Abstract

This study explores the impact of information technology utilization, the implementation of accounting information systems, and the application of internal control systems on the integrity of financial reports produced by companies. The integrity of financial reporting can be enhanced through the effective implementation of accounting information systems and internal controls. A well-designed accounting information system facilitates the production of high-quality financial statements that adhere to regulatory standards. Such a system must address key issues, including data security, timely information retrieval, report accuracy, report variety, and compliance with financial reporting standards. Enhancing the quality of financial reports can also be achieved by implementing a robust internal control system, which encompasses communication, monitoring, the control environment, risk assessment, and control measures. The integration of internal control systems, the application of information technology, and the establishment of effective accounting information systems collectively contribute to the improvement of financial report quality.

Abstract

The study investigated the effectiveness of AI-driven learning tools in enhancing Grade 6 students’ mastery of the past tense in English grammar. The research aimed to explore how artificial intelligence could be leveraged to facilitate personalized, adaptive learning experiences that promoted better retention and application of past tense rules. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study combined quantitative measures of grammar proficiency with qualitative data from interviews and observations of student interactions with AI-based learning platforms. The participants, consisting of 60 Grade 6 students from a public school in an urban setting, engaged with an AI-powered application over a period of 8 weeks. Results indicated a significant improvement in students’ understanding and use of the past tense, with students reporting higher engagement and confidence in grammar tasks. The findings underscored the potential of AI tools to provide tailored learning experiences that catered to individual learning paces and styles. The study concluded that AI-driven learning environments could enhance grammar acquisition in elementary education, offering implications for future integration of technology in English language teaching.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar adalah kebijakan baru yang dikeluarkan oleh Ke-menterian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia. Pelaksanaan merdeka belajar dalam bentuk upaya yang diberikan kepada masing-masing satuan pendidikan gratis dapat berinovasi yang juga tentunya disesuaikan dengan wilayah masing-masing satu-an pendidikan sebagai keterbukaan terhadap proses pembelajaran dari rumah yang nantinya dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar tanpa ha-rus diwajibkan oleh standar penyelesaian dan standar kelulusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan merdeka belajar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matemat-ika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pustaka dengan pen-dekatan kualitatif yang akan dipaparkan secara deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah kajian dari artikel ilmiah yang sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Hasil beberapa peneliti menemukan bahwa kurikulum merdeka belajar sudah diimplementasikan di sekolah dasar (sekolah penggerak). Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebijakan ku-rikulum merdeka belajar sudah diimplementasikan meskipun memer-lukan beberapa perbaikan dan pengembangan. Penelitian mengenai implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar masih jarang ditemui, se-hingga direkomendasikan untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait analisis implementasi kebijakan kurikulum merdeka belajar, baik pada jenjang sekolah maupun perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

In the new trend of the transformation of women's roles from the 19th century to the present, a number of issues have emerged within religious communities, causing women to face ethical and psychological dilemmas. Therefore, this study aims to describe gender and family welfare; the Islamic perspective on the transformation of women's roles in the era of globalization. This research applies the library research method with a philosophical approach and analyzes the data using an interdisciplinary perspective. The findings of the study are as follows: First, through education and the development of communication technology, both women and men have equal opportunities to access information, which allows for equality between women and men, both inside and outside the household. Second, spiritually, socially, economically, and politically, Islam, through various verses in the Qur'an, has allowed women to become modern individuals by engaging in activities just like other human beings. Third, family empowerment can be achieved by building the principle of Tawhid; making the Qur'an the guide for family life; using the criteria of faith and piety as measures of success; fostering friendly, polite, and gentle behavior within the family; and nurturing a balance between modernity and spirituality in the family. Abstract

Hypertension or often called high blood pressure is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg. Hypertension is called the silent killer disease because it often occurs without complaint because it shows no symptoms. Puskesmas is one of the health service facilities in indonesia which aims to increase awareness and ability to live a healthy life for everyone who lives in the work area. To determine the relationship between the characteristics and knowledge of hypertensive patients at the Pekauman Health Center, Banjarmasin City. The method used in the study is a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted from December to July 2023 at the Pekauman Health Center in Banjarmasin City with a sample of 96 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study obtained 96 respondent, the most respondent aged 46-55 years 53 people (55,21), the sex which was mostly female was 75 people (78,13%), the most education was  junior high school education 47 people (43,75%), the most jobs are housewives as many as 75 people (78,12%), the results obtained with the chi-square test based on age characteristics p= 0,002, in gender 0,026, in education 0,000, in jobs 0,036 means p<0,05, so there is a relationship between the characteristics and knowledge of hypertensive patients. Abstract

This study examines the management of ta'lim through an integrative analysis of Surah Al-Baqarah verses 30-35 and thematic hadith. The research aims to describe ta'lim as an Islamic education management concept that transcends the mere transfer of knowledge, emphasizing holistic education encompassing cognitive, moral, and character development. This study employs a literature-based thematic analysis (maudu'i) that integrates the Qur'an and Hadith as foundational sources. The findings reveal that ta'lim is an integral process in Islamic education that combines knowledge transmission with character formation, guided by divine teachings. The concept emphasizes the unity of cognitive and affective domains, forming a balanced approach to education. This research further demonstrates the relevance of ta'lim in contemporary educational contexts, particularly in formal and non-formal institutions such as pesantren and madrasah. The study's unique contribution lies in its integrative perspective, which highlights the synergy between Qur'anic verses and hadith in shaping a holistic Islamic education framework. It offers a renewed understanding of ta'lim as the foundation for comprehensive human development.

Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi kelurahan yang efisien merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Kelurahan Halim Perdanakusuma menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan administrasi yang masih manual dan terfragmentasi, yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Administrasi (SIMA) di kelurahan tersebut. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data administrasi, meningkatkan akuntabilitas, serta mempercepat proses pelayanan publik. Pelatihan kepada aparat kelurahan dan masyarakat mengenai penggunaan SIMA juga dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari program pemberdayaan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIMA di Kelurahan Halim Perdanakusuma telah meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, mempermudah akses informasi, dan memperkuat transparansi dalam pelayanan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIMA berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan administrasi sebesar 65%, mengurangi waktu tunggu layanan hingga 45%, serta meningkatkan akurasi data administrasi hingga 90%. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan kompetensi digital aparatur kelurahan sebesar 75% dari kondisi awal, serta peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan dari 45% menjadi 85%. Masyarakat kini dapat lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam pengelolaan administrasi kelurahan. Ke depan, disarankan untuk terus memperbarui dan mengembangkan sistem ini, serta meningkatkan kapasitas digital masyarakat agar manfaat yang diperoleh dan bersifat berkelanjutan.   Efficient management of urban village administration is an important aspect in improving the quality of public services. Halim Perdanakusuma Urban Village faces challenges in administrative management that are still manual and fragmented, which affects the effectiveness of services to the community. Therefore, a community service was carried out with the aim of developing and implementing an Administrative Management Information System (SIMA) in the village. The system was designed to simplify administrative data management, increase accountability, and speed up the public service process. Training for village officials and the community on the use of SIMA was also conducted as part of the empowerment program. The results of this activity show that the implementation of SIMA in Halim Perdanakusuma Village has improved administrative efficiency, facilitated access to information, and strengthened transparency in services. The results of this activity showed that the implementation of SIMA succeeded in increasing the efficiency of administrative services by 65%, reducing service waiting time by 45%, and increasing the accuracy of administrative data by 90%. In addition, there was an increase in the digital competence of village officials by 75% from the initial condition, and an increase in community satisfaction with services from 45% to 85%. The community can now more actively participate in the management of urban village administration. In the future, it is recommended to continue updating and developing this system, as well as increasing the digital capacity of the community so that the benefits obtained and are sustainable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of occupational health and safety (OHS) and work environment on employee performance through risk management at PIP Semarang. The main issue identified is how OHS and the work environment influence employee performance both directly and through risk management. The population of the study includes all employees of PIP Semarang, with a sample of 100 civil servants selected randomly. The research employs a quantitative method using questionnaires for data collection. Data analysis is performed using SMART PLS to evaluate the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that both OHS and the work environment have a significant direct positive impact on risk management, and also directly affect employee performance. Additionally, risk management plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between OHS, work environment, and performance. The study concludes that improvements in OHS and the work environment can enhance employee performance both directly and through risk management. Recommendations for PIP Semarang include enhancing the work environment and OHS practices, and improving coordination in risk management to boost overall employee performance.

Abstract

As global supply chains increasingly digitize their operations, cybersecurity in logistics information systems has become a critical concern. This study aims to synthesize current knowledge on cybersecurity threats, technological advancements, and strategic responses within the logistics sector. A structured narrative review was conducted using IEEE Xplore, Scopus, and Web of Science to identify relevant literature published between 2013 and 2024. The search utilized targeted Boolean combinations incorporating technical and operational keywords to ensure a holistic review. The findings highlight the prevalence of cyber threats such as ransomware, phishing, and DDoS attacks, which significantly affect operational continuity and data integrity. In response, emerging technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence are increasingly adopted to enhance detection, transparency, and risk mitigation. Despite these advancements, systemic challenges persist, including the reliance on legacy systems, regulatory fragmentation, and insufficient coordination between public and private sectors. This review emphasizes the need for integrated cybersecurity frameworks that align technical solutions with strategic policy reforms. Effective implementation requires not only technological innovation but also cross-sectoral collaboration, updated regulatory structures, and workforce development. Future research should explore empirical effectiveness, especially in diverse regional contexts, and investigate intersections between cybersecurity, sustainability, and governance. These insights offer a pathway toward resilient and secure logistics systems in a digitalized global economy.

Abstract

This narrative review examines the integration of health systems, the role of public-private partnerships, and the effectiveness of disease surveillance mechanisms in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). The aim is to synthesize the current body of literature on these critical health system components, exploring both structural and operational barriers that hinder effective policy implementation. The review employs a narrative methodology, gathering evidence from peer-reviewed studies, policy evaluations, and systematic reviews. The results highlight the importance of inter-organizational coordination, data integration, and stakeholder engagement in improving health system performance. Moreover, the review identifies key systemic factors such as infrastructure quality, governance coherence, and data capacity as pivotal in determining the success of health interventions. The discussion underscores the need for integrated policy frameworks that align central and local health efforts, as well as the importance of community-based participatory governance in enhancing policy effectiveness. The review concludes by recommending strategies to overcome structural barriers, including digital health system integration and improved multi-sectoral coordination. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies and the integration of qualitative data to further inform policy-making and enhance system resilience.
