Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai penegakan hukum terhadap penyalahgunaan narkotika yang dilakukan oleh anak di Polresta Jambi. Rumusan masalah yang dikaji adalah bagaimana penegakan hukum penyalahgunaan narkotika oleh anak yang dilakukan oleh Polresta Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris yang dilakukan dengan wawancara. Kesimpulan dari penulisan ini yaitu faktor penyebab penyalahgunaan narkotika yang dilakukan oleh anak di Kota Jambi terdiri dari faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi: (1) usia; (2) pandangan yang salah; serta (3) kurangnya sifat religious. Adapun faktor eksternal meliputi: (1) keluarga; (2) ekonomi; (3) lingkungan; dan (4) kemajuan teknologi. Penegakan hukum yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi penyalahgunaan narkotika oleh anak yaitu dengan melakukan penyelidikan, penyidikan dan rehabilitasi. Pada praktiknya, penegakan hukum yang dilakukan Polresta Jambi dengan segala kendala yang dialami, telah sesuai dengan UU SPPA. Dalam hukum pidana Islam, penyalahgunaan narkotika oleh anak termasuk dalam kategori jarimah.

Abstract

Children are a gift given by God Almighty, whether a man or a woman. Children are the future successors of the nation who will be the country's main asset to achieve prosperity in the future. Therefore, it is appropriate for children to receive good treatment by being cared for, educated, looked after and protected by the state. Abstract

Jambi Class IIB Women's Penitentiary, which is a special prison for women, during training, one prisoner was found to have attempted suicide, this is a high risk prisoner. The aim of this research is to understand and analyze the implementation of coaching, obstacles and efforts towards high risk convicts (attempting suicide) at the Class IIB Women's Penitentiary in Jambi. The research method uses sociological juridical. Implementation of Guidance for High Risk Prisoners (Suicide Attempts) at the Class IIB Jambi Women's Penitentiary undergoes the same coaching program as other inmates, but the coaching is carried out with extra monitoring, especially on the use of tools so that they are prohibited from taking part in gardening activities and are further directed towards dancing activities. , singing, vocal processing which leads to healing and mental development of the prisoner. Obstacles encountered in the Implementation of Guidance for High Risk Prisoners (Suicide Attempts) at the Class IIB Jambi Women's Penitentiary, namely the legal factor itself (changes in correctional law thereby changing policies in the guidance of prisoners), law enforcement factors (the absence of psychologists and the absence of specifically for mental training coaches), infrastructure factors (the absence of special infrastructure for these prisoners), community factors (the family's indifference in healing the mental health of these prisoners) and cultural factors (society's stigma towards former prisoners in society. Efforts made in Overcoming obstacles in the Implementation of Guidance for High Risk Prisoners (Suicide Attempts) at the Jambi Class IIB Women's Penitentiary, namely making policy adjustments, socializing the existence of correctional institutions to prisoners, collaborating with the community, prisoners' families in healing the mental health of these high risk prisoners. Suggestions put forward are the need for the existence of a trainer with psychologist education at the Class IIB Jambi Women's Correctional Institution, increasing the socialization of the existence of the correctional institution in providing guidance for prisoners to form independence, personality and skills to return to society and collaboration with mental hospitals in developing prisoners' mental health.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the skills of playing volleyball in the selection participants of the regional student sports week (POPDA). Descriptive quantitative research approach. This research method is a survey with a volleyball playing skills test. The population of all POPDA selection participants amounted to 172 people. The sample was taken with simple random sampling technique, totaling 120 people consisting of setter 30, libero 16, middle block 34, opposite 16, and outside hitter 34. The results of the study of volleyball playing skills of POPDA selection participants were in the "good enough" category as much as 45%. The skill of playing the setter position is in the "not good" category as much as 50%. The playing skills of the libero position are in the "good" and "good enough" categories as much as 38%. The skill of playing the middle block position is in the "good enough" category as much as 41%. The skill of playing the opposite position is in the "good enough" category as much as 38%. The skill of playing the outside hitter position is in the "good enough" category as much as 35%. The conclusion is that playing skills are a combination of basic techniques, tactics, and strategies, participants must improve basic techniques and also tactics and strategies need to be honed again.

