibility and one of the requirements for graduation. This research was carried out to know the relationship between student interpersonal communication and thesis lecturer with the motivation to compose a thesis. The research method used is a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The population used is the 2016, 2017, and 2018, Islamic Communication and Broadcasting study program at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor with a total of 59 students as respondents. Data processing using SPSS 20 with Pearson product-moment correlation analysis technique. The results obtained are significant values ​​that have been obtained on the X variable (interpersonal communication) with the Y variable (the motivation to compose the thesis) of 0.000 < 0.05. In the calculation of the value of rcount > rtable, it is obtained that 0.687 > 0.252, which can be concluded that the interpersonal communication between students and thesis lecturer with the motivation to write a thesis has a strong relationship. The interpretation that the higher the interpersonal communication relationship between students and thesis lecturer, the motivation also increases students in writing thesis.
