Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara terstruktur kepada responden dengan berpedoman pada kuisioner yang disebarkan pada responden sebanyak 100 karyawan dari 134 populasi dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis analisis jalur. dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja (2) Ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja (3) Ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja (4) Ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja dan, (5) Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada divisi Consumer Collection PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk.Untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi ada tuntutan untuk peningkatan dalam penerapan budaya perusahaan dalam berorganisasi, peningkatan gaya kepemimpinan, memberikan situasi kondisi yang yang dapat mendukung motivasi kerja karyawan untuk mencapai prestasi kerja.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, prestasi kerja.

Abstract

Adanya Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada turunnya penjualan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sampai dengan 80% dari periode sebelumnya. Begitu juga dengan UMKM yang ada di Kampung Bojong, Anyer, Banten mengalami penurunan penjualan sampai dengan 50%. Hal tersebut berdampak pada perekonomian Kampung Bojong karena mayoritas perekonomian mengandalkan dari UMKM salah satunya menjadi penjual makanan dan Oleh-oleh di Kawasan Wisata Pantai Anyer. Fakta mengenai penurunan jumlah wisatawan ke Pantai Anyer, kurangnya akses pendanaan dan lemahnya kompetensi di bidang digital turut memberikan dampak pandemi semakin luas. Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan hal tersebut adalah tidak adanya legalitas UMKM dan kurangnya kompetensi dalam pengelolaan pemasaran digital. Oleh karena itu, pada program pengabdian ini dilakukan peningkatan kompetensi UMKM melalui pendampingan pengurusan Nomor Izin Berusaha (NIB) dan juga pengelolaan dan pemasaran UMKM berbasis digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah diperolehnya NIB untuk UMKM. Selain itu, penambahan kompetensi pada pengelolaan dan pemasaran digital juga didapatkan dalam rangka adaptasi di era digital

Abstract

In Islam, the term mahram means a person who is forbidden to marry. Although Islam has determined it, in jorong Bandar Mas nagari Cubadak Pasaman district, there is a tradition of prohibiting marriage relations for reasons outside the provisions of shara', namely, a man is prohibited from marrying a woman who is still in the same village with the man. Therefore, the author is interested in conducting research with the type of qualitative research that aims to understand the prohibition of marriage in one village. The results showed that one village marriage in the version of the Bandar Mas jorong community is a pantang marriage. Kawin pantang in Minangkabau custom can be understood as a marriage that is prohibited by custom or a marriage that cannot be carried out or held based on the values agreed upon in custom. In Islamic law, women who cannot be married are called mahrams. Linguistically, the term mahram comes from the word haram, which means forbidden or not allowed. The prohibition of marriage in the same village is not known in Islam. Regarding the prohibition of marriage in the same village, a common ground can be found between the two. Customary law can be considered to strengthen Islamic law. Marriage with someone other than a relative will strengthen the offspring, as reported by the Companions and the opinion of Imam Ghazali.

Abstract

KKNT Mathematics Department, Makassar State University in Jompie village, Ulaweng subdistrict, Bone district is a form of community service activity. The problem still faced by the people of Jompie Village is that they have not created a healthy and beautiful environment. Therefore, KKNT students held a work program GAUL to overcome this problem by carrying out community service activities to clean the environment so that a healthy and clean environment is obtained. The results obtained during the implementation of the work program GAUL were the construction of rubbish bins at several points, painting village boundaries, carrying out community service, and making gates.

Abstract

Mathematical literacy is essential for students to apply mathematical reasoning in real-world contexts, yet its development often relies on foundational knowledge. Understanding how the mastery of prerequisite knowledge influences mathematical literacy can help formulate more effective teaching strategies. This study explores the relationship between students' mathematical literacy levels and their mastery of prerequisite knowledge in grade XI of high school. This study used a qualitative approach, five students were selected based on their mastery of prerequisite knowledge and mathematical literacy. Data were collected through tests and interviews, with methodological triangulation to ensure validity. The study's findings showed varying literacy outcomes according to mastery of prerequisites. Students with high-medium ability demonstrated competence in fairly complex tasks but struggled with advanced reasoning. In contrast, students with medium-high abilities could interpret and apply information well but faced challenges in solving high-level problems. This study suggests that the development of mathematical literacy is not always linear with the mastery of prerequisites, highlighting the importance of teaching strategies that integrate conceptual understanding with literacy skills. These insights contribute to mathematics education by emphasizing the role of foundational knowledge in improving students' mathematical literacy.