Abstract

The problem with this research is that physical conditions are very low and there are differences in the physical conditions of students participating in volleyball extracurriculars. The aim of this research is to determine the level of physical condition and differences in the physical condition of female students who take part in extracurricular volleyball. The method in this research is a quantitative approach. Population 30 students of Man 3 and 22 SMAN 1. Determination of non-probability sampling using purpose sampling technique. The research instruments used in this research were tests and measurements of physical condition. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, hypothesis tests. The research results showed that there was an average (mean) of 75.54 for MAN 3 and 78.23 for SMAN 1, with a difference of 2.72, and there was no significant difference between the physical conditions of female students who took part in extracurricular volleyball based on the results of data analysis. and test prerequisites. Having an average frequency distribution value with a class interval of 76-80 totaling 11 in the high category for MAN 3 Karawang and SMAN 1 Cabangbungin having an average frequency distribution value with a class interval of 73-78 totaling 8 in the low category. It was concluded that there was no significant difference between the physical conditions of female students who took part in volleyball extracurriculars.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the physical condition of students who take part in extracurricular volleyball at Pasundan Cilamaya Middle School. To answer the problem formulation that has been formulated, the author uses descriptive quantitative research, the method used in this research is parameter tests. This research was conducted at Pasundan Middle School by taking all the volleyball extracurricular athletes at Pasundan Middle School from classes VII, VIII and IX, totaling 24 people. The instrument used is a parameter test. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the physical condition of students who take part in extracurricular volleyball at Pasundan Cilamaya Middle School, the average results obtained from all students are, namely 2 people in the very low category, 4 people in the low category, 13 people in the medium category, 4 people in the high category, 1 person in the very high category. It can be concluded that the level of physical condition of students who take part in extracurricular volleyball at Pasundan Cilamaya Middle School is in the "Medium" category. Because students have just started training again and training at school and individually was stopped by the Covid pandemic, students experienced a drastic decline in their physical condition.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the tahfizh learning method in improving the quality of memorization for blind students at Raudlatul Makfufin Islamic Boarding School which includes planning for guidance on Al-Qur'an tahfizh learning methods for blind students, application of learning methods, results of guidance on Al-Qur'an tahfizh learning methods. This research used qualitative methods, with a case study approach design. To explore data, it requires observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, these techniques were selected according to the research focus. The research results showed that the kinds of implementation of the tahfizh Al-Qur'an learning method improved the quality of memorization of blind students at Raudlatul Makfufin Islamic Boarding School. The tahfizh program at this Islamic boarding school is a mandatory program for all students, which aims to provide services to students in improving the quality of memorization of the Al-Qur'an. The findings indicated three tahfidz methods, namely Talaqqi, Tasmi, and Tikrar method. Raudlatul Makfufin Islamic Boarding School had implemented several methods previously, however, the results have not been able to provide a solution, because 27 (twenty-seven) students who achieved the memorization target, only 1 (one) person had memorized 3 Juz in one years. This issue supports the existence of the Talaqqi, Tasmi, and Tikrar methods to provide solutions to aspects of the tahfizh learning method for blind students. Based on the evaluation and supervision of tahfizh Al-Qur'an learning, it can significantly improve the quality and quantity of memorization for blind students, especially at the elementary level.

Abstract

Maraknya kejahatan begal meresahkan masyarakat Kota Jambi akhir-akhir ini. Pelaku tindak pidana ini bahkan tidak segan-segan melukai korbannya dengan senjata tajam. Upaya hukum kemudian diformulasikan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut terutama oleh Kepolisian Sektor (Polsek) Telanaipura Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai penegakan hukum terhadap kejahatan begal bersenjata khususnya di wilayah hukum Polsek Telanaipura Kota Jambi. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan sosiologi hukum. Data diambil melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, ada dua upaya yang dilakukan Polsek Telanaipura Kota Jambi dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana kejahatan begal dengan senjata tajam di Kota Jambi yaitu upaya pencegahan (preventif) dan penindakan (represif). Upaya pencegahan dilakukan dengan membentuk tim khusus yang berpatroli di sekitar daerah rawan begal dan memberikan himbauan kepada masyarakat agar lebih waspada. Sementara itu, upaya penindakan yaitu dengan menerapkan ketentuan hukum pidana serta tindakan tegas dan terukur bagi setiap pelaku kejahatan begal. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi oleh diantaranya partisipasi dan informasi yang masih kurang dari masyarakat, keterbatasan saksi dalam pembuktian, serta kurangnya personil dan kendaraan oprasional. Solusi yang ditempuh untuk menanggulangi kejahatan ini yaitu dengan konsep peningkatan pastisipasi masyarakat melalui mekanisme polmas (community policing) terutama diwilayah yang dianggap rawan guna meminimalisir terjadinya kejahatan begal di Kota Jambi.Kata Kunci: Penegakan hukum; tindak pidana; kejahatan begal; senjata tajam.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the impact of the team games tournament (TGT) cooperative learning strategy on enhancing freestyle swimming abilities among grade ten students at SMA PGRI Cikampek. A quasi-experimental approach was utilized, applying a nonequivalent control group designTwo groups of students participated in the study: the experimental group, which received instruction through the TGT cooperative learning model, and the control group, which was taught using traditional methods. Data collection involved administering both a pretest and posttest, utilizing a swimming skills assessment tool that had previously undergone and passed a feasibility evaluation. The results of the descriptive analysis indicated that the experimental group experienced a notable improvement in posttest scores compared to the control group. Since the normality test showed that the data on score differences did not follow a normal distribution, the Mann-Whitney U test was employed to examine the research hypothesis. The results indicated a significance value of 0.005 (p < 0.05), suggesting a statistically significant difference between the two groups. These findings demonstrate that the TGT model is effective in enhancing students’ freestyle swimming abilities by promoting collaboration and creating an engaging learning environment.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan dan peredaran narkotika di Indonesia terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun sehingga menimbulkan dampak serius terhadap kehidupan sosial, ekonomi, moral, serta keamanan nasional. Kondisi ini mendorong diterapkannya sanksi pidana berat, termasuk pidana mati, sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. Pidana mati bagi pengedar narkotika menimbulkan perdebatan karena di satu sisi dianggap melanggar hak asasi manusia, namun di sisi lain dinilai sebagai langkah tegas untuk melindungi generasi bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis urgensi penerapan pidana mati terhadap pelaku tindak pidana narkotika serta relevansinya dalam perspektif hukum positif dan hukum Islam. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan studi kepustakaan, analisis perundang-undangan, serta perbandingan hukum. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap kajian hukum pidana dan praktis dalam penyempurnaan kebijakan hukum nasional di bidang narkotika. Penelitian ini juga menelaah kesesuaian pidana mati dengan konsep maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah dalam menjaga agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta, serta mempertimbangkan prinsip hak asasi manusia. Dengan demikian, kajian ini berusaha menghadirkan perspektif yang komprehensif mengenai legitimasi pidana mati bagi pelaku tindak pidana narkotika..
