Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Latihan Forward Raise Dan Incline Push Up Terhadap Power Otot Lengan Atlet Bola Voli Putri Usia 14-17 Tahun Club TVRI Medan Tahun 2026. Penelitian ini dilakukaan di lapangan bola voli Jasdam I/BB yang berlokasi di Jl Gaperta, Helvetia Tengah, Kec. Medan Helvetia, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan one group pre-test post-test design. Subyek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang atlet. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan Tes power otot lengan dengan seated medicine ball throw. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara pengambilan pre- test, treatment, dan post-test. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 6 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 3 (tiga) kali dalam seminggu. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t berpasangan diperoleh thitung sebesar 8,70. Selanjutnya nilai tersebut dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel  dengan dk= n-1 (10-1=9) pada taraf signifikan α= 0,05 adalah 2,262 hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan thitung  sebesar 8,70 dan ttabel sebesar 2,262 maka (thitung 8,70 >  ttabel 2,262). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak Ha diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Latihan Forward Raise dan Incline Push Up Terhadap Power Otot Lengan Atlet Bola Voli Putri Usia 14-17 Tahun Club TVRI Medan Tahun 2026. Abstract

Modifikasi geometri pelat absorber merupakan salah satu pendekatan strategis untuk meningkatkan perpindahan panas pada kolektor surya, namun kajian eksperimental yang membandingkan secara langsung pengaruh bentuk gelombang segi empat dan setengah lingkaran terhadap kinerja sistem pengering jagung masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh geometri pelat absorber bergelombang segi empat dan setengah lingkaran terhadap kinerja termal kolektor dan performa pengeringan jagung menggunakan metode eksperimental langsung (direct experimental method) di bawah kondisi radiasi matahari alami. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 6 kg jagung dengan kadar air awal 25,5% (basis basah) selama 360 menit, dengan interval pengamatan setiap 45 menit. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi penurunan kadar air, kecepatan udara, laju aliran massa udara (ṁa), energi panas berguna (QU), dan efisiensi termal kolektor (ηth). Efisiensi termal tertinggi dicapai pada interval pengeringan menit ke-225, yaitu sebesar 39,8% untuk pelat segi empat dan 32% untuk pelat setengah lingkaran. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelat absorber segi empat memberikan kinerja lebih baik dibandingkan setengah lingkaran: kadar air akhir yang dicapai sebesar 9,2% berbanding 10,8%; kecepatan udara maksimum masing-masing 0,9 m/s dan 0,8 m/s. Peningkatan performa ini dipengaruhi oleh luas permukaan efektif yang lebih besar serta turbulensi aliran yang lebih tinggi pada geometri segi empat, sehingga optimasi geometri absorber terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas sistem pengering surya.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low level of activity, critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes. This is because the learning process still applies teacher centered learning, and students have difficulty understanding non-fiction text material in Indonesian language subjects. An effort to overcome this problem is by implementing the ROBOT learning model which is a combination of the Problem Based Learning, Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition, and Talking Stick models. The aim of this research is to increase teacher activity, student activity and student learning outcomes. This research used Class Research (PTK) which was carried out in 4 meetings. The subjects of this research were class V students at SDN Simpang Empat, Kertak Hanyar District, Banjar Regency, totaling 24 students consisting of 15 male students and 9 female students, in semester 2 of the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data taken is qualitative data obtained through observing teacher activities, student activities and then using quantitative data for student learning outcomes obtained through group and individual written tests. The results of this research show that the teacher's activity at meeting 4 received a score of 23 with the criteria "Very Good". Student activity at meeting 4 obtained a percentage of 88% with the criteria "Very Active". For classical completeness, students' reading comprehension learning results at meeting 4 obtained a percentage of 100% with the "Complete" criterion. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the use of the ROBOT model can improve the quality of teacher activities, student activities and student learning outcomes

Abstract

Policies restricting imports of strategic commodities are an important instrument in achieving a nation’s economic sovereignty. In Indonesia, these policies face a range of complex political and legal controversies, particularly in the context of global economic integration and international trade obligations. This paper analyses the political and legal controversies surrounding policies restricting imports of strategic commodities from the perspective of economic sovereignty, using a normative legal research method supplemented by historical, conceptual and comparative legal approaches. The research findings indicate that there is a tension between the interests of protecting national economic sovereignty and the obligations of international trade liberalisation as stipulated in the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade/World Trade Organisation. This legal-political controversy is reflected in the dynamics of legislative drafting, which is often ambivalent, inconsistent policy implementation, and selective law enforcement. This paper recommends the need for a reconstruction of legal policy that integrates the principle of economic sovereignty into the framework of international trade law through the utilisation of safeguard mechanisms, general exceptions, and industrial policies consistent with international trade commitments.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought about a fundamental transformation in the conduct of modern business transactions. The emergence of blockchain technology, smart contracts, electronic signatures and e-commerce platforms has changed the conventional paradigm of conducting transactions. However, this digital transformation poses significant challenges to legal certainty in business transactions, particularly in relation to legal validity, consumer protection, dispute resolution and jurisdiction. This study aims to analyse the impact of digital technology on legal certainty in business transactions from a legal perspective using a normative legal research method. The results of the study indicate that digital technology has a two-sided impact on legal certainty: on the one hand, it enhances the efficiency and transparency of transactions; on the other hand, it creates legal uncertainty due to regulations that have not yet been able to keep pace with technological developments. This study recommends the need to harmonise national regulations with international standards, as well as the establishment of a specific legal framework for digital transactions to ensure optimal legal certainty.

