Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of human capital and organizational culture partially and simultaneously on the organizational performance at the Office for Management of Revenue, Finance, and Assets of Selayar District, as well as to find out the dominant variable affecting the organizational performance. The type of this research is quantitative using the survey approach. This research was counducted at the Office for Management of Revenue, Finance, and Assets of Selayar District. The population of this research was all employees at the Office for Management of Revenue, Finance, and Assets of Selayar District with the sample of 93 people. The result showed that 1) there was a positive and significant effect of human capital and organizational culture partially on the organizational performance in which t statistics of 3.927 and 3.403 were higher than t table 1.986 ( t statistics > t table); 2) there was a positive and significant effect of human capital and organizational culture simultaneously on the performance in which F statistic was 32,650 higher than F table of 3,098 ( F statistic > F table); 3) the most dominant variable was human capital with the value of determination of 0.648 and the coefficient of 0.243 as well as t statistic of 3,927. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Human Capital dan Organizational Culture secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar serta variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pendapatan, dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan human capital dan organizational culture secara parsial terhadap kinerja dengan t hitung 3,927 dan 3,403 lebih besar dari t table 1,986 ( t hitung > t table); 2) terdapat pemgaruh positif dan signifikan human capital dan organizational culture secara simultan terhadap kinerja dengan F hitung 32.650 yang lebih besar dari nilai F tabel 3.098 (F hitung> F table); 3)variabel yang paling dominan adalah human capital dengan nilai koefisien determinasi 0,648 dan koefisien 0,243 serta nilai t hitung 3.927.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effect of work culture, work environment and leadership on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Sidrap Regency Environmental Service Office. This research is a quantitative research with survey method with correlational analysis technique to determine the effect of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that 1) Partially indicate that the work culture variable has a dominant effect on employee performance, this indicates that the higher the work culture, the higher the performance of the state civil apparatus at the Sidrap Regency Environmental Service. 2) Partially shows that the work environment variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the work environment, the better the performance of the state civil apparatus at the Sidrap Regency Environmental Service. 3) Partially shows that the leadership variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the applied leadership will further improve the performance of the state civil apparatus at the Sidrap Regency Environmental Service. 4) Simultaneously shows that the variables of Work Culture, Work Environment and Leadership affect the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus, which means that the increase in Work Culture, Work Environment and Leadership will affect the increase in the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Environmental Service of Sidrap Regency by 88.9%.

The Effect of Work Environment, Leadership Style, and Motivation toward Employee Performance at the Office of the National Unity and Politics of Sidenreng Rappang Regency, supervised by Ahmad Firman and H. Basri Rakhman. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of the work environment, leadership style, and motivation on employee performance at the Office of the National Unity and Politics of Sidrap Regency (2) the effect of the work environment, leadership style, and motivation on employee performance at the National Unity Agency Office and Politics of Sidrap Regency (3) the most dominant variable affects employee performance at the Office of the National Unity and Politics of Sidrap Regency. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method with correlational analysis techniques to determine the effect of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that (1) partially the work environment variable had a dominant effect on employee performance (2) partially the leadership style variable had an effect on employee performance (3) partially the motivation variable had an effect on employee performance (4) partially and simultaneously the variables of work environment, leadership style and motivation have an effect on employee performance, which means that an increase in the work environment, leadership style and motivation will affect the performance of the Sidrap Regency Office of the National Unity and Political Office by 89.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompotensi, penempatan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Pinrang, serta variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Pinrang.Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pegawai di Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Pinrang.Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Oktober-Desember 2020. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai dalam lingkup pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang. Jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 61 orang. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling yakni pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi tersebut.Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa; 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) secara simultan (serempak) dari variabel Kompetensi, Penempatan dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang, 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) variabel Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang, 3) Tidak pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) variabel Penempatan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang, 4) Terdapat pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) variabel Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang, 5) Variabel penempatan merupakan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pemerintahan Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan komponen utama dalam suatu instansi baik pemerintah maupun swasta yang harus memiliki kinerja yang baik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Pada PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Makassar. Masalah Pokok (1) Apakah faktor-faktor kualitas pelayanan Berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah Pada PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Makassar, (2) Faktor-faktor kualitas pelayanan manakah yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah Pada PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Makassar. Tujuan Penelitian tersebut (1) Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Pada PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Makassar, (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor kualitas pelayanan yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah Pada PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Makassar. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, interview, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Data kualitas pelayanan dikumpul dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisisi statistik deskriptif dan inferensial, yaitu uji-t dan anova satu jalur pada taraf signifikansi 5 persen dengan pengolahan menggunakan SPSS21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel reliability, responsivenes, assurances, empathy dan tangible secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Pada PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Makassar. Fakta ilmiah yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa responsivenes merupakan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Pada PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Makassar. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Nasabah, Kehandalan, Ketanggapan, Jaminan, Empati dan Tanggung jawab

