Abstract

The world of education has many goals to be achieved, one of which is to foster religious character and develop good character in students. By habituating the recitation of the Qur'an in schools, students should be able to understand and form a religious character in themselves. This study aims to determine the level of habituation of the recitation of the Qur'an of class XI students at SMAN 1 Bogor City, to determine the level of religious character of class XI students at SMAN 1 Bogor City and to determine whether there is an influence of the habituation of the recitation of the Qur'an on the religious character of class XI students at SMAN 1 Bogor City. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. This study used a population of all eleventh-grade students at SMAN 1 Bogor City, with a sample of 159 students drawn randomly. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20 application.The results of the study show that: First, the habit of Al-Qur'an recitation of grade XI students at SMAN 1 Bogor City obtained a value in the "very good" category with an average value (mean) of 48.54. Second, the religious character of grade XI students at SMAN 1 Bogor City obtained a value in the "good" category with an average value (mean) of 46.02. And third, the results of the simple linear regression test obtained a calculated t value of 27.741> t table 1.654, a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and a coefficient of determination value of 0.831 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a significant influence between the habit of Al-Qur'an recitation on the religious character of grade XI students at SMAN 1 Bogor City by 83.1% while the remaining 16.9% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Supervision based on an Islamic worldview is believed to be capable of improving the quality of content standards in Islamic educational institutions, such as Qur'anic junior high schools. This study was motivated by the crisis faced by Muslims due to internal and external challenges, including the trends of globalisation and secularisation in education, which have shifted society's views away from Islamic values towards a secular worldview. This study aims to analyse the application of Islamic worldview-based supervision in improving content quality standards at Qur'an junior high schools. A qualitative approach was used with a case study method to gain an in-depth understanding of the context and implementation in the field. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that Qur'an junior high schools have made efforts to integrate the general and religious curricula and implement the national curriculum, but there are still weaknesses, including the lack of implementation of the concepts of fardhu 'ain and fardhu kifayah, the suboptimal Islamisation of the national curriculum, and the failure to make the Qur'an the core of the curriculum. The conclusion of this study emphasises the importance of supervision based on an Islamic worldview to strengthen the integration of Islamic values, foster students' faith and noble character, and serve as the basis for curriculum development in Islamic educational institutions. Abstrak Supervisi berbasis Islamic worldview diyakini mampu meningkatkan mutu standar isi pada lembaga pendidikan Islam, seperti SMP Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh krisis yang dihadapi umat Islam akibat tantangan internal dan eksternal, termasuk arus globalisasi dan sekularisasi pendidikan yang menggeser pandangan masyarakat dari nilai-nilai Islam menuju pandangan dunia sekuler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan supervisi berbasis Islamic worldview dalam peningkatan mutu standar isi di SMP Al-Qur’an. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam terhadap konteks dan implementasi di lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMP Al-Qur’an telah berupaya mengintegrasikan kurikulum umum dan agama serta menerapkan kurikulum nasional, namun masih terdapat kelemahan, antara lain belum terimplementasinya konsep fardhu ‘ain dan fardhu kifayah, belum optimalnya Islamisasi kurikulum nasional, serta belum menjadikan Al-Qur’an sebagai inti kurikulum. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya supervisi yang berlandaskan Islamic worldview untuk memperkuat integrasi nilai keislaman, menumbuhkan iman dan akhlak mulia siswa, serta menjadi dasar pengembangan kurikulum di lembaga pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low level of Arabic language learning outcomes for fourth grade students at Al Irsyad Elementary School, Bogor City. This research aims to determine the influence of visual image media on Arabic language learning outcomes. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was all students in Al Irsyad Elementary School, Bogor City, totaling 348 students. The sample for this research was 58 grade IV students at Al Irsyad Elementary School, Bogor City. The data collection method was carried out using a test method, namely an objective test instrument (multiple choice).  The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques, namely the t-test.  The results of this research show that there is a significant influence of the use of visual image media on the Arabic language learning outcomes of class IV students at Al Irsyad Elementary School, Bogor City based on the t-test that the Sig. (2-tailed) 0.039 < 0.05, which means that there is an influence of the use of visual image media on Arabic language learning outcomes. This can also be seen from the average score of experimental class students using visual image media, namely 86 and the average score of control group students, namely 73. So there is a significant influence of the use of image visual media on Arabic language learning outcomes for fourth grade elementary school students. Al Irsyad, Bogor City, Academic Year 2023/2024.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the limited research on the low interest in learning among students in the subject of Islamic Cultural History, despite the fact that this phenomenon has a significant impact on education. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the Kahoot! application on student interest in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam, SKI) in the twelfth grade at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Bogor. The method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach and a non-equivalent design, with a sample of 60 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a learning interest questionnaire instrument designed to measure student engagement, interest, attention, and enjoyment, and were analyzed using an independent sample t-test. The results indicate that there is a significant effect of the Kahoot! application on student interest in the SKI subject for twelfth grade at MAN 1 Kota Bogor. The main conclusion of this study is that the analysis results from the independent sample t-test using SPSS 26.0 show that Kahoot! is an effective interactive learning tool for increasing student interest, evidenced by higher evaluation scores in the experimental class. Therefore, Kahoot! is recommended as an alternative for teaching SKI as it creates a fun and engaging learning environment. The implications of this research encompass theoretical aspects, where this study contributes to strengthening the theory regarding the importance of interactive learning media in enhancing student interest, as well as practical aspects for teachers, where the use of Kahoot! can be a fun teaching strategy that improves student engagement in the classroom. These findings can serve as a basis for schools or educational institutions to integrate interactive digital media into the curriculum, especially in technology-based learning.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi setiap insan. Dengan pendidikan akan meningkatkan kualitas suatu bangsa. Bidang pendidikan di Indonesia berkembang dengan pesat. Banyaknya pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan membuat evolusi ini cukup jelas. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil pembelajaran, adanya berbagai pilihan media dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengetahui implementasi media pembelajaran e-learning dan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas V-A SD Bosowa Bina Insani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti, hasil data yang ditemukan bahwa di SD Bosowa Bina Insani mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran e-learning digunakan untuk proses evaluasi hasil belajar pada saat UTS/UAS dengan aplikasi LMS (Learning Management System) bosowaschool.com menggunakan smartphone/tablet/laptop dengan jaringan koneksi internet yang baik. Upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa ada banyak caranya, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran yang tepat, pemberian penghargaan verbal, menciptakan manajemen kelas yang baik dan menjadikan suasana kelas yang menyenangkan dengan cara mengadakan permainan edukatif dan ice breaking.

