Abstract

This study explores the impact of Effectiveness, Additional Employee Income (TPP), and Work Motivation on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Medan City Health Service, with Discipline as a moderating variable. The quantitative method was employed with a population of 190 ASN employees, and a sample of 127 ASN. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. The research findings indicate a positive and significant influence of Effectiveness, TPP, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on the performance of ASN in the Medan City Health Service. Additionally, there is a positive and significant impact of Effectiveness, TPP, and Work Motivation on the performance of ASN moderated by Work Discipline. The conclusion drawn from this research is that Work Discipline has the most significant influence on the performance of ASN, while TPP has the least impact. Recommendations involve enhancing focus on developing Work Discipline to significantly improve employee performance. Despite TPP having the smallest impact, strategic considerations are still necessary in incentive management to maintain employee motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership, and work environment on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Reg I Medan City. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of this study is all employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Reg I Medan City totaling 35 people, with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that organizational culture, leadership, and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, organizational culture, leadership and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The adjusted R square value is 0.586, which means that 58.6% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the variation of the three independent variables, namely organizational culture, leadership, and work environment. While the remaining 41.4% was explained by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

Trust in ensuring government and commercial institutions is necessary for long-term effectiveness. This trust is an important aspect in society. Alternatively, some companies may experience a crisis in which they fall victim to public trust, giving rise to distrust of the organization. The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the influence motivation on the job satisfaction of the Medan Helvetia Distric Head Office, and to analyze the influence of employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction in Medan Helvetia Distric Head Office. The sample type for this research is descriptive quantitative, the research consisted of 50 people, the data was analyzed using the SEM (structural equation modeling) method. Overall, from the results and discussion in the research, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation variables are able to job satisfaction on employee performance in the Medan Helvetia Distric Head Office

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work performance appraisal, organizational commitment and work discipline on employee performance through compensation to work units-national Narcotics Agency North Sumatra. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis techniques using SMART PLS. The population in this study is all employees of the National Narcotics Agency of North Sumatra Province which amounted to 126 people and with the slovin formula a sample of 56 employees was obtained. The results of the study show that organizational commitment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on compensation. Organizational commitment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. As well as organizational commitment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through compensation

Abstract

Study This aiming For analyze factors that influence teacher performance at SMA Negeri 12 Medan. Research This use approach quantitative with type study descriptive causal . Population in study This is all teachers of State Senior High School 12 Medan who have own certificate educator as many as 49 people. Retrieval technique sample using saturated sampling Where all over population made into as sample research . The data used consists of from the primary data obtained through distribution questionnaire to respondents , and secondary data obtained from documentation school . Data collection was carried out through method questionnaires , observations , and studies documentation . Data analysis techniques using analysis multiple linear regression with SPSS software version 29 assistance . Before done analysis regression , data first formerly tested with assumption test classical tests including normality tests , multicollinearity tests , and heteroscedasticity tests . The results of the study show that in a way partial variable Discipline Work , Competence , and Motivation Work influential positive and significant to teacher performance . On the other hand , the allowance Profession No influential significant to teacher performance . The results of the simultaneous F test also confirmed that fourth variable in a way together influential positive and significant to teacher performance . Regression model show The R value is 0.718, which indicates connection positive enough strong between variable independence and teacher performance .

Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Training, Career Development and Work Motivation on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT Weltes Energi Nusantara. The purpose of this study is to analyze how training, career development, and work motivation simultaneously and partially affect employee performance, as well as the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the relationship. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Weltes Energi Nusantara. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis proposed and processed with SPSS software version 29.0. The results of the study show that training, career development, and work motivation each have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance directly. Job satisfaction has also been proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. In the mediation effect analysis, it was found that training did not have a significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. However, career development and job motivation are proven to have a significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. These findings indicate that a good career development program and high job motivation can effectively improve employee performance through increased job satisfaction, while the influence of training on performance is more effective directly without mediating job satisfaction.

Abstract

Employee performance and job satisfaction are two factors that are closely related and have a crucial role for PT Thong Energi Langkat, where a high level of job satisfaction will encourage employees to give their best performance so that they can increase the company's overall productivity. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, job training, self-efficacy, and career development on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Thong Langkat Energi. The problem behind this study is that there are indications of declining employee performance that need to be identified as the causative factors. The research used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The data collection method was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents using the Likert scale 1-5. The population in this study is all employees of PT Thong Langkat Energi totaling 50 people, with a sampling technique using the census method so that the entire population is used as a research sample. The data used is primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires and secondary data from company documentation. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach through SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that job satisfaction does not have a significant influence on employee performance. Competence has a significant effect on job satisfaction, but does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Job training has a significant influence on job satisfaction, but not on employee performance. Career development has no significant influence on either job satisfaction or employee performance. Self-efficacy does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, but it does have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between competence, job training, career development, and self-efficacy on employee performance.

Abstract

The success of an organization depends heavily on the quality of human resources in it. Competency-based human resource development aims to improve productivity, work quality, and customer satisfaction, which ultimately benefits the organization. Employees who are satisfied with their work will be more committed, productive, and highly dedicated to the company, while employees who are dissatisfied with their work tend to experience turnover and decreased productivity. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and co-worker relationships on employee job satisfaction through work environment factors. The results of the study show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on the work environment in CV. Anugerah Prima Metalindo, as well as colleagues who have a positive and significant influence on the work environment. In addition, leadership and colleague relationships also have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The work environment also has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. This study also reveals that leadership and colleague relationships have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction through the work environment as a connecting variable in CV. Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana menerapkan Strategi Manajemen Unggul dalam Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dapat meningkatkan kinerja akademik di institusi pendidikan. Penelitian ini menekankan elemen strategis seperti manajemen kinerja guru, perencanaan, rekrutmen, dan pelatihan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi manajemen unggul membantu mencapai tujuan pendidikan dan meningkatkan produktivitas di tempat kerja. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa keberhasilan strategi ini bergantung pada kolaborasi antara pengajar, staf manajemen, dan pihak berkepentingan eksternal. Studi ini memberikan pedoman praktis bagi institusi pendidikan untuk memasukkan strategi manajemen yang efektif sebagai bagian penting dari upaya mereka untuk meningkatkan kinerja pendidikan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study's objective was to identify and analyze sustainable economic growth through the strengthening of digitalpreneurs and creativepreneurs for MSME actors in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Province. In addition, economic growth is the process of changing a nation's economic conditions in a sustainable fashion towards a more prosperous state for all its citizens over time. In an effort to increase economic growth, the government has promoted the spirit and spirit of entrepreneurship, particularly becoming a digitalpreneur, which is part of entrepreneurship based on the large number of internet users in Indonesia, especially mobile internet, in the hope that digitalpreneurs can become a potential new pillar of the national economy that grows and develops from the creative-preneur spirit of the nation's generation in developing businesse. The method employed is a quantitative descriptive method, namely the study of literature, theory, or literature in order to provide an overview of certain facets of the examined population's way of life. The research sample included 30 respondents who were involved with MSMEs. The results of the study indicate that digitalpreneurs and creativepreneurs have a positive and significant impact on sustainable economic growth.
