Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development toward employee performance at Aswin Hotels and Spa Makassar. The model used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. And the method of determining the sample used is a saturated sample with the total sample represented the total population of 53 people. The analytical method used is a simple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that career development had a positive and significant effect toward employee performance at the Aswin Hotel and Spa Makassar. Career development affected the performance of Aswin Hotel and Spa Makassar employees by 54.4%, while 45.6% of employee performance variables were affected by other variables who did not observe by researchers.

Abstract

This study aims to reanalyze and reconfirm the relationships of celebrity endorsements and E-WOM on consumer purchasing intentions and examine the indirect influence of celebrity endorsements and e-WOM and trust as the mediation of purchase intentions. This study is the first in Indonesia to analyze the above mediating relationships. The data are from 100 Instagram users responding to online questionnaires and analyzed with PLS-SEM. The results showed that celebrity endorsement and e-WOM positively influence consumer confidence and purchasing intentions by mediating trust variables. This research highlights the role of influence in creating positive buzzes to the promoted sales.

Abstract

Ketersediaan tenaga kerja terampil yang dibutuhkan Dunia Usaha dan Kerja (DUKA) masih sangat rendah. Hal ini terungkap dari data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yang diumumkan pada Bulan Februari 2020 yakni sekitar 13%. Kondisi ini merupakan tantangan bagi perguruan tinggi untuk tidak memperparah kondisi ini dengan menperkenalkan suasana kerja lebih dini kepada mahasiswa, agar dapat menjadi lulusan sesuai kebutuhan pasar kerja, baik sebagai karyawan ataupun pemilik usaha melalui inkubator bisnis mahasiswa. Inkubator Bisnis merupakan salah satu bentuk Academic Entrepreneurship yang disesuaikan dalam era industri 4.0 yang berbasis pada pemanfaatan media elektronik dan internet. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan (mahasiswa, unit usaha Nobel dan pengelola inkubator) yang dideksripsikan serta studi literatur dan aplikasi. Platform “Nobel Gadde2 Na” merupakan aplikasi yang dibuat mengikuti metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengadopsi Model Waterfall Pressman dan Borg & Gall. Model ini direkonstruksi sesuai kebutuhan inkubator bisnis yang disebut Sintesis Model. Desain pemodelan dalam bentuk diagram konteks dan pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan Wordpress dengan database MySQL. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana pengelolaan usaha mahasiswa khususnya dan unit usaha STIE Nobel Indonesia pada umumnya, serta mitra usaha di sekitar kampus agar dikenal lebih luas. Dan nantinya dapat membentuk sebuah Academic Entrepreneurship melalui Inkubator Bisnis berbasis teknologi informasi dan komputer.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence on the performance of Civil State Apparatus Sekepamatan Binamu Jeneponto Regency, To know and analyze the influence of leadership on the performance of Civil State Apparatus Sekepamatan Binamu Jeneponto Regency To know and analyze the effect of training on the performance of Civil State Apparatus Sekepamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto , To know and analyze the influence of competence, leadership and training simultaneously on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Sub-District Binamu of Jeneponto Regency. The research method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach, that is by focusing on hypothesis testing. with a population of 187, sampling using purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 40 respondents. Methods of data collection through questionnaires and direct observation. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative by using SPSS program of Multiple Linear regression analysis method. The result of the research based on partial test proves that the competence, leadership style, training influence simultaneously to the performance of Civil State Apparatus of Sekepamatan Binamu of Jeneponto Regency, based on the result of data processing research of the influence of competence, leadership style, training on the performance of State Civil Apparatus at Binamu District Office Jeneponto Regency, can be seen from the results of analysis that results in the coefficient of determination (R Squared = R2). contributed 67.4% for the performance of the State Civil Apparatus, while the remaining 32.6%. This means that the Competence variable, leadership style, training simultaneously can explain the variables that have contributed to the performance of the Civil State Apparatus of the Sub-District of Binamu of Jeneponto Regency, and is still much influenced by other variables that are not included in this research variable. Leadership style variable is the dominant variable positively and significantly influence to the performance of Civil State Apparatus Sekepamatan Binamu Jeneponto Regency, with the highest Standardized Coefficient Beta value is 0.413 or 41.3% compared to other variables studied. Keywords: Competence, Leadership Style, Training   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto, Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto, Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto, Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kepemimpinan dan pelatihan secara simultan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menitikberatkan pada pengujian hipotesis. dengan jumlah populasi 187, penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik  purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS metode analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji parsial membuktikan bahwa Kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto, berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian pengaruh kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Kantor Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto, dapat dilihat dari Hasil analisis yang menghasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Squared = R2). memberikan kontribusi sebesar 67,4% bagi kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,6%, Ini berarti bahwa variabel Kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan secara simultan dapat menjelaskan variabel yang mempunyai kontribusi terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto, dan masih banyak dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam variabel penelitian ini. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan adalah variabel yang dominan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto, dengan nilai koefisien Beta Standardized tertinggi yaitu 0,413 atau 41,3% dibandingkan variabel lain yang diteliti.Kunci: Kompetensi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pelatihan