Abstract

Kuliah kerja nyata merupakan salah satu kegiatan untuk syarat wisuda setiap mahasiswa di Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor. Selama kurang lebih 30 hari, mahasiswa melakukan pendekatan dengan masyarakat dan merencakan program-program kerja di Desa Kalong I Kecamatan Leuwisadeng. Masyarakat di Desa Kalong I merupakan masyarakat yang beragam (heterogen) sehingga program-program kerja disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan potensi yang ada. Pendidikan, teknologi, kesehatan, dan ekonomi merupakah salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat Desa Kalong I. Sebanyak 16% masyarakat Desa Kalong I masih mengemban dunia Pendidikan dan sisanya merupakan masyarakat dewasa yang berdagang. Namun, minimnya fasilitas yang memadai untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka, membuat mereka kurang mendapat literasi terhadap pentingnya membaca, mempelajari ekonomi perdagangan, ilmu kesehatan, dan teknologi. Pembangunan Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM) ini merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang dapat meningkatkan multi disiplin di masyarakat. Pada TBM ini, tersedia buku-buku dari berbagai bidang seperti bidang agama, pendidikan, ekonomi, dan pengetahuan umum.

Abstract

Penanaman nilai tauhid kepada anak menjadi bagian terpenting dalam kehidupan, dan dalam proses penanaman tersebut tidak sedikit cara yang bisa diterapkan kepada anak. Untuk itu pada penelitian ini, peneliti menanamkan ketauhidan pada anak melalui kalimat toyyibah untuk mengenal dan mengimani penciptanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan benteng, fondasi keimanan tentang ke Esaan Allah kepada anak tingkat SD di kampung Gunung Koneng dengan menanamkan nilai tauhid melalui penjabaran makna kalimat toyyibah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan PAR (Participatory Action Research). Dalam penelitian ini pula peneliti menggunakan pengumpulan data berupa angket, dokumentasi dan observasi. Peneliti menyusun angket dengan pernyataan untuk di isi oleh beberapa anak tingkat SD di kampung Gunung Koneng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan mempelajari kalimat toyyibah memudahkan anak dalam mengenal Rabbnya sehingga tertanam dalam diri mereka bahwa segala sesuatu tujuan hanya untuk Allah termasuk dalam hal ibadah. Meskipun Allah tidak terlihat, anak-anak percaya dan yakin Allah itu maujud dan wajib di imani. Tidak hanya dengan proses belajar mengajar saja, melainkan melalui proses pembiasaan, mengkaitkan dengan lingkungan sekitar dan tadabbur alam menjadi alternatif peneliti dalam penanaman nilai tauhid kepada anak tingkat SD sesuai dengan makna yang terkandung pada kalimat toyyibah.

Abstract

Disasters have long-term psychological impacts, both visible ones such as depression and psychosomatic as well as invisible ones such as family conflicts to divorce. On November 22, 2022, an earthquake occurred in Cianjur Regency, the worst condition was in Cugenang District. The disaster that occurred affected the stability of residents' lives due to the loss of family members, residences, closed access roads, loss of business land as well as other properties. Apart from that, the survivors witnessed their houses collapse without remains, and the people closest to them died or were injured, the frightening earthquake incidents have affected their mental health so that they become afraid, withdraw from their environment, have difficulty managing their emotions, are not calm, and worry all the time. There need to be psychological assistance services in the form of assistance for survivors of severe, moderate, and mild trauma. Intensive assistance can only be carried out by trained personnel who are ready to live close to survivors. The Padaluyu PKK mobilizing group has the potential to be trained (TOT). 35 representatives from each RT were selected to be trained in healing and art therapy materials. Then the 10 best participants were selected accompanied by 10 BKPI students to implement their abilities to assist survivors in RW 07 RT 03 Kampung Barujamas Padaluyu in three categories of survivors children, youth, and adults. Testimonials from 10 PKK activists and Barujamas residents stated that the mentoring program was very useful.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Flipped Classroom learning model on student engagement in the subject of Akidah Akhlak in class X at MAN 1 Bogor. This research is motivated by the low student engagement in the subject of Akidah Akhlak due to the insufficient use of conventional methods that do not actively involve students in the learning process, which has a significant impact on the context of the research. The objective of this study is to measure the extent of the influence of the Flipped Classroom learning model on student engagement in the learning process. The method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental research design of a non-equivalent control group design, involving a sample of 70 students selected using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that the Flipped Classroom model has a positive effect on student engagement in the subject of Akidah Akhlak in class X at MAN 1 Bogor. The better the learning model and methods used by the teacher, the higher the student engagement in the learning process. Therefore, if a teacher designs the learning process well using various models and methods, it will have a positive impact on student engagement in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning method on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMAN 10 Bogor. This research includes experimental research. The population in this study included all class XI students at SMAN 10 Bogor consisting of 8 classes. Then from this population two classes were taken randomly to be used as research samples, namely class XI F as the experimental class and class XI H as the control class consisting of 30 students in each class. The instrument in this research uses pre-test and post-test questions that have been validated by experts, namely PAI subject teachers. Based on the research results, the average score obtained for the experimental class after treatment using the Teams Games Tournament method was 84.33. Meanwhile, the average score for the control class was 61.67. Next, it was tested using the t test with the SPSS statistics 26 for windows application, the results obtained were Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. This shows that the Sig (2-tailed) value is <0.005. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning method on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects.
