College competition, which is dominated by the state college, is very tight when it comes to improving the quality of educational products for the sake of student recruitment. Meanwhile, not many private college students promote and recommend their colleges to others. This study aims to analyze the effect of educational products on student loyalty, either directly or indirectly through the student satisfaction variable. This type of research is a survey with a quantitative approach. The research population was all students of the Makassar LP3I Polytechnic, totaling 1,246 students. The research sample consisted of 93 students who were determined through a proportional random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, path analysis, and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that educational products had a positive and significant effect both directly on student loyalty and indirectly through student satisfaction. This research has implications for the need for study program products that meet the standards of community needs and government demands. Efforts to meet these standards will encourage tertiary colleges to provide excellent service for student satisfaction so that they remain loyal.

The services provided by the government to the community continue to undergo renewal, both in terms of paradigm and service format in line with the policies issued from these agencies as well as in the increasing demands of the community and changes in the government that are satisfactory even the community is still positioned as a helpless party and is realized in the framework of services. This research includes quantitative descriptive research using a percentage formula. The population was 124 people, while the selected sample was 62 people. The results showed that the results of the data processing showed that the average openness dimension was 14.87 in the good category. The simplicity dimension is 10.68 which is in the excellent category. The certainty dimension is 14.77 is in the good category. Justice is 10.82 which is in the excellent category. Safety and comfort is 13.71 is in the good category. Responsive dimension is 17.20 is in the good category

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of the application of knowledge management and human resource development on the performance of employees of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study was employees at the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, South Sulawesi Province, which numbered 90 people. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling techniques, so the researchers determined 50 employees as samples. The source of this research data is primary data, which is data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The statistical method used to test hypotheses is logistic regression analysis. The results of the study based on the results of the analysis with the logistic regression method show that knowledge management and human resource development affect employee performance and the results of the Wald Test and Odds Ratio (EXP(B)) state that the application of knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Lenovo brand laptops at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business in Indonesia. Sampling in this study used non-probability sampling techniques because the chances of an element being selected as a subject are unknown. So the researcher set 198 samples. The data source of this research is primary data, namely data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis uses the help of the SPSS application. The results showed that brand image influences purchasing decisions for Lenovo brand laptops at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business in Indonesia, so it is stated that the first hypothesis is accepted. And product quality affects purchasing decisions for Lenovo brand laptops at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business in Indonesia. This identifies that product quality is essential for purchasing decisions for students

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji serta mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Selatan yang berjumlah 182 orang karyawan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 65 karyawan yang ditentukan berdasarkan formulasi slovin. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh para responden. Metode analisis data yang akan dilakukan terdiri dari analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, serta pengujian hipotesis melalui analisis regersi linear berganda, uji t uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Selatan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan juga menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Selatan

Perkembangan teknologi dan juga tingginya morbiditas dan kualitas pelayanan yang harus diberikan kepada pelanggan/pasien di rumah sakit. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Lasinrang Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional yang merupakan salah satu desain penelitian analitik dan tergolong dalam jenis penelitian observasional. Populasi adalah pasien rawat inap di RSUD daerah Lasinrang, sedangkan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode accidental sampling sebanyak 115 responden, data yang diperoleh dan dianalisis secara linear, serta uji signifikansi t, F, dan R2. Hasil penelitian ini, pelayanan dokter, pelayanan keperawatan, fasilitas pendukung dan pelayanan administrasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSUD Lasinrang. Kesimpulan Hasil perhitungan statistik menunjukkan nilai F hitung = 56,719 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Bahwa secara simultan semua variabel berpengaruh secara signifikan, di sarangkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Lasinrang Kab.Pinrang. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang handal merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat menentukan dalam melaksanakan tugas pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pelayanan masyarakat. Segala aspek yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya manusia pada akhirnya turut mempengaruhi output organisasi yang bersangkutan. Mengingat perannya yang vital, maka sudah selayaknya suatu organisasi melakukan mekanisme pemeliharaan sumber daya manusia dengan memperhatikan kepuasan kerja mereka.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Balai Kesehatan Mata Masyarakat Makassar yang berjumlah 94 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel faktor finansial, faktor fisik, faktor sosial, dan faktor psikologis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Balai Kesehatan Mata Masyarakat Makassar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji serta mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan, pelatihan, dan teknologi terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 4 Makassar sebenyak 61 orang. Metode penentuan jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu metode sensus sampling, sehingga semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh para responden. Metode analisis data yang akan dilakukan terdiri dari analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, serta pengujian hipotesis melalui analisis regersi linear berganda, uji t uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi. This study was intended to determine the indirect effect of education and training on performance through the competence of Pangkep Regency Tourism and Culture Department employees, this study was conducted at Pangkep Regency Tourism and Culture Department employees by taking 49 people as research samples. This research design uses survey research. Sampling of this study was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census), The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that there is was a direct positive and significant influence on education and training on the competence employee, there is was a positive and significant effect directly on education and training on the performance of the employees, and there is an indirect and significant positive effect of education and training on performance through the competence of the staff of the Department of Tourism and Culture of Pangkep Regency. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan, pelatihan terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi pegawai pada instansi pemerintahan, penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudyaan Kabupaten Pangkep dengan mengambil sampel penelitian sebanyak 49 pegawai. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey. Lokasi penelitian Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Pangkep. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kompetensi pegawai, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Pangkep.

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of competence, work environment, and work motivation toward the employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit and Firefighter in Selayar Regency (2) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit and the Firefighter of Selayar Islands. This study approach used a quantitative study that was conducted at the Civil Service Police Unit and the Firefighter in Selayar Regency in July 2020. The study population was all employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and Firefighter of Selayar Islands by 421 people. The sample selection in this study was implemented using the simple random sampling method, namely taking the sample members from the population at random without paying attention to the strata in the population. The total sample was 81 employees. The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of competence toward the employee performance of the Civil Service Police Unit and Firefighter of the Selayar Islands Regency (2) there is a positive and significant of work environment toward the employee performance of the Civil Service Police Unit and Firefighter of the Selayar Islands Regency (3) there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation partially toward the employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit and the Firefighter (4) there is a positive and significant effect on motivation simultaneously toward the employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit and the Firefighter in Selayar Islands (5) work motivation is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance of the Civil Service Police and Firefighter of the Selayar Islands Regency.
