Abstract

Cultural diversity that exists in various regions in Indonesia produces a lot of potential for local wisdom and tradition. Various Indonesian local wisdoms have been used as teaching material in the classroom. However, pepaccur local wisdom is still rarely known and used as teaching material. Therefore it is a novelty to turn pepaccur local wisdom into Indonesian literary teaching materials. This study aims to investigate the properness of pepaccur local wisdom for Indonesian literary teaching materials. The qualitative approach used in this study is characterized by collecting data through interviews, observation, recording and book review, and other sources related to pepaccur local wisdom. Content analyses were also used in analyzing the collected data. The results of this study are in the form of pepaccur presentations that are appropriate to be used as teaching materials for Indonesia language and literature based on the characteristics of the functions and values of local wisdom contained in them. Values contained in pepaccur such as religion, simplicity, cooperation and politeness can be a reference in behaving in the community and this integration can be an effort to preserve local wisdom that has begun to be abandoned by the Lampung community. Implications from this study, through pepaccur-based teaching materials, students can learn to live a simple life, have a community with mutual help and respect, and learn poetic arts to provide entertainment and advice.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik kerja-keluarga terjadap kepuasan kerja pegawai perempuan yang terjadi di  lingkungan kerja Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Konflik kerja-keluarga dalam penelitian ini dibagikan kedalam dua bagian yaitu kerja diinterfensi oleh konflik keluarga (WFC) dan keluarga diintervensi oleh konflik kerja (FWC). Responden yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 236 orang pegawai perempuan yang bekerja pada pemerintah kabupaten Aceh Timur. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran angket. Regresi linier baraganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data, dan pengujian hipothesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji f. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa WFC dan FWC baik secara partial maupun simultan memunjukkan pengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai perempuan di Kabupaten Aceh Timur.

Abstract

Sharia pawnshops are part of non-bank financial institutions in Indonesia that function to distribute financing through lending money based on the principle of pawn to the business sector in need. UMKM is a business sector that mainly faces constraints on access to financing in the aspect of guarantee and legality and administrative procedures. The Ar-Rum product was launched by Sharia pawnshops using a fiduciary system, in the hope of assisting the needs of the business sector. This study aims to analyze how the role of Ar-Rum as financing product in the development of SMEs. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and interviews on 100 customers, then analyzed using descriptive and statistics methods. Descriptive analysis results show that the majority of respondents stated strongly agree or agree that Ar-Rum useful to help the development and sustainability of their business, while the results of statistical tests states that the Ar-Rum product positively and significantly influences on the development of SMEs.

Abstract

Service Delivery is one kind utilizing the service of a company in terms of delivery goods, which process comprises the transaction receipt of goods, packing of goods and delivery process. Which in process there are problems, such as delivery and transaction search process goods by the customer. Sometimes the customers want to know the process or position of the goods delivered. Based on the problems, then built a information system of services delivery using website. Soon, this application expected to help the user process, includes transaction process delivery services.

Abstract

The paper brings Iris Murdochs article, The Idea of Perfection, of which three frames of ideas, Platoethics, inner experience, and moral concept were discussed. The goal of the idea of perfection isreaching Perfection by cultivating the inner experience which the social behaviorists challenged the notion of inner experience as the core role. It is not tangible, therefore it is meaningless. Besidesinner experience, Murdochs premise lies in morality, which is a magnetic but inexhaustible reality.Although no one can reach Perfection, it remains a measure of which human would direct theirlives and how far it will be for one can get close to it. Murdoch proposes love for it is capable forprogressive attempt to see a particular object clearly. The ways of love are understood in the moralcontext, therefore, the choice of which is arbitrary in a sense that they remain as effort to be just andimpartial. Moreover, in the political realm, the effort is challenged at its hardest, but again, the innerexperience, moral choice, and compassion are a possibility. The idea of perfection is practiced in orderthat the concept becomes a standard of operation in ones life. Thus, the cultivation of the ideal ofperfection is a continuing inner exercise.

Abstract

Makalah ini membahas gagasan-gagasan Nurcholis Madjid dan Abdurrahman Wahid tentang hubungan antara Islam dan negara dan antara Islam dan bangsa dan implikasinya pada konsep tentang identitas Muslim di Indonesia. Madjid berpendapat bahwa umat Islam pernah berhasil mengembangkan masyarakat yang demokratis pada masa Madinah dan Andalusia di masa lampau. Dia mengajak umat Islam Indonesia untuk menggunakan keberhasilan ini sebagai model untuk membangun demokrasi di Indonesia sekarang. Sementara itu, Wahid menelusuri sejarah Indonesia untuk mencari model tersebut dan mencoba menerapkannya pada situasi Indonesia sekarang. Implikasi dari dua orientasi yang berbeda ini adalah bahwa model Madjid mengesankan identitas Muslim yang lebih menekankan keislaman dan model Wahid mengesankan identitas yang lebih menekankan keindonesiaan.

Abstract

This research investigates the application of Tsukamoto's Fuzzy Logic in investment decision making in a digital business context. By integrating human knowledge and numerical data, this method seeks to overcome the challenges of complexity and uncertainty that often arise in the fast-changing digital business environment. Through analysis of case studies and interviews with industry practitioners, this study identifies the steps for implementing effective Tsukamoto Fuzzy Logic, including the formation of fuzzy variables, determination of membership functions, application of fuzzy rules, and defuzzification processes. The results of Tsukamoto's Fuzzy Logic calculations are applied to digital investment cases, providing an overview of investment quality based on various input variables. This research shows that this method can produce a holistic and informative approach in making investment decisions. In addition, the diverse participation of practitioners in various regions provides valuable insights in dealing with the uncertainties of digital business. In this challenging digital era, this research provides guidance for decision makers in dealing with the complexities of a dynamic business environment.

Abstract

Cleft lip and palate sufferers often experience language disorders that can affect aspects of their communication. An in-depth understanding of language disorders in this age group is important to provide appropriate interventions and improve their quality of life. This study identified and analyzed language disorders in cleft lip and palate sufferers at the age of 23 years. This study uses a qualitative method. Data was collected by searching for data sources on YouTube, listening intensively and transcribing into written form, marking and noting things related to phoneme changes (dyslalia). The data analysis technique in this study is to classify data according to language disorders in cleft lip and palate sufferers, then analyzed in relation to language disorders with phoneme changes (dyslalia). The results of the research found changes, omissions and unclear pronunciation of phonemes (dyslalia) in several words spoken by cleft lip and palate sufferers.

Abstract

The matrilocal system has had a positive effect on women in Aceh. This system has enabled them to become more resilient in facing life's challenges for themselves, their families and their communities. This study is a qualitative study with philological and anthropological approaches used to study Acehnese manuscripts that are relevant to the theme of matrilocality. In-depth interviews, manuscript studies and observations were also conducted to understand matrilocality practices in Aceh, particularly in the Pidie regions. In this way, historical and empirical knowledge of Aceh's matrilocal system is obtained. It was found that the matrilocal system had raised the status and enthusiasm and resilience of Acehnese women in wading through life as individuals, family members, and part of Acehnese society. Philologically, historically and anthropologically a harmonious life is seen in the matrilocal system, Acehnese women make it possible to face life's challenges, such as raising children for a successful life; maintain good communication with parents, neighbors and the community; and managing household finances. This diversity of matrilocal traditions can contribute to the status and resilience of women in the Indonesian nation-state.
