Abstract

Perbankan hijau sangat penting dalam perbankan syariah, yang mempromosikan praktik ramah lingkungan untuk keberlanjutan. Namun, tantangan seperti rendahnya keterlibatan karyawan dan pelatihan yang tidak memadai menghambat peningkatan kinerja di Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui keterlibatan di bank-bank syariah, dengan fokus pada meningkatkan kesadaran akan isu-isu lingkungan. Dengan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, data primer dikumpulkan dari 65 karyawan melalui kuesioner terstruktur, yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok yakni 8 manajer tingkat atas, 40 spesialis dan analis tingkat menengah, serta 17 staf operasional tingkat bawah. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SEM dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GHRM secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan, yang berdampak positif pada kinerja. Meskipun GHRM memiliki efek langsung negatif terhadap kinerja, namun memiliki efek positif dan signifikan melalui keterlibatan sebagai mediator. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa bank syariah harus menerapkan praktik GHRM seperti pelatihan kesadaran lingkungan, pengakuan kontribusi, dan penyelarasan pengembangan karier dengan nilai-nilai organisasi. Membangun budaya yang mendukung inisiatif hijau akan memperkuat keterlibatan dan loyalitas serta memaksimalkan dampak positif GHRM. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada manajemen sumber daya manusia dan perbankan syariah dengan menekankan peran GHRM dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kinerja karyawan, serta membangun landasan untuk penelitian masa depan tentang keberlanjutan dalam kebijakan perbankan.

Abstract

The services provided by the government to the community continue to undergo renewal, both in terms of paradigm and service format in line with the policies issued from these agencies as well as in the increasing demands of the community and changes in the government that are satisfactory even the community is still positioned as a helpless party and is realized in the framework of services.  This research includes quantitative descriptive research using a percentage formula. The population was 124 people, while the selected sample was 62 people.  The results showed that the results of the data processing showed that the average openness dimension was 14.87  in the good category. The simplicity dimension is 10.68 which is in the excellent category.  The certainty dimension is 14.77 is in the good category.  Justice is 10.82 which is in the excellent category. Safety and comfort is 13.71 is in the good category. Responsive dimension is 17.20 is in the good category

Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the integration of Financial Technology (FinTech) into the Islamic financial ecosystem in Indonesia, focusing on the paradox between its massive market potential and its still-low inclusive realization. The convergence of the world's largest Muslim population, a rapidly growing digital economy, and a developing sharia finance industry places Indonesia in a strategic position. However, behind the positive macro indicators, structural challenges are hindering widespread adoption, primarily due to low levels of Sharia financial literacy and inclusion. The key research gap identified is the lack of a systemic analysis linking the fragmentation of the regulatory framework, specifically the dualism between the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the fatwas of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI), with the public trust deficit that hampers inclusion. Using qualitative methods through a comparative case study approach with Malaysia as a benchmark, this research finds that legal uncertainty arising from an incohesively integrated regulatory framework is the root cause of the low trust and effectiveness of literacy programs. These findings lead to strategic policy recommendations centered on regulatory harmonization to create legal certainty, a fundamental prerequisite for building a sustainable and inclusive Sharia FinTech ecosystem.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja guru di UPTD SMAN Matakali Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini melibatkan populasi seluruh guru di sekolah tersebut, dengan sampel 35 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan nilai t hitung 3.539 dan signifikansi 0.001. Sementara itu, Beban Kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, dengan t hitung 0.589 dan signifikansi 0.560. Lingkungan Kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan t hitung 2.474 dan signifikansi 0.019. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan nilai F hitung 22.341 dan signifikansi 0.000. Adapun variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja adalah variabel fasilitas kerja. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya fasilitas yang memadai dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di sekolah.Kata Kunci: Fasilitas Kerja, Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja GuruABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the influence of Work Facilities, Workload, and Work Environment on the performance of teachers at UPTD SMAN Matakali in Polewali Mandar Regency. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The analysis results indicate that Work Facilities have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with a t-value of 3.539 and a significance level of 0.001. Meanwhile, Workload does not show a significant effect, with a t-value of 0.589 and a significance level of 0.560. The Work Environment also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with a t-value of 2.474 and a significance level of 0.019. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute significantly to teacher performance, with an F-value of 22.341 and a significance level of 0.000. The most dominant variable affecting performance is Work Facilities. This study emphasizes the importance of adequate facilities and a conducive work environment to enhance teacher performance at the school.Keywords: Work Facilities, Workload, Work Environment, Teacher Performance