Abstract

The development of financial technology lending (fintech lending) in Indonesia has transformed the financing landscape by introducing electronic agreements as the primary legal instrument in creditor-debtor relationships. However, the increasing volume of non-performing loans in this sector raises fundamental questions regarding the legal accountability of fintech lending providers. This article aims to analyze juridically the legal accountability of fintech lending for non-performing loans arising from electronic agreements. The research method used is qualitative with a normative-empirical legal approach. Data was collected through studies of legislation, court decisions, Financial Services Authority reports, and scientific literature studies. The results show that the legal accountability of fintech lending for non-performing loans involves three crucial aspects: first, the legal status of fintech lending as an intermediary versus a party to the credit agreement; second, the distribution of responsibility among fintech lending, partner banks, and investors in the peer-to-peer lending financing structure; and third, the mechanism for resolving non-performing loans that fulfills the principle of substantive justice. This article recommends the need for clarification of the legal status of fintech lending in legislation, harmonization of obligations among parties in electronic agreements, and development of a proportional non-performing loan resolution mechanism.

Abstract

Background Problems: There has not been much research on how exercise strategies affect muscle soreness and activation patterns. Research Objectives: This study examines the acute effects of rope-based functional training on muscle group pain response in student athletes at the Faculty of Sport Science, Universitas Negeri Medan tennis court. Methods: An experimental method and a pre-post-test time series design were used for analysis. Seven samples were selected using purposive sampling. All participants engaged in a warm-up, a central phase of rope training with a maximum of three sets per exercise, ten hand swing repetitions, a one-minute break between sets, and a cooling phase. Three 100-mm VAS and painometer data collection sessions were conducted. At a 0.05 significance level, the research data was examined using one-way ANOVA for normal data and Friedman for aberrant data. Both studies used SPSS 16.0. Findings and Results: The trial demonstrated that rope training induces soreness in all working muscles. However, no muscle group exhibited discomfort above 50 mm. Conclusion: In order to optimally activate muscles, determine exercise doses and blood lactate levels in relation to muscle discomfort, it is necessary to understand how battle rope training reduces muscular soreness and improves muscle activation in student-athletes on the tennis court. This understanding can inform the development of personalised training programmes and injury prevention techniques.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pembelajaran kewirausahaan, Locus of control, dan karakter wirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Program Studi Kewirausahaan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya peningkatan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa sebagai upaya mencetak lulusan yang mandiri dan berdaya saing di tengah tingginya tantangan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori dan melibatkan 207 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, namun dengan tingkat pengaruh yang relatif kecil. Locus of control terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa keyakinan mahasiswa terhadap kendali atas keberhasilan dirinya berperan penting dalam membentuk minat berwirausaha. Karakter wirausaha juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan serta menjadi variabel yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Secara simultan, pembelajaran kewirausahaan,  locus of control, dan karakter wirausaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, yang mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan minat berwirausaha tidak hanya ditentukan oleh proses pembelajaran formal, tetapi juga oleh penguatan kepribadian dan karakter kewirausahaan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship Study Programme students at Universitas Negeri Makassar's Faculty of Economics and Business had their digital literacy and relationship-building skills examined to see how they affected their entrepreneurial decision-making. Additionally, it determines if entrepreneurial drive is a factor in the relationship between these variables. Data for the study is collected quantitatively via questionnaires. The 427 students who completed the programme between 2019 and 2024 are the ones included in the study. With a 5% margin of error, 207 students were selected by proportional random sampling using the Slovin algorithm. A Google Form questionnaire was used to gather the data. After that, SmartPLS version 4 was used to analyse the data using the PLS-SEM approach. According to the findings, digital literacy significantly impacts entrepreneurial decision-making for the better. Entrepreneurial decision-making is positively and significantly impacted by the capacity to develop connections. There was a positive and statistically significant association between digital literacy and the capacity to form relationships, which in turn influenced entrepreneurial drive. There was a positive and statistically significant relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial decision-making. Students' entrepreneurial decision-making is influenced by their entrepreneurial drive, which in turn is influenced by their digital literacy and relationship-building abilities.