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Penempatan, Motivasi dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey. Penelitian dilakukan pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Juni 2020. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar sebanyak 55 orang. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling kuota yakni teknik memilih sampel yang mempunyai ciri-ciri tertentu dalam jumlah atau kuota yang diinginkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan tingkat pendidikan secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penempatan kerja secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. 3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. 5) Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) tingkat pendidikan, penempatan kerja, motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,766 atau (76,6%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 76,6% kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan, penempatan kerja, motivasi dan kepemimpinan. Sedangkan 23,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with sampling techniques using survey methods, namely activities to collect data regarding facts. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation and product quality on marketing performance through a positioning strategy at PT Matahari Department Store, Ratu Indah Mall Makassar branch. The population used in this study were consumers of PT Matahari Department Store branch of Mall Ratu Indah Makassar, totaling 100 people. The number of samples cannot be factor analyzed if the number is less than 50, the sample must be 100 or more. The data analysis method in this study is Partial Least Square using the Smart PLS application The research results show that 1) market orientation has no effect on marketing performance 2) product quality has an effect on marketing performance, 3) positioning strategy has had an effect on marketing performance, 4) orientation has had an effect on positioning strategy, 5) product quality has had an effect on positioning strategy, 6) market orientation affects marketing performance through positioning strategy, 7) product quality affects marketing performance through positioning strategy at PT. Matahari Department Store Ratu Indah Mall Makassar Branch.

Abstract

This research examines the application of the "basic business cycle" business simulation in entrepreneurship learning at ITB Nobel Indonesia, Makassar City. This business game simulation is the first of three "Start and Improve Your Business" modules developed by the International Labor organization (ILO). This research uses a mixed method, namely quantitative descriptive, by obtaining data in the form of numbers and qualitative descriptive to explain phenomena that occur in the classroom during and after the game simulation is completed. This research was conducted on 40 ITB Nobel Makassar students using questionnaires and direct observation during the game. From the business game simulation results, students stated that this game provided `practical' experience in carrying out business simulations in class. Students can also discuss with each other how to make decisions and face the consequences that they have to do, especially the best use of capital in business. From the quantitative results of this research, the entrepreneurship learning plan through business game simulations can generally be achieved with the answer choices being firmly agreed, above 60% and above 30% who agree, and no one who disagrees or strongly disagrees. Entrepreneurship learning through business simulation games is practical because it uses experience-based learning tools where students learn business processes by running a simulated company in a risk-free, interactive, and realistic environment..

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of TQM is measured based on customer focus, continuous improvement, education and training, and empowering employees to competitive advantage at PT. Toyota Kalla Branch Alauddin Makassar, either partially or simultaneously. The research was conducted at PT. Toyota Kalla Branch Alauddin Makassar, with a total population of 103 people. The research sample was determined by using the technique of non-probability sampling techniques slovin with a total sample of 51 employees. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that TQM is measured based on customer focus, continuous improvement, education and training, as well as employee empowerment, partially or simultaneously significant effect on the competitive advantage in the PT. Toyota Kalla Branch Alauddin Makassar. The independent variables that have a dominant influence on competitive advantage at PT. Toyota Kalla Branch Alauddin Makassar is variable continuous improvement with the greatest Beta coefficient is 0.400.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that motivate women online entrepreneurship in Makassar. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regeresi analysis, t test, F test. The research used data collection methods through Observation, Interview, and Questionnaire (Questionnaire). Types The data used in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data sourced from primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that all good variables that self-efficacy, tolerance of risk, and the desire to have a free job have a positive and significant impact on motivating women to become entrepreneurs through online business. As for the research of each independent variable, there is also a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. It can be concluded that each independent variable be it self efficacy, risk tolerance, and desire to feel free work, have positive and significant influence to entrepreneurship desire variable.