Abstract

Taxation plays a pivotal role in advancing sustainable development goals (SDGs), yet its implementation faces several systemic challenges. This narrative review aims to explore the effectiveness of tax policies in supporting SDGs through the lenses of environmental taxation, fiscal incentives, progressive tax reforms, and digital transformation. A qualitative review method was employed to synthesize findings from recent empirical and comparative studies, focusing on the interaction between taxation mechanisms and sustainability outcomes. The results highlight that environmental taxes effectively reduce carbon emissions and promote energy efficiency, while fiscal incentives drive investments in renewable energy by alleviating financial constraints. Progressive taxation contributes to income redistribution and social justice, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. Furthermore, institutional quality and good governance are crucial in enhancing the success of fiscal strategies, with countries exhibiting stronger institutions achieving higher efficiency and compliance. The digitalization of tax systems, including AI-enabled tax education, further improves transparency and public trust. Despite these benefits, challenges such as tax system complexity, coordination failures, and data limitations hinder the optimal realization of taxation’s potential. Thus, the study recommends integrated policy reforms, enhanced public engagement, and further interdisciplinary research to strengthen tax systems as instruments for sustainable development. These insights provide a strategic foundation for policymakers aiming to align fiscal systems with the global SDG agenda.

Abstract

This research aims to explore more deeply the thought of Fatchur Rahman's hadith. This research is qualitative research, library research in nature, so the primary source is Fatchur Rahman's written work entitled Ikhtishar Mushthalahul Hadith. Fatchur Rahman explains the limited definition of Hadith and the definition of Hadith from a more general perspective. Fatchur Rahman doesn't seem interested in discussing more broadly the differences between Hadith and Sunna, but Fatchur Rahman is more inclined to equate Sunna and Hadith. The definition of Hadith with a limited meaning according to Fatchur Rahman is: "Something attributed to the Prophet Muhammad saw. whether in the form of words, actions, statements (taqr?r) and so on (such as the characteristics, conditions and himmah or desires of the Prophet Muhammad.)." Meanwhile, the definition of Hadith contains a broad meaning, according to Fatchur Rahman's definition, which includes all news that is marfuk (relied on the Prophet saw), mauq?f (relied on ?a??bah) and maq??? (relied on tabiin). Fatchur Rahman developed a research study on hadith sanads using the hadith sanad scheme methodology. If Muhammad Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy had not had time to write about this, then Fatchur Rahman could be considered a pioneering example who explained how to carefully examine the framework of hadith sanad diagrams in full along with examples of hadith sanad schemes in his book entitled Ikhtishar Mushthalahul Hadith.

Abstract

This article discusses the involvement of Malay ulama in the production of religious books or also known as kitab kuning, especially fiqh books in the 17th century. This century, as stated by some local historians, is the beginning of the development of classical Malay books in various fields including religion. The discussion in this article is focused on two things namely the development of writing religious books, focused on fiqh books in the 17th century, while the second case reviews two sample books that have been written in the 17th century namely (1) the Sirat al-Mustaqim and (2) the Mir’ah al-Tullab fi Tashil Ma’rifah Ahkam al-Shari’ah li Mulk al-Wahhab. From the discussion of the above, it can be concluded that the activity of writing classical Malay religious works developed along with the activity of writing in other fields including the fields of Malay literature, Sufism, Malay and Islamic history, Quran and Islamic medicine

Abstract

The purpose of this literature review is to develop hypotheses regarding the influence between variables that can be used for further research in the field of human resource management. The article “Literature Review on Employee Productivity Determinants: An Analysis of Competence, Organizational Commitment, Career Path, and Motivation” is a scientific literature article in the field of human resource management. The approach used in this literature review is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used is literature study or reviewing previous relevant articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach were obtained from previous studies relevant to this study and sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar, and digital reference books. The results of this literature review article are as follows: 1) Competence influences employee productivity; 2) Organizational commitment influences employee productivity; 3) Career path influences employee productivity; and 4) Motivation influences employee productivity.

Abstract

Pencatatan stok yang tidak akurat menjadi kendala bagi UMKM, sering menyebabkan kerugian operasional akibat ketidaksesuaian data antar gudang karena kurangnya pemahaman teknologi dan sistem terpadu. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi terdistribusi berbasis web untuk manajemen stok multi-gudang pada UMKM. Sistem ini dirancang untuk menyinkronkan data stok barang antar gudang melalui jaringan lokal, tanpa memerlukan koneksi internet atau layanan cloud. Metode Waterfall digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil mencatat perubahan stok secara langsung, memperbarui data antar perangkat secara konsisten, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi dalam pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar, serta pelacakan stok antar gudang. Dengan demikian, sistem ini mengurangi risiko keterlambatan informasi dan kesalahan data yang sering terjadi pada pengelolaan stok manual atau sistem terpisah. Tujuan utama penelitian untuk membangun sistem terdistribusi yang dapat digunakan secara offline antar gudang dan menyinkronkan data stok dengan baik telah tercapai. Sistem ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan fitur notifikasi stok menipis, integrasi sistem penjualan, dan perluasan akses ke jaringan online.