Abstract

Today, earthworms have a huge potential to be cultivated professionally for commercial business purposes. This earthworm business business is very beneficial for the benefit of the animal and fish feed industry, the needs of the pharmaceutical industry. Earthworms are commodities that are useful both for soil fertility and for the world of medicine. Treatment by using earthworms has been widely attempted in the community, even according to the MUI in the MUI Fatwa Number: 139 year 2000, confirming that the law is permissible (mubah). The purpose of this research is to find out a feasibility study for the establishment of an earthworm cultivation business to meet market demand which is currently still low. Data were taken from interviews and analysis using 5 aspects to determine the location of the earthworm cultivation business. Based on the analysis of the market aspect of earthworm cultivation in Barru district using the linear regression method of forecasting where the production capacity in 2021 is 1,779 with a production plan of 10%. In market share per year. The conclusion is that the law using worm extracts is permissible meaning that it is halal to try and consume the results of worm extracts for treatment, then on the financial aspect that IRR > MARR is 37.06% > 6%, it can be said that the establishment of an earthworm cultivation business in the district just worth continuing.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze factors which consist of work environment, incentives, non-financial rewards and placement that give impact on the performance of agricultural instructors in Tojo Una-Una Regency. Type of the current research is descriptive quantitative, 51 people of sample are agricultural counselor. Stratified Proportional Random sampling technique was applied and then processed by using SPSS application. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously work environment, incentives, non-financial rewards and placements had an effect on the performance of agricultural instructors in Tojo Una-Una Regency and the most dominant factor is incentives. Abstract

Penelitian betujuan untuk mengetahi seberapa besar kontribusi tempat wisata Hutan Mangrove Tongke-tongke terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) pada sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Sinjai. Sumber data adalah data sekunder dari buku-buku dan penelitian sebelumnya, Badan Pusat Statistik dan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Sinjai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi wisata hutan mangrove tongke-tongke terhadap pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Sinjai pada tahun 2017 sebesar 25,7 %, sedangkan pada tahun 2018 sebesar 69,4 %. Kontribusi hutan mangrove tongke-tongke terhadapa pendapatan asli daerah mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2017 ke tahun 2018 dengan selisih sebesar 43,7 % .

Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus is entrusted with three main tasks, namely providing services to the public, organizing general government, and carrying out development tasks. To carry out these three tasks the apparatus resource management plays a very important role. One function of human resource management is to increase employee motivation. Increased work motivation is influenced by several factors including compensation, education and training, and career development. The work motivation of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Barru Regency has not been in line with expectations so that organizational goals do not achieve maximum results.The study aims to determine and analyze: 1) the direct effect of compensation and education and training on career development of the State Civil Service Office of Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning, 2) the direct effect of compensation and training on work motivation of the State Civil Service Office of Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning and 3) the indirect effect of compensation and education and training on work motivation through the career development of the State Civil Apparatus Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Barru Regency.The research approach is quantitative by using survey methods. The research was carried out at the Barru Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office for 2 (two) months, from October to November 2019. The study population was employees of the Barru Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. Determination of the sample is done by saturation sampling technique (census), where the entire population of 82 people is used as a research sample. The data analysis technique used is path analysis.The results showed that: 1) compensation and education and training directly had a positive and significant effect on the career development of the State Civil Service Office of the Public Works and Spatial Planning in Barru District, 2) compensation and education and training directly had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of the Apparatus State Civil Service of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Barru Regency, and 3) compensation and education and training indirectly have a positive and significant effect on work motivation through career development of the State Civil Service Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Barru Regency.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that uses a survey method with a questionnaire data collection tool. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work culture on employee productivity through service quality at the Department of Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing and Settlement Areas of Takalar Regency. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing and Settlement Areas of Takalar Regency, amounting to 79, while the sampling technique was based on the saturated sample method so that the sample obtained was 79 respondents. Data analysis used is path analysis using SmartPls 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that (1) Competence and work culture have a direct influence on service quality. (2) Competence, work culture, and service quality have a direct influence on employee productivity. (3) Competence and work culture have an indirect influence on employee productivity by being mediated by service quality

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze the effect of intellectual intelligence, motivation and work culture individually and jointly on the performance of employees at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency in Majene Regency.The design of this study uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The study was conducted at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency in Majene Regency. The time of the study was from November to December 2019. The population in the study were all employees of the Majene Regency Financial and Asset Agency, amounting to 97 people. The sampling technique used in this study is census sampling or saturated sample, which is the total sample is all population. The number of samples in this study were 97 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis).The results showed that intellectual intelligence, motivation and work culture each had an influence on the performance of Majene Regency's Financial and Asset Agency employees. The variables in this study indicate that motivation is more dominantly influencing the performance of Majene Regency's Financial and Asset Agency employees.
