Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work stress, self-efficacy and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT. Mahkota Group Tbk. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires. The population in the research was 69 employees who came from personal management at PT. Mahkota Group Tbk, while the researcher's determination technique used a saturated sample. Where the entire population is used as a sample or census method. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data, while the data analysis methods used in this research are multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the questionnaire item statement is declared valid because the value of rcount> rtable. Partially (one by one) it was found that the influence of the work stress variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) where the work discipline variable had a value of tcount> ttable. Partially (one by one) it was found that the influence of the self-effcacy variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) where the work discipline variable had a value of tcount> ttable. Partially (one by one) it was found that the influence of the work discipline variable (X3) had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) where the work discipline variable had a value of tcount> ttable. and Overall (simultaneously) the influence of the work stress variable (X1), self ability (X2) and work discipline variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) because the calculated Fcount for the work stress variable (X1), self-efficacy (X2) and work discipline variable (X3) > Ftable. The determination results obtained from work stress (X1), self-efficacy (X2) and work discipline (X3) can show a strong relationship to employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of PKK women in producing liquid detergent as an effort to promote community empowerment and household self-reliance. The activity was conducted in Graha Rawa Bangun Housing Area, Tuah Karya Village, Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. The implementation methods included educational sessions, hands-on training on liquid detergent production, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The training materials covered the introduction of raw materials, the function of each component, production procedures, and safety aspects related to the use of household chemicals. The evaluation results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge. The average level of participants’ knowledge increased from 16% in the pre-test to 85% in the post-test, with an overall improvement of 69%. Improvements were observed in both the understanding of primary cleaning agents and auxiliary ingredients in liquid detergent formulations. These findings demonstrate that an educational approach integrating simple scientific explanations with practical training is effective in enhancing participants’ capacity. The outputs of this activity include improved knowledge and skills of PKK women in producing safe and applicable liquid detergent, which has the potential to support household independence and community empowerment.

Abstract

Abstract: The high number of cases of Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) is linked to several causes, such as low-income levels and unstable employment (poverty), which result in families' inability to meet the nutritional needs of pregnant women. Low education levels affect the thinking and understanding of pregnant women regarding the importance of nutrition during pregnancy, as well as the limited access to quality healthcare services, including antenatal care facilities, which can lead to delays in the early detection and treatment of CED. This condition needs immediate intervention to anticipate the long-term impacts that can result in risks for both the mother and the newborn who do not receive adequate nutrition. To address this issue, it is necessary to implement a Stunting Prevention Movement program, which includes the provision of supplementary feeding (PMT), education on stunting and balanced nutrition, assistance with entrepreneurship training, and business simulations with a relevant theme.

Abstract

Magnetite/hydroxyapatite (Fe3O4/HA) nanocomposites are promising materials for biomedical applications, particularly in targeted drug delivery. This study investigates the effects of hydrothermal reaction time and FeCl3 precursor concentration on the structural, morphological, and magnetic properties of Fe3O4/HA composite powders synthesized via a one-pot hydrothermal method. The resulting composites exhibit biphasic structures comprising magnetite (cubic phase) and hydroxyapatite (hexagonal phase) crystallites, with average sizes ranging from 22 to 30 nm. Both increased reaction time and FeCl3 concentration contributed to the growth of crystal size. A notable enhancement in specific surface area was observed, increasing from 48.21 to 67.41 m2/g as FeCl3 concentration decreased from 0.15 to 0.05 M at a fixed reaction time of 15 h. Magnetic characterization revealed that the composites exhibited superparamagnetic behavior, with the highest saturation magnetization (Ms) reaching 17.27 emu/g. These results demonstrate that tuning synthesis parameters can optimize the structural and magnetic properties of Fe3O4/HA nanocomposites, making them strong candidates for use in controlled drug delivery systems.

Abstract

Tourism-based micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in supporting local economic activities, particularly in coastal tourism areas such as Pantai Carita. However, their high dependence on tourist arrivals exposes them to significant financial risks, including income instability, rising operational costs, and cash flow constraints. This community service activity aims to strengthen the financial risk management capacity of MSME actors through practical and context-based interventions. The program was conducted on 15–17 December 2025, involving 50 tourism MSME actors from culinary, rental, and service sectors. A participatory approach was applied through counseling and direct mentoring. Counseling sessions covered financial risk concepts and simple bookkeeping, while mentoring focused on the practical implementation of daily cash flow recording and risk identification. The results show significant quantitative improvements: understanding of financial risk increased from 22% to 78%, daily cash flow recording from 18% to 72%, and emergency fund allocation from 10% to 60%. In addition, the ability to identify business risks rose from 25% to 80%, while financial-based decision making improved from 28% to 73%. These results indicate that simple and practical interventions effectively enhance financial awareness, managerial capability, and adaptive behavior of MSMEs in managing business risks
